WoW, Worth every penny, We believe in you get what you pay for. This window was for the front of our old house. The windows replaced were in very poor condition due to the lack of proper maintenance by the previous owner and they looked terrible. We aren’t rich but when it comes to our house when we fix something we want it done right. I was previously a machinist and before I retired, I was a federal aviation inspector for UTC Aerospace so that might give you some insight into inclination for perfection. We hired RBA knowing they are a high-end window company delivering a superior quality product. I was impressed with professionalism of the installer and his attention to detail impressed me immensely Brandon Nagel was as professional as they come if we were going to have another window I would request Brandon to do the job thanks Brandon. We are very happy with result the window transformed the inside and the outside of the house with a new vibrant look. Thanks RBA James

We knew we needed new windows and decided it was time to start getting info. Dustin came out and showed us their product and gave us information we requested. He spent a lot of time with us going over everything about the windows and patio door we needed replaced.He was wonderful about answering the follow up email questions we had and made sure to stay in communication with us all the way up to the installation date. This week was the installation and the guys that came out were amazing. Vitaly and Alex worked super well as a team. They were meticulous, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to stop and answer all the questions I had during the installation process. They definitely knew what they were doing and the final products look amazing. If anyone ever asks for a company recommendation- I will definitely recommend Renewal by Anderson.

Full transparency, while we ended up not going with Anderson for our window repair in the end, my consultation with Dave was fantastic! I have nothing but good things to say about the care and attention to detail he had during our consultation. He gave me a ton of information as well as showing me what sets Anderson windows apart from other brands. The entire time I felt relaxed and enjoyed the process. It was great to see how transparent they were with their products and pricing. I was never mislead with how expensive they were compared to their competitors. They offer a premium product that is built to last and justifies the larger price point. While we didn't pick them to repair the windows in our house this time, I will for sure be keeping them in mind for future projects that I may undertake.

We had a great experience from our sales consultation with Travis, to the installation by Maverick and his team. We knew we would have to wait a few months for the installation, but it was totally worth it! Maverick’s team was so professional, and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Dave Engfer was awesome and explained everything I would ever need to know including the different types of windows, the installation process, and offered guidance in selecting the windows that would be perfect for my home. Is Renewal by Anderson expensive? Absolutely! Does their product live up to the expectations! Absolutely. Not only did they live up to what they say, but I felt like they may have undersold how great their windows and crews are. We have already saved a bit on our energy bill. Our house feels warmer now than it ever has in the winter. The sound that used to come through our old windows is more than half. Jose and his crew were amazing. Super professional. Very fast working and courteous to my home. They did an awesome job and cleaned up like they were never there. If you can afford them, I highly suggest you give them a call.

The crew that installed our windows were on time, very professional, were very respectful of inside our house and our plants outside. They finished installing 9 windows in one day. Crew leader was very through with how he applied the foam insulation and caulking. Even on day 1 of installation, we could feel a difference in the house in temperature (cooler) and sound (noise reduction from neighborhood). I am so happy we purchased Renewal By Anderson windows.

The entire process from ordering to having these new windows installed was extremely easy. The new windows look great and are very easy to open and close. Installation was pretty quick and the installer did a great job. My only issue is that the installer was using a bucket to carry tools and supplies which somehow hit one of my plants and was knocked over. There was dirt all over in about 6 steps which of course have carpet in them. All he could say was that he was sorry. He didn’t even offer to clean it up. I had to go rent a carpet cleaner to clean this mess up. This added about 4 extra hours to my day of cleaning the steps but the windows look good.

Alex was also equally helpful and knowledgeable when coming in to take measurements and help answered all of our questions. I had a great experience with buying my Anderson patio door about 3 years ago. The sliding glass door does everything they said it would: reduces the street noise, protects from the direct sun--well insulated and looks fantastic. Well worth the price and the salesman, Dave, was very helpful and walked us through the buying and installation process. Very professional! Absolutely love my patio door!

Very upset with the initial work. Two windows do not close at all and there is damage to every wall on install. In addition I was never told the exterior structure was being removed and they just put raw wood up with out finishing it. I’d never have know if I didn’t go over there. Two edge trim parts are just missing now and no where to be found. I really hope this gets resolved as this cost me $30k and now I have damaged edges , an unfinished exterior , two non locking windows and missing trim. Bumping to three starts. Even though the company said they don’t paint, they do indeed. The had a guy come out and fix/paint all the damage. He did a great job. For 5 stars just have him come out in the first place.

