I bought a bay window from Pella salesperson Paul Lucken from Fargo. He explained the whole process in layman’s terms. Very impressed with his professionalism. Window arrived at my house & was installed by Marcus - Lead installer & Blake - install. Both very friendly when arriving. The job was completed in a very reasonable time period. Outside temp was in the 25 to 30 degree range. Did not leave outside door open for long when going in & out. They were both very meticulous when working. Job completed above expectations! Even cleaned both inside & outside of windows after install. Inside of house just as clean when they left as when they started. All outstanding! Window trim inside needed a little tweaking a few months later. Salesperson Paul to the rescue! Gave him a call & a service appointment was in the works. McKinley showed up, knew what he had to do & the job was completed. Very professional & the trim piece replaced without any problems. Everyone on the team was superb! Highly recommend as this is the 4th Pella window we have installed.

Very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about the windows. Ned was the person in the showroom who helped us pick out the windows and was very helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about Pella windows! As a contractor they are the only windows that I recommend to clients. The quality of their windows is top of the line and their prices are very competitive with other brands. The quality aspect is not the only reason I choose Pella. We work directly with our own salesman and there is no better. Ned has been our Pella salesman for longer than I can remember. He has always gone above and beyond to help us what we need! He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and there isn’t anyone else I would trust more! Last but not least, They also have the best service department. You are never given the run around when you call and their customers are their priority!!

The installers commented on the ease of installation, and the operation of the windows is very smooth. On one window, the operation was just a little off but Pella promptly sent a representative who fixed it in a matter of minutes. Hunter and Austin installed 8 windows for us. They were professional, friendly, and above all neat. They cleaned up after every day and even washed the windows after the install. They went above and beyond duty, offering suggestions and even tacking up the trim on a cupboard. The windows are beautiful. I highly recommend Pella windows.
