I had a great experience with Gravina’s this year. They came out and gave me a very reasonable and low-pressure quote, which I appreciated. My windows arrived months earlier than anticipated, but unfortunately, there was an issue once the windows arrived, in that my house has supporting steel beams in unexpected areas. My project had to be delayed slightly and new, smaller windows ordered—which at first was disappointing, but the owner, Nick, went above and beyond to make sure the new window order worked well for my situation. My windows were ultimately installed on time (still early, actually!) and I have beautiful, functional new windows (before winter!) and am very pleased. Would do business with these folks again. I appreciate the customer service!

Gravina's did a great job on our project! We needed a new sliding door and new window in our kitchen. The new window was to be installed next to where the old one was being removed. The installer did a great job reframing the wall and closing up the gap left from the old window opening. The new sliding door is easy to use. It simplifies letting our pet out. Walked into Gravina’s this morning with a window needing repair. I did not know who installed our windows originally, but decided to try. I was greeted right away and my window was fixed on the spot. It had some missing and broken parts that would hold the window in place. They even showed me how to re-install the window while I was waiting. Honest and professional and saved me a ton of money that other companies probably would've been happy to take! I was concerned that my windows may have needed to be replaced, but Nick came by and recommended replacing only one glass pane that had a bad seal. He ordered the glass and installed it in about 20 minutes, and it looks amazing! What could've cost me thousands ended up being a cheap, easy fix. They weren't interested in selling me windows that I didn't need, but I will absolutely be calling Gravina's when I do!

They have superb customer service & a passion for finding the most elegant solutions for complex situations. Our house had a jumble of casement windows, sliding glass doors and slider windows that were installed in the 1960’s and 70’s. Nick Gravina explored a wide variety of options for us to consider, taking into account our aesthetic and budget and delivered an outstanding set of windows and doors! The installation team was led by Matt Gravina and they were exceptionally competent & kind. Because of the age of some of our doors, getting the new doors plumb and level required some creative problem solving and a lot of persistence. They took the extra time to nail it perfectly! If you are in the market for any kind of replacement windows or doors, I cannot recommend Gravina‘s highly enough. There are two parts to any successful replacement window project: choosing the correct windows and having a top-notch installation crew. Gravina‘s exceeded my expectations in both regards. Moreover, they were tidy, on time and cleaned up after themselves. They had a lot of respect for us, our home and our dog!

The sales process was excellent, and Michael Stielhack was our rep. There was no pressure at all and he was incredibly patient while being a boundless source of information. Our installers were Jeremy and Orion. They were polite, professional and really outstanding. They told us what they were doing, when they were doing it and what to expect every step of the way. Jeremy was clearly the lead installer, and truly an absolute pleasure to work with. If we noticed one opportunity for improvement it would be communication in between the close of the sale and the setting of the install date. We know Gravina’s (and so many others) were and are struggling with supply chain issues. We only found that out when we called them to get a better sense of the timeline. We were told about 8 weeks from the time of final measurement until installation. That date wasn’t met due to the supply chain issues. We would have loved a weekly call or email updating us on status, even if there was nothing new to report. We would definitely recommend Gravina’s for quality, value, and the service provided by the people we did interact with.

The value for money with Gravina Windows is top notch. In my search for new windows to replace my builder grade aluminum windows I got estimates from 5 different companies, most of which were corporate chains. Gravina's was the last estimate I reached out for and I'm glad I did, they came in at $4000 below my next lowest quote and were running a deal that upgraded me to triple pane windows for no additional cost. They had many different options for obscured glass to choose from, so make sure you take a look at their samples if that is something you are interested in. Even though there were some hiccups with things, Gravina's went out of their way to make it right, and that is what good customer service truly is. I am loving my new windows in my draft-free house, they have made the winter weather in Colorado much more bearable. Ultimately I'm happy that I chose to use a local, family owned business.

The installation was clearly of top quality...they definitely knew what they were doing...and they were also neat and clean...left our place as they found it. I have used Gravina's now twice for my sliding patio door and just recently 5/19/2022 to replace all of my windows. I priced out 3 companies. Gravina's beat the pricing by $400. I had some very old windows so we had air coming through the cracks, you could hear the traffic as if it were in you were standing outside. Now my home is quiet, cold in the summer and warm in the winter. The windows are super easy to take down and clean without having to even go outside and throw ladders onto the home. You can take the windows down and clean them. Not only, was their prices better then others, they are Courteous, fast and professional... Gravina's is a great place for your windows. I like them so much they are replacing my front door and security door next week. A+ experience all the way.

