Our designer, Alton, was patient and answered all our questions. Brandon installed our blinds and tweaked each one to our satisfaction. I didn’t regret going to that route. My experience with them was excellent. From the designer Jason (who was very helpful and knowledgeable), to the installer Anthony (who was very pleasant). These guys are simply fantastic. They have a ton of choices on colors, fabrics and shade systems. Jason was extremely helpful in the decision process by giving suggestions based on our house decor style, and Travis did a great job on the installation (clean and very professional). They were always punctual and haven’t disappeared after the sell and installation (we’ve had a few follow up questions and they’ve given us the same attention and care as when we were in the buying process). And there wasn’t much of a price difference compared to other guys we quoted with (which also had a more limited choice of options).

Stoneside recently installed a large order of solar shades in my house. This is the second time I’ve used this company for window coverings and I will most definitely call them again if I am in need of more. He is everything I would want to find in a consultant: patient, intelligent, solution-oriented, and above all, a true gentleman. I rarely give reviews, but I have to give a special shout-out to Travis. Travis installed our Stoneside Blinds in 2018. I just switched iPhones and my new phone was having problems connecting to the Automate Pulse app. I was able to track down Travis’s contact info and left him a message asking for help, though I really did not expect a call back. So I was shocked when Travis returned my call. He was able to talk me through getting back into my app, and it is working again. That’s what I call great customer service, especially after 3 years! I would like to commend Travis for the installation of my two window treatments. Initial installation was Jan 21, 2022. I was so excited of course later noticed too much opening left on ends that left and open view into my home. I immediately call salesman and Travis to express I was not satisfied. Infact, my sincere advice is he should be in charge of your ‘New Hired’ as he was basically thrown into a very DELAYED REPAIR ISSUE WHERE MY FAMILY AND I WERE RATHER DISAPPOINTED IN STONESIDE’s performance addressing an issue which seemingly went byond BYOND. Update: We recently need a shade fixed and the warranty process went really smooth and was super easy! Travis stopped by with the replacement and was out in less than 30 minutes! I love working with Stoneside Blinds & Shades as their staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Jason was extremely helpful in our selection process of materials and style. He was informative about the products and provided helpful recommendations and feedback on what would and wouldn't work with our house. He helped to point out things that we would not have known (i.e. what to expect if we wanted to install curtains or roller shade for a large sliding glass door.) Brandon helped install some additional treatments for us and was quick and efficient. He even offered to vacuum the debris on the floor from the install. I had a question regarding a previous window treatment install from Stoneside as well and he was able to help answer my question. As an example of how amazing their staff and customer service are: Our first install was completed by Travis. At the time there was a shortage or back order of remotes for the remote controlled shades. To help us out, he lent us his personal remote from his home to use so that we would have something for at least one of our rooms and then swapped it out once the actuals we're available! While their price of their shades may not be the cheapest option in the area, their warranty, product, and service make it worth the price. Overall, I would go with Stoneside again if I ever need additional window treatments done.

I’m so very pleased with my overall experience with Stoneside Blinds and Shades and especially the high level of service, attention to detail and dedication of Jason (design consultant) and Travis (lead installation technician). The process was seamless from beginning to end. My appointment was scheduled shortly after my initial call with customer service and Jason arrived for the appointment on time and very prepared. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about interior design and the products and he helped me and my husband find the perfect drapes for our master bedroom and living room. We have 2 story ceilings in the living room so it was very important for us to find very nice drapes that would complement the space but also not break the bank and we found both of these with Stoneside. Jason was so patient and answered all questions that we had very honestly and he wasn’t pushy as sometimes happens in these situations. He wanted the absolute best for our space and it was evident in his actions and words. Jason came back to our home on numerous occasions when I wanted to see other designs or had questions. He also followed up by text/ telephone with questions that I had. He also came back after the installation to help us ensure the drapes hung perfectly and that we were pleased. Soon after we confirmed the order Stoneside arranged for Travis to complete the final measurement before the order was placed. Travis was also prompt. He was meticulous, knowledgeable and placed a lot of emphasis on detail but was still in and out in short period of time. When he left I felt very comfortable that the installation process would be seamless. Our custom drapes arrived exactly around the time that Stoneside indicated they would and the Installation appointment was confirmed for a few days later. Travis returned to complete the installation which I thought was great since he did the final measurements. The finished product was amazing and Travis explained to me every step of the process and in a little over an hour we had 2 beautiful drapes in the master bedroom and living room. As it relates to Covid- I was a little nervous to have others in my home but my worries subsided during my first conversation with Stoneside customer service. Here are some of the precautions that were taken: Jason- wore a mask, we socially distanced as much as possible when in the house, all samples and books were sanitized prior to arriving at my home, Travis- wore a mask and shoe coverings,we socially distanced, and I wasn’t asked to sign anything at the end of the service. I felt 100% comfortable throughout the design consultations, measurement, and installation. I would 100% recommend Stoneside and especially Jason and Travis! They were very personable and made the experience an enjoyable one.

I used Stoneside 2 years ago for all shades in our house and was very very happy. I contacted them again recently to order and replace one of our blinds which was damaged along with asking for them to assist with reprogramming of the other motorised blinds in the house. All went well on ordering until we had 2 fumbled attempts at fitting and re- programming. Attempt one ...Ok, things happen and I had no problem. Attempt 2 was a "no show" from the fitter nor did he advise them that he did not arrive . HOWEVER, I could not be happier with the immediate response from the office team ( Erica ) when I called asking what the situation was. Immediate correction .Stoneside sent 2 wonderful guys ( Alex & Travis ) out that were incredibly professional and knew exactly what they were doing along with giving me a lesson on programming my controls if I ever wanted to change the settings. Customer Service is wonderful on top of a good quality product . If there is the slightest blip in their service they are on top of it and it is remedied straight away, putting a smile back on the customers face.