The quality of product they provide is above industry standard and while the proce does reflect that, you will be more than getting your investment-worth back over time. I highly recommend them for at least a consult for any door related replacement and also for any window replacement. The representative, Dustin, was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the details regarding my place and repairs as well as the product and supplied facts to easily make a decision. The work planned is several months out from the standard time frame due to supply constraints but what business isn't suffering from that recently.

They showed up on time, were clean, professional, spoke professionally to each other, brought their own trash bins (that impressed me), cleaned as they installed, taped off interior areas that could be affected by dust, applied a plastic to protect the carpet areas! Friendly, informative, explained options for windows, financing and answered all of our questions about replacing the remaining windows on the front side of our house. Another amazing experience! We're happy to continue with Andersen for replacing our remaining windows. Installation is usually complete in 1-2days. Great quality product! Windows are easy open/close, look great and have honestly improved the temperature in our home (heat or cool). Highly recommended!!

My living room window broke close to a year and a half ago. When we called to have it replaced we were told that the wait time would be about 4 months, which wasn't a problem. 5 to 6 months went by with no update so I called and found out that the window had been there for awhile. communication was horrible. My boyfriend and I always had to call them to find out what was going on. When it came time to replace the window it was too big. The repair guy was very apologetic and explained to us that the window ordered was not the same measurements that he took. At that point my boyfriend and I were not unhappy because we understand that mistakes happen but when it came to the 2nd window being replaced it was also too big. We had 2 different men take measurements with the same outcome. At that point I was irritated and called the office. Every time I called I spoke to Jessica, it was always excuse after excuse. At one point she went as far as to blame corporate, which I knew was a lie. I called the corporate office and the women I spoke to helped me more in our brief conversation then we had gotten in the last year. She ordered another window for us but for the 3rd time that window was too big. Today was installation day and Demitri was our repair guy. Demitri took extra steps to get our window to fit and was very professional. If it wasn't for him we would have had to wait another 4 to 5 months for a 4th window. My boyfriend and I really appreciate his hard work and customer service. No customer should have to wait that long for a replacement window and there is no acceptable excuse to have multiple windows ordered in the wrong size. I hope that Demitri receives some sort of recognition because he deserves it. Other then the awesome repair guys we've had our experience has been horrible.

Overall my experience with Renewal was really good. We replaced 14 windows in our house and I’m very happy with how they turned out. Our sales person Rich was very thorough and detailed. He made sure we were on the same page for the exact windows I wanted before they were ordered. Leonardo and his crew installed all the windows initially and kept me informed during much of the process. I was very happy with the work that they did. There were a couple of window details that I had requested that didn’t get put on Leonardo’s instructions and I didn’t catch until late into the install. So I consulted with the project manager, Andrew, and he lined up another crew to be sent out a couple of weeks after the initial install. The second crew who was led by Matt (I think) also did great quality work and left after I was happy with all the changes that were made. Despite having to have a second crew come back, I am super happy with the product, the work that both crews did and with the “no questions asked” approach that Andrew took to making the changes that him and I talked about. I would recommend Renewal to anyone looking for new windows.

I am a no nonsense kind of gal, and when Project Consultant Chris Casner came to my house for my initial evaluation and sales pitch, he honored my request that we only discuss the meat and potatoes without any frills. I felt respected and heard, and I entered into contract without hesitation. When the installation day came a couple months earlier than promised, both installers treated my home as if it were theirs, and the only sign they were even there (after they left) was the two amazing new windows. I could here every little noise coming threw from outside as well. But you know how life is always in the way. Start to finish this was a quality job. The installation of a very large window happened to be scheduled for a day when there was a large snowstorm. In spite of this the installers arrived on time and planned to proceed. The exterior of the window was 15' above the ground and there was 3' of snow; no problem for them!. They did a wonderful job, protected our floors and furniture. They were two pleasant guys working under very difficult circumstances. Prior to the installation all communication was excellent. I was a little recalcitrant because of the price, which was substantial, but the quality of the work and the product were exceptional.

