We had an incredible experience with our windows installation from Brock windows and doors. Right from the get go, we met with Brett Baverstock, who was a great salesman and he came to our house to give us a very thorough and free estimate. He gave us a very competitive rate and we decided to go with Brock. Our installation was in May 2022 and the installation team was very experienced, careful and installed all our windows within 2 days. They made everything very seamless. After our installation, we had a few issues that needed to be fixed and we contacted Brock windows and a technician came to fix the screen on one of our windows. Overall, we are very happy we chose Brock to replace our windows. And we're very grateful to Brett for providing us with excellent customer service. We'd highly recommend choosing Brock Windows for your next job. 5/5

Had all my windows and doors replaced about 3 years ago and was very pleased with service and quality. We got a custom door and it looks amazing; we get compliments all the time. Called Brett back this summer about a custom retractable screen for our back patio. Great service and professionalism again, and delivery and install was professional and well done. Most important, it looks great! Fantastic job Brock.

Brock windows has been such a pleasure to deal with unlike the nightmare we faced with a previous unnamed window manufacturer. We dealt with Darwin Raganit for our new build. We were so lucky to have him as our salesmen. Our windows and doors look so beautiful, and several people have complimented us on the windows and doors. Darwin is efficient, reliable, organized, gave us great suggestions, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the windows and doors to be delivered were on time. (An important fact during this Pandemic where everything has been severely delayed.) Any questions I had (there were several) he answered calmly and patiently, and he was always available to speak to over the phone and if he was not available, we always got a phone call back. There never was a question that was too many for him to answer. Brock windows is lucky to have Darwin and I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with Brock windows and Darwin in the future. Our house looks beautiful because of him a true rock star.

We ordered a front door and two basement windows at the beginning of the summer. They were installed by early October. The installer did a fantastic job, arrived when expected and left the house clean after completing the job. The door delivery was delayed but Brock did a good job of reaching out and rectifying the issue to our satisfaction. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did the actual installation of the door but he went above and beyond...we couldn't be more impressed with his work. Because we live in an older home he faced many challenges with the installation but he dealt with them and the end result is magnificent!!! Took eight months to get the door installed from order time to install, granted this was during Covid so I will give them the benefit of doubt.

From beginning to end, I have enjoyed my experience with Brock windows and doors. My sales rep Bill Kovacs not only spoke about the rebates but properly advised me of the correct process to ensure I was eligible to receive the rebates. I was not pushed into a sale and was offered access to the Brock showroom during opening hours and by appointment if it was of peak hours. We had three basement windows installed by Brock end of July. They looked good however while cleaning the leaves out of my basement wells I noticed all three were not caulked aling the top leaving a half to three quarter inch gap where insects and mice can get in. Calls to their installation department are not being returned nor are messages left on our sales rep, Sarah. We have called four times in the last week. Very poor follow up custmer service!

Windows are nice but the installation was very poor on the caulking. I know that nothing can be done to take this off and redo the caulking. I guess I should have been standing and observing the entire job. I give the total experience a 3.

Brock had installed our bedroom windows a few years back. Called them for a quote for all windows and doors on the main level. The rep came out and measured. Visited the showroom to pick out our front door. Placed the order and everything was installed three months later which is great in these Covid times. Installed 8 Northstar triple glazed windows including a large living room window, one patio sliding door and a front door. Installation was on the agreed upon date and the installer was very experienced. Very happy with the entire process and the look and feel of our new windows and door. Neigbours like it too.

