I had a good install experiance with the two gentleman, Tyler and I wished I could remember the other gentleman's name, that came out to install and constructed an opening to place a sliding patio door, I even asked if they would save my storm door and place in the garage for me and they were more then willing too. The first gentleman walked me thru what to expect and covered up my items with plastic to protect the dust from the cutting they had to do to make the opening larger. Once complete they cleaned up all their mess inside and out. I had the drywall finisher , Neal ,come and he did a good job as well and let me know when he was finished what I needed to do before painting took place. Also the ladies in the office kept me informed Christina and Lexi.

The price is higher than I expected, and perhaps too high for the amount of windows we replaced, so that is something to think about when concerning working with this company.

We were very pleased that our windows were received at least a month earlier than we expected so we were able to have them installed before the hot summer weather arrived The installers arrived on time and were very professional with many years of experience working for Bee Window. The installers worked efficiently and left the work areas (we had 11 windows replaced) clean and free of debris - inside and out. Last year, Bee Window replaced our faux French doors with a sliding glass door and that experience was great and hassle-free, too. The product and installation work are top quality and we would highly recommend!

I used Bee Window to do a walk in shower in my bathroom to replace the tub that was there. They also replaced my window in the bathroom. I had previously use Bee Window to replace my patio door a few years back. I had such a good experience with that installation that I did not have to think twice about who to go to for this. They do such excellent work and are always very professional to work with. John Brown did my window and Levi Oney did the shower install. Their work was flawless and done quickly. I could not be happier with the finished product on either job. I would highly recommend using Bee Window for your projects and both John and Levi as your installers. Both of these gentlemen were true professionals and took care of protecting my home while doing their work. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions that I had. In fact Levi quickly got back with me when I had an after install question. I trust in Bee Window because they use quality materials and stand behind their work. Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful.

100% professionalism from the salesman to the installers and everyone I talked to on the phone, there was a little delay from when they said the new windows would be put in but they stuck to there words once they did receive them. The installers, Brian & Jared would fantastic and very professional the whole time they were here working. They had answers to every question I asked and showed us step by step how the new windows functioned, both of which took the time to make sure we knew how to work them. Raj Dhillon he came over and gave me an estimate he was real nice and polite and now we are getting a new shower put it can’t wait ….. and an update to my shower install it is looking good I like it a lot looks a lot better than what used to be in my bathroom had a few problems but nothing to complain about on here anyways stuff happens can’t wait to get it finished in my shower door to come here but overall good product friendly staff would use again once I get my bill paid off …. Will update it again once They get it all finished……… here is an update been six months and still nothing done yet still waiting should give me some kind of refund but I know that Not going to happen……..😡😡 Paid over $12,000 for the shower still not done yet started this last year ….. started the install six months ago…….😡😡….. And the new commercial says a new shower just in one day and they do second bathroom for free yeah OK😡😡 I paid over $12,000 from one shower still not done yet🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️….. finally got a good installer out here somebody that actually knows what he’s doing the project is finally completed so this will be my final update to this review if the installers name is Shawn And he’s put in your shower he actually knows what he’s doing not like the other guys I sent out here they finally got somebody that knows what they’re doing 😄

Found some items that needed addressed afterwards-Bobby came out and fixed everything up and did a great job. it was so cold but that didn't bother him from making sure everything was fixed. Why don't you just call me and I can send you pictures of how awful my door are installed. Fifty percent of the Screws are in at a slant. I can get my fingernail under them. They are sticking out at a slant. The corners of the frame are not connected. They put a large scratch on my $7,000.00 door and gave ME the paint and told me to paint it. The cut out on the door look like they were cut out with dull scissors. They broke my back light dome that went over my back light and laughed about it. I have been lied to about the lining that goes under the door way is glued up the outside of my back door. JIM SAID THATS THE WAY WE DO IT. My other door don't look like that. Nor does any door you have done look like that. That's just one lie. Now they say it will be a year before my $15,000.00 doors can be fixed. JIM SAYS THEY ARE INSTALLING THE DOORS ON EVERYONES HOUSE. SO YOU ARE SELLING AND INSTALLING BAD PRODUCTS. COME TO MY HOUSE MR OWNER OF BEE WINDOW!!!! STAND BY WHAT YOU SAY. I THINK I NEED A LAWYER!!!!!

We had seven windows replaced plus a five panel bow window and we are very pleased with them. The installers were professional and polite. The seat part of the bow had several scratches but by the time we saw it, the installer had already notified his boss of the problem. The seat was refinished and it looks nice. We will be calling Bee Window in the near future to replace more windows in our house.

