We live on the 10th floor in a condo that had the original windows that were 20 years old. We reached out to Reflection windows for complete window replacement and we were very happy we went with them. John was our sales person and he worked with us, understanding that our new windows had to look the same as the old to comply with the HOA guidelines. We told him our issues of hearing wind, west facing sun, and noise since we are in the Golden Triangle area and close to the hospital. He recommended the kind we needed and he also ensured everything met our HOA guidelines. He was also patient as we went through the HOA approval process. Once the time came to install, we had Jesse and since we were on the 10th floor we needed experts to hang outside - so they also brought in two experts who were able to work on ropes outside the building. The installation was two full days. Removing the old windows required a lot of care, but they did an excellent job. After installing the new windows, Jesse hung from the outside to do the caulking and other fine work needed. Jesse also did an excellent job on all the cleanup and haul off, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the standards the HOA required. I highly recommend the team. Ask for John and Jesse.

The full experience was excellent. We had 2 very large sliding glass doors installed, a new french door and a window replaced. I recently had my windows installed by Reflection Windows. They installed 13 Anlin windows and they did an excellent job. I had gotten three quotes total and their pricing was right in the middle, but very fair. K post The installers were very professional, cleaned up after, and they showed me how to remove them to clean them before leaving. The sales rep from the beginning never pressured me, and the office kept me updated. I will definitely use them to finish my remaining windows hopefully next year.

Process was great from start to finish. I received several quotes for the same windows and doors with prices ranging from $34k to $15k. John provided the best pricing, Mike helped with financing, and Salvador and Eddy were great on the install. The two of them were able to complete the project within the scheduled timeframe, they left everything clean when they departed each day, even walked the outside to make sure the dog wouldn't pick up something. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for Phase 2 for the rest of the windows.

Hats off to Reflection Windows and the entire process from sales introduction, follow up presentation, production and installation. Far and away this has been the best interaction we've ever had with a contractor. Reflection had been out to our home a few years ago and at the time it wasn't something that was in the cards for us, however as good sales people should, Reflection followed up with us asked if they could come out show us more information see if anything's changed and a couple of things had changed we are in a different position. We really did like the products, and came to an agreement to have reflection Windows install Windows for our home. The communication both from Reflection Windows, installer (Dustin) that was designated to do the actual window installation their coordination for final measurements, communicating that windows were ready and scheduling installation were fantastic. After scheduling the installation timeframe the installer showed up precisely when he said he would worked diligently and efficiently and really surprised us how quickly the windows and sliding door on our home we're installed. We had quite a few windows 20 I believe + the sliding door and they were done well within two to two and a half days, beginning mid-morning on a Monday and done mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. The installer and his crew were exceptionally polite and respectful, worked very diligently in both their work and clean up process. After having the windows installed for about a week and a half now it's really been fantastic and so far has lived up to the billing we've had some hot days and the windows have done an exceptional a job of keeping the heat out and now here even in Colorado in May we've had some snow and they've already proven up for the job keeping cold out. The windows have definitely reduced the sound that we hear from the exterior of our home and they look fantastic! You drive up and you see the windows and say, WOW! That's something different that's something nice and again were very happy with the entire process! We are easily ready and have done so actually multiple times already willing to recommend Reflection Windows to come out and install Windows in your home. Again if I haven't said it thoroughly enough, WE ARE COMPLETLY pleased with the entire process and the end product! Also, really looking forward to enjoying these windows as we head into the summer months and years ahead!

Cannot say enough positive things about reflection windows! The initial consultation with John went extremely well. I was told the best possible window and door solution for my situation, given by far the most reasonable price of the numerous quotes I received, and felt no pressure or sales tactics to get me to sign. The actual installation took a bit longer to coordinate, but this was not the fault of reflection windows, and Michael did a tremendous job of communicating the timeline and keeping me in the loop. Was impressed with the quality of the installation performed by Scott as well. Would highly recommend reflection windows and will not hesitate to utilize them again for future window/door installation needs!

After receiving several quotes on windows, Reflection Windows was the best. Quality of the windows is great! We're very happy with them. The install went well. My only complaint was that the windows were left very dirty - hand prints, dirt, and caulk were all over them (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). The sales rep was very helpful and kind and was always available to answer emails. We will be replacing more windows through them.

5 stars, not because it was the best experience, just the best all round company. I ordered my windows at the same time as my neighbor across the street who got theirs from the guys that make their own. Yes theirs were considerably quicker, but they also got standard sizes with a less than appealing picture window with sliders, which was not worth the doubled price tag. Because of Covid, my special order picture window created a huge but expected delay. My standard windows look better, and 2" noticably larger than neighbors due to better measuring. I wanted to keep that midcenture blocked big picture window that 2 other companies wouldn't bid on to my specs. My install had issues due to being delayed so long, my installer was on a leave. These guys kept me up to date trying to squeeze me in before going out on a limb to give me the option to sub the job out to get them installed within days. These guys went the extra mile for me, and I'm still getting comments on the special order picture window. Don't let the great price fool you, they aren't skimping on the service.

