Tony (Mike, and Casey) did a fantastic job! Very quick, detail oriented, cleaned each room as they went. It was very impressive! We did a total house casement window replacement, 20 windows in all.. They were completed in a day and a half! Efficient, professional and we just can't say enough about how pleased we were with the installation process and how pleased we are with our new windows! Kudos to Tony (and Mike and Casey as well), you deserve it!

The quality of the interactions was VERY PROFESSIONAL. I would definitely call this group again. I was not able to put in the bay window I wanted because of the architectural limitations of my house, but the entire experience was very upfront and trustworthy. So far I have had an appt with the design consultant and the measure technician. Both were very professional and friendly. They were not only on time but a little early which I truly appreciated. I have a dog that is very concerned about strangers and both people took the time to let my dog inspect them and were very friendly despite his barking. Andersen windows are in my opinion superior to other brands. Was it cheap? Just a little over what I could've done it myself. Windows themselves were installed, caulked and sealed. Final trim I elected to do. The crew was excellent, 5 degrees out that day and they did a great job of getting the job done with very little open air time. Done and dusted in 5 1/2 hours. Excellent workmanship and a superior product.

I purchased new windows for my house August 19, 2021. Renewal by Anderson was very eager to do the job. Here we are, 8 months later, and I still have no windows. Supply chain problems? Pandemic issues? Who knows... because now, after cashing my $20,000 dollar check, I can't get any response when I try to reach someone to find out what's going on. At this point, I have to start legal action just to get someone to talk to me! BUYER BEWARE! May 5, 2022 UPDATE: I finally received my windows and I must say they are very nice. Customer relations need to be more of a priority though. I added 2 stars to my original review because the installer was very friendly and he did a great job!

I originally contracted Renewal by Andersen to replace a large wooden, front window in my sitting room which was leaking air & water from incorrect installation (in 1972). They installed a beautiful bay window in its place. I was so thrilled with the result of this first bay window that I contacted Renewal by Andersen to replace the remaining five double paned windows & to replace a sixth window in my kitchen with another bay window. There was a mix-up initially on the trim of my second bay window, but that was quickly remedied and the windows were installed. Once installed they realized that one of the hardware sets on the bay window was grey instead of white. They sent someone back out to swap the grey hardware for white and everything is just wonderful. I plan on bringing Renewal by Andersen back out when I do my second floor renovations! Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen. In my experience they do a great job and quickly remedy anything that needs fixing.

We had windows installed by Renewal by Anderson and after install I noticed the windows didn't slide easily on several windows and the screen didn't seal tight to the frame on one window. The tech, Jeff, came out and discovered that the installers didn't remove a couple plastic pieces used to hold the windows tight during transport. He just removed them, so happy that was an easy fix. We looked at the screen and agreed the screen was fine but due to the width, 47 inches, it should have had a latch in the center to hold it snug. To correct the issue without having a whole new window built,, he installed felt weather strip on the bottom of the screen to keep any small bugs from crawling in. I have left my windows open on several occasions and have not had bugs get in through the screen itself or from around the screen. If the weather strip did not work they would have made a new window.

But particularly, my experience with Mike Abraca, (sales supervisor) has set my experience apart from any other contractor/home-improvement company I’ve worked with in the past He went been above and beyond. He knows the products in and out, but more importantly he made the time to look at all the different options making sure I was happy with the outcome. After spending two hours at my house to do measurements the first time (while he was also training a new hire) he was more than happy to come back and spend an additional two hours when I changed my mind and helped me go through everything. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore. Don’t waste your time calling any other window company, this is where it’s at! And it doesn’t hurt that Andersen has top quality windows and the prettiest black exterior/interior options on the market.