We hired Gravina’s to replace our siding, windows and doors. We had 4 different companies provide us with a consultation including estimates. Each company with the exception of Gravina’s pushed their own product. With Gravina we were provided a variety of high quality window and siding from various manufacturers of our choosing. Gravina’s price was at least 15% below the 3 other estimates we received. Our sales rep (Jason C.), respectfully, offered his professional opinion and suggestions to our many questions and continued to be our point of contact throughout the project completion. We did have to wait 12 weeks to begin our project due to the high volume of home repairs occurring at the time. However, Gravina’s was transparent about their timeline and easily available when we had questions before our project began. Jeremy our window installer was extremely polite and respectful- working diligently and quickly. We appreciate his down to earth demeanor, his expertise and attention to detail. Tolga was our siding installer who communicated with us when any issues arose and who was remarkably meticulous in his craftsmanship. Our gutters were installed by Josh who also was professional, worked quickly and was extremely transparent about potential issues he thought may occur. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant experience with Gravina and we would highly recommend this business for anyone interested in any services they provide. We are now so excited to pull up to our home and see it’s new exterior beauty as well as the interior comfort due to high quality insulation. Thank you Gravina!

Professional service from start to finish. Installed 14 windows, garden window, and a sliding glass door. Had been shopping windows for a year and been to all the chain stores. Visited Gravina’s on a referral and they were far and away the best choice. Nick took the time to not just sell me a window, but to show the differences in quality and craftsmanship between each option in the market. Because they are an independent business not tied to a single brand, I was reassured that they recommended the best windows for our home. Installation was ahead of schedule. We were quoted 6-8 weeks from factory, but our custom windows were delivered and fully installed in just five weeks. Our installers, Sterling & Tyson, had years of experience and delivered craftsman level work. Seals were clean and flawless. Drop clothes were used in all areas and rooms were left clean. All trash, old windows, and materials were hauled away. Quick follow up. During the final walk-thru we discovered one faulty window latch. Two days later a replacement was delivered. One month post installation, very happy with final product and recommend Gravina’s Windows to anyone wanting a high quality, personalized experience.

Having a contractor background myself I know the importance of selecting the right company, the right product and what is truly the best value. Value does not mean the lowest price but the price was also great at Gravins's. We worked directly with Nick Gravina and from day one we knew he stood well above the competitor's Slick Johnny's sales reps. We had 14 residential windows replaced in 2 days by a team of only 2 men. Jeremy and Ryan were awesome. I would guess that Jeremy is probably one of the best installers in the Rocky Mountain Region. Great experience, Mike was very thorough in the sales presentation, the two installers were here several days, 11 windows and 4 doors, they kept any mess to a minimum, and cleaned up each day, did not leave any tools or materials in the house. A couple of days after the installation was completed, another tech came and applied the stain and finish to the wood which matched our existing doors and molding and perfectly. What a wonderful experience. For starters, Gravina's was HALF the cost of my first estimate. Sarah was really kind, knowledgeable, listened to my needs, considerate of my time, and, made this process extremely easy for me. Sterling was my installer. He is just wonderful! He explained everything! He scheduled the install date, came on that date, and the job was done! No set backs, no delays, no issues. He cleaned up everything, communicated with me extremely well and he even came back when I got home from work to do my walk through. I'm really happy with my new windows! Happy with our windows from Gravina's. If we could rate sales and measurer/installers separately, would give sales 3 stars and installers 5 stars. In-home consult was fine but it took two weeks to get the contract correct after we decided on a change to one window. Original time estimate to install was 6-8 weeks-- actual was 9 weeks. Two things to improve: offer same day emailed estimates, and more frequent communication on timeline. Installers were great: friendly & efficient.

We recently had a poor window install from another company. Gravina’s installed a new window and worked very hard to find the right trim to match the vintage look that we wanted. They modified the trim to fit the window. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them. In fact, we will use them again when we are ready to install another window.

My wife and I live in a 100+ year old house that is very drafty and gets pretty chilly during the winter. We finally made the decision to replace the bedroom and bathroom windows, but we wanted to keep the "historic" feel of the two large bay windows (that may be original windows), so we had exterior storm windows installed outside of those two windows. We had the backdoor and back storm door replaced and had a storm door installed outside the front door. Gravina's was able to do all of this work for us. It took about 14 weeks for the windows / doors to arrive, which was a couple weeks longer than we expected. The installation team did an exceptional job and did the work in about one day. We are thrilled with the windows and doors. Gravina's also offers windows with wood interior that matches our house's original wood window sills. We are ecstatic, and we expect next winter to be much warmer inside the house. I highly recommend Gravina's.

