I took my brand new 2022 Tesla Model 3 to Sean and his team for color change wrap, window tint and ceramic coat. They did an amazing job and communicated with me throughout the process. My parents recently purchased a 2023 Rav4 Limited and wanted to keep their car in pristine condition with little upkeep. Thus I scheduled a ceramic coat appointment with Auto Trim Hawaii. My experience with them? Excellent. Sean explained what ceramic coat does and what it does NOT do, making sure we are getting the right service for our needs. He managed to fit us in to his busy schedule. We dropped off the car Thursday morning and picked it up Friday in the afternoon. His staff did an excellent job with the coat. While Auto Trim Hawaii had possession of our car, they gave us frequent updates at the status of the work and alerted us when it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend Auto Trim Hawaii for your ceramic coat needs.

It was my first experience with them and I own a 2017 Chev Corvette, I asked a few probing questions and they had all the answers I was looking for. I do a lot of research on my car and am very much comfortable with the level of service and professionalism his staff handled on the work on my car. I have definite plans to continue on my project car : paint correction, ceramic coating and new skin protective film. Also, possible wrapping of my car a new color or something else. Very punctual on his response I met up with Sean and Jeff at Auto Trim and they told me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. We purchased a new truck and ask the dealer to get PPF for the front of the truck and ceramic with paint correction for the paint and ceramic the windshield and windows. I picked up my truck from the dealer, that day Sean gave us a call to setup the services, he gave us a day that we could not accommodate, without issue Sean found us another date that worked. I dropped the truck off without issue, and was not approached for any up selling for other services. The truck was finished and available at the given date and time. Best work & Best Price! How do I know? I have been to aloha sings & graphics, one day signs, kings custom tints and received quotes from many other places but Auto Trim Hawaii can’t be beat! Spoke with Sean for months back and fourth through email and he always was patient even though I may have been wasting his time trying to work numbers. He’s even a more stand up guy in person! Straight forward and doesn’t try and milk you for money or time. He even tossed in some free graphics (decals for cars work supplies) that was sitting on my passenger seat at pick up. 12 to be exact! There’s a lot to say. Sean (the owner) is the best at what he does. Not just in how exacting and perfecting he is with applying graphics and window film to cars, but in his demeanor and personality. You’ll immediately feel comfortable with leaving any vehicle you have in his hands. He instantly becomes your friend. It has been a month now since Sean and the Auto Trim team completed my Tesla M3 and all I can say is WOW! They did ALL the glass, including the roof, plus PPF and it is still flawless the way the edges are wrapped and cut to perfection. These guys are real artists! I haven’t even washed the car yet. I drove through those monsoons in March and just rinsed it off with the hose! Love it!