The sales rep Ken was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and he definitely knew what he was talking about. The installers Mike and Ryan were very friendly and kept me informed as they worked. I had 13 windows installed and the front and back door replaced. They completed the project in 2 days. I absolutely love my front door and so happy with it. I did wait 13 weeks from the day we placed the order to have the project completed and was advised this was due to the increase in orders for people to get the government rebate. We contacted Brock after receiving a rather high quote from another window company that we had dealt with for 75% of the windows on our house. After reviewing their feedback on various websites we felt we were in good hands. Scott wells was the gentleman that was sent out to review our project and provide a quote. Scott was excellent to work with and gave expert input on the type of windows we should use in the various sections of the bedroom based on prevailing winds et. This impressed me very much to go to such detail. Another crew arrived and took all the exact measurements, again very professional and friendly. The scheduled day arrived and the crew arrived on time and worked hard all day . Unfortunately I was in work but my wife told me they were very friendly and did a fantastic job. I came home as they were close to finishing and the place was spotless. I would not hesitate recommending this company and their team of expert people to anybody. In my profession I deal with many different skilled trade contractors on a daily basis and this team of people are outstanding. In the spring of 2021 we had the original french doors going into our backyard replaced. The glass seal had gone and doors not sitting properly. Brock sent a rep out in the fall of 2020 to review and price our project. Within a couple of days we had an itemized estimate. It wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but seemed a reasonable price. The job was completed in March 2021 in one morning. The crew and job were very professional. The whole wall unit was identical to the original doors with transoms on the left, top and right. We have had many compliments on the work. We highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors for value and quality of work.

New Windows Installed Our house is 22 years old and the windows have never been very efficient. Some of them could no longer be opened and there was condensation between some panes. We had a few companies come in to give us quotes - Brock spent the right amount of time with us - talked us through the products, answered questions and did measurements, no hard sell just informational. The quote was accurate, detailed and sent to us quickly. When the old windows were removed and the new ones installed - the work was excellent. The new frames matched our existing ones perfectly and the windows all open, close and lock without any problems. We did half our windows so still have the other half to do - we will definitely do them with Brock.

This is the second time we’ve hired Brock Windows for our home. The first time we had them replace 4 of our upstairs windows, because we thought there was a leak in the old windows. The couple who came and installed the windows were great, they left everything clean, and the installation looked great. The second time they came to our house, most recently, they installed 8 windows and our sliding backdoor. They did a great job the first time around, so we did hire them back. The three men who installed the windows did it so quickly, we are very impressed. There was minimal mess after they left, and the windows look incredible. Everyone who works for Brock is great to speak to, even when we had the issue regarding the rebate, and whether it would still go through, I’m sure they received tons of calls, but when I did call to ask, they were very polite, understanding and informative. We really do love this company, they’ve replaced all of our windows in our house, and we’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their doors or windows done. Prices are all reasonable and comparable with most window companies. They often have sales through-out the year that are well worth it. Next call will be for our front door!!

From the salesperson, to the measuring appointment, to the installation, everything was fantastic. I was most impressed with the efficient installers who took 3 hours to install a new patio door (requiring some demo as well) and the window. Clean up was excellent. I've never seen a truck that was better equipped for the job which also helped with their efficiency. After installation, I took all the stickers off the windows and threw them out without realizing I needed them for the warranty. A quick call to Brock's customer service and within minutes I had the codes I needed to complete the warranty online. I will definitely use this company again for any future needs.

Brock was not the cheapest but we decided to go with them because we liked their product and the people we were speaking with. Once we decided to go with Brock we went to the show room to check out the windows in person. Installation was scheduled for about 4 weeks out. A rep came and remeasured everything and the installers showed up exactly on time. The job took 2 days. The installers were professional and exceptional at their job. John the Inspector came by at least 3 times over the 2 days to ensure that everything was being done to properly. It was. I am so happy with our new windows and doors. We replaced every window in our house. From our initial contact to meeting the salesman, Brian, and finally having the work completed, we have only good things to say about our dealings with Brock. I hesitated a long time to have my old windows replaced because it is a big and expensive project. The sales person Brian was very helpful and understanding. His professionalism finally made me decide to go ahead with the project. The project took 2 days to finish and the installers did a good job. They worked hard and did their best to clean the areas surrounding the windows. They are open to suggestions that I have. Brocks sent an inspector to check before the project was completed which provided more comfort to me. I am happy with the project and will recommend Brock to my friends.