So the installation team was awesome they did install in the snow but got the job done, our windows were installed rather quick only in two days. We replaced my entire main floor which was 8 windows 3 which had to be tempered glass cause of the location but needless to say we got our old crank windows replaced to save energy and keep my house from leaking heat and getting cold drafts, don’t get me wrong they look amazing but needless to say do not keep the cold out if you sit in my couch next to the window you feel the cold from out side and we still have to put plastic around brand new windows that cost a pretty penny which defeated the purpose but again they do look great! I also found it funny how they send you a electronic $5 gift card to Starbucks that was un redeemable as their thank you for getting their product which that does not work for keeping cold drafts out.

We had a big picture window replaced with a double slider.. Love that window! But better than that is the replacement sliding glass door... so much better quality than the builder grade door that was original. Everything about it is quality. We did have to have them come back out to adjust the door a few weeks after installation but they did it quickly and happily. Yes, they cost more than home depot, but I think you get a lot for your money in both the quality and the service. Ty was our salesman/rep and was great at not pressuring us in any way. We were so pleased with the whole expensive that over 2 years later we had him come back to give us quotes on other window replacements. I recommend Ty (Colorado Springs/Pueblo rep) and renewal of you need to replace windows or doors.

While the salesperson I spoke with (Josh Jerry, Denver area) was helpful and respectful of my time, Renewal by Andersen still uses too many high-pressure sales tactics. The "sign now and save" ploy when getting a quote makes me lose trust. The survey they sent me after my quote expired quickly -- not giving me enough time to compare them to other options before providing honest feedback. Although I told the person on one follow-up call that I needed time to consider the quote before providing feedback, and that I preferred to provide feedback via the email survey, I still get 2-3 calls per day from Renewal bugging me about the quote. Apparent from the high-pressure sales tactics, I did not find that the product value in my market matched the price. I may have considered Renewal if they offered a lower-cost option, but I saved over $3k dollars by going with ProVia Endure windows, which just make way more sense in a starter home townhouse like I have. Renewal will make it sound like the "sign now to save" tactic is standard for the industry but my advice is to look for a smaller, locally owned install company with excellent reviews and a wider variety of product options. They'll be more honest about their price and less stressful to work with. EDIT -- because I cannot reply to the response from Andersen. I'm saying I'm getting too many calls already. I do not want someone to reach out to me. Take the feedback, improve, and leave me out of it, please.

Larry Beber, the senior Project Consultant, was on time and was very courteous and friendly. He was very professional and listened carefully to my concerns and what I wanted to have done. He then demonstrated the sliding door hardware locking mechanism and when I saw that as compared to my existing vinyl door I was impressed. I was sold before we even talked about the 3 windows I wanted replaced upstairs. When he showed me the window demonstration I realized that going with vinyl years ago was a big mistake. Larry was very thorough in making sure that I understood all options for the door hardware, colors and trim. We had a wonderful experience that started with our sales representative Mark Floyd and continued throughout the entire process. We were initially told it would take approximately 8 to 10 weeks for our windows to arrive. Our install manager Randy was there to measure our new windows the next day. We were pleasantly surprised when they contacted use after 1 month to let us know they were scheduling our install the following week. I'm very pleased with the way the windows are performing as it relates to UV block, shade screening and heat block. Our central air is running less and we hope to see a drop in our utility bills.

Ryan and his crew arrived on time each of the three days they spent installing my new windows, and spent a good eight hours each day busily at work. Each day before they quit they cleaned up their work area which in our case was pretty much the entire house! The installers were very good and respectful of our property. I was disappointed with the scheduling and payment process, though. We were rescheduled because the installers were sick in January. No follow up texts or emails were sent for our installation today. I called on Saturday to confirm and office was closed. Emailed, no response. Luckily, the installer called about 25 min away so that I could finalize the prep. We were advised at the time they showed up that they cannot take card. I tried all the numbers I had, all indicating the office was closed. Given the expenses associated with such a large purchase, this is an inconvenience. There are many payment methods (qr code, website, apps, paypal, zelle) to facilitate payment in a more efficient manner.

We had 6 windows and one sliding glass door (with transom; clearly a different product line from windows) installed. The windows are working well (all double hung). The sliding glass door has been problematic from the start. Lock mechanism gets loose, wiggles; screen door comes out of adjustment and wheels make loud noise now; now sliding glass door intermittently won't open more than a few inches to a foot. This will be the second time we need to call for help with the door and screen. I do NOT recommend the sliding glass door! (So far, windows are great.)