Original time was quoted to be sometime next month but the windows arrived quickly and were installed super quick. 15 windows were removed and replaced in less than 2 days. A bit of dust is created inside but to be expected. The crew brought covers to help keep the mess inside to a minimum all tools were kept on their person and not placed on furniture or nearby tables. Overall happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone.

We contracted with Bee Window to install 19 second floor windows in our 100 year-old brick house. They also removed the front entryway that consisted of the original front door and two sidelights and replaced them with an energy efficient single integrated unit with much nicer looking glass than the originals had. They also reinstalled our wired doorbell into the new door unit. The process started about a week after we signed the contract when a measurement technician arrived to take measurements. Several weeks later we received stain color samples and signed-off on them. The office staff was very accommodating in delaying the install date several times when I felt it was too cold to remove our front entryway and replace it. The install of all 19 windows and the front entryway exceeded my expectations and was completed carefully and quickly in a single day. The install crew was friendly and knowledgeable and worked together as a team. One of the trailers that they brought on-site was a mobile metal fabricating shop that allowed them to cut and bend the metal exterior pieces to fit each window as needed. They installed new insulation around the windows and door unit and caulked all exterior and interior joints. At the conclusion of the install they cleaned up around the house and took away all the old windows and door pieces. Over the 40 years that we have lived in our 100 year-old home, we have worked with many, many tradesmen, everyone from larger outfits like Bee Window to smaller one-man operations. I’ve learned that there is almost always a successful outcome when there is a partnership between the homeowner and the tradesmen. I’ve learned to hire people with the experience and expertise for the job we needed done and then work with them to make it happen. I’ve found that when you hire carefully, communicate clearly, and treat tradesmen with respect you will get a superior result. Bee Window was not the most inexpensive choice, but they were the right choice for this project.

Great windows!! George and Pam Faerber are the bomb and the King and Queen of home improvements in Indianapolis! The sales guy, Dallas Colich, was great and gave w me a very good price. The installers were very good and clean. Because 18 windows were installed, it took three days. It was January and cold outside, so only one window was removed at a time so the house would not be too cold. I was interested watching the two guys- one obviously had a lot of experience and was coaching the other guy on how to do it right. Their dialogue was interesting to me! Great windows at a super price and expert installation. And warm with the little bit of cold weather we have had. No street noise filters through. Would highly recommend!

It took three years, but today Bee installed the last seven Marvin Infinity windows in our 25-year-old house! Eleven more windows plus a beautiful sliding patio door (replacing a french door that just took up too much space and light in our kitchen eating area) had been installed in two earlier phases. We are thrilled! Infinity may have cost a bit more than other replacements, but our house is quieter, warmer in winter and cooler in summer (reducing HVAC bills). And Bee staff have been a pleasure to work with!

Bee Window company has been professional, very communitive and easy to work with. We had a sales person in our home to tell us all the options for replacing our sliding glass doors with french-doors. I used Bee Window Bathroom Division to remove our old one piece fiberglass tub/shower unit and replace it with a new tub, new acrylic walls, new plumbing fixtures, new grab bars, and new shower curtain rod. Omar was our installer. He did a great job and showed up on time each day and was very particular about his work. He asked me questions during the process so that he understood exactly how I wanted things to look The project was started on time and completed within the parameters that I was quoted Omar was also very personable, and we conversed about the project as well as other things. I was happy with the completed project which is very good as I am a hard person to please when it comes to home improvement projects. Glad I chose Bee Window Bathroom Division for my project.

I've heard about this company and the quality of their products for years. On our second try for an appointment (first time they hadn't entered it in their system correctly and no one showed up) 2 sales reps showed up at the house. I stated right at the start that we are only looking at replacing the doors out to the deck and did NOT intend to make a decision right then. Waste of breath because the female sales rep was the stereotypical "used car salesman" -not being mean she told us that it was what she used to do. Extremely pushy and not informative sales pitch. Very uncomfortable and annoying experience- she was not going to leave and let us talk/think about it like we had asked. We signed a contract partly just to get her to go away thinking we very well might cancel it within the allowed 3 days. Went ahead with it because of the warranty and we really needed to get the door replaced before cold weather. The thing that redeemed this purchase was the installers. Very polite and did a really great job. The door is very pretty and easy to use. Love the mini blinds between the glass in the sliding doors. I would suggest going to the showroom for info but not letting a salesman into your home. This product is very expensive but hoping that the high quality and good warranty will make it worth it in the longrun

Been looking to replace our back patio doors. The whole experience was great. Sales person was knowledgeable helped us with our question and got us information needed. After ordering, they did a second visit to verify measurements for ordering. Once the doors came in was easily scheduled and installation was quick and easy. Workers showed up did the work and were gone with barely knowing they were here. Provided care instructions and cleaned up before leaving. Will use again.

