Very happy!!. I was told by 3 other glass companies that a doggie door could not be put in my steel frame, pane glass, patio doors and instead the whole door would have to be replaced instead. David Ray and Glass Doctor said "no problem!" They measured and worked with me on the doggie door size. Then they ordered the doggie door (a very high quality brand) and the glass. The glass took some time b/c its specially cut, double pane safety glass. Installation took about 2 hours and voila!!

They came to look at what we wanted to have done almost immediately after we called them. We wanted to put in a glass door with a dog door enclosed. They came out and measured, while here we pointed out a glass shower door problem. The next day a crew was sent to fix the shower door. The glass door with the dog door has been installed and it is absolutely perfect. It’s been a while since I’ve received service like this, it was wonderful.

Glass Doctor got in touch with me about my online request for quote same-day using my preferred contact method and the very first message was a quote for the exact work I requested with tax. They were able to get me on their schedule very quickly, and the day of, they notified me that the windshield they ordered for my car was damaged, and that they'd order a replacement, no cost to me. The day of my appointment, I (stupidly) drove the wrong car to my workplace and they were able to reschedule me same-week no problem. They arrived for my work exactly when they said they would and gave me plenty of notice, then completed the job in the parking lot while I continued my work. I'm a former quality engineer from the automotive field, so I've got a very keen eye for tiny defects. The job was done exceptionally and I couldn't find even the tiniest fault with it. The windshield they provided is perfectly clear and free of bubbles or other defects, and nobody else I talked to could touch their price or their warranty. As a bonus, the person who installed my windshield was the franchise owner, and he made great conversation and was very open and helpful about the work that was done. In summary, they were very punctual, high-value, patient, and professional, even with a PITA customer like me, and I highly recommend working with them.

I called Company and they responded within a couple of hours. Customer service representative was very nice and Technician who came out was professional. Due to the window being a double pane, they had to order and it took about 10 days to install. Other than price being a little steep, I would certainly recommend Glass Doctor. They do offer a military discount as well.

I used them today. We replaced one of our original double hung Pella windows from when we first built the house. It was simple. I called them, they ordered the glass (takes a little while), showed up exactly when scheduled, and did a quality job. To replace just one window, that's exactly what you need. You can't afford to try to coordinate around work and everything else with missed appointments for one window. I'm glad they take pride in the smaller jobs, which is less common for most contractors in anything these days. Now, ours was just a crack that wasn't a rush. I can't really say what they can do if you needed one in day or so. However, I will use them if I ever need to replace any glass again.

Not only did Joe Perry make sure that all items fit correctly, in spite if my poor shelf measurements, he cleaned both sides of the glass and installed both tabletops. Had our windshield on 2014 Buick Enclave replaced about a year ago. Used Glass Dr but didn’t know if they would be as good as Safelite. After install, it will Looks just like original. They were fast, the least expensive, and provided 5 star customer service. Then, a rock hits it 11months later and cracks the window. Glass Dr came out and repaired it for free!!! I used to use Safelite and would pay the high rates but found Glass Dr to be just as good if not better due to their warranty against cracks, even if it wasn’t their fault. They fix it.