Last week Brock replaced our 5 basement windows as we had never updated them when we replaced all the other windows in our home years ago. We got a couple of quotes and decided to go with Brock based on the sales pitch together with the price. A team of 3 guys arrived on time on the scheduled day. It took them approximately 4 hours to complete the work which also involved lifting up sections of the deck to get to the window in the furnace room. They were very courteous, friendly and efficient and did a good job overall. An inspector arrived a short while later to look over the work and make sure each window was installed correctly. There were no issues. We would highly recommend Brock to install your windows.

We still had the original doors and windows of our house which were builder quality (terrible). We had Bill from Brock come over to give us an estimate and were offered multiple suggestions for different windows in different rooms of the house. Bill was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We then booked an appointment at the showroom where we could try out the windows and examine all of the products we were looking to buy. Because of the promotions being offered and discounts applied due to the volume of work, Brock’s prices were similar to those of other companies we had spoken to. The men who came in to take the measurements and the crew that installed the windows followed the company’s and province’s protocols and everyone was professional and courteous. One of the screens had a tiny tear in it and it was replaced within two weeks of installation. Brock maintained contact with us throughout the process about when things would be ready. We had a very good experience.

Brock was great – they installed some windows for us in 2014 and again this year (2016). We live in a 30 year old house. On both occasions, our experience with Brock was exceptional. Placing a call to their sales department was effortless. They were able to work with our schedule in arranging for a site visit by one of their representatives. In 2014 and again this year, that representative was Scott. He was patient (not pushy), asked important questions to understand what our needs were, made valuable suggestions regarding what our alternatives were and helped us make informed decisions. The estimate/ work order was clearly laid out, all costs were outlined as well as what was expected of us in terms of deposit and final payment after the work was done. The professionals at Brock were also very flexible with our schedule in arranging for the installation – and they kept their promise as to those installation days. We received our new windows on the days promised. I don’t remember the installer’s name in 2014, but this year the lead installer was Gino. He was great. Friendly, clean, and got the job done exactly how we wanted. We are really happy with the buying experience with Brock and would not hesitate to work with them again and refer others to them.

Our house was built in 1993, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to replace our front door that was a "builders-standard grade" - small front door with a side light window. We were provided an option to have a much wider door without sidelight, at the recommendation of the Sales Agent from Brock that came to our house in February 2020, to provide us with options and a quote. We loved his suggestion of having a wider door, without side light, and it was slightly cheaper than installing a door and sidelight similar to what we had. At the same time, we decided we needed to replace two very old rattling windows, one in the master bedroom, one in the master bathroom. We found the prices very competitive and we also went to the show room to look at the options available to us as well as to select a color for our front door as well as to look at various glass insert options to put in our door. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the COVID situation, our installation date was pushed back a few times, but when the installers did show up in a May 2020, they showed up on time, and did the install, were friendly and courteous and left the area worked on very clean and took away all the old window and door debris. I get compliments on my new door whenever friends come over and see the door for the first time, and we both are still so in love with the look of our new and very modern and stylish front door. And the replacement windows are now so much more effective in that the noises in the backyard we used to hear are 90% blocked, and the rooms are kept cooler in the summer due to the air not escaping through our previously ratty noisy old windows. Brock has completed the first phase of new window installations on our property with a total of eleven windows – nine more to come. We signed the contract in September 2016 with installation originally scheduled for November. However due to an unforeseen conflict with an overseas trip we asked for it to be deferred to January, 2017 and yet again to April, 2017 to avoid winter months. We are extremely pleased with how they accommodated our ongoing rescheduling requests and quite impressed with Brock’s customer service for follow-ups and care. They have installed triple glazed North Stars windows in our house and the work has been done in a most professional manner without rushing the job. The same people who measured also installed, so handoffs issues were avoided. Everyone we dealt with from the sales person Scott Wells, to the installer Harry was competent, knew their stuff and met our needs. The back office people were equally thorough and understanding from the office manager Betty Lou to the project coordinator Ian McKnight. We would definitely recommend Brock for their expertise, and product quality. They were not the lowest quote but in the end perhaps best value. We have given the contract for phase 2 to complete the rest of the house. Scott has been awesome in offering a deal to price match phase 1 of the contract despite the changes we have made and the cost increase over six months. Bottom line, these guys are excellent in the product and value they deliver. 10/10.