Salesman was knowledgeable in helping us select the product we wanted. Our order was pushed back a month but ended up being moved back up to our promised time. The installers were quick and the window looks great except the caulk in the inside of the house was not flat and has some flaws and also had some foreign material in it. I am also still waiting to hear about the warranty work on one of my older bee windows that has a broken part but the installer did look at it and we are awaiting their answer on if they can provide the part to fix it or if the window will be replaced. The installers were respectful and left the house clean. We do really like the new windows and they even match the old fairly well. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend the product and also have had a friend purchase many window yesterday for their house after seeing ours.

Had a mixed experience but as far as the quality of the windows and door plus installation, we are very pleased. We had selected a specific door with a transom window and sidelight windows with the salesperson. We were later contacted by email that the specific windows we chose with the door were not available and we needed to choose different ones. I asked for pictures or samples to look at and the salesman stated to just go to the manufacturer's website. We did that and selected the windows we wanted - exactly as the picture reflected. Upon installation, these windows were nearly completely transparent and not consistent with the picture at the website at all. When questioned, the salesman tells me they installed exactly what we requested until I pressed and showed him the picture from the website that he directed me to and how it differed from what was installed. His reply was, "Well that's a mistake at the manufacturer's website and we have no control over that!" HE was the one who directed me to that website telling me to pick out new windows from that website, but then chose to blame the manufacturer. Just a very unprofessional attitude exhibited by him. The salesman's manager told me on the phone that the salesman should have visited us to show us the options which would have avoided all of this instead of trying to pass the blame onto another party. Fortunately, we were able to eventually receive the windows we wanted and Bee corrected this problem. This issue with the salesman was enough of a problem that I wanted to give a slightly lower rating, but aside from that issue, everything was very good. The installers were knowledgeable and did great work.

Bee Window sent out a sales advisor to take a look at our windows. Frankly, we knew nothing about windows and we weren't sure if our windows were good quality prior to his arrival. We were probably a great target for a less reputable company to swoop in and sell us bad windows. However, the kind gentleman not only explained a lot about our specific brand of windows, he told us there was no rush as the windows themselves were still in good shape. The fact that he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and that he patiently answered our questions made us confident that although we aren't buying new windows at this time, Bee Window will be the first call when we decide to do so one day.

They were here when they said they would. Originally, we were schedules for a 2-day installation, but the installers worked a little bit later so they could finish up in 1 day. Gutter Installations is the service that was performed. My brother had recommended this company after having his siding and windows installed by them. My initial experience of the person coming out and doing an estimate was good, but afterwards trying to get a hold of the estimator was very difficult. Very Poor communication skills back to the customer, including the company when I would call. Once a date was scheduled after several months, the estimated ETA of work completion was WAY off. I was first informed it would be a couple of days which turned out to be over a week. Initial workers didn't show up till after 9am and left around 3. The last day no one showed up and no communication from the office informing no one would be there. There were items that I was cleaning up in the yard and around the house, when I was told the company would be cleaning up the debris from the job. I called the office and was informed another group would be coming out to complete the job. This person was their lead installer and he had his own crew. Martin and his crew were Fantastic. He communicated well and he brought the proper equipment to try and finish the job. Due to the weather it had to be delayed till they were able to come out and compete to my satisfaction. Martin's crew I would give them 5 stars but the actually company I would give them a 2. The reason I gave a 3 was due to the person's I spoke to when I would call to inquire about issues. A couple of them were very helpful.

