Wow, got me in and got me out. Their customer service is great ! I accidentally pressed the down button after the tint job I called back and asked am I fine, they were able to give me assurance that I’m good to go. If I lived in Mississippi I would recommend them to anyone. Jeff was very careful with my vehicle. Thanks Jeff, and thanks to the nice lady in the front that gave me a good laugh!

Highly recommend! I've brought 4 cars here (mine, my husband's, and my parents'), and I've been extremely satisfied with the tint on each of them. Top quality materials and excellent application makes it look factory-installed. My husband and I are really into cars, so we were very meticulous about how the finished result would look, but this shop met all of our expectations with no worries. Each time, it was very easy to make an appointment and the work was completed promptly. The staff took the time to address all of our questions. Rates are very reasonable! Biggest drawback is that the shop location is a bit difficult to get in and out of since it's located on a busy road. Whenever I get a new car, I'll be bringing it back here.

They did a great job on my Silver Limited Toyota 4Runner, but my only issue was that my tint on the rear windshield started to peel off two months after the tint. We called them and they said that they will fix it. These guys are great, keep up the good work!! -Landon Fayard

I recently brought my new truck. to Pinnacle Tinting. I searched online for all tinting services in the Gulfport area and was very impressed by the reviews for Pinnacle, Jeff, and his team of professionals. Well, I had my new truck windows tinted and am delighted with the results! So much so that I'm going to bring in my car to have 'her' windows done. The price was reasonable and very competitive. The service was great...they got right to me while I waited. (There were several other vehicles there to be tinted, but they were dropped off for the day.). There was a nice waiting room and drinks, TV, and snacks available, but I sat outside and watched the "cruising" cars pass by. Only time will tell how well the tinting holds out, but if the QUALITY of service is any indication, I think it will hold up well. Jeff & his crew at Pinnacle have my strongest endorsement!

Took my wife car and they did an awesome job, took their time, and came out perfect. I took my car after hers and I wouldn't question their work. They left cars clean no trash left behind. I have an appointment with these guys int the morning. I have searched the web top to bottom and cannot find a single review on them so naturally I am a little concerned. Dropped in today to get a quote on tinting a 7 passenger van, limo tint for the rear and was quoted at $140.00. That's a fantastic deal considering what I paid for my previous 7 passenger van, same tine request. Will post again after the work has been completed. Am still a little skeptical since the owner didn't know on my van that the side windows actually roll down. Being in tune with today's vans and windows specifications, knowledge of window operations should be standard. I am giving a 5 star rating because in my book everyone starts with 5 stars. However, as time goes on and work begins (or cancels if the technicians really don't know how to do the job), stars can be deducted based on service quality and timely work to include staff safety and overall appearance and cleanliness of the establishment. I may change my mind after a quick review with the technicians. If they seem incompetent then I will move to another window tinting facility. Don't want the hassle of getting tinting done just to be removed and done correctly. Stay tuned....... Arrived at the Pinnacle shop at roughly 10am. Was directed to pull into a work stall by owner, Jeff Penuel. Upon exiting the vehicle I was greeted and impressed by his quick review of my review. That deserves a WOW factor and a 5 star tag without a doubt. Think about it. It's absolutely awesome when you have a business in which you review and the owner meets you, greets you, and has acknowledged that your review has been read. Then to reassure my concerns he begins covering the aspects of his business, professional knowledge and years of experience in the business backed by satisfied customers on multiple platforms of social media. This establishment is on key!!!!!!!!! Business owners should learn a lesson or two from Pinnacle Tint and Jeff Penuel. After dropping my vehicle off was given a pickup time of an hour to an hour in a half. When I returned the vehicle was completed and the work was absolutely fantastic. Perfect lay on the windows, clean up, and quality. Jeff briefed me again on the work completed, instructions on care, maintenance and guarantee. Arriving at home and I am still in awe at the fantastic skill and craftsmanship of what his staff has done. This establishment receives 5+ stars and has gained a customer for life.

The best on the coast. After shopping around for tint (and being mistreated at another tint shop), I decided to give Pinnacle a try. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and presented reasonable rates and work timeframes. The work was great but not as "perfect" as I thought it should be. The owner corrected my minor issue without additional cost. I have since gone on to purchase additional products and services from Pinnacle. Pinnacle believes in the motto "The customer is always right" and this is evident in their services! Well done, Pinnacle! I will recommend you to others and you have earned my future business!

Amazing! Called at 12p on a Saturday with no hopes of getting squeezed in because they close at 2p, even with a full shop I was still squeezed in after 3 o'clock. Car looks amazing, and I'm not riding around hot! Price was reasonable and I'm very satisfied! Thanks Pinnacle!

Top shelf products. Top shelf work. Decades of experience. Comfortable accomodations and free refreshments for customers. Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy access and parking. All in a gluten free, reptile free, smug free environment (ok you can actually have all the gluten you want, but they just don't stock the other two). Pay no attention to the old guy in the back. He's on a mission to end global... I mean.. automotive warming - and 32yrs of trying has made him like a cross between Gilligan, Deadpool and Willie Wonka .. Well, kids and pets like him anyway, and he doesn't talk politics or make women nervous, so they try to keep him busy and tell everyone he's the latest failed attempt at artificial intelligence (or that he was on that darn aircraft carrier too long). At the same time, after tinting thousands and thousands of cars (and anything else with glass), he's good at it, so you can count on a good job.