We have put off replacing our windows in our Bear Valley home for years. The window companies that go door to door were pushy and rude to the point that we had to put a sign on our door. “No Soliciting”. We heard about Gravina’s over an internet stream. And thought that at least they seemed reasonable, and we could give them a shot. Well, we were so pleased. Russ who handled the sale, worked with us and found the windows that were within our budget and gave us the best bang for the buck. Never once did he try to over sell us to something we didn’t want or need. Once installation time came, Joe showed up and was professional and courteous. He had our main living room window out and the new one in a just a couple hours. All the while being very careful with our furniture and finishes etc. He wore a mask the whole time and was very respectful of us in keeping safe from COVID. I give my highest recommendation to Gravina’s Windows and Siding. The customer service goes above and beyond. I have Andersen casement windows and one of the window cranks was no longer opening the window. I don’t know where the windows were originally purchased. I called another window business that sells Andersen and is certified to do their repairs before contacting Gravina’s. That business tried to sell me new windows but did not respond to my numerous phone messages when I said I only wanted to deal with the one window opener. I later called Gravina’s Windows and Siding and explained the problem to Nick Gravina. He offered to come to my house and evaluate whether the crank could be fixed. He was never concerned that where the windows were purchased was unknown. He just knew I needed help and was willing to go out of his way to try and help me out. In the end, the opener needed to be replaced and Nick determined the correct part, ordered it, and installed it for me. I am so appreciative that I can use the window again and that Gravina’s was willing to do a job that they were not responsible for, but did because they had the expertise and wanted to help me out.

Gravina's installed nine windows and one sliding glass door in my mountain home a little over two years ago and I have been extremely happy with their workmanship, products and, most notably, their customer service. For big projects and purchases such as this, I like to wait awhile before writing a review so I can accurately gauge and test the company's products and responsiveness. I have contacted them twice after installation for help and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. You can read-on for additional details, but I would highly recommend Gravina's if you want to get the most value for your money. I solicited 3 other quotes for my project from companies that ranged from corporate chains (e.g., Champion) to local family-owned business similar to Garvina's. Gravina's provided the second lowest quote of the four and I chose them for the project because 1) they gave me a free upgrade from double- to triple-pane, 2) the Great Lakes windows appeared to be a superior product, 3) they had several stellar reviews online, and 4) their employees were responsive, friendly and helpful but also (most importantly) not pushy salesmen like I encountered with competitors (Side-note: I basically had to kick the Champion salesmen out of my house. When a salesmen is that pushy, it always worries me. It makes me think they care more about their commission and/or quota, and less about the quality of the product and customer service). The windows and door have been a significant upgrade to our home. They function beautifully, are easy to clean and maintain, and having triple-pane has resulted in lower heating costs during the winter. With our house located at 8,850 ft., I was especially concerned about how the windows would react to the high UV exposure and handle the pressure equalization. After two years, the windows look exactly like when we bought them (no yellowing or other discoloration) and there have been no problems with the pressures. Gravina's has come back twice to handle small repairs; once immediately after the installation to do some clean-up work, repairing a cracked piece of trim and recaulking a window, and again, just recently, to fix some caulking that was pulling away from the wall. Both repairs were handled quickly and seamlessly, and for free - all covered under warranty! Honestly, I think the damage from the second time wasn't even caused by Gravina's window installers... I think I had a roof leak that made the caulking pull away from the dry wall around the window. But, they still sent an employee to my house and he removed the damage, prepped the wall and recaulked it. I asked him how much I owed him and he replied "Nothing - we appreciate you being a customer!" Who are these guys? It's so rare to find that level of care and compassion for customers these days... I'm convinced they must be from a different planet or something. :) I'm a very cautious consumer; always doing my due diligence to research a product or company before proceeding with a purchase. Next time I need to replace some windows or doors, I'm not going to waste my time shopping around and dealing with pushy salesmen... I'm just going to call Gravina's. You should feel confident doing the same!

I have placed orders with Gravina's Windows and Siding for several years now and have always received excellent product and service. I cannot say how much I love my windows - they are the best. And I did quite a bit of research before buying anything. I also bought a front storm door and the back patio sliding door, which are also great. I am now in the process of ordering some siding and gutters. I cannot say enough about their workmanship - the installer was very good at his job and very professional. All work was completed on time (actually a little early) and as agreed to. I was so thoroughly pleased with this company that I didn't hesitate to recommend them to some friends and family - who have also bought from them and are equally satisfied. I would give them a rating of 10.

We had Gravina's come turn our kitchen window into a sliding patio door, which involved cutting into our brick siding and filling in our old back door with matching brick. Joe was here on time every day, was very communicative and friendly. The project took a little longer than anticipated (due COVID and some other unforeseen circumstances) but Nick made us feel very taken care of and the team truly bent over backwards for us. Our new patio door is our favorite part of our home. Will definitely call them again.

