(The person from another company I had previous called to refinish my door, just painted it and it looked terrible). What can I say, Miracle Doors did an excellent job on my door. I always hated my plain, orange-looking door. I contemplated buying a new one until I stumbled upon this company and their stellar reviews. I setup an appointed and someone came out in a few weeks. The gentleman that came out was courteous, professional, and punctual. He spent all day on this door, I mean he really took his time perfecting the look. This wasn't a rush job by any means. When he was done, he even offered to install my new lock and door handle. Pictures don't do this door justice. I'm very pleased and so far the door is holding up well. It's like having a brand new door for a fraction of the price I would've had to pay for a new one. Great company. I would definitely use them again.

Miracle Doors - Clear Lake branch - was hired to refinish my front door. The day they arrived was cloudy and the end results were unsatisfactory as the color was off. I called the office a week later and explained. They very gladly agreed to schedule another session to refinish the door. After many rescheduling attempts (due to rain) we finally had a clear day. The technical manager himself, Christian came over and did a fantastic job. The door ended up looking better than when it was brand new. I wish I had taken a “before” photo! Miracle Doors’ professional made our weathered, sun-beaten entry door look better than new. I was concerned about Covid19 because ours is a VERY high at risk household, but our refinishing pro, Jose, completely understood and wore a mask and gloves. He was efficient in removing and rehanging the door and never came more than a few feet inside the threshold. All done on a no contact basis! I watched him work through the front window- very impressive - the thorough way he sanded the quarter-round trim that holds the glass in the door. He managed to lighten the color a shade just as I asked. His handling of the several finishing applications was so smooth and artful. No question I would use Miracle Doors again - but thanks to them, I won’t need them again for this door for years to come. AND they saved me big $$ on a new door!

The proof is in the pictures of an old set of front doors that also survived the Harvey flood. When you find out how expensive it is to buy new, and pay to have them hung, you'll see what I mean about cost effective.

Super happy with the results. The crew that came were very prompt and professional. Hard workers too, and no shortcuts. They sanded every nook and cranny thoroughly. They worked a solid 11 hours in 97 deg heat to make sure it was done right. We sprang for the extra armor coat - looks thick and durable, but still highlights the nice color and grain of the wood. This company is a hidden gem. What a pleasure it was to work with Christian and the team at Miracle Doors. They do indeed to miracles! Christian, the tech, showed up timely and was truly the most professional and genuine person I've met. It was clear from the outset that he was set on doing a perfect restoration on my door (that had not had stain in 15 years!). He was thorough and patient in answering my many questions and went to work. Approximately 3 hours later, my door looked better than it did when it was new! No kidding. The worksite (my driveway) was cleaned up completely and the tech buffed out the interior side of the door. Christian even followed up by providing me with the info I would need to contact Kwikset to replace my handle and lockset under warranty (as they were faded). Exceptional service and the price was extremely competitive. I'd recommend the Miracle Doors team to friends, neighbors and strangers alike. You want go wrong when working with this team.

Great service. The Technician really applied himself and did a great job. He worked very hard as he had to remove several layers of stain and varnish that my husband applied through the years. Miranda at Miracle Doors was able to schedule our refinishing project for the next day. The technician arrived on-time by 9am, removed the front door, and even put plastic over the empty doorspace so leaves and bugs wouldn't get inside our house. Four hours later, we had a beautiful front door with 3 coats of urethane varnish! The technician explained how the door would take up to 3 weeks to fully cure, and why NOT to use any oil-based products to clean our door in the future. The technician emailed me a paid Invoice and 1-year Warranty Certificate before he left our house. Outstanding service!

On November 11, 2020, Larry and Bret the Miracle Door technicians arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. They set up their equipment and got to work immediately. They were professional and left our double doors in beautiful condition. They hand sanded the trim around the leaded glass area and used a sander to remove the cracks which had been caused by weathering at the bottom of the doors . We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Miracle Doors.

They showed up at the appointment time and after explaining what their process on refinishing the door would be, they got right to work. Once they completed the refinishing they had me inspect their work to see what they accomplished. They then set the door back into its frame and made sure that it opened and closed correctly. I am beyond pleased with this company. They had to refurbish my door after a supposive general contractor did a extermely subpar job. He did not even take the door off the hinges but instead put several coats of varnish which dripped and did not properly dry and charged a premium price for horrible work. Very, very pleased with the job the guys did on my 23 year old door that has been baking in the east sun all that time. During the summer months you can even smell the baking wood as soon as you open the door. The guys applied the first coat and then came and got me to see how I liked it. I asked for another coat and they added one. They also replaced the rubber piece on the bottom of the door that had flatten out over the years. Great job, I have already recommended them to my friends.

I love the way my front door looks! I thought I’ld wait a few months before I wrote a review. The front door was refinished, the weatherstripping replaced and a coat of Armour was applied. That front door basks in the afternoon sun so it was ready for a facelift, not just a little Botox. The Miracle Doors tech came on time, helped me pick a new finish and then worked in the heat of the day, with an assistant. Within 3 hours they were finished and I didn’t even have to clean up after them! Thanks, guys, for my new look!!

It was an easy process where I contacted them on Friday, they had an estimate to me the same day, they were out to my house at about 8am and wrapped-up before noon. Actually, this was my second experience with Miracle Doors so you could infer that I would not have arranged to have another door done had I not been happy with the first. That is the case. The technician arrived on time and immediately removed the door from the frame and spent the next four hours stripping it to bare wood, restaining it and then putting a number of coats of their durable finish. The end result was indistinguishable from a new door.

Miracle Doors did our front door a week ago. Looks great, only a couple of minor issues. 1. Tech was 1 1/2 hours late, we had to call to find out what was going on. 2. The tech did not screw the bottom screw into the handle all of the way. Was sticking out almost 1/2 inch. My husband was able to put another screw in, but would have been nice to have been told. But, all that aside, we would definitely use them again! 🚪

He worked far enough from the house so that no dust or dirt came into the house...of course the entry to the house had a drop cloth over it as well for the duration of the process. Fantastic job of refinishing our double front door totally fainted facing sun for years. They took the doors down to sand and applied several coats of spray stain so they are very even. Our neighbor saw it and is considering doing to their doors too.

They did a really nice job on my door, the price was fair and they showed up when they were scheduled. The weather looked kind of iffy so I asked the guy if he would like to use the garage to work. He said he would. He had a drop cloth, but didn't tell me that the sanding from the door would cover EVERYTHING in there. I had a brand new bike and some other things I would have liked to remove from the garage instead of getting wood dust in the chains, etc. I also might have covered my shelves (and everything on them) with sheets if I had known. It was quite a mess. Just be warned. Other than that, I would recommend Miracle Doors.