From start to finish the entire process was fantastic. The sales person was professional very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to what my wife and myself wanted and gave us multiple options and made us feel comfortable with what we were buying. The scheduling of the install was very efficient and they where very thorough getting us set up and following up to make sure the time and date where good for us. The communication from the actual installers the day before on time and the plan of attack was great. The installers where on time and very respectful of our home and took great care in protecting carpeted areas and anything else that could be damaged during install. I have a very old home so I was worried about fit and how the final product would look because in the past with other projects they haven’t gone as smoothly. I have to say it was one of the least stressful home projects I have ever dealt with. With an old home it’s alway something going wrong but not on this one. It was like I pressed a button and it was done. We love our Anderson renewal windows and would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

The installation will be done in about 12 weeks. I’m purchasing a sliding door to replace an aging door with a higher quality option. I liked what I saw in the demo as to the glass, frame and lock. I also like the long term guarantee. I may need to paint unfinished trim - not pleased but should be ok in the long run.

After Josh, our sales rep., got us a quote for a pair of door replacements, Josh, the measuring tech., came to double-check things before our custom doors were ordered. The measuring tech. Noticed that one of the doors was below a pair of large windows. Due to those windows, that part of the project would need to be expanded to include ALL of the glass or part on hold for the moment. We’ll be waiting on that part of the project as we save or win the lottery — they are LARGE, custom windows. We’re disappointed, but I truly appreciate Josh’s honesty and straight-forward explanation about why the windows above need to be included.

I recently had 8 windows replaced by RBA and couldn't be more pleased. From the sales consultation to measuring and install, everyone was very pleasant to work with. I got multiple quotes for my replacement and yes, RBA was on the high end, but the composite windows they offer are a much better product than the vinyl I was offered by competitors. My ONLY complaint is that I wish RBA did architectural work as well; I plan on adding an additional picture window and would have loved to have them done all at once. We have a luxury home with expensive trim, Josh respected our home as if it were his own in that when he had to lift up/remove trim to complete the measurements, he did so in a careful manner so that it didn’t damage the wood- it didn’t look like he had removed them when he was done(he put them back perfectly placed; **once the door frame and windows are replaced the trim will be removed and reused as best possible in the next couple months when the Renewal by Andersen workers come). We highly recommend Joshua Lankford as he is articulate, communicates well, he’s focused, he completes his work in a manner that shows a spirit of excellence, and we appreciate his work ethic.

So far so good. I’ve read some pretty negative reviews but I haven’t experienced any of that. The person who came out to measure was great super nice answered my question. My sales lady was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn’t like is that I am paying in cash so I sent a certified check in and I contacted my sales rep just to confirm that it was received and everything was good and I felt like I was bothering her because her response was an 1 800 number though when I called their customer service was spot on and got me the information. I felt comfortable contacting her she really has been the only contact that I’ve talked to for a period of time. Not really a big deal. It won’t stop me from getting all my other windows replaced by them if the install goes as smoothly as everything else. ***edit*** my window was installed today. They called and let me know when they would be there which was in the time frame, took them about 2 hours or so, and the window that was replaced was 6ft by 6ft or so.. They were so friendly. My window LOOKS AMAZING inside and out!!! I am so happy i will be getting all my other windows replaced by them. I dont mind spending a little extra money for a warranty and a company that will back their products. thank you so much!

I just had three replacement windows and a patio sliding door installed by Renewal by Anderson today. I was please by the process from start to finish. The windows are custom made to fit the existing opening with good quality materials and good workmanship. The salesman was very helpful, but I would have preferred to have had a catalog from which I could have compared various options or better quality photos available on-line. The day after I placed an order, i called with some changes in the configuration I wanted to make. I asked at the time and in two subsequent phone messages for a written revision to the order and pricing, but I didn't receive it or any response to my phone messages. I was concerned that the order might not have been changed correctly, but the windows and door arrived today and were exactly what I wanted. Installation personnel were great. Arrived right on time and actually took less time than estimated to install. The were careful to minimize mess and clean up after themselves. Workmanship was good. I was very pleased.

The seal had broken on our patio doors letting moisture get in between the panes of glass. We had several companies look at repairing or replacing the door. I pictured my old windows being taken out and the opening would allow flies to come in each time a window was replaced and by the end of the installation my house would be swarming with flies. But no such thing happened. As soon as an old window was removed, the preparation of the opening for the install went quickly and the new window put into the opening. The fit was good, which says that Tim (I believe that was his name) did a good job of measuring. It was amazing. Also, I thought that they would be here until dusk, but they were done hours before. The project was no where near as stressful as I visioned it would be. With the very pleasant experience of and the great looking windows, I would recommend Renewal by Andersen windows to anyone contemplating replacement windows and to ask for Jim and Quincy. However, I know that all of your installers a good.