I bought an old house and was in the market for new windows. I had over 10 window installers come over and give me quotes. Reflection has the lowest pricing for the white vinyl Milgard windows. The way industry works is it takes about a month after you order the windows to get them installed. The installers were great and very professional. Overall, I am pleased with Reflection Windows and will recommend them.

We replaced all the windows in our house at 1/2 the cost of renewal by Anderson but significantly more than standard home depot windows. These windows however do have "True Lifetime Warranty" and are superior. Highly recommended!

The install team did a great job, but there were a few issues we caught after the fact. I purchased my first home around two years ago, and one of the items that featured prominently on the inspection was that the windows had rotting trim due to water damage and were not good for insulation (I had wooden windows, single pane, with a storm window outside acting as the second pane). So I knew that I needed to replace my windows, and when a Reflection Windows solicitor stopped by my house, I had them schedule a quote. They sent a specialist over on the weekend to look over my windows and provide a quote. The marketing discount applied to me, and I could manage the cost, so I accepted. Within a month, I had 8 windows replaced with U23 Amerimax E2 windows (two days of work from their contractors) with Old World Blue aluminum wrapping on the outside. The new windows look great and work well (previously I couldn't even air the house out, as the storm windows could not be opened), so I am very happy with the timely installation and the quality windows. They were certainly pricey, and I imagine a significant fraction of the price was due to the labor (who were amiable and professional), but I can handle it, as I knew when I purchased this house that I would end up having to spend money on the windows. What's more, the new windows have a lifetime warranty that is transferable, so they add to the value of my home. I may also receive a small tax benefit for improving the efficiency of my windows. Other than the sticker price, the only downside involved the permitting process -- my municipality requires a permit for window replacement. Reflection Windows did their due diligence and included the permit process in the cost, and the permit was granted retroactively after the windows had already been installed. It was a minor annoyance that I had to be at home during a 4 hour time period for the city inspector to sign off on the new windows (something he did very quickly, without much actual inspection), and I missed one inspection time, and had to reschedule. My city allows 180 days for the inspection, but it's worth noting that if you intend to replace windows, check to see if your city requires a permit/inspection, as there might be a property tax impact. Overall, I have nice new windows that cost me a lot of money. I am happy with the windows, but I do think I might have found a better deal by shopping around -- one of the things that showed up in the permit process was that I could have gotten a state tax benefit by purchasing windows manufactured in my city -- the ones I got were from 30 minutes away, and I did not qualify for that discount. Anyhow, the bottom line is that Reflection Windows is professional and capable, but replacing windows can be expensive and does require some red tape, so be prepared for that.

Replaced original builder windows with Milgards and these guys did a fantastic job. A huge picture window with two side windows, which was factory molded. The other one leaked because it was not. I replaced windows that did not open with casements that open. They rehung another window that was installed improperly by Millennium..and I beefed up the glass on my master bedroom to mitigate highway noise. It does help alot. They seal with foam around the window which the other company didn't do. And their caulk job was way better too. Two guys stay outside and one inside so traffic and contact is minimal. The price was very reasonable and these windows are great..I highly recommend this company..

Hello, I had three big picture windows replaced in August of 2018. Now I know the company wants you to write a review when they are completed, but the only thing I could say then was they were pretty and I did notice that after installation the outside noise was greatly reduced, I could no longer hear the kids playing outside even on my lawn. So now it has been a year since they were installed and I will say this, they are as great as the sales person says they are, I have been through all four seasons and with fall you do not notice a huge change, but when the winter started to show its self this is when I really noticed the change in my house temperature staying closer to the set temperature, the side of the house with the three picture windows the house stayed warmer the furnace did not work as hard as years before, and with this summer of 2019 and the record heat we have had, I can honestly say that I am really impressed with this company and with these windows, my electric bill has been supper low and this is with running the A/C because last year I gained two older rescue dogs, so with the record heat and with them being now 13 and 11 the house has been cool for them during the day, lets not mention that I do work nights so having the house cool during the day has been a huge blessing. I did opt for the colored frames, I picked the color of tan and it has accented my house in more ways than I could have imagined.... The install crew was very punctual and were quick with the removal of the 1956 steel frame slash aluminum storm windows on the outside widows and the install of the new ones, they slide perfectly as the day they were new, still cutting down the sound from outside activities and play... So now that I am getting close to the end of this review I would like to personally say that I am extremely pleased with these windows and when they do get paid off I will be calling and rescheduling a visit to replace all the other seven windows in the other side of the house so that next year and four seasons later my electric bill will be even lower than this last year... THANK YOU REFLECTION WINDOWS FOR THE WONDERFUL WORK YOU DID ON MY HOUSE BRACKEN KOHLES
