Alex P. was our sales representative, he guided us through the entire process and what to expect. Scheduling was made easy. We had called other places and they were way out and the estimates kept changing. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable not to mention patient with all our questions and concerns. It was like having a good old friend in your house having a great conversation. Alex’s customer service was exceptional I mean he was like a one stop shop, he knew it all. We can’t wait to get our siding done and hope to do our windows with Champion too! Once siding is done I’ll have an updated review on how that process went. No pressure sales and very competitive prices. Exciting!

It’s my pleasure to write this glowing review for Richard Law & the Champion Windows company. Richard came out, met with me about my windows. He was informative, professional & very soft sell. I’d gotten quotes from 2 other window companies & had decided not to move forward but my home was built in 1982, had the original wood windows & I knew this winter we once again feel the cold winter drafts. Thank goodness I tried a 3rd time & had the blessing of Richard . The entire process was easy & everything went exactly as promised. The installation was amazing & my house is toasty warm this season. I would have recommended Richard & Champion to any of my friends & family at that point. Then the story continued. I had damage to my roof & knew that 2 of my windows were storm damaged & could have been part of my insurance but I didn’t know that prior to roof claim or window installation & didn’t have pictures to attest to the damage. Here’s the mind blowing part. I reached out to Richard, explaining my situation & he remembered me!!! Then he emailed & phoned my insurance adjuster to help me. In a day when it seems customer service doesn’t exist. What a refreshing difference. Truly incredible experience!

The sales representative, Travis, came out and discussed the various window options Champion had to offer. He also went over in detail the various types of other glass and window casements that other companies use to give me a clear understanding of what I was getting for my money. He was very knowledgeable about the product and how it compared to others. He was also very up front about the price. I appreciated the honesty about what I was paying for. Looking forward to my new windows!!

We had a good experience with the our sales rep he understood our needs and our budget. We decided to go with Champion after a few other quotes. It was not the cheapest option but we thought they had a good reputation. Looking back, we probably would have gone with another company knowing what the service wait time would be. Our install was estimated at 8-12 weeks which we didn't mind because we knew there were material shortages all over. The work was done and most of the windows looked great. Our sliding glass door which was by far the most expensive ($4000-$5000) but was very poorly installed. We contacted Champion and they sent someone out who looked at it just to confirm it was poorly installed and sloppy. He put in a service ticket mid-October and we just got a notification 6 weeks later that they wouldn't have someone out to fix it until March 2023! I guess we have to live with our very expensive sliding glass door looking worse than what we had before for 6 months before they can have someone out to fix it. I hope we don't have any other issues with these windows because they're not getting fixed any time soon.

This review is in regards to the in-home estimate, so I can’t speak to the product yet. However, the sales consultant, Richard, was amazing from the beginning. He was on-time and removed his shoes without even asking, which I greatly appreciated (especially as it was raining, then snowing). He presented the information about the entire process and the windows in a way that wasn’t super boring and moved quickly into what I considered more interesting/important. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive as some people in sales can be and will immediately turn me off to a business, even if I liked their product. He also didn’t try to up-sale anything and was very honest about what was/wasn’t important to have. I ended up signing at the end and that process was super quick and easy, as well. If you are interested in window replacement (or any of Champion’s services), definitely request to have Richard Law come for your in-home estimate!

Alex answered all our questions. We weren't sure we could buy replacement windows without taking down our shutters. We don't have to remove our shutters for installation. Shocked at price but that's inflation for you. Build time is 14-16 weeks. Kinda long but with supply chain problems you just have to grin and bear it. Negative review was concerning but the company wrote to say they would make it right! Installation is for mid December. Hope the weather is good.

We have not gotten the Windows installed yet but we wanted to give a review of the Salesman, Rich Law, that assisted us. Rich is a professional in every sense of the word. You always hear about the "Hard Sell" approach, especially with getting windows replaced. Rich was the complete opposite. The presentation was close to two hours and there was no mention of signing a contract until the very end of his presentation, which was extremely thorough and all of our questions were answered. He gave us the price and gave us time to talk it over . We are excited to have our 70's windows replaced and are thinking that we made the right choice by going with Champion. We will update once they are installed but so far so good

Right now, we can barely open our sliding door (original from 1997) so we called Champion on my cousin's referral. Rich Law came to the house to describe and demonstrate how Champion Windows will improve not only ease of operation, but also tremendous energy savings they will provide. Most interesting was the demonstration showing how much heat passes through the type of windows we currently have (382 out of 500 BTUs pass through) and Champion's windows (only 7 out of 500). He really focused on OUR needs; he didn't try to upsell for his personal benefit. (He sided with my husband and talked me out of a $2000 option that we don't really need.)

Overall a great experience. Order to install is about 12 weeks. Installers didn’t do a great walkthrough before leaving and so we had some minor items we ended up finishing up ourselves. We also have a warranty request in. Response so far has been timely, but I’m not sure how long these things take to get finished up. I’d recommend them, but do a walkthrough before they leave.