Later we decided to get a walk-in bath off the main bedroom and we got Joe again! Yay! It was nice to see a familiar face, and once again he didn't disappoint! He kept everything together and didn't leave a huge mess laying around. As he took out the tub and shower it went right out the door he didn't leave anything laying around the bathroom/ bedroom. We took advantage of a promotion on the baths, and when we learned from the sales person they also install new doors, we ordered a new front door. We got a new patio door. The scheduling office was very understanding when we had to change the install date twice due to weather keeping our new concrete patio from being poured. With no step and lots of gravel and mud, install just wasn’t possible until the patio was in. The installers did a great job. They were efficient and left only a little dust behind. We are very happy with Bee Window. Our original salesman was no longer with the company when I contacted him about getting the new windows he measured and quoted for. I decided to call the company directly and left a message. Patrick Rinard called me and said be would send me a new quote, since the first one I had was not quoted correctly for the windows we wanted to replace.. Sad to say it was higher then the original quote. After a few conversations with Patrick, he honored the original quote, so we went ahead and signed a contract for the purchase. Jim (salesman) came to our house to remeasure the windows and go over the details and had me sign a few forms. He gave me an approximate install date at that time. I mailed a check for half of the cost, so the windows could be ordered, and the balance was due after the windows were installed (which I gave Jon when I signed the completion paper). The windows did not arrive when expected, so our install date was rescheduled for a week later. Bee Window called and confirmed the windows finally arrived and that the installers would be at our house between 11 AM and 1PM. I was sent a text the morning of the install, with a picture of the installer who was going to do the work at our house. I thought this was very helpful (good idea). Now we knew who would be coming to our house....good security measure! To our surprise, Jon and Anthony (his brother) arrived around 10 AM. When does that happens anymore ?? Jon checked the area and went over the window order and then they went right to work. They are a very good team and represent Bee Window well. They installed four (4) Marvin Infinity and two (2) Van Guard windows. The windows fit perfectly and they did a very good job on the trim work. They were very careful when installing the windows and cleaned/vacuumed each area when they were done. After all the windows were installed, they cleaned them all and made sure everything looked okay. They gave us a quick lesson on how to use the windows which was helpful. Jon asked if he could place a Bee Window sign in our yard and we were happy to say yes. They cleaned the driveway and area they worked in and then they were on their way home. Jon said I would be getting a call from Pam (Company owner) to see how the install went and to make sure we were pleased. Sure enough, about 30/45minutes later, Pam called and I told her how happy we were with the windows and that Jon and Anthony did a very good job and represented her Company very well.....I told her they are keepers!!

We had 20 windows replaced, and were very pleased with the whole experience. We had planned to replace just a few windows which had started to rot. Our salesman took extra time to check the other windows and found other problems which we had not noticed. He also gave us options for window styles which would be lower cost. We purchased the Marvin Ultrex windows, and the price for the entire project was roughly half the cost which was quoted to us by another company. The installation was done in just 2 days. The installers were very professional and cleaned up well. Because of the better energy efficiency, we now feel comfortable opening our blinds and enjoying the natural light. We had 2 other windows which we had originally decided not to replace, but since we had such a good experience, we made the decision to use Bee to replace those as well. The only thing which I have a complaint about is that we only got a one day notice for the 20 window installation. We weren't able to get our security company on site to account for the replacement windows, which added an additional unplanned expense.

Both the sales team and the installer were on time, courteous and well informed. Our installer was really fast and the work looked so clean in the end. He answered all my questions patiently. Our new window ended up having a crack once it was unwrapped, and our installer made sure to report it immediately. I was a little nervous about getting the repair scheduled, but our installer made sure I spoke with the owner of the company to confirm the details before I issued final payment. Overall, the communication from Bee was excellent and the product great!

We contracted with Bee in June, but they weren't able to install for 4 months, because of "delays from the acrylic panel provider." We felt like they weren't doing a good job of staying in touch, in spite of their monthly automated emails telling us that our materials weren't available. We contacted them at the end of 3 months, the agreed upon date for the installation, and were told that it would be another month. We felt like it was taking too long. Our contract was for over $13,000 just for a tub conversion to shower. That much money should provide more personal service. The salesman bragged about their PERSONAL service and how he would give me the email address of the owner and his wife so that we could contact them anytime. He didn't provide that info. I had to be very pushy when I called before the receptionist would let me talk to anyone about getting the job done. WHEN YOU SIGN THE VERY SKETCHY CONTRACT THERE ARE NOT MANY OPTIONS FOR THE CLIENT'S PROTECTION. If you back out you pretty much lose everything. There is no deadline for them to complete the work. You sign away your right to sue, and agree to binding arbitration. They ask for 50% upfront (in June) and the balance when the job is done (same day, you give it to the installer when he is "done.") We found the installer to be a very pleasant young man who did his work with a happy demeanor and seemed very competent. When some of our old under-house plumbing turned out not to have been properly supported, and "dumped" on him when he tried to connect the new plumbing, he was not happy but still had a can-do attitude and persevered even to doing some bit of "repair" on our behalf. When the job was done (on the 3rd day, as estimated) everything was BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL. I have the shower of my dreams. But the job wasn't quite done...a few items needed to be attended to which didn't seem obvious before the Bee employee left. He had given us his personal number and asked us to call him right away if there were any problems. There were some permanent marker marks (about 8 of them) left in the shower, some caulking drips on the outside of the shower base, and a 6-8 inch stretch along a window that hadn't received any caulk. When I contacted the young man, he said he would be over shortly. This was early the next morning after he had finished and I remembered that he had another job quite a distance away for that day. So I told him not to hurry, just to come as soon as convenient. He was busy and we didn't hear from him, so about 4 days later I texted him to remind him that I was facing a personal deadline and needed the work done in the next few days. He came on the fourth day and quickly took care of the job. Now we are done and able to move on with our lives. It was a lot of money, but I believe we have a quality job that adds value to our home. If we were to do this over we would insist on a contract with more protections for us.

