They arrived on time and took inventory of the projects measurements and materials to ensure everything fit. Then went to work without wasting any time. Our project was a substantial one and it took all four workers to ensure proper installation. We recognized the value of their craftmanship and professionalism on this job. The were conscious of the importance of each step of the project and provided respect and care for our home. They had dropped clothes laid out and cleaned up after the project was done. I was pleased with the work Asher had done with my parents house and decided to check in to gutters for my house. Kyle and Josh installed gutters and helmet protectors to our house and I am very happy with their work and it looks wonderful. From the time I had ordered them to time of installation was very fast. I gave this as a gift to my husband for his birthday and his response was that he wouldn't have to clean them anymore and saves him time and effort to clean. Also, the lifetime warranty is a bonus. Brent, our sales person was friendly, kind and very informative. I would recommend their services. Thank for the great quality and service.

They arrived when they said they would, handled the challenges of getting the monster 20' wide awning up onto our deck, installed it, and then spent the time going through our options and instructions. Zach and Nick installed a Sunesta Sunstyle awning over our deck on June 16. They were both friendly and very professional and attentive to addressing our questions and placement of the awning. We were shown how to operate the awning both by remote and by hand crank and were also given instructions on the capabilities of the wind sensor. It was a very warm day for them to be working on this project but they kept at it and then had to move on to their next installation in the Sparta area.

Their sales rep Brandon gave us an excellent presentation and we bought a powered awning. Yesterday Asher delivered the awning and installed it. Brad and JR did an excellent job of preparing the house for installation, putting up the awning and showing how to use the awning to our advantage. Jan 3, 2018 UPDATE! Ok everybody. As you know, I have had some tile problems. I have brought forth my frustrations with Asher Lasting Exteriors and a problematic tile floor. I'm updating you all on the situation. Chad Asher, owner, came to my home today and met with me over the issues. After amiable discussions and ruminations, we came to a mutually beneficial solution. The floor will be repaired and all is good I learned some new stuff that will probably keep these type of things from happening in the future to other customers. Chad Asher was very upfront and honest and dealt with the situation and myself in a very professional and pleasing manner. I will tell people when I'm not happy with something, but I will always tell people when I am happy and satisfied as well. **************************************************************************

He had already researched the work we had done previously so he already knew the style, color and dimensions. Extremely efficient! They were able to fit us in a few weeks from the estimate, and Kyle and Sawyer showed up and completed the job in less the two hours. Prompt, efficient, courteous and clean. Other than an attractive, well installed gutter and downspout you'd have never known they were here.

I received an estimate from Asher on new rain gutters about 2 weeks ago and at the time of signing the contract, I was told they were backed logged until the end of May. About a week later I received a call and said they can fit me in the following week. I think that is a great way to run a business, fitting you in earlier than expected always makes people happy. Kyle and Josh showed up at 7:30 AM and had their work completed by 12:00 PM. These 2 young men did excellent work and were very efficient, polite and professional. Asher recently completed a major project for us. They resided the entire house, including soffit and fascia, replaced almost all the windows and exterior doors, replaced the gutters and downspouts, and added Gutter Helmet. It’s disruptive having such a large amount of work done on your house all at once, but Asher got the work done quickly so we could get back to normal. The quality of everything they did is top notch. They did a great job cleaning up and hauling away debris at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated. A couple of minor problems were quickly fixed. I would like to thank all the installation guys, including Franz and Ben on siding, Mick, Matt, Andy and Cody on windows, and Kevin on gutters. They all took pride in their work and were great to work with. I would also like to thank Aaron, Ray, and Chad A for making sure the entire project went smoothly and was completed to our satisfaction. I found the “WiFi calling” feature on our IPhones which works marvelously so did not have to purchase repeaters or boosters.

This was my first renovation on my first home, which was built in the 1950’s. Using Asher was the best experience I could have hoped for. The initial inspection, walkthrough, and expectations with Sherry, was very helpful and calmed my nerves with doing a project on an old home. There were no high pressure sales tactics. She walked me through every step of the process and gave me a very clear presentation on the products they offer and the installation process. A few weeks later, Ray, came and did a final measurement and gave me more insights on windows, which really helped me on the opening directions of the windows, how they should face, and wind direction within the house. Matt and Mick, were the gentleman who installed the windows. It was like they were never there. But, I was fortunate enough to run into them and they waked me through the house and explained the work that was done and the windows themselves.

We recently had a sliding patio door replaced with a French door by Asher Lasting Exteriors of Eau Claire. Asher's did a fantastic job matching the stain on the French Door to our existing wood trim in our home. The installers, Mick and Johnny were meticulous in their craftsmanship! All work was performed with floor protection in our home and when completed, all debris was picked up leaving the appearance that the French door had been in our home for a long time. We have learned that you can count on Asher's crew to do a great job as they have previously sided our home and installed a skylight, all of which have been done to our complete satisfaction.

We've used Asher Lasting Exteriors three times now for window/door replacement at our home. The first two experiences were great, professional communication and great service. However, we were very disappointed by our last experience which just happened this fall of 2020. First, our salesperson mis-quoted us and gave us the pricing for 4 windows to be replaced, when we had discussed 5. So, when they came to measure, we realized the error. Which of course, resulted in much higher costs since we were thinking the price we agreed upon was for 5 windows, when it was actually 4. When I emailed our sales rep to confirm the new pricing, I emailed him that we were disappointed and he never even responded to my email to apologize or acknowledged a misunderstanding. When the crew showed up to install, they did ok but seemed to work slowly. The quality I expected was certainly not there on one of our windows. They had to replace the frame that was in our bathroom and the new frame had tiny little holes all over it where they had to nail it in I guess. They went over a calked it twice, but the holes are still very visible. It doesn't look new or professional at all. The installer just said he "did his best." When I emailed Asher to let them know about this, they never responded to my email. I expected at least a follow-up apology and perhaps a discount off the labor since we now have imperfections on a brand-new window and could likely de-value our home. After this last experience, we may be shopping around for another company to replace the rest of our windows.

