From start to finish, Glass Doctor has been a wonderful company to work with. I called for an in-home estimate (which is free) for a few of my windows that were cracked and a tech was sent out the next day. Johnny was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He told me how the whole process would work if we decided to go with Glass Doctor to replace our window glass. Glass Doctor’s quote was the most competitive out of five other companies I received estimates from. The glass came back from the fabricator earlier than expected and installation was done in a few hours. The ladies who answer the phone are competent and friendly. This is a review from a happy customer after 2 weeks of the windshield replacement. No water leaks, no air leaks, everything feels just right. Have to mention that for my Jeep Wrangler, they use the OEM glass with the Jeep icon at the top and little jeep at the corner. I've used Glass Doctor three times now and every time this team has been great. They are always very helpful, courteous and personable over the phone and in person. Andrew came out this time and held up to the high standards and more. I suspected my windshield crack was causing a leak inside of the truck but Andrew showed me that it was actually the sunroof drains. He even cleaned them out for me while he was replacing the windshield. I don't even compare pricing anymore. With competitive prices and service like this I will not go anywhere else but Glass Doctor for my needs.

Made an appointment 2 days out. Responsiveness was amazing. The G12 warranty sounds cool and the military discount was appreciated. I recommend this place for military members. Andrew was a pretty cool guy. He kept it real with me and finished the job quickly with his counterpart. Overall, good place of business. My only negative about my visit was I waited 15 minutes after my appointed time because they had a morning meeting. However, it was an early appointment (0800) so I understand. Gotta have those meetings!

I scheduled with my insurance to replace my windshield thanks to a rogue construction vehicle throwing rocks on Chimney Rock near I-10. Scheduling was easy and the location was kind of isolated but easy to find since I had been to this location previously a few years ago but the name was different. The lobby is quaint as there are two couches and a restroom. There’s a pop machine and a small candy dispenser. I arrived about 12:45 for a 1 pm appointment. At 2:30ish the installer noticed they had the wrong windshield so they had to go acquire from the dealership. Fortunately it was in stock but what I expected to be a couple hours left me there until 5. Thank god they had WiFi so I could continue working. The work was solid. I would come back. Just have them confirm before install they have the right glass. You receive a complimentary glass cleaner for service provided. I thought that was nice. Had my time not been jacked that day I would have rated higher but I was a little disappointed with the mixup.

I got my quote through e-mail and they responded to me very quickly and had the best price in town. They were able to find me an OEM windshield the same day I called when other places said I'd have to wait at least 3 months to even find a glass. I was able to get an appointment the same week I got my quote and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on the weekend. Andrew did an awesome job replacing my windshield and I'm very satisfied with his work. It took a few hours for my replacement since it needed a recalibration of the cameras/sensors but I was able to drop my car off and come back. They let me know beforehand which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend using Glass Doctor and would come back again for any future repairs.

I wanted to be sure I left a review after my service because when searching for a glass shop to replace the windshield in my 2018 Acura MDX Base, I scoured reviews looking for specific information and had a difficult time. Maybe this will help someone else. This is the second windshield I've had to replace in three years of owning this vehicle. (Terrible luck, Houston driving or both. Not fun.) The first time, I paid out of pocket for an OEM replacement (my insurance won't cover OEM right off the bat) due to hearing numerous complaints and accounts of people that had aftermarket windshields installed only to have issue after issue with the calibration and operation of the LKAS and ACC sensors not working with the aftermarket glass. This time around, OEM replacement was twice the amount of aftermarket glass and I wasn't looking forward to paying over $2k out of pocket for another OEM. I did a bunch of research and calling around to different shops, most of them not even giving me calls back for quotes. Came across the Glass Doctor of Cypress and was pleasantly surprised with their quick response to quote requests and follow up questions. I decided to take a chance and let my insurance pay for aftermarket this time and I have to say I have not had any issues whatsoever. My windshield was replaced with a Pilkington glass windshield. Calibration for my sensors was successful and all are working with no issues. Really happy I didn't pay all that money for an OEM replacement and I am happy that the aftermarket my insurance covered is working just fine. It's been a week with no issues. Haven't had any rain or taken it through a car wash yet. I will edit this review if any issues arise but as it stands, I would recommend this company. Very happy.

From the minute I called Glass Doctor the young lady answering the phone was great. She took my information and was going to check on the availability of the windshield I needed. She immediately called me back and told me it would be a few weeks before she could get it. I in deed did get a call 3 weeks later to schedule an appointment for the windshield replacement. The day I was scheduled it was raining and my garage ceiling is not high enough to change out a truck windshield. They rescheduled me for 2 days later. The tech, Andrew, showed up promptly at my appointment time and changed the windshield. He was courteous, took my toll tag and other windshield stickers and placed them on the new windshield and cleaned up after himself. The whole process from the time I first called to the finish was seamless which I appreciate.

This place has great service. Had a problem with factory molding on my front windshield. Staff took a look to see what the problem was. They tried to save me some $$ by seeing if they had some parts from a kit but unfortunately there was none. I really appreciated the time they took and ordering the proper part needed. Very great, neat looking Automotive glass repair shop/warehouse building. Not only did they install new windshield for great prices, they also re-seal front and back windows from rain and/or air leaks. Also have out of pocket rock chip repair for $75 for the first one, and $15 for each additional one you may happen to have.