We had a 12 foot patio door and two windows installed. The installation went very smooth, they were on time and worked straight through no breaks both were very professional. They got the project done in the time promised and it looks fantastic. We found a small cut about an inch in screen door the next morning. I called and they are sending someone out to replace the screen no questions asked that was very nice to have that kind of service these days.

He also had a great attitude and passion for his job that really showed when talking about shower sizes and styles Installation was pretty quick although no fault to there own the glass company was running behind with our shower door. With my work schedule it was hard to reach them by phone but they are able to communicate though text when confirming appointments which made the process very easy for me. The installers were very friendly as well and did a fantastic job putting in our new shower and taking the old out.

Windows were installed at the agreed upon time and the work of installing 11 windows was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up the site afterwards, taking away the windows that had been replaced. Our windows were the worst. Leaking, most would not open, always "foggy" so you could not see out of them and one window just fell out on the floor while watching TV. It's a big expense, but it had to get done. We looked at a few providers, but the gentlemen from Bee Window made it a easy choice. They were so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The financing was so easy, but I was nervous anyway. It literally took 15 minutes to discuss the details & options and get approved. I recently had Bee replace all of my wooden home windows, plus two doors, with Marvin Infinity products. The quality of these replacement windows and doors is exceptional, and the aesthetic difference to my house is incredible! They are not inexpensive, but the fiberglass construction is far superior to the other guys’ cheap vinyl or wooden windows. Great peace of mind knowing I’ll never have to worry about them again. Matt Stewart and his crew were first rate with the craftsmanship, cleanliness, and speed of installation. My only complaint would be the sales aspect. I took advantage of a 50% off sale, but my order was never properly itemized to show retail and sale prices when requested. The retail prices are a joke, as they are extremely over-inflated. My order had to be corrected three times as well after mistakes in ordering were discovered. Had this process been smoother, Bee would have gotten 5 stars from me.

Other than Bee Windows, some of the worst sales experiences of our lives. Fred invited us to stop by their show room “anytime, no appt needed”, so we did. At that time, George Faber came out of his office and spent about 30 minutes with us. He gave us more info on our window options and answered all our questions. The 2 day install went smoothly. The crew was polite, and everything was clean when they left. Sorry I can not remember the crew’s mgr's name, but they all did a great job. The windows look even better than we expected. We were a little nervous about ordering them black on the outside and white on the inside, but Bee said they would look good…so glad we listed. I would highly recommend Bee Windows.

The bee crew came out and replaced 18 20 yr old windows in my 100+ yr old home. Wait time on the windows a long, but thats covid for ya. Cost was what i consider on the high end, but you do get a lifetime warranty vs. having a guy do it on the side for less. Installers sent picture of the old windows lack of proper sealing and insulation as i asked. The window measure employee made himself available to answer questions prior to install. The windows look great and after two days we can already hear a difference in how much outside noise doesnt transfer into the home. We can also notice a difference in the temperature in the home. This winter will be the true test to just how efficent the windows themselves are. Thus far, i would reccomend to anyone.

I have been meaning to write a review and as often happens..........life gets in the way. I'm actually glad that I waited. Last fall, we had Infinity from Marvin replacement windows installed by Bee Windows. During our review of products, the information provided helped us make the decision that we did and I could not be happier. Replacing windows in an existing home is a BIG decision with a relatively high price tag. We made the decision to select the Infinity replacement because of its reliability and ratings. Now that we have gone through an entire winter and part of the spring / summer - I couldn't be happier or more pleased with our decision. The difference in our home is unbelievable. The windows are beautiful, and match our existing woodwork and decor (and in a 20 year old home - that was challenging enough!). But the biggest surprise has been the difference in our heating and air conditioning cost. The savings on utilities is astronomical and I would have NEVER predicted that it would be that much. The windows keep the heat in in the winter, and the cold out; and vice versa in the spring / summer. We hear the claims from sales people - but often doubt that their prediction is as 'good' as we would hope for. In this case - it was even more than I could ever have believed. New windows / replacement windows make a huge difference. Bee Windows is the company that I would recommend. They are honest, professional, customer focused and realistic when discussing your personal preferences / needs and goals for your home. Five stars.........

