Great experience everything was pretty easy process all booked through the geico app. Was glad they had my recommended manufacturer glass. They stayed within their 4 hour time estimate and they updated you once your technician actually started working on your vehicle. Now my tacoma is looking good without any cracks.

Great Place located near the Airport. I replaced windshield there and it was done super efficient and professional. This company has a website where you can make an appointment and they will come to your place for extra $45 delivery fee. Also comes with a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!!! They also have waiting area inside with water and snacks.

Caleb was our technician who came out to our home to replace the windshield of my Toyota Tacoma. He was polite, friendly, clean, extremely fast and efficient. Did you know that they have tools and equipment that allows one guy to do it themselves? I was extremely impressed at how they do this. Scheduling was fast, efficient and I couldn't complain about their price. It was all done online in a matter of a few minutes. Plus: at home visits and repairs? They're awesome, and they got their processes DOWN PERFECTLY. Definitely recommend this company.

My van had its entire windshield replaced here. My husband waited for our van to have the work done. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable during his wait. They did excellent work on the windshield.

Honolulu Door-to-Door Pick up and Delivery Service

They could not be bothered to look at my car, give me suggestions, or swivel around in the office chair to face me. Just said, we don't do this, you need to get your own parts if you want that. If someone had looked at my car they could have advised me on how to proceed. I did not need a windshield fixed but side mirrors, and I guess windshield repair is where the money is, with other issues a distant second. The good news was I did not have to wait as a walk in. I was pretty much sent away within a few minutes of my arrival!

First time using them and they exceeded my expectations. The work was done extremely quickly and and a quality above what I expected. They removed and replaced SUV Winsheild within and hour. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was some work debris was left in car and some stains from the old rubber but I can't complain about the work or customer service. Would go back if I had window/glass issues.

The only negative was they didn't answer the phone at all when I called during business hours. I really just wanted to figure out my options and confirm my appointment. We just showed up based off of a quote we received online without ever speaking to someone in house.

I just want to say I never do any reviews at all unless something is really good or really bad. I received probably the best service I ever had at this location and with my tech Elliott. He was absolutely amazing and makes me wish I could service a lot more vehicles with him and I encourage everyone to see him. Thank you Elliott for taking care of me and if I could give more stars I could and was just blown away at the amazing service I got from him.

Replaced my windshield. Used insurance and the copay was really affordable. Waited on location for about 3 hours, but they were accommodating. Television, complimentary coffee, soda/snack machine. They also allow you to drop off the vehicle for pickup next day for some circumstances. Would recommend to anyone

GREAT SERVICE and Amazing speed. Had me andy chevy colorado on the road in 2hrs. Recommend not to schedule a drop off @ between 11am - 1pm since no most of the guys might be getting lunch. But I walked in at 1pm and out the door near 2:45pm. Waiting room is quiet and clean. Highly recommend!

Visited Safelite in Koapaka Street (near airport). Setting my appointment online was easy & convenient. Got in and was greeted professionally by the office staff. The technician (Elliot) who worked on my windshield was super courteous. He did his thing in about 30 minutes ... I waited inside the lounge area. They even have free coffee for customers! I'm an ol' school coffee-maker dude, so I had to quickly learn to use the cartridge coffee thing, and it was perfect. I would recommend Safelite to any one on O'ahu. The repair on my glass eased my mind. Mahalo nui to Elliot and Safelite!

They had a window that the Honda dealership had to order from the mainland. Got it the same day installed instead of waiting almost a week. Price was little cheaper but they didn't have tempered glass so it's more expensive

I feel awful for going in this morning and already forgetting her name, Kim I think it was. INCREDIBLE customer service at the front desk. Fast, efficient, and kind. She allowed me to work in the break room while waiting for my car. She worked for the lowest price possible with my car insurance and she was very approachable. The techs, didn't get their names - but both were very knowledgeable and it was all done 30 minutes faster than anticipated.

Great staff and friendly service. I drove to them and, even though we were surprising them, Chris greeted us before we made it to the front door. They provided an estimate within minutes and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit us in with all parts in stock. Chris even made a solid suggestion for breakfast a few minutes walk away. Mahalo!

EXCELLENT IS AND UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I took my BMW X5 to this facility to have a broken glass that was the result of a breakin for theft. The process is automated starting with initial appointment, then reminders, then actial date of your appointment. And get this!!! While you are seated comfortably in their very, very clean and neat facility. You have access to free coffee ☕, vending machine for people like me who they know might want a snack or something to drink also. And if you think their service is great!!! They give the customer an additional courtesy of notification via text messages throughout the entire time of your wait. So that you will know the exact progress in real time. As to where they are towards completion. Once the technician finishes the job. He conducts a complete briefing and joint inspection with you so you will know 100%what was done, and what to do should there be any problem. Then when you go back into the waiting area. The girl 👧at the reception desk explains everything to you again. And sincerely informs you of their life time warranty, thanks you and allow you to be on your way.

First off I want to thank Kim and Shawn for taking good care of me the other day. They made sure that I was taken care of. Upon my windshield installation Shawn noticed there was a scratch on the glass and instead of just installing he informed me and apologized and gave me options. Luckily he found a suitable replacement and within 45 minutes I was out the door. Putting the customer first . Good job

Making an appointment online was super easy and the process was explained on their website as well. The young man that came to fix my windshield, explained the process to me again and answered the questions I had. He was pleasant and profession. The repair only took about 30 minutes and I was grateful that they have the mobile service which is totally worth it!

Tori was so awesome. As I walked into the front door she greeted me with a smile. She was very sweet and easy to talk which made my experiences even better. Chris was the tech that worked on my truck he walked me through and made sure that I understand everything that was going on he call me over when he dry fited the glass to make shore that everything was to my liking. The rear glass doesn't come with trim. But Chris went out of his was to make my car look even better by adding a rubber trim that went around the whole windo. The trim maid my truck look better then factory.

Amazing service!! Mike was incredibly understanding when we told him we needed to grab food for our kids before dropping off the car even though we had an appt. And it made us about 45 min late. They finished a front windshield replacement way faster than expected. Incredibly professional and friendly staff, especially Chris, Kim and Mike. 10/10 recomend.

Very good service, very fast repair of 2 chips in my windshield. Only downside is the tech warned me AFTER the repair that my windshield might not pass safety check inspection even with the proper paperwork at some places but didn't suggest anywhere that wouldn't give me a problem so that was nerve-wracking to say the least as it was 3 days before the end of the expiration month when this happened. So I had to scramble around to find a place that wouldn't fail me which would flag the system to tell them that I had to replace the whole windshield for 2 teeny tiny chips that weren't even in my line of sight anywhere just to pass. Otherwise, overall great experience. ** Note: I did end up finding a place that passed me with no problems but it was the 1st of the next month by the time I could get it there - KT Auto Shop in Kalama Valley Shopping Center, only open Mon-Fri

I was referred to Safelite via AllState. This was on a Saturday at 9am. The helpful rep at AllState set me up with Safelite with an appointment at 11:30am, same day. I got to Safelite and was taken care of in no time, and treated extremely well by both the receptionist and the Safelite team. I was given ALL the info and explanation of what was to be done, and was in and out in under an hour. Regardless of price, or insurance coverage, Safelite's service was top notch, professional and friendly. If I ever need auto glass repair/replacement, Safelite will always be my first choice.