We like our windows and we’re pleased with the install. I must say that our salesman was not honest with us. We ask about the 30 percent discount and he stated that they “once in a while we will have a 30 percent discount but NEVER have a 40 percent”. There are only two issues that give me pause for giving them 5 stars: 1)price- These are great quality windows, but be warned that you will have to pay for that quality. 2)sales tactics- Due to the price issue, be prepared to sit with a representative for over an hour as they try and sell you on the quality, then get pressured into a sale price good for that day only. All that being said...If you’re willing to sit through a high pressure sales pitch, and open up the checkbook, you likely won’t find a better window on the market.

I havne't actually used Andersen Window. However, my wife and agree that we need to leave a review because of the interaction we had with one of the employees of Andersen window. We were at the stat fair in Indiana on August 11th. We were heading toward the exit, but were super thirsty and were looking to purchase a water bottle. We turned to a man standing near us, who just so happened to be working at the Andersen window booth, and asked if he knew where a water fountain was, or a bottled water vendor might be near by. He, without hesitation, offered us some of the water he had brought with him. It was a real and unexpected kindness. We would not have thought any less of him for now offering it, but the fact that he did was all the more meaningful. Anyway, we don't have his name. I believe he had blonde hair, somewhat long, and looked to be in his mid to late twenties. I was impressed with the workmen's efficiency and competence when I had four windows replaced in my house. However, I was not prepared for the trim installed around the windows that took up one half inch of space that I had been using to hang my blinds. Also I bought the windows that crank out and I have not used them or cleaned them enough to know if I am satisfied. There seems to be a small amount of space to reach out and clean them on the hinge side, and would have to keep cranking them to see if they have any smudges. However, I do like the screen on the inside.

We were expecting two servicemen to reset our sliding patio door with foam insulation as we had snow on the inside this winter and also replace the apparently bowed sash on a double-hung window which had a considerable amount of ice on the inside. I had called the service department and left a message but heard nothing back. (Service calls after the sale and installation seem to be recorded more). The service tech did a good job on what he was told to do. However we are still waiting for our slider to be foam insulated.

I am generally a picky customer when it comes to work done in the home, so I don't take too lightly the assignment of a 5 out of 5. Renewal By Andersen (RBA) is a first class organization as evidenced by the people we engaged with at each step of the process. For reference, we did 29 window replacements and the installation took a full 4 days: 1. We were very pleased with the first engagement with Pam, who not only walked us through our order, helping us create our plan, but whose eye for design truly impacted our plan and saved us money! 2. The next engagement was with the gentleman who did the formal measurements for each window (the initial plan had preliminary measurements). He scrutinized ever aspect of the plan in addition to taking the final measurements and did find two typos, which he promptly asked us about and then corrected, saving us additional expense. 3. There were a few phone engagements to finalize on the installation date and then a reminder just before that day. 4. The two-man installation team were very competent, considerate, and professional. There was only one thing done that I would have preferred was not done: They reinstalled brackets for the shades with 3 window replacements where I would have preferred to do so myself. In each case, this was where we replaced a pair of double hung windows with a large dual slider window. The greater thickness of the sliders meant that the shades no longer fit even after the brackets were installed, so I would have discovered that on the first window. Essentially a no-harm no-foul type of preference. When I installed the new blinds to take the place of the old shades, I removed the brackets easily enough. As mentioned, these guys knew what they were doing and did their job thoroughly and well. I was most impressed with the thorough job on the sealing of the windows, inside and out, and with the impeccable finish of the windows down the the caulking with perfectly matched the window color to blend in seamlessly. Very well done. A final note: These windows are not cheap...they are high quality, high price, but Pam the planner/designer who set us up really worked with us to shoehorn in a full 10 more windows than I had planned to do at a price that I could live with. Be sure to ask about promotional price breaks and discounts! It may save you a lot of money or allow you to do your whole plan, rather than just part of it, or perhaps both.