The installation guys were focused to getting the job done every minute they were at my house. I am a family daycare provider and had kiddos during the installation and honestly one of the kiddos said hi to the guys probably 50 times or more in the 3 days they were here for the installation. Every time she talked to them they responded with a hi back. I’m sure it had to be a little irritating but you wouldn’t have known it if they were because they were super nice and very professional!! I give them both 5 Stars. Thank you!!!

Guys from ashers just finished installing windows. They were you younger guys that installed them. I must say they are extreamly hard workers. They were very polite and professional. When they said they will be here at 730 they were always on time our 10 min early. I'm very impressed on the work they did and their maturity these young guys had. We have had Ashers do a couple of jobs previously, so with the previous experience we contacted them again to install gutter heat in our gutter helmet system to help prevent ice dams. They were prompt in giving us an estimate as well as doing the install. The electrician they use was also timely in his portion of the work. All work was done when said and they cleaned up such that you would not know they were even around.

Asher's is great! My home was significantly damaged in the Sept 24th tornado and I had to find 5 different contractors to address all the different repairs. Asher's answered the phone and had someone out here to give me a bid the next day. This is not the experience I had with other contractors (repeated calls, not showing up, ect). The estimate was fair and they worked on my behalf to expedite the order at the factory so I could have the windows replaced before the snow started to fall. Their staff doing the repairs showed up exactly when they said they would, they put down runners so they would not get the flooring dirty, and their work was excellent! I have some general repair work to do next summer and Asher's will be my first and only call. I can not recommend them enough.

My sliding glass doors look great, are of high quality and an investment in my home, and I'm very happy with the end product. For this, it's a 5 star review. If I had to be critical about any part of this entire process, it would be that I wish it hadn't taken quite so long to get the job completed. I made the purchase in late August and the doors were finally installed in late November.. but I guess there is something to be said for high demand. Just have patience.. the end result is worth the wait.

I’m so pleased with Asher Exterior. After needing to get a new front door because of a shattered window, I came across Asher as a vendor at a seminar I was attending ( Senior Day at UWEC). The associate answered my questions and arranged for a sales representative to come to my home, 75 miles from their office in Eau Claire. Troy was extremely helpful and was able to show computer images of different door/window combinations that I picked. He then emailed estimates to me that I could forward to my insurance company. After deciding on the product, I stopped in their office to make the final order. While I was there I made a last minute minor change.. no problem. Then Troy and another expert came back to take detailed measurements. I didn’t even need to be home. Troy sent me a text when they arrived, and another text when they locked up and left. Troy explained how the doors are custom made by a company who employs many Amish men and their custom work of door manufacturing is done with precision detail. They even took a piece of the trim to match the stain. Meanwhile, the Baptism for my twin grandchildren was scheduled with a party set at my house. It was the only day that worked in everyone’s schedule. The new door was scheduled to be completed, arrive, and be installed the week after the Baptism. I called and asked if there was any way it could be completed before the Baptism. To my delight, they were able to honor my request. Mark and Johnny delivered and installed the door on the Wednesday before the party. It came as one large piece with a door and two side windows. They were able to carry it up 12 landscaped steps to the front door. They started the work while I left for an appointment. When I returned 4-5 hours later, they were just finishing up. There were a few pieces of trim that needed to be taken back for staining because they were not accessible as the door was completely wrapped for delivery. I thought, that’s OK. At least it will look better that a door with a shattered window for the party. I was surprised when Kevin called the next day to schedule the final visit for the Friday before the Baptism. Mark came back, answered a few questions that I had. Fixed the lock that seemed to turn a little hard and installed the missing trim pieces. Perfect!! They even followed up after to make sure everything was good. I’m so pleased with this company. Incidentally, we took the price quite to a local contractor, just for a price comparison. He said, “If you can get this door for this price, installed and everything, you should go with it”. So glad we did. I forgot to mention that they took the old door and didn’t leave any mess at all. We had smaller job with them. No siding or roofing or anything… just new gutters on the house. Overall I had a good experience and I would recommend them. The amount of business they get shows that. Once we called them, got an estimate, and said YES we want your service… They quoted us at starting work months out. Reason being is they are busy because they are good at what they do and many want their services. Plus they found time to get out to us and start work much sooner than the time frame they told us so it worked out well. I was fine with waiting but they made it even sooner. I will say the only “down side” is the free estimate. It was free… sort of... no it overall was. Let me put it this way. I spoke with them and they made arraignments to come out to our house for a free estimate. The guy was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. I was told it is a free estimate. And it was, I didn’t have to give them any money or anything… so it was free. However, they said if I wanted to do business with them I had to pay for half the gutter project that day up front to get a discounted price on the project… I think 5% off. Yes I didn’t have to make up my mind that day. Yes it was still free. But, at least for the smaller projects, don’t get an estimate until you are more certain than not that you want to do it. That way you can get the discount. And I am making it sound bad. It really wasn’t. Just an unexpected surprise is all. It adds a little pressure to make up your mind that day so you can get the discount and save money. They do good work, I would use them again, everyone I have spoken with in the company has been very friendly.