I purchased all new fiberglass windows for my home. Brad Christenson was my salesperson and he did a great job helping me decide what I wanted and helped to figure out all the details. Once ordered the windows took much longer than anticipated “due to Covid” but finally they were installed. There was one window that didn’t have a grill that was supposed to. After another lengthy waiting period that was taken care of. I have yet to get a handle for the patio door that I’ve requested multiple times but I’ve decided just to go with the what I have. My biggest complaint was the financing program through powerpay that I was encouraged to use. Initially I planned to pay cash but was offered a “special program” however no one could give me any details in writing. I asked Brad to get me in touch with the powerpay rep multiple times with no success. About 6 mos after initiating the loan, and the windows are mostly finished now, I finally got in contact with the rep after sending a threatening email. What does it take threats to get basic information?? Overall, I’m happy with my windows and patio door but I will never do any business with Connexus or Powerpay. Powerpay especially is difficult to deal with, website support is a joke and their business practices are sketchy at best. Stay away.

We've called them a few times with a problem and they came out quickly. The only costs associated with the warranty is the labor costs, which I have no problem with. I am on the wall about how I feel with the satisfaction of our windows. While we spoke of the type of replacement windows I was excited to have more modern Windows. We have an old home 100 + years old. We can not financially afford an air conditioner we use window ones. We have 5, 2years and under. I asked if these air conditioners would fit with the new windows. He assured us they would, the windows were the exact same size. Well guess what? They don’t fit! The frame may well measure the same, yet the hole where your conditioners set is smaller. Now I’ve got to figure out where to get money to purchase new ones because we sure know Bee Windows won’t do anything! My son is on disability and I’m on SS, so we have a budget. And it looks like box fans for the summer!

Bee Windows was totally professional from beginning to end. Our original windows, even though only 10 years old, were drafty and all the seals were broken throughout the house. We kept having to increase our heat and our air conditioner never stopped running! My house is only 10 years old and we started having problems after only 4 years. Time to dump my old windows and get something better. So we called Bee. Excellent demonstration of the technology with their windows made us believers. Measuring was fast and thorough. Decided to do the sliding doors since they were bad too. We even were able to change one to a glass French door. The pricing of everything was very good especially with their sale at the time. The installers were right on time and I don’t believe I have ever worked with 2 nicer and courteous guys! They were fantastic! They asked if it was OK to stay longer the first day since we were to have a snow storm the following day. Heck yes I said! And it was done completely and cleaned up well. One window unfortunately had a crack in it, but it was called in immediately and replaced within a couple weeks. Here’s the great part, the next day during the snow, we were able to drop our thermostat down 9 degrees since our house was so much warmer!!! I would definitely recommend Bee Windows. Great product, fantastic staff and reasonably priced for a good window. And let’s not forget about a great warranty that is also transferable. It was a win, win, win all around!

He had set some expectations that could not be met per Bee policies and he did not follow up with us to ensure things were going well. Aside from the sales aspect of Bee, we are very satisfied with our product and would likely use them again for other products.

I waited a month to make sure everything was to our standards. We had Omar and another gentleman here doing out bath and shower. The installer Omar was awesome he has a 5 star his part did help. The sales associate has a 3 star do to he told me one thing and did not put all parts on. Did not notice until Omar showed me rye paperwork. I should have handled 2 in the shower 1 in bath but never put the second but kept repeating it as 3. The guy who came a measure got a 4 star. What I am knocking this company on is they need to not guess how much time a job takes. Stop rushing the installers. I want perfection if I am paying this about of money. I don’t want the installer feeling rushed. Don’t let someone that paper push schedule jobs let the people that do the job look at the job and schedule it. I had 2 bathrooms one was a gut and they gave him 1 day. Not good business but I made sure he took his time and did it right. I have step by step pictures how awesome these installers are. I am totally pleased with Bee Windows and the windows replacement they completed on my office in Brownsburg on June 10th this year. The project involved replacing 12 windows and exterior trim which they completed with their 3 man crew in about 6 1/2 hours! The quality of their product and the installers work was exceptional. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained, all costs were included in their quote on cost including the sales tax, every employee I had contact with was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Their installers are all employees and not contractors which is a big plus in my opinion. In summary, Bee Windows is a company you can trust to do the job and do it right!