This last week we had Rob Sherr come out and give us a presentation on the window and door products of Renewal by Anderson. I'll just say, the process was phenomenal. Now, I am giving 5 stars as to the quote process. The windows were just way outside of our budget, and unless we do one window at a time, these windows are just not feasible. It would be like putting rims on a 1994 Geo Metro. The house was built in 1895 and we have bigger problems than spending tens of thousands of dollars on windows and doors. However, after their quote and presentation by Rob, I feel comfortable saying that this company would be the company to beat when it comes to product quality and professionalism. He had information on all the competitors that we were going to also hear from and had samples for their products that gave a real idea of why they are able to charge so much. I do feel bad wasting his time, but to his credit - he spent like 3 hours here answering our questions and walking us through what they could do and time frames (which if I recall, were about 4-6 weeks out from the date of signing). They have a deal where if you sign up when you have them out for the quote you get a discount - so I'd recommend knowing they're the one you want, or set them up last. We did them first because I recognized their name from dudes outside of Ace Hardware and a few other places. Know going in that they're probably going to be the highest quote, but I also wouldn't doubt I would never need to replace these windows and they'd be a great investment on the "forever" home.

We paid the deposit on January 30,2021. We were told that the door would be installed around the first of April. We had no contact until I called the salesman, Scott Pyle the 2nd week of April. He checked into it and told me that the glass had been broken twice and he said they would bump up the production. Then a week later, I got an email saying our door was in manufacturing. (obviously there was misinformation somewhere between the salesman and the manufacturer) I didn’t hear anything until I called the 2nd week of May. Mr.Pyle said he would check into it and call me back. He never returned my call. I called the office and talked to the scheduler. She set it up for June 1. Carlos and his crew were the best part of this transaction. I understand about the slowdown of material delivery but the NO contact and lack of customer service is very unacceptable. We won’t be using Renewal by Anderson and will discourage any of our friends and family also. I have been working with Sarah to rectify this situation. She very generously offered to reimburse us for part of the cost. I appreciate her offer and efforts. The installers, Carlos and his crew were efficient and great to work with!

I had an extremely good experience with my Renewal by Anderson Windows being installed in our home. The 3 gentlemen that performed the work were very professional, nice, courteous and worked hard the 2 days that they were at my house. Anytime there were any changes out of the norm that occurred when they were putting in my windows they were great at communicating them with me. They cleaned up well at the end of the day and made sure to leave our place as it was. There was one time where the manager asked about a few paint spots he found on the floor and ensured it wasn't his crew that did it (which is wasn't) so they were very good at making sure they kept our house clean why installing the windows. We couldn't be happier with the results! We absolutely LOVE our windows! We got a special box bay window that we fell in love with the minute it was installed. It adds so much to our kitchen. They keep the heat out very well, they modernize the house so nicely, and they're easy to clean! I would recommend Renewal by Andersen 100 times over to anyone interested in getting windows. The sales rep also followed up with me on the day they were finalizing the windows to see how the process was going which I thought was really nice. The people actually care and were exceptionally courteous and polite while doing their work. Thank you again for our windows! We are extremely happy! My installers Chad and Matt did a wonderful job with the door installation. My walls were not straight as I own an older home and they were able to make it look great despite the challenges. We did phase 3 on our windows in August 2017. Great experience again, great service by everyone involved - Lester Dryer, Russ Holzer, head installer Brian McPherson and other installer, Adam. The installation crew was even able to save our existing interior woodwork so we didn't have to stain and finish new woodwork! We had several Andersen windows and a French door installed 2 years ago. We're very happy with the appearance and how well they go with our house. Lester Dryer was great to work with, and the installers did an excellent job. They cleaned up thoroughly as well. We had several more windows installed this year, so obviously we were happy. We were very pleased to have Pat as the head installer, as he did such a great job on the first set. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

The protected all of our belongings and flooring which in turn left very little dust. They kept us updated on the work and kept openings to the outside to a minimum. Bruce Evans was our salesman. Very patient and very informative of the windows products. He even made an additional trip back to speak to my husband who had some questions. This company is by far the most professional, customer focused, pleasant , thorough window replacement company. They have the best product from start to finish with installation. Brian Pugh provided detailed information on what to expect with our purchase all the way to installation. He was quick to respond to our questions and had excellent follow-up on our installation. Our installers Drew and Karlee were caring to protect our wood flooring and took time to educate us on operation of our windows for cleaning. By far worth the purchase price. Today my new Andersen windows were installed by Andersen window installers Alberto Perez and his brother (so sorry, I forgot his brothers name). They were both friendly, efficient, professional and their work quality was top notch. Upon arrival at my home they explained the process thoroughly before they began the installation. They laid out floor and furniture protection before starting the project. The old windows were removed, the new ones installed and all were sealed thoroughly and checked for flawless operation. The brothers cleaned up the work areas very thoroughly (they even vacuumed). After installation, Alberto demonstrated the features and functions on each of my new windows. The windows were very high quality, the installation team was top notch, the overall experience was excellent. I'm a very happy customer.