I contacted multiple windows company an ultimately went with Brock Windows and Doors. My husband and I are happy with the service thus far and our new triple pane windows certainly improved our home comfort. Our windows were replaced in late September, just before a few cold days hit. Our home had the original builders windows which are over 20 years old and we replaced all 13 window with Brock. Last winter, our basement window was encased in frost, like old freezers that haven't been defrosted in a long time, and we hear whistling on windy days. The new windows resolved all that and our basement feels super comfortable. The rest of the house is now comfortable and much quieter. The triple pane makes a big difference. I have also monitored the heat loss in my house during the day when I have the thermostat reduced to 16C and the overall temperature in my home only drops 0.5C during the day in the winter. The work was done quickly and the installers were courteous. However, they did not do as good a cleaning job as expected. There were still screws and scrap materials in my basement and randomly around my yard and deck. The window glass was not wiped clean so more work on my end. I also had an issue after the installation and Brock had someone out to fix it at the next availability and the service technician arrived on time and was professional. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. Brock cost a little more than the other companies for the same project, but Tony Aguiar, my sales rep, seemed like an honest person and when asked about after sales service, he was able to tell me the whole service process and how they take care of customers. I also called into the office a few times during the span of the project and the staff were able to respond to my inquiries when possible. To end, this is the 3rd whole home windows replacement project I've dealt with and Brock definitely came out as the top performer.

Our Condominium had contracted Brock to replace our town house windows, where Brock reached out directly to us and worked with us on replacement within our availability. They have worked with us on carrying the replacement over the weekend as we were not available on the weekday. They were quite flexible on scheduling and finished the project professionally on time. They have even fully cleaned up after their work before they left. The only thing they could have done better, which I probably blame my condominium for more than the Brock team is they could have provided more info/brochures on the windows types provided and warranty. Replaced 3 large bay windows and 4 others using Brock. Reasonable quality product and overall a well done installation... a bit messy in the end which required some cleaning (to be expected). Excellent sales and installation service; however, this project became quite a logistical challenge to complete. After some rescheduling, our initial installation was July 12, 2018 (workday). At this time we noticed the vinyl siding installed was quite different from what was ordered. Our work order reflected different information from the installer’s copy. Windows were installed and agreed with installer to leave without vinyl siding until they could return with another colour. After two weeks of voicemails and emails, we heard back and received word installation would finish Aug 24, however the installer did not have access to the coloured siding. The siding was ordered by Brock and we rescheduled to Sept 11. After preparing to be home Sep 11, it was bumped to Sept 12, and that afternoon was postponed again to Sep 19. Apart from the back and forth with scheduling, we are happy with the product and install.

I give Brock Windows a 4.5 stars. The sales consultant and the follow up with staff before and after the installation is exceptional. The work crew arrived right on time and were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves, however, they did leave finger marks on the vinyl. The trim around the windows is larger than what I had so a shelf near a kitchen window was incorporated by the work crew into the trim. If they had asked me I would have taken the shelf down as I didn't know the trim would be so much wider. They did a good job working around the shelf and it's not noticeable until you get up close but the trim will have to be fixed if I ever take the shelf down. Very pleased with the windows and door can really notice the difference.