I have been a general contractor for over 25 years so I know working with the construction industry can be quite a unique experience. I met with over 6 window companies and became extremely frustrated! The pricing and professional opinions were from one extreme to the other. I was about to throw in the towel and just roll the dice until I called Gravinia's. I was very impressed talking with Larry the owner about his knowledge and honesty. The sales person Michael was very professional and never pushy. The installers were always on time, very clean, and took pride in their work. About a month ago I realized that my bay window had condensation between the double pane glass. This is usually a manufacturing defect. Gravina's installed this product about 1 year ago, so I called to complain about it. With very little question asked, they ordered me new glass for the entire window, and came out to replace it at a very minimal service fee. The service tech. was equally professional in my house, and did a wonderful job. I can't tell you how refreshing it is when a company actually does what they promised they would. I will definitely use Gravina's on W. Evans for any future window projects, and refer anyone I know to them. Thank you Nick and Tonya for a great experience!

Gravina's came to our building, provided a quote and a timetable for installation. They were true to their promise. The work was to be performed in our rental condo. We, as owners, were in another state at the time of installation. Gravina's made all the arrangements to access our unit for the installation. The work performed was top quality, matched the other installations in our building exactly and upon completion, cleanup was if they were never there. Gravina's installed our house full of windows several years ago and we couldn't be happier! The whole process was seamless. Gravina's recommended vinyl casement windows along with new wood sills because of the high winds we experience. The new windows sealed up the openings and allowed the house temperature to stabilize as opposed to being drafty in parts. Follow through leaves much to be desired. The sales pitch was very straight forward. The sales consultant quoted a price on site at the end of our initial consultation. After a deposit was placed, the windows were ready for install within the 6 to 8 week window as promised. They quoted 2 days to install. 2 days turned into 4 days. Only one installer for the entire job. 16 windows were replaced with 8 new larger ones. This was a bigger project then they had anticipated apparently. The installer did an excellent job although it did take him the extra time. After the job was completed it was noted that there was a hole in one of the new screens and a small dent in the vinyl of one of the windows. We were told that a representative would be stopping by within the next few days to inspect the remaining windows and to reinstall the new screen and the the replacement vinyl trim. It has been two weeks and no call. We finally placed a call to their office today and we're told that no order had been placed yet. Lesson learned....don't provide full payment until the job has been completed in full. I am certain they would have expedited the screen replacement and vinyl repair, had I not paid them the remaining amount due.

Ordered a new window back in April 2019 after the bomb cyclone. The window came in a couple weeks early and Gary and Mike came out and installed it. Gary and Mike were able to remove the old window and install the new one in about 3 hours. They took great care to put up a dust block to prevent any type of dust from entering the house. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of a new window being installed. So far no real issues with the window. This was a triple pane window and we have noticed that the heat that comes in on the west facing window is minimal. Thanks to Tanya for suggesting getting the pain window.

I have to say that these windows are extremely good quality. Then in 2009 I had more replaced and just last year again some more. These windows have made a huge difference. I was blown away by how expensive and how “salesy” the other companies were. It makes you feel like you will never get the best price. With Gravinas this is not the case. Straight forward pricing and very easy. From purchase to install took about 10 weeks but I did order during their busy season.

Just had our entire house re sided plus 5 window's and all gutters replace. Most of the work is very good. BUT THEIR COMMUNICATION is not very good it was very hard to get a date as to when the work would start. I got the windows in mid-February with only 18 hours’ notice before they showed up to do the windows. The dumpster showed up with 30 minutes notice the first week of March. Was told the sider would start on Thursday he showed up on Wednesday, When the sider was done he had left 3 plywood doors untouched and strip at the bottom of the house by the driveway untouched. After Talking with Larry Gravina He had the Sider come back and Fix the strip by the driveway Going beyond What I had ask for. Although again was not told when he was coming. We still disagree on the plywood doors. And I found out the gutter installers that left my fence down so my dog got out we’re not Gravina Employees but Subcontractors. I'm still looking for the dog. So Quality of work very good - going above and Beyond but don't count on a lot of communication. And make sure everything you want done is listed specifically in your contact.

Last week they replaced our bay window and the last of our basement windows with professionalism and great workmanship at an affordable price. Three years ago he replaced our livingroom wndows and the end result was awesome!! Well the same is now true with the bay window in our bedroom. I don't know the products they sell. But the staff is next level. When I had a blowout from the potholes on Evans. I was able to limp into their parking lot. Where they allowed me to leave my car to get everything time for 2 hours. Most companies would have said move it along. But the people in this company were so nice. If I ever need windows or siding.