We got new windows for our whole house. The quality of the windows is good, what we expected. The person who came to do our measurements and the team that did the install was fantastic. My only issue was in the sales pitch. We reached out to them for a quote. The salesman came to our house, we had to schedule a late appointment because of kids schedules and work. He came in with a very clear objective and style of window that he wanted to sell us. We tried to ask questions about other alternatives, brands and options, but he just kept brushing those off and returning to his original thoughts. He knew that his appointment time was limited and rather than fully answering all of our questions, he wanted to make sure he made the sale that night rather than having to come back a second time. To further ensure that he got the sale that night, he offered us 10% savings but only if we committed that night. This put us in a tough spot. I explained to him that we were really just trying to get an idea of what this was going to cost, but that we weren’t sure if we could actually pull the trigger right now. We asked for one extra day to do a little research and get back to him, but he was not willing to extend the 10% savings for 24 hours. He then launched into an explanation of how window prices were just going to keep increasing and if we didn’t do it now then it was going to cost us a lot more money. I understand that these are sales tactics, but as this was a very expensive venture that we needed to have done, the idea of prices going up scared us. We went ahead and committed and got it done. Looking back, I wish that he had been willing to answer our questions and built our trust by being more focused on making sure we understood the process and all of our options than on hitting his sales numbers. If he had given us a bit more time, we probably would have spent a little bit more money to get a higher quality window, and his numbers would have been better. Don’t know if he assumed that we wouldn’t be able to afford it or what. He also left out some critical details, like the fact that we would not be able to inside mount our cellular shades anymore but would have to do outside mount instead. Not a huge deal, but we shouldn’t be finding these things out after the install...in the end, we received what we ordered and they look nice. Just wish the process had been more helpful and less forced. The scare tactics about pricing weren’t necessary.

We considered installing windows ourselves but omgosh I am so glad we didn't. Bee window has awesome products and our installers , Brad and Terry, were awesome. They made sure everything was exactly right, level and operating like it should. They even took off their shoes when they entered my house. We also got a front door and it has a special metal plate that prevents the door from being pried open. Brad and Terry had to custom fit the door and they stuffed so much insulation around the door and windows. I am completely happy with it all.

(-) The only negative was that I had to go out and pick up some debris when the crew left, and they took some pretty big paint chunks out of my wall when removing the original window. So now we have beautiful windows, but quite a few big eye sores (which is disappointing after we spent SO. MUCH. MONEY) on these windows. This is huge to me, because I think not tearing up my home is part of what I paid for, but I don't want to completely destroy their rating because the windows themselves do look good.

Another great experience with Bee Window. This is the third area that we have had the Renewal By Andersen replacement windows done in our house. I love the product, easy to open/close, easy to tilt to clean, improvement in the heating and cooling of the house and most of all the appearance of the windows. Bee window is a great company to work with. We had a bay window put in where there were three existing sash type windows. The metal awning over the bay did not fit correctly when it arrived. Bee made sure that it was corrected and Pam Faerber even came out to ensure the job was completed correctly. Truely a great local owned business. Now let's talk about the installation. These guys are so professional. They always show up on time, do a great job, clean up after themselves and ensure that you are happy with the job they did. My installers today were Andy and Rex. Andy came the last time when we had the bay window done (a couple of years ago). It is nice to see that they retain their employees, which means I am going to have experienced people do the work. I highly recommend Bee Window and the Renewal by Andersen product.

They installed new siding. Took awhile to get started after siding was ordered, 7 months. The siding is great. Did have a problem with the installers cutting the phone line, but Bee reimbursed the fee charged by the phone company. There's a lot to be desired by the financing company though. The work was finished by the end of April. Apparently the due date with the fiance company is the 6th of the month. No bill was sent & they are calling by the 10th saying we are late. The first billing wasn't received till the 13th of the month & were charging a late fee. Needless to say will be looking for new fiance company as don't like the way theirs does business.

Overall a good experience, aside from a last minute cancellation of the first install date, which was frustrating since I burned a vacation day. But we got a solid reschedule date... ...Unfortunately that date was same day as the record-breaking cold arrived, so the installers raced against that clock the first day replacing the windows, then spent the second day outside in the snow and 10 degree weather getting all the trim work done. They kept a good pace going, and minimized impact on the temperature inside our house. It was pretty clear they'd installed a lot of windows. They did a pretty good job cleaning up, but with 4 inches of snow on the ground, and white scraps, we found those and a couple other things when the snow melted. We immediately saw a difference in what used to be the coldest room in the house. The Bee windows are probably 2 inches thicker than the ones the builder installed, and that room is now keeping up without a space heater. Overall the windows were a good decision for us, less drafts from cold panes, and what we didn't anticipate, a little less outside noise.

