I was very satisfied with the Glass Guru. They were able to come out and assess my broken window and provide an estimate. They ordered the necessary glass and came back out within two weeks to fix it. Took the guy about 10 minutes to replace the glass and it was good as new. Could not tell it had ever been broken. I can't confirm if the price was good or not but this was the only company I could find that would actually replace glass on a double pane window instead of wanting to completely replace the entire window and forcing me to buy a minimum of 3 windows. So for that it seemed like a good deal and they get high accolades from me. If you have a broken window and don't want to replace multiple windows, call the Glass Guru!

Wyatt, Tiffany and the rest of the folks at The Glass Guru just finished an extensive window replacement effort for our home. They did a fabulous job! Our refurbishment included some very large sliding doors that took extra effort (involving a jack to raise the sagging header in order to remove the 3 doors, and subsequent adjustment of the door frame sizes) and they did it very well. They also installed a doggy door in one of the new sliders, and fought through a series of issues with the doggy door supplier to finally get us a perfectly working little door. Great people!

I was extremely happy with my experience with The Glass Guru! The gentleman was a bit late (about eight minutes), and when l called inquiring about it, l was told that he was running a bit late, but that "he should be there now." I looked out the window, and there he was!! I was very happy for the responsiveness to my request. He was friendly, professional, and set right to work. I will definitely use The Glass Guru in the future!

We tried for over 2 years to get the manufacturer to replace the window while it was still under warranty. All they ever did was send the wrong size then wait out the remaining time on the warranty. The Glass Guru came in and replaced the glass in record time. They were professional and courteous and arrived when promised.

I busted a kitchen window and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. Literally people were giving me up to 6 months to get a window ordered and delivered. I called and spoke to Tiffany. She was super friendly and helpful. They had to order the piece but they were able to remove all the broken glass and install a new pane. And, the best part, it was in my own window, so no issues with it not fitting properly. 5 stars across the board.

After a hurricane, we had a section of glass on an old type, aluminum, twin, grid window to break. Replacement would have cost $800.00 , and I would have had to buy two more sets so the windows on the same wall would match. The “Guru” came in a hurry, and made it look brand new. He was fast, courteous and very professional, and even took the time to advise us on an upcoming project. He charged us less than $200.00!!! I would highly recommend The Glass Guru.