But I am very satisfied with the job they have done in my house that I actually recommended them to some of my friends. the windows look awesome and now it is also quite meaning I don't hear noises coming from outside when windows are closed. The way it is built and the type of window materials used I think it will last least 25 years considering that the old windows lasted 16 years and it is nothing compared to these new windows. We had a positive experience throughout, from the friendly sales staff, to the showroom staff (where we visited to see the actual product) and for the installation. Installation was clean, professional, and well done. We were initially advised that the process could take 8-10 weeks. The door was installed within 3 weeks. Only 'issue', although minor, was that we ordered a multi-point lock but got a single instead. We'll be able to get that deducted from the bill. We had also ordered the security bolt which we are happy with.

The sales rep that arrived gave us the best recommendation he had for the type of window we wanted and we made the deposit that night. Following a few weeks for the window to be made we were contacted by a customer service rep to advise they are ready to install based on my schedule. The installer that arrived was early and in a great mood. he double checked where I wanted the window to be absolutely sure of where it needed to go. Then a few hours later he was done, cleaned up my floors and backyard, even closed up the gate and removed all debris. The install was perfect, level and insulated. He even showed up a few days later to shave down the insulation and put a finishing seal on the outside of the window. this is a great team and left us with a great first experience. We wanted to replace two large picture windows in our living room. We were happy with Brock Windows right from the time the salesman set foot in our door. He explained how the windows were constructed, the security features (we were most interested in this), and gave us a very reasonable price. After obtaining a quote from another company, who were not as impressive, we went ahead with Brock and are extremely satisfied. They called us and booked the date and the time. The installers arrived right on time. They made sure our hardwood floors were covered before starting. They worked from the time they arrived until the job was complete. We were going to keep the existing woodwork but there was some rot on the wood around one of the windows. The installer told us he didn't feel right putting the window on rotten wood and he would need to replace one of the boards. We agreed and said we would pay any extra fees incurred but they didn't charge us. We were happy that the installer had the integrity to do the right thing by letting us know about the wood rot in the first place. The windows look fantastic. The installers showed us how to open and close them properly. They cleaned up and left our living room as they found it. We really couldn't be happier and will be calling Brock about replacing our bedroom windows next year.

We were told the order would take approximately 8-12 weeks...but reality came about 5 months later. Scott spent time with us explaining options and we were confident in his knowledge of Brock products. The quality of materials is impressive and is certainly far superior to the product and installation that the builder used which had failed. The doors we have chosen are show stopping double doors at 7.5' tall with a big palladium window above. It was all designed to align with large windows on either side so it's a huge feature on an end wall that you can't miss when you enter the room. He was professional and very courteous. He also made suggestions with regards to the style and choice of windows that we are glad that we made. The installation of the windows was done by Amry and his assistant Fidel. Amy's skill as an installer and finish carpentry skills were impeccable. He showed up on time despite having to commute to Oakville and worked hard and long days in order to complete the installation in two days. Amry did have to return 3 weeks later to install the window for the garage as there had been a mix up in our order. Again, he showed up on time and was very good in maintaining a clean work site. My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Brock to replace our windows and patio doors. They are a huge improvement over the windows that were installed by the builder. Despite the cold snap that happened in the new year, our upstairs was warmer and we had no condensation on the windows. (We used to have ice build up on our old windows.) We were also pleasantly surprised to see a very small increase in our gas bill compared to the previous year despite it being much colder. The overall comfort level of our home has been greatly improved. Based on our experience, I have no reservations in recommending Brock.