I had a chip on my windshield so I took it to Glass Doctor of Cypress, they filled it in so that it wouldn't crack throughout the entire windshield. Blake Sheppard did the repair and he noticed that some of my trim was missing so he had the office call around, they found the trim and ordered it for me. right then and there. I came back the next day for the trim and since all of the installers were busy instead of having me wait the gentleman at the counter went ahead and installed the trim piece himself. I have used this company before when I needed to replace the entire windshield and I will go back to them if I ever have the need for window/windshield repair/replacement. They have good rates and do quality work plus they have great customer service.

Had a rock chip our windshield on our way home from a holiday visit. The following morning I called Glass Doctor of Cypress to see if they could get me in for a repair before the chip turned into a crack. They got me in within 20 minutes of the call taking place and only took 10 minutes to do the repair. Blake was the technician that did the repair and he was very thorough in explaining what would take place and the job he did was immaculate (could hardly tell there was a chip after the fix). The front admin staff was every bit as helpful and supportive as well! Great customer service all the way around as well as workmanship!

I had one cracked window and I couldn’t even get a call back for such a small job from most of the people I called. I literally asked one if they would come out if I broke another one on purpose just to get a quote. Glass Doctor Cypress called me back promptly and arrived when they said they would. The window had to be ordered, so it took a while for the repair, but that’s ok because they kept me informed. They were a little more expensive than I was expecting, but their good service made it worth it.

I needed the windshield on my Toyota Highlander replaced. Called Safelight and took it in as instructed. Nearest location was 30 minutes away. Left car and returned late in day as instructed to pick up. Car had not been touched as they had ordered the wrong windshield. Never bothered to call and tell me. They did not even say we are sorry and indicated it would take months to get the correct part. I asked my local mechanic if there was a closer windshield repair place and they recommender Glass Doctor. I called and they explained that it would take several months to get the correct windshield, but that they would get it as soon as possible. They also offered to put my new car tag on the broken windshield and they switch it and my toll road tag when the new windshield came in. They did that for free and also gave me a free can of glass cleaner. When the new windshield came in, they contacted me immediately and set up an early afternoon appointment. By 5:00 pm they had the new windshield installed, everything calibrated and I was ready to go. I am 100% satisfied and would certainly use them again. I’ll never go back to Safelight. of glass cleaner.

Fortunately, I have windshield insurance and it was only a matter of looking for a glass service center. UPDATE: I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! So I started noticing a rushing air noise on my windshield shortly after the installation. I called All Pro and they checked it out for me! Turns out the windshield was defective! Not only did all pro replace it 100% free no questions asked; but Willy came by on a Friday AFTER HOURS to take care of it. This is is how a business should treat customers! This is how you keep customers coming back! Respect and kindness. 100% do business with this company! Can’t praise them enough! Y’all rock! I got a giant crack in the windshield of my 2016 Veloster and I was so irritated. Every company I called gave me a crazy estimate on top of mobile fee. Then I called All Pro. Excellent price and service on a Pelkington aftermarket front windshield replacement for a 2019 CR-V Touring requiring static recalibration. The technician, Blake, took time to explain how the tests were done and the results were explained well by Kayla when I arrived to settle the invoice. Overall windshield replacement and recalibration was $300 less than dealer price for a Pelkington and $900 less than the factory replacement. I came in the morning to get the quote, they ordered the windshield, and had it installed before noon on New Year's Eve. Kayla handled the quote and explained the overall process quite well. My thanks to Jennifer also for handling some of the paperwork and letting me know the replacement was done. I would recommend Glass Doctor of Cypress to anyone requiring a reasonably priced windshield requiring recalibration to factory specifications. Good location also.

I got my car windshield fixed today . They came out to my office and fixed my windshield which I really appreciated . I spoke to johnny and he was nice. They didn't come when they said they would but the job got done at a reasonable time. Willie fixed my window and he was nice , nevertheless, I did see pieces from after the work was done on and inside my car left behind. My rubber that's under neath the glass is not laid down neathly and it's slightly sticking out the sides inside my car ! Not too happy about that at all ! Hopefully my glass don't pop out in the future. The lifetime warranty is only for leaks and stressed glass so I know I will get the run around if this does happen ! Hopefully it doesn't ! So that's why I'm writing this review as well to inform the owner the work wasn't the best but it don't look like he did a bad job from what I see for now neither ! When I needed a new windshield All Pro Windshield Repair got back to me very quickly with a reasonable quote and time to drop off and pickup. It's off a back road or two by 290 and Barker Cypress, but everything could not have gone smoother. I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about All Pro because after calling other companies, the average price to replace the windshield of my truck was around $1800 (Pathfinder 2012). It was insane even to pay the $500 deductible with my insurance company. So, wen they told me that the total price I had to pay was $211 I thought something should be wrong either with the price, the service or most important the quality of the replacement. All Pro assured me that the quality of the replacement was the same of the AOM. Nevertheless, I did some homework and after reading all the other references ans asking here and there, decided to give them a chance. I have to say that they surpased all my expectations. The 30 min trip I had to make to get there definitely worth it. The place is well established, people is friendly and the windshield they installed is identical to the original one. Really, no difference. I even had a special sticker for border crossing which is void if damaged and they transfered it to the new windshield in one piece. I definitely give them 5 stars.

After someone bashed in my passenger side window.... All Pro was able to come to my apartment and replace it within three hours of being called. They worked with my insurance (USAA) so I am not sure the cost just my deductible but they told me what I needed to do. I was so impressed with how friendly everyone was from the person answering the phone working around my doctor's appointment to Willie who came out. He offered to shop vacuum out the glass from my car but couldn't because my apartment complex is the worst (don't live at Sendera at Greenway) and wouldn't allow it. Willie was so friendly and demonstrated the working window. I would highly recommend this place!