We had a wonderful experience with Champion starting at the Denver home show in September where we first encountered their representatives and got an appointment scheduled about a week out. The initial sales call went very well. Robert was delightful and provided a ton of information while being very transparent and honest. The price was slightly above what we expected it to be and given all of the work we were having done, it was acceptable. In the backyard, the rusted out, disgusting overhang over the patio was demolished entirely, leaving us a blank canvas to further beautify our large backyard. The siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters were all replaced and the house looks brand new. It's beautiful, inviting, and most importantly: finally feels like it's OUR house. There have already been noticeable improvements with regards to internal temperatures thanks to the insulation included with the siding and an added bonus of greatly reduced outside noise. Thank you so much to everyone at Champion who made our renovation a resounding success! (note: the "after" photos were taken before the gutters were replaced. The gutters are now also white to match the trim)

Very knowledgeable and professional salesperson. Best quality of product, and I have researched many brands. Things have changed since the first install. Quality is still very high but the follow up customer service has been some of the worst I’ve experienced and I’ve worked in customer service type jobs for 30 years. Lost information about missing/wrong screens and 1 window several times. Got the window but still missing 7 of 17 screens. Being called or texted that I need to pay the balance when the job is not finished. And now had a manager in accounting call and basically demand that I pay some of the remaining balance before the job is done to my satisfaction because “that’s a lot of money to be holding back on us just for screens to be finished.” This job started in July with 50% payment upfront and the remainder to be paid upon completion and to my satisfaction. I still don’t have a my 7 screens in January. How dare they demand payment before completion. GREAT Quality but terrible backend customer service.

I have an outdoor noise problem in the master bedroom as my home is located off a regional connector road with high traffic. After ear plugs failed and much research I concluded the builder grade windows needed to be changed. I contacted Champion for a quote. Joe arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very honest about the solutions and the fact that I may not get full relief which I greatly appreciate. I had another quote from another manufacturer but I chose Champion for this project because their windows are better quality, with higher sound attenuation ratings at a cost that was competitive with other manufacturers with lower ratings. For me, I cannot put a price on sleep.

We were upfront with him about some issues we had with the last appointment and he reassured us that this would be a better meeting and it definitely was. They replaced all 13 windows in one day, and ensured everything was clean and to our satisfaction before leaving. When they came to install, they were very consciences about everything and cleaned up so well you would never thought anything was ever done as major as new windows. We have never had a problem except we just now broke a night lock. They are mailing us 3 so we have backups and even suggested to use one out of the upstairs windows, so our downstairs remains secure. Great warranty and customer service. Highly recommend.

We have not had our windows installed yet, they are on order though! But the salesperson that came out, Justin McGarrity, was extremely knowledgeable. He had a great personality and made this a lot easier than some would have. It’s a difficult and costly decision to make, it was helpful to have someone that could answer any and all of our questions.

We met with David Trevathan today at noon to discuss our windows. While they are not original to the house, they were likely replaced some time in the late 80's, early 90's. The house was built in the 1970's. They're basic vinyl, they don't do much for insulation regarding heat, cooling or sound. They also have no flashing and nothing to protect them from rain, so the sealant around them cracked and broke and the last time it rained, (and yes we love rain in CO..) it rained inside as well. We were looking at doing 4 windows but ended up going with all 8 because we knew it was going to only be a matter of time before they all needed replacement. For our appointment, Dave sat with us and ran through the history of the company, and then the warranty. You generally want a good product, but a good warranty sweetens the pot. Champions warranty covers the things that go wrong. For life. Even wear and tear. And there's no depreciation. I mean...yes, please. And then he discussed the actual product with us. The best part was when he put up a heat lamp and BTU Measurement box and pretty much showed us the difference between insulation in these windows and insulation in the windows they produce. It's night and day. All of these things, plus my mother in law using them to do her house and having a great experience, pushed us to go with him. Dave is honest, he's patient, and he understands that this is not a small decision. He even stepped out a couple of times to give us the chance to discuss it. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I will happily come back and review the install process, but if it's as great as our experience with Dave was today, we are going to love it. You want this guy on your team.

We looked for several month to find a window installation company we were comfortable with. We made appointments with 3 other companies to get estimates before talking with Champion. We have limited times available, due to co-owners living in separate locations. The other companies either changed appointment times at the last minute, even though they had been booked several weeks in advance or were late. This was not the case with Champion. Champion confirmed the appointment dates via email after scheduling via phone, and sent several re-confirms in the days leading up to the appointment. Our rep, David Trevathan, was on-time and ready to go as soon as he walked in. He was polite and did a fantastic job going over the company and window options. He was patient with our 70+ aged family members questions on, well everything. David was cognizant of the time allotted to the appointment and made sure he did not overstay his welcome. What Changed? - where did their good service go?? Be careful when selecting Champion. We are in the Denver area. We have used Champion for replacement of all our windows and our front door, on three different occasions. In the past they heave been very responsive to needed repairs. We have been waiting for almost one year to get several windows repaired. Most are leaky/foggy panes. Some are just having them make the correct windows, as ordered. They do not respond to calls to schedule service, we have to call back several times. When they did arrive months later they have the wrong windows. After this last several month delay they brought 9 windows, but only 2 guys to install, AND they said they only had 2 hours before they had to go to another job. Needless to say, they got three windows in, we have 5 waiting for them to return (but no response when trying to schedule), one to be remade, etc. The central office and the installers are all very pleasant and do good work when here. It's the Denver office that falls so short. And once again last week the central office promised to put an URGENT request to Denver, but still no response a week later.

