My next door neighbors used Buresh Home Solutions a few years ago. I really liked everything they had done, so I knew exactly where to go when I was finally able to make some changes. I'm so happy with the way my home looks now. The new siding with insulation attached & the gutters that Buresh installed made a huge difference. I love the Nautica Blue color! Friends & neighbors have given lots of compliments. Everyone I worked with was really great & very professional. Attention to detail is really important to me. They did a fantastic job! Great people to work with. They built our backyard deck 6 years ago and it is fantastic. We needed an extension on our front porch so I called Buresh Home Solutions to inquire if they would do it. It was time to replace the deck on the back of our house. Buresh Home Solutions helped us with the design and selection of state-of-the-art TimberTech materials from AZEK Building Products. The new, enlarged deck was finished off with under decking, can lights and an outdoor ceiling fan. We recently bought our house and discovered that the five picture windows in our family room were rotted and leaking. We called multiple contractors and received several bids on the window replacement project. In the end, we chose Buresh because of their professional, no-pressure approach to estimating and for the good value they provided with their pricing. We also liked the fact that they were a Pella Windows Platinum Certified Contractor. They also sent out the actual person who would be installing the windows to measure and determine the scope of the project. The scope and pricing included replacing and repairing any unforeseen issues like rotted framing and sheathing and correcting any flashing issues. We felt comfortable knowing there wouldn't be any surprises. Once we signed the contract and made the initial payment, Buresh ordered the windows from Pella. They arrived a few weeks later and they took advantage of a late-January day in the mid 40's to get them installed. It only took them a few hours to install five windows, one of which was very difficult to access. They discovered and replaced several areas of rotted sheathing and replaced the flashing under one of the windows that had the fireplace bump-out roof underneath it - all at no additional cost. After they were done, they cleaned up both the inside and outside areas of our family room and left it as if nothing had happened that day. A couple of weeks later, Buresh came by to check on how things were going and to explain the workmanship and product warranties. The entire experience with Buresh Home Solutions could not have been any better!

From the initial consultation and estimate Brian to the interaction with the office staff to the installation with Heath and his crew, everything went as promised. The consultation was informative and the working out the contract was easy and felt comfortable. The windows were received and installation occurred earlier than promised. The installer, Heath, was meticulous in his measurements and very skilled in his installation. He made expert recommendations, he and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well and after noticing our front door didn’t close properly, fixed it for us without being asked. The Pella windows are beautiful and operate beautifully. With regard to value, Buresh home solutions was VERY competitive and we feel like we got a great product and skillful installation for the money we spent. We have other projects around the house and we will be using Buresh Home Solutions to complete them. We had our siding/gutters replaced by Buresh last summer. We had some language barriers with the crew working on site which caused some confusion and at times frustration and there were a couple of issues with the installation we were concerned about. However, Buresh made everything right. Anything we had concerns about was addressed to our satisfaction. The gutters and installation was fantastic. For several months afterwards I would pull into the driveway and just smile at how nice the house looked. I waited to leave a review to see how everything made it through the winter. It has been great. We can hardly tell the wind is blowing on very windy days, the new gutters handle the rain so much better, and the changes in temperature have not caused any visual changes to the siding or trim. I still love the look of the house and we are very happy. We feel we got a great product at a fair price and received sincere customer service.

I called Brian upset and worried about the timeline and the additional costs to get the correct color. He provided a detailed estimate, which was very reasonable, and we had our installation scheduled promptly. The installation crew, Hugo and Edgar, handled every detail with expertise and close attention to some challenges with our new gutters and downspouts. Buresh built us a new deck and stairs on the back of our home. The entire process of planning and executing the building of the deck was seamless. The people who run Buresh and work for the company are friendly and do a great job--they ultimately want the customer to be happy! Our deck is beautifully built and is providing us with a wonderful outdoor experience. Due to issues with the way our yard drains, we had some issues come up later with the deck stairs. When this was brought to the attention of the office staff (Tamara) and Mr. Buresh, the man who built the deck came over almost immediately and made adjustments to the stairs. After more than a year later, the issues came up again. I again contacted the Buresh office. Once again a foreman came over right away and came up with a new solution to the problem. Shortly after, a crew came and implemented a different fix for the stairs. I am confident now that the issue has been resolved. I have been incredibly impressed with Buresh's promise to make things right. Once you have them do work for you, it's like you are a member of their "family". They bend over backwards to ensure that you are satisfied with the work they do and if something happens to not go right, they are there to make it right--even a year or two later! Hands down I would use Buresh for any suitable project in the future. They are the best!

Buresh redid our siding, deck and a few windows about a year ago. Overall it was a great experience and he was very good with communication. He even followed up on a small issue and took care of it in a timely fashion after the work had been completed. We've recently had other home repairs with other contractors. The communication and work done by Buresh really shines in comparison to dealing with other contractors. Buresh himself actually shows up and checks on things! The downside would be the minor debris we continue to find in the dirt around the perimeter of the house. But again, other contractors we've dealt with leave debris behind as well.