UPDATE ON ANDERSONS RESPONSE: Randy, supervisor, came 2 days later after review and exchanged the 3 windows lock apparatus easily. Very nice friendly man. Finished visit by saying he would take care of curtain rod hook system. I am pleased with result and now raise star rating to 3 1/2 to 4. The windows themselves are amazing!! LOVE how they operate. Easy to clean. Though one lock broke quickly after and 2 other window lock handles are FLIMSY. I give this review 2 - 3 stars to front office on their handling of situation. STILL waiting for them to respond 2 weeks after 2nd installation. Initial order was about (18) windows, which 1 was wrong measurement. "Could they come and install the ones they have and they would come again with other window when ready?" Sure we responded. The 1st team (Kubal and Ryder) were amazing, outgoing, friendly. They were apologetic when they knocked over a plant and bought us another pot to replace. So nice of them! They were generous to re-install the blinds to all windows. They even came back 20 min after they left when we called them to remind us again the windows functionality. Again amazing! After installation, we noticed several sticky spots on carpet throughout house. Probably from adhesive glue(?) they could have used during work. They weren't there before. The "wrong measured" window, last one we needed to complete house order, took about 2 months to get installed after original work date. Billing department called to collect payment. We asked them about the last window's status, they forwarded us to main telephone #; No response. About 2 months later, wife inquired again. Miraculously it appeared. "Oh yea, its here." Otherwise we still be waiting for that last window if we didn't call. After 2nd installation team (Justin and Calvin) left, we hung back curtain rod and noticed middle hook is missing. It got picked up when team was cleaning up. My wife called Justin that day and again 2 days later for them to look in their work trailer for hook. No response. Since 1st windows installation one of the windows lock has broken and noticed 2 others whose lock handles are extremely flimsy. My wife had called front office 3 more times and still no return call. Still waiting. The funny thing is they're quick to want their money so when they called to collect remainder balance, my wife told them about our issues and they forwarded us again to main telephone #. Guess what? No response. About 4 days later, going on 3 weeks after 2nd installation still waiting for a reply on curtain rod hook they took and window lock and handles to be addressed. I'm hoping this avenue will encourage Anderson's to respond. I read the owners responses on other reviews "Dont hesitate to reach out", "We're there for you", "Call us for anything else"....well we're over here in Parker jumping up and down with hands raised trying to get your attention!!!!!! Lesson be learned, once they have your money they drop you in a flash. Daniel and Eliane G.F.

Scotty Nilsen walked Me threw everything for the windows, install and operation. Him and his team were very professional and very clean. After researching for a while I had settled on Andersen Windows. Made the call and set up an appointment for their Project Manager (Bruce) to come out and give me an estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable. He led me through the choices and pricing. I decided to do half of my windows and do the other half later in the year. These are very good windows so I knew they would be a little more expensive than others. I got a good discount. I got a call after a few days to set up a measuring of windows with their Installation Manager (Scott). Again very professional. Everything was ordered and an installation date set. Installation was again very professional and courteous (Rick and Lane). I replaced two windows and a patio door. They were done in about 5 hours and everything looks very good. I am very happy I went with Andersen, now that I have them in my house I can't wait to do the other half. Air-tightness, noise reduction and not hearing the furnace kick on as much is wonderful to have. I highly recommend them. Third installation on 10/15/21. Again expert installation and very happy wit product. Thank you!

When finished, they invite your careful inspection of each new window--both inside & outside for install quality. The Sales Rep was knowledgeable and guided us well on appropriate styles, colors, and sizes for our home. The Installation crew, Rick and Jason, were awesome!! They were on-time, dependable; they cleaned up after themselves and were contentious about their presence in a private home with children and pets. They were friendly and nice to all of us (including my super-curious dog). The quality of their work was outstanding.