I love my windows. My problem is that my plantation shutters for these windows now do not fit the windows. I was assured that they would go back up but that is not the case. We are looking for someone who may be able to build frames out from the windows that can be used to mount the shutters. So far, no luck with that. I may have to pay for custom shutters again if this project is even possible.

I just had ten new Renewal by Andersen casement windows installed with the low-e glass. It is amazing the amount of heat that these new Andersen windows block out. The installers were able to replace all ten windows in a day. Good job of insulating around all of the windows, fabricating the outside trim, and clean up.

I have had multiple issues with Andersens but the last of the many techs and installers, Ron, made it all seem like just history. He first visited to install handles and some bumper-type material. I hade been having trouble with one window in particular. He assessed the problem and volunteered to correct it personally although that is not what he normally does albeit his area of expertise. Yesterday he returned and not only accomplished that but came bearing a birthday cake. I had mentioned to the scheduler, Ashley, that I was taking the day off because it was my birthday...she obviously passed it on!! The windows are well built and very nice but the on-site service, up to yesterday left a lot be desired. Regardless of the window quality, had it not been for Ron's expertise and kindness and Ashley's knack for customer service this would have been a very bad customer experience. Both should be commended as shining attributes to Renewal by Andersen

After interviewing and obtaining estimates with 4 other companies; we chose Renewal by Anderson. We compared pricing, warranties, quality, and products. RbA, was in the mid-line on pricing; BEST in pricing, and SUPERIOR in Quality and product. Not one other company we found offered anything other than a Vinyl Window. Our home is only 19 years old and was built with Vinyl windows, we wanted something different, better quality and longer lasting. RbA had that hands down. And for the money in warranty, and craftsmanship, length of time in business there was no comparison. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Within the first week we have noticed that our home on the east side in the morning and midday sun is no longer scorching hot and remains cool. The AC is not running as much as it used to and the house is staying at a more constant temperature. Pricing was Midline with Vinyl window replacement's. Many were higher in pricing and some were lower...But the Fibrex system by RbA is much more stronger in comparison. How did I test them...I took out my old window compared the frames and the vinyl windows were bending in the frame. Secondly RbA Fibrex was 2 times thicker in width and depth than the vinyl window that came out. Much more solid space for air insulation gap sealant inside my wall once installed, foamed, and calked, and screwed into place. No doubt the RbA window is superior on the market. In my opinion. I'm am disabled individual, past experience was 30+ years in healthcare nursing, billing and management. No carpentry experience. These opinion's are my own, and based on my observations within the last week since installation. We are very happy with our purchase. I spoke with my cousin across the street. He replaced just 1 window in his living room (picture window) the same size as my living room picture window. Just for the one window with installation, he paid the same price as I did for 7 windows; to another competitor. And 5 years later he has to replace the same window again. Ron Ramsey did an excellent and timely jib for us ! The flat stock board that he replaced for us had been the wrong color, from what was supposed to have been installed originally in Dec 2018. We had repeatedly called, explained and sent pictures to your offive and got promises it would get replaced. Finally in early March a service tech was sent out. He said he had the stock with him in the truck. So we moved our furniture and took down our verticle blinds for him to have room to work. He then brought in the wrong color !! After another call to the office and 2 weeks later, Ron was sent out. Ron immediately knew what we needed bit had not been told by the office what to bring for our job. Ron took it open himself to come back the very next day with the correct color stock and installed it. Ron was the only rep that actually helped us get what we were supposed to have had to begin with after all the calls, pictures and 3 months. THANKS RON !!!

We now have a patio door that one can sit in front of and not feel the draft of air from outside. It replaces a French style door so it allows better utilization of our dining room space. The sliding windows replaced drafty aluminum framed windows that were cold and unattractive. The new windows, both the inside and outside, are very easy to clean from the inside. Installation was very professional. Old windows were removed and all debris was cleaned up. Very pleased with the entire process – sales, scheduling and installation.
