Andy is very detail oriented and cares about his customers. He visited our home three times to make sure we had all of the information and had selected the best shutter blind for our budget. The day of the install Andy also stayed late to complete the job and we really appreciated. He had great work ethic, I loved that he was not pushy throughout the whole process and was very honest. Most sales men are the opposite but not Andy. I cannot speak highly enough of his work and there is a reason he has 60 5-star reviews. If you are on the market for new blinds he was certainly the best in the West Hartford area.

I would highly recommend paramount shades to anyone. Very professional. Great communication and a high quality product. Andy was so awesome! He stayed late to make sure the installation was complete in one day. The only qualm was the delay in shipping but that is to be expected with COVID. Very worth the wait!

Paramount restrung both of my wood slat blinds for my French door patio windows. They did an excellent job. I wanted to keep these blinds, which match the ones on the other two windows in the room. They are very polite and helpful and call when it's time to pick up. They have a nice selection of custom window blinds I hope to explore for redecorating in the Spring.

Paramount confirmed our old blinds were not salvageable. They scheduled a time to take measurements for new blinds and showed up promptly. The estimate was in line with the estimate I received from our previous window guy who unfortunately passed away. After a few weeks they called to set up the installation and again were prompt.