We are very pleased with Champion! The initial meeting went very well and Johnny our sales associate spent most of a Saturday with us going over every detail. Our windows and doors were ready sooner than quoted so we were very happy about that. The day of our install was incredibly windy and the 3 people did an amazing job considering the weather. They were very gracious and considerate of my children (one being a baby,) and even completed our master bedroom quickly so she would have a quiet place to nap while they finished the rest of our house. They were exceptionally polite, efficient, and even helped me clean some extra messes caused by the wind. Our master bedroom door even got jammed due to the wind blowing through the room and one of the men working with us took the time to fix my door handle. These windows cost us twice what we had budgeted for originally with a contractor, but we believe the price is worth it. The warranty and craftsmanship of custom windows and doors were worth the price. We already notice an amazing improvement in our heat and the quietness the windows and doors provide. Everything was very smooth and transparent, and we are grateful to Johnny for keeping in touch with us and answering each question during this whole process. We will definitely recommend this company!

The crew arrived on time every day and were very professional. They moved everything out of the way and took down all of the exterior fixtures. I forgot that I had 40 cement blocks stacked against the house until the day they arrived. I began to move them and they told me they would do it. They really took their time and did excellent work. The last siding job I had done was done by a guy missing a lot of teeth and his wife. 20 years later, it's falling off the house and the company is gone. These guys were craftsman and took a lot of time to get everything right. They did a great job of cleaning up after the project was done. We recently decided to replace nine other windows in our home and sat down and tried to decide which window replacement company we should have out to our home and give us an estimate on our project. After discussing which company “and there many” to have out to our home, we looked at each other and said why are we making this so difficult? We setup an appointment with Champion to get an estimate on a sliding door that was in need of a serious update. Johnny Noonan was right on time and greeted us with a very professional yet casual approach, not pushy at all and explained everything in detail from comparing standard or competitors glass using a light meter to show Champions 'Comfort 365 Windows. You can clearly see the difference on the meter and by the touch of your hand on the inside of the glass vs. the light emitting from the hot bulb. I have worked in sales before and I have never seen as more of a professional as Johnny is. The way he listened to our questions and answered them was not only spot on, but it was like we knew the guy for many years, he made it very comfortable in talking about the possibility of our new sliding door. They were supposed to call once the vinyl was in the warehouse to schedule, but they just showed up and started working. It startled my renters, but they rolled with it. From the consultation to the installation, Champion was true to their word. During the consult, we were impressed with the quality of the windows and the information provided by our salesman-Joe. He really did sell the windows, explaining the benefits, quality, and answering our questions in full. Compared to Home Depot (their salesman probably spoke for 20 minutes and quickly left our house at 5:00 PM), Champion did an excellent job, thoroughly walking us trough the process. Very even temp control from their 360 glass. We live close to a very noisy RR track and the sound is kept to a very low level. We have recently signed up for a third replacement install that faces the direct sun and the old window is unbelievably warm when comparing it to a Champion install in the next room that faces the sun. They just charged me a service fee and that was it. So buying my automatic garage door unit package from Champion saved me about $2000 because they stand by their guarantee and "made it right". Any company who stands behind their products like this is worth my business. Also there was really nothing wrong with the door. That other company I guess only knows how to install new automatic garage door units but doesn't know how to fix them! LOL

Larry came out and explained Champion windows to us. I had researched and asked questions. But the demonstrations proved I had the right replacement windows. He even showed us the perfect screen door. Installation went well. I found one window broke not long after installation. I called Champion, and made arrangements to have it repaired. Someone must have come out and inspected the windows after install. One of the frames had a crack that I hadn't found. They day they came out for the window repair, they also fixed the one I didn't know needed fixed. Repairs never cost a dime. I love the new windows. The house stays more comfortable and quiet.

CAUTION IF YOU ARE REPLACING WINDOWS FOR AN INSURANCE CLAIM...I was having a hard time communicating to my insurance company the cost of each individual window. The insurance company needed a line item cost per window. Jake, salesman, was as helpful as he could be but I feel that his hands were tied by the methods of Champion's invoicing and accounting practices. This led to my insurance company dragging their feet with cutting me a check for the windows which delayed scheduling install. A manager (don't recall name) called me to find out why he still had "your windows" in "my warehouse" still. Customer service was non existent. He gave the impression that my six windows were consuming to much space in the warehouse and proceeded to strong arm me into setting a date for install and payment before I had not received compensation from my insurance company. I asked him to call the insurance assessor assigned to by claim and so that they could communicate with each other as to what exactly is needed to processes my claim. His response was that they don't deal with insurance companies, the window and service agreement is between me and Champion. I told him that I won't be scheduling until I get my insurance issue resolved. An issue that is derived from how Champion invoices their customers.
