Window World recently replaced windows in our home. The team lead Andrew was professional and listened to us when we had concerns. Ten windows were replaced in our home in one day. The patio door was installed & the exterior was wrapped on the second day. The interior window trim was installed without incident. the color match to existing trim was spot on. The one hiccup was the patio door was ordered incorrectly. A replacement is on order and will be installed at a later date. The sales team is responsive to questions.

Eric did a wonderful job designing our large picture windows in our lake Cottage. He explained every really well so they're were no surprises at installation time. Justin and his crew were great. I was sure this job would take at least 3 days, they got it done in 2. They were very neat, laying down tarps in the house, cleaning up as they went, inside and out!! The whole project went great and we love our new windows.

The initial consultation and the installation of the windows were fantastic. The only thing that is upsetting is I was under the impression that the new trim would cover the place where the old trim was. The dining room, living room, and bathroom have a small bare edge/drywall showing. In the three bedrooms, where the old trim was, there is an indentation and up to an inch of bare drywall. I don't have matching paint so I'm going to have to repaint 5 walls

I have to admit, I was disappointed with how long it was taking to get this job done and when I got a call to have the crew come, and then it turned out to be the day that a blizzard was expected, I didn’t like THAT idea AT all, I was very skeptical. BUT I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and the speed and quality that Brian and his crew had done all while the sleet hampered their work. Window World came through with flying colors. Incredible results! Ordered 9 white in & out double pane windows (3 sliders & 5 casements 1 awning) with white casing and black wraps. The communication with Aaron about the schedule and specifics with the job was top tier. One of my windows arrived to their warehouse cracked and they immediately called and informed me of my options. We made a decision at the end of the call. They informed me on weather delays (being in small town ND blizzard season is crazy) and we agreed to a day and they made it happen. There was an issue with the prebuilt casing box for my kitchen window due to the tile backsplash which turned a 2 day job to a 3 day job. However, Andrew the installer is excellent at planning and communicating and came back the 3rd day for an hour to complete the job.

Everything was done with detail from installation to trim. They thoroughly cleaned up any debris and mess. Was originally planning on 6 but the quote came in under my budget so we added 2 more. Installers were professional, courteous and clean. Plus they worked with me while I was painting the trim. We finally got our windows replaced and we were so happy with the whole process. From Corey coming to the house for the initial consultation and to us finally making the leap to go forward quite a few months later, the windows came in sooner than anticipated and they got us on the schedule super fast. The 3 guys (I cannot remember names, sorry!) that came and removed our windows and replaced them were great. Very accommodating and got the job done fast and efficient. We absolutely love the windows and would recommend anyone to use Window World!

Andrew G. and crew of Tyson, Brayan, and Justin arrived at 8am and had 7 windows, including a large picture window, fully installed by 130. They were efficient and friendly during the job and everything looks great. After finishing installing they cleaned up the job site, and there isn't any evidence they were even here. Andrew explained the care and upkeep to keep the windows looking pristine prior to leaving. Overall a wonderful experience, great crew, and I will recommend your services in the future.

We had water damaged, rotten windows and I decided back in December I needed to make the investment to replace them. I had 3 companies come quote and while Window World was in the middle cost-wise, we chose them for the lifetime warranty. Most of our cranks or latches did not work before and I loved the thought of being able to get these common issues fixed in the future for free! Andrew's team came out this week to replace all 11 windows and 1 patio door and it's safe to say I'm very happy with the final results! They were all courteous, treated me with respect, and did all they could to make sure it was a smooth process. They treated my home like their own, and made sure the final product was exactly what they would want for themselves. Being able to get a promo rate of 0% interest for 15 months financing through Window World was the icing on the top!

Prepped the area keeping in mind the protection of our property. Removed old sashes and loaded them for disposal. Then proceeded to prep openings, install new units and trim out , insulate and caulk. Then did a great job of clean up , went over operation of windows and screens, maintenance, cleaning and warranty information. They are a very personable company with courteous, competent employees.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I had to for this company. From the moment we had our free estimate, I never once had a doubt that these guys would do the job and do it right. They are super professional and by the time our meeting for the free estimate was done, I literally couldn’t think of one question they hadn’t already answered. Our windows took a while to come in, but I wasn’t too shocked considering there’s a global pandemic going on. Once they did come in, they called me immediately and set up the install for only days later. The install was super fast. We had 14 average sized windows and one large picture window, plus we had them wrap the exterior window trim in metal, whatever that’s called. They finished the entire project in less than 2 full days and when I got home and went inside after they had done all the interior work I couldn’t even tell there had been anyone there. I swear they left it cleaner than they found it. Amazing. These guys are top notch, and I’m super glad we chose them!

The free consultation was thorough and informative, we were able to get the windows installed within the projected time frame that we were given, and the installers were courteous and efficient; two guys installed 7 double hung and 4 casement windows in 2 days. The quality is there along with a phenomenal warranty that is effective for us and the next owners (great for resale value), and at $1000-$3000 less than what we were quoted from other companies. I would recommend them for all your window needs.

This January when we called and arranged for the order of our windows, we expected the windows would arrive and be installed after the snow had gone. Surprise, surprise…they called mid-March and said our windows were in and set up a date for the end of March for installation. Window Works arrived…shoveled all the snow away from our windows and patio door and installed the windows and patio doors. They were very professional and quick! I would highly recommend this company.
