Even given my overall bad attitude following the incident, Mr. Grage continued to communicate professionally with me and has gone above and beyond to earn my business back. Tint World has always done phenomenal work for me, and it seems I was too quick to let one hiccup ruin my opinion of them. By taking the time to communicate with me personally to fix the issue, Mr. Grage has shown me that Tint World really does care about their customer’s opinions. Jeremy did a detail job on my ATS-V, and it came out looking better than brand new! This guy has real skill and dedication to his work. Mario did all my tint work including the taillights. I had an issue and one come up, I called him and he took care of it the next day no issues, extremely professional and just a great guy. Bryan waxed my car and literally has it looking like a mirror, these guys are top notch and don't take any shortcuts.

I gave three stars instead of five because of the price and the price alone. They did fantastic work overall and were very quick and kept with their appointment time as well as being very friendly. I paid a little under $400 after tax for all four of my windows, back windshield, and a small strip across the top of my front windshield. Nothing special, no ceramic tint or anything like that. I usually tint my windows myself unless I am pressed for time and with that being the case today I went to tint world. I called around afterwards and was never quoted any higher than $275 for the same service. If money isn't a big deal to you then definitely go check them out because they do good work, but for me I guess I should have doing a little homework first. Shame on me I guess...

This is an awesome business. I have both our car and our truck ceramic tinted and our vehicles both stay drastically cooler during the scorching heat. They were prompt and knowledgeable about the product they were selling and the installation did not involve any altering of factory wiring harnesses. She even got to keep her original key fob! Brought two 2017 toyota tocomas in for tint on all windows! Very easy to call and get quotes and any information you need. Great service and he even thew in the brow for free. I've had the tint for a week now and the few small bubbles have completely went away. Great look and a very good and easy experience. Will be going there again!

My wife brought our Cadillac Escalade in a few months ago for a complete detailing. Wow! Was I surprised by the quality of work performed, and at a great price. Because of the excellent quality of work and great service, we returned. I went in without an appointment and was taken in promptly even though they were very busy...all of their bays were full of cars. The selection of different types of film offered me the opportunity to select the right one for my vehicle. The manager explained the differences in a manner that I could understand. I chose the ceramic film. Once again, they completely surpassed my expectations performing the work quickly and beautifully. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Outstanding customer service! I have a small SUV and had all windows tinted including the moon roof and a clear tint on the front window with a strip. It has been 3 weeks and everything is holding up great. My car is cooler and my skin is protected from the sun, just in time for summer! I received a phenomenal price to have them tint so many windows. I'm hoping to get my home windows tinted as well. This business supports the military and will give a discount so be sure to ask. They fully tinted two of my cars and replaced tint on another, without any damage to my rear defrost. Even though mistakingly quoting me the wrong price (much lower), they did not call and change the quote once the vehicle was left for service. The detail work was pristine especially on the interior. For an 8yr old SUV it looked almost new on the inside. Being sick for over a year, and unable to take proper care of my vehicle, they put a lot of work/hours into it rolling back the clock and putting a big smile on my face. I usually don't do reviews but they made me so happy at Tint World I had to give them props. I had an electrical problem with my HID headlights. I called made an appointment and before I got off the phone the guy IVE assured me that he could handle it. I showed up, we talked for a minute and he got to work. The girl at the desk was good company while I waited. Which was about 30 min. Now my truck can see again lol! Two eyes instead of one lol! Thanks Tint World...it should be called Tint & More because they do more than tint. Sound systems, detailing, paint restoration, led lights and alot more.

Tint World is by far the best tint shop i visited in Gulfport, MS. I had my windows tinted by Pinnacle and they dont compare service. Reasons why Tint World is better: - The tinting price was cheaper even with warranty included. - Tint World provided a professional receipt containing all contact info, tint description, warranty info, etc. - Work was completed quicker and done without any defects. Unlike Pinnacle. - The waiting room had a/c, wifi , and cable. Pinnacle had cable only.

I called Tint World on Memorial Day, needing some work done. I spoke to the Manager and he said he would make sure he got the work done. ( I should note , I was from out of town ) . He and his staff worked on the vehicle most of the day , and Falcone stayed late to finish the vehicle himself. Very polite, done what he said he would do . 5 stars I will also note : Folcone is the primary reason this shop is a 5 star shop, as I watched most of the day , he was the glue that kept things together.