I spent some time researching doors before deciding to buy from Bee Window. I knew I was choosing between Marvin and Pella, but I decided based on service reviews online, and Marvin quality. Being a nervous and particular buyer, I spent a lot of time asking questions. Bee Window staff were great about answering questions and fixing minor issues in the contract before I signed. After I signed, they were helpful when I asked questions about how the door would get upstairs to my condo, and how they would ensure my floors would not get scratched. On the day of installation, the installers were about an hour early, which was fine with me! I knew they would be done earlier and expected about 6 hours. I was blown away when they finished (everything!) in 2 hours! The main installer, Dan Stewart, put me at ease immediately, and was great about answering questions I had as they worked. “How will you get it upstairs?”, “How does the old door come out?” “Can you limit how much damage there is to the walls?” (There was NO damage to the walls whatsoever, and they didn’t even have to remove the trim!), “If you see an ant/bug infestation, what do we do then”, and on and on. They were very tolerant and very good natured. They tarped everything before starting, and after they had removed the old door, they cleaned the whole area to ensure the new door would not be installed on top of dirt. I was surprised how much there was, but it was a 40-year-old door…. The only issue we had was that Marvin had sent the wrong door screen. I needed left, they sent right. So Bee ordered a new screen and that will be installed in a few weeks. At almost exactly 2 hours they were done installing, and ready to sit down to discuss the warranty. I was really impressed when Dan called Pam Faeber, the owner, and passed the phone to me. Pam expressed her thanks for my being a customer, and ensured I was satisfied. She also gave me her phone number. While they do this with every customer, it really gave me the sense that as a company, they actually care about the customer. I will use Bee Window for any window or door replacement I have in the future. I highly recommend them.

The windows themselves are gorgeous, but I have some issues with the overall quality of work. You pay WAY too much for new windows and doors, you should be very happy with the finished product. My brand new door has a crooked strike plate, and the installers caulked over loose wood from the old frame, so splinters were sticking out. As for the windows, the installers arrived with all new pre-stained boards for part of the trim. One of the installers didn't want to put them in, said we could just leave the old stuff. I disagreed. The boards had to be cut before installation, and they left the raw, unfinished edges. So, now I have window trim that is not stained on the ends to match the rest of these extremely expensive windows!!

Have always done a great job and you will get a call within a hour after they leave to see if your happy with job. That's why you pay a little more, but knowing after 20-years anything goes wrong you are not starting over.

Update........the installers were very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. They listened to my concerns and took care of business. I was very pleased at how well my windows look and with the service I received...........My personal experience started out great, but then went downhill fast. I started with one sales person who came to my home. We discussed everything that I would need to do to replace my windows. He was very professional. Then he left the company a few days after talking with me. They assigned another sales person to me to take over where the first one left off. Which is fine, I can work with this. I sent him the quote and emails that transponded between myself and the first one. He had a couple concerns about it and said he would get back with me. A couple days later, still no response. So I emailed him asking how things were going. No response. Emailed again, still no response. So I emailed the company's operations manager. Waited a day or two. Still no response. Hhmmmm. I was ready to get new windows from Bee Windows. I dont understand why I never got a response from anyone. I can say that if that is their way of customer service, it isnt very good in my opinion. Not sure if I would recommend them to anyone after this. Hell, if the the first salesman's quote wasnt correct or not right, tell me!! I would of worked thru it with them. Just dont understand rudeness.

I recently had numerous large windows and 2 slider doors replaced. They look beautiful and I have noticed a huge difference in the temperature in the rooms. It use to get extremely hot and uncomfortable as the sun hit the windows, even with the blinds shut. The one disappointment is the apparent poor quality of the screens that come with the expensive Marvin Infinity windows. No problem so far but the screens could be improved.

The quality of the windows and the installation team were fantastic! We had our porch converted to a 4 season room and I'm sure we'll enjoy it for years to come. I took off one star because I felt like I had to beg for information while waiting for my room. There was a change that needed to be made that was known on April 8, but it wasn't until I called on the 20th that a change order was sent to me to complete. I then wound up calling again a week later to make sure they didn't need anything else to complete the change. Then I had to call again after another 10 days to find out an installation schedule to plan for time off work. All in all it was 3 months from order date to install date, and who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't called.