I recently had a new front door with a side lite and sliding screen installed at my home. I absolutely love it!! I had shopped around last year and was very disappointed with 2 reputable firms that quoted me. Neither gave me a written quote and could not guarantee the installation of a sliding retractable screen which was a very important feature that I wanted. I contacted Brock (a recommendation from a friend) and asked that they not even consider coming to quote if they could not supply the sliding screen I really wanted. I then visited their beautiful showroom in Brampton to see their products first hand and to pick the glass and hardware I wanted. Ken was excellent in making sure I was aware of all of the options that were available and made very good suggestions. He then wrote up the detailed order and the deal was done. Both Brock and the Mirage installer contacted me with the scheduled installation dates within a few days of confirming my order. Brock has an absolutely excellent customer service and marketing dept. They contacted me after both the door and the screen installation to ensure I was happy. The Brock and Mirage installers did a fantastic job of their installations, I could not find a thing wrong and I am very picky. I signed the contact in May and got window installed in Aug, waiting time is a bit long but for me it's ok because I am not in rush. We used Brock Doors and Windows to replace thirteen windows and two front doors for our fifty-year-old house in Mississauga. Arthur was our salesperson, and he was very flexible in meeting with us at our house as well as at the showroom to clarify the process and give us our quote. We wanted to complete the project within two months, which apparently was a tight turnaround for them however Arthur managed to have at least the windows installed in that timeframe. The price was reasonable as well when compared to the other quotes we received. We did note that Arthur became very unresponsiveness after receiving our initial deposit whenever we contacted him about concerns we had. This made us very frustrated and we escalated to Kevin, his manager. Kevin's responsiveness was better but not ideal. Adrianna, who I believe deals with customer service for current installations, needed two calls to book the final installation appointment for the doors. Stefan and his team installed the windows and the doors, and their work was impressive. The installations were masterfully completed with only a few follow-up issues, which Stefan addressed promptly. Customer service is not Stefan, or his team's, strong suit as they weren't the politest people to deal especially at the end of the workday. The team did lay out runners so they could walk inside the house with their boots, but the runners were sometimes ignored. This was especially true during the second appointment for the doors. Stefan was also a bit aggressive in asking for payment at the end of the first appointment, which I had to report to Arthur. One door also had paint scratched off on the door-jamb face, and this was left unaddressed. Having written all this though, I am extremely happy with Stefan and team's workmanship and I'm satisfied with Brock's pricing. The windows and doors also seem to be well made, and the completed project looks great.

Brock Doors and Windows has things figured out, and the right team in place to execute. I have a high standard for quality, and I'm impressed that they exceeded my expectations during each step in the process. I'm thrilled with their workmanship and quality and would hire them again in the future. My old second floor windows were leaky, squeaky, and terrible. Upstairs was consistently a 10° difference in temperature, and one of the main reasons was the windows. Visited the Brock showroom, was given helpful information on the construction of the North Star windows and why they are more energy efficient than other windows. Phil quoted the job at our house, and worked through a number of options - window style, grills, locks, panes, etc. The quote was very competitive. I couldn't have asked for a smoother installation process. Eugene and Oleg were incredibly detail oriented, which is so important to my wife and I, and patient - explaining things like the trim options, possible impacts to my cedar shingles, and caulking. All steps in the process were communicated to us along the way. They worked efficiently and with great care inside our house - removing their boots every time they entered, laying down drop sheets around the workspace, and vacuuming thoroughly after. There were cedar shingles around the window dormers, making things a bit more complicated, but the guys handled them with expertise and the finished windows look 2-3X better than the old ones. The caulking around each window was done with great thoroughness, making sure to seal around the shingles, the top and bottom flashing as well. The windows themselves are very high quality - you can tell by how they sound when you open and close them, and the minimal amount of outside noise that gets in when they are closed. The locks allow for a one handed open/close operation. The second floor temp feels like less of a difference from the main floor, though the winter will be the true test.

