Even though it was closing time and they had just locked up, Cory took the time to receive me and also have my order done (albeit small) within a matter of minutes. I gave a 4/5 only because there was a scratch left on the plastic door piece after installation. However, we informed Cory and he came to exchange the piece the following week free of cost. Glass guys came up for me in one of my searches. I did a bit of research and got some measurements and quotes from a few companies. At the end of the day the house is something you always want to improve and make fancier. We had a manufacturer grade shower door that had completely fallen apart, and needed replacing. When the Glass guys came out, Cory seemed like a very honest person. My wife ended up making the final decision based on the fact that he was very polite, respectful, and had a nice brochure. He took the time to explain things and was able to provide a quick estimate. He explained that the hinges, material, and glass were all quality and so we decided to proceed. Guys it does not happen overnight as the glass has to be custom made and you can get several options for protecting it from water stains. When everything was ready the team showed up for the installation. I had one small issue but a quick call to the Glass Guys and they were back to adjust the door. We are super happy with the customer service and product we received from Cory and his team of professionals. Thanks Glass Guys!!!

I have had the pleasure of ordering glass tops from the Glass Guys. Those "Guys" were professional, punctual, accurate and above that were very reasonably priced. Actually, I had called three other companies to get the best price for my project; the "Guys" were much lower than the lowest price I had obtained. Everyone we’ve spoken to at this company has been professional and eager to do a high quality job. Our landlord actually found these guys but I can say for certain that I will definitely be using them again, as well as recommending them to friends and family. Cory and his assistant got there right on time and replaced 2 windows in the house extremely quickly, one of which was around 6 feet long. We had an existing glass shower panel shatter so we received quotes from many different local glass companies. Cory (owner) at The Glass Guys had the best quote (price) and best reviews. Although we only needed at single glass shower panel we elected to upgrade from a the framed shower enclosure to a frameless shower enclosure. I needed three glass shelves cut down on a Saturday. Not an emergency but it was important to me to have them cut correctly the same day. I called Cory and it was his day off but he insisted he come down to the shop and take care of me. Shortly after our conversation he arrived at the shop and ground down my shelves immediately and charged me a few bucks and I was on my way. Very courteous and professional. I can tell you that I was nervous if the mirror would fit as it had to be cut to perfection. When I got home the mirror slipped in perfectly and I should have never had any doubts. I came home in the early evening to a broken window, and didn’t have much hope of having someone come out for at least a day or two. I was surprised when the owner scheduled to be at my house in a few minutes. Cory had been in the neighborhood, down the street actually(which is how I “found” him), and was willing to come by and give me an estimate. Let's get this straight... I called about my broken window on Thursday, they came to measure on Saturday, ordered the window on Tuesday and installed my new window on Wednesday... at 8:00 in the evening! Yes, 8:00 in the evening! I try to only post positive reviews (only when warranted) because it's too easy to bash and complain at those who sincerely try to do their best to please others. Well, The Glass Guys were awesome, I wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed and would encourage others to give them a chance to earn their business. I am very fortunate I did so.

They came out over a week ago and measured a window at my house that needed to be fixed. Were supposed to send me an estimate. I have heard nothing. Not even a call or anything to explain why the long delay in contacting me. Probably could have given me the estimate on the spot. Maybe some other company will want the work. UPDATE**** After talking to the owner it has been figured out. An email shows to have been sent from their side the day they came out for an estimate. However I never received it and why I did not receive it is anyone's guess. Another email was sent day and it went through. Could be a glitch on my side or their side. They did not know I did not receive the email until I sent the review. Maybe I should have called first. They were very apologetic about the mix up and will be at my house Tuesday.