I got 4 quotes, and it was amazing how Brock was able to meet our needs and we were actually able to keep the same blinds that we had. Overall they did a great job! I was most satisfied when we noticed an immediate change in the sound. Also, we even noticed the temperature change. Although the winter wasn't that cold. These windows were able to keep the cold air out. We also like the look of the windows, so pretty much everything overall. I would like to recognize both Brian (Sales and point person) and Kris, the installer. They knew their stuff very well and answered all concerns and questions we had. The great news. Windows were nicely installed. The crew was polite, efficient and covered up the floor and surrounding surfaces. They vacuumed up after themselves and worked very efficiently. Recommendation for improvement. Wood frame is primed but the holes could be better filled and left tidier. Lots of filling and sanding is required before painting. Lots of touch up to wall and under windows, including filling holes ( we were assured that the new windows would hang over). Also all windows need caulking in the inside to close the gap between the wall and the trim, to be clean and neat. The windows, the cleaning is long. Silicone finger prints and stickiness from stickers. In my opinion the windows should be left clean and spotless. Love the new windows but there was a good 5 full days of work for one to get them looking finished and polished. I expected a good 2-3 as we knew the trim would need to be painted. Highly recommend the windows, but encourage a bit more focus on leaving the window trim ready to go for customers, along with silicone free (it requires a lot of work and more then just windex to get off). The entire team from beginning to end was polite and professional.

Replaced our patio door and am really happy with the quality of the product so far. Both salesman (Bill) and installer (Kemar) were great to deal with. An error was made on our quote. This resulted in door opening in the wrong direction. A kit was ordered to correct this and within a couple of weeks, it was fixed promptly by the original installer. I would recommend this company based on price, customer service and professionalism.

Tight trim joints on the inside. Great interior caulking. The house was clean when they left. On the outside their caulking job was outstanding and all of the capping they did was perfect. Again, when they left they cleaned everything and kept a very tidy jobsite throughout. After the doors and windows were installed, the house looked a thousand times better. The energy efficiency has already been noticed in a record hot summer. I would not hesitate to refer these folks and I already have.

Windows function fine but there were several unexpected issues; I think they were too small - ended up with random/extra inside trim so now the blinds stick out almost 3/4in than before, slight draft from some, Left slider is 3/4in smaller on all sides than right - all windows, Random vertical bar in center of all screens, Floors had to be cleaned after - shortage of runners & guys came back in house with boots on after install!!, garbage from an entire window left on site, no CS follow-up.

Hired Brock Windows and Doors to replace ALL the Doors and Windows with Triple Pane Glass Windows. This was the best decision we made. The test of any company is how well they handle follow up issues. Please read to the end to follow the string... The initial installation in 2002 of most of our windows in our semi was done well and on time at a good price. We then had a follow up in 2014 with our main window, front door and sliding patio door replacement, again which was done well. In 2017, our main window developed a rattle and a draft, so we called Brock on March 9 and left a message for Jennifer X230 relating our problem requesting a service call. No response, so we emailed the GM, Graeme on March 16 and again on March 23, fully explaining our problem, no response. We agree that our problem is not urgent, but no response???? They advertise they have thousands of satisfied customers, but we are now having our doubts. Follow up a few days later: My review prompted an immediate response with a pleasant phone call from Jennifer and a service tech came out the next day and fixed the problem. I am now fully satisfied and can understand what went wrong. Suggestion: when an employee leaves the company, make sure their email sends an automatic response that they have left and redirect the enquiry to the new person responsible.

We recently had the main floor of our house renovated, and although the windows are newer and work well, we had a huge patio sliding door (circa 1974) that was extremely difficult to move as it was old, did not have runners, and was not energy efficient by todays standards. We met with Rick Bionda and described our thoughts for a replacement. Rick very patiently met with us several times, and examined each of our choices for esthetics, efficiency and operation for the space available, before we settled on a triple door with a centre slide. Rick, and the staff at the showrooms were extremely professional and walked us through our plan and decision process. Rick answered our questions clearly and fully, and several times researched to check if what we found in magazines was possible for our situation. The installation crew was fast, clean and very professional. They showed up at the scheduled time and day, and left us 2 ½ hours later with a fully installed patio door, description of what had been done and how they operated, and absolutely no evidence that a removal and installation had occurred.
