Would highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions. We met with our salesman Jacob on several occasions in early spring. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and was very responsive to my detailed questions provided by email. I did not feel any pressure to make a quick decision, which made the process less stressful. Overall pricing was very reasonable, and the warranty is very good. Install was led by Alex P in late summer. He led a crew of approximately 8. The crew was on time, very professional, and communicated with us through the entire project. There was no mess left behind and installation appears to be very professional (we had a total of 45 windows, covering 3 stories of our house, replaced in a 2 day period). As for the windows themselves - they look great and we can already tell a difference. Our house is much cooler during these waning dog days of summer. Purchasing windows is not a bucket list home improvement item, but would recommend working with Jacob and Alex should you be in the market.

Justin was so professional in his approach of teaching me about the energy savings and quality of the Apex windows! My windows are 22 years old and of low quality; I have been wishing I could replace them all forever but I thought I could never afford new windows but top of the line Apex windows are very affordable because they do not waste money advertising and pass on the savings on to the customer. Let's face it... buying windows isn't nearly as fun as getting a brand new kitchen. However, when you buy Apex windows it's pretty exciting to stand in your house by the window and NOT feel a breeze coming through. I just had my second phase of windows installed, and once again am feeling great about my purchase. I chose Apex because of their high quality, heavy duty windows that don't cost a fortune. The windows open from both sides, the screens can be moved to either side, and they're easy to clean. Also love that they had an extra large sliding glass door available! Jacob, our salesman, was fantastic to work with as was Mike's installation crew. Their communication was great and they showed up when they promised. I highly recommend them!

In early January I opened the door for a solicitor, something I almost never do. I engaged in a long conversation with Evan M. from Apex about their product. As it turns out we were already planning on replaced several windows on our South facing home because we had some serious sun fading. I was interested, interested enough to have Evan set an appointment up for me and my spose to speak with a sales representative from Apex. Within the next week we had our sales appointment with Jacob. Jacob was great, very personable (as most sale people are). He had a very low pressure approach, high confidence in the product, and was able to get very technical with my engineer husband about how efficient the Apex Insignia windows with with R-values and argon gas, ect. Jacob closed the deal after providing an excellent presentation of why Apex was better than all the rest. Next came meeting with Alex P. who took care of our critical measurements to get all of our windows precisely measured and ordered. He was great to work with. Finally install day came - I am going to keep this section short because quite frankly, I wasn't impressed. I was told I would have a "MASTER INSTALLER" to do the install. The team I got was less than master class. With that said, they were polite and worked hard. When I reached out to express my discontent with some of their finishing touches, my concerns were immediately acknowledged and I even received a call from the owner of the company Mr. Scott Call. I appreciated how intent they were are making things right - which they did. All things considered I will say this: THE WINDOWS ARE AMAZING. They are beautiful! They block out so much outside noise. It is unbelievable how much cooler our home is. Like I mentioned we are South facing and we just get blasted with full day sun. Our AC bill has been noticeably lower and the home is just so much cooler. We truly think the Insignia window Apex sells is awesome. Love the windows. I DO RECCOMEND Apex - also they have a 30 year warranty, pretty damn impressive. (sorry for the long review - but the good really out weighed the bad)

Then next window we did through one of the best know window companies. The window was of good quality, but so pricey! Then we discovered APEX, and have replaced about twelve windows with them since. We just had our +20 year old windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions and we are very pleased. We were a little worried about the cost involved to do the whole house but it was definitely the right move. The back of our house (3 large picture windows, 2 smaller windows and an 8ft sliding door) face south and we have always had to keep blinds closed to stop both the heat and cold seeping in. Even though it has only been a week, we have already noticed a tremendous difference in both the heat transfer and the amount of noise we hear. From the very beginning, communication with the company was great and we were kept informed of the progress as our windows were built. The installers, led by Solomon, were outstanding. They were prompt, very professional, hardworking and overall a very pleasant group of people.

We had over 30 windows and two patio doors replaced in 2 separate orders and are very happy with the windows. Our sales person, Alaina, was very professional providing us with all of the information we requested and she answered all of the questions we had. The installation crews were fantastic. Each person on the install team introduced themselves to us before they started the install and the crew captain kept us up to date on the progress. It was nice to have the same installers for the second round of windows. I recommend anyone looking to replace windows consider Apex.

We highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions for replacement windows. Our home is nearly 20 years old and the south and west facing windows were in need of replacing. After researching available options we settled on Apex windows and couldn’t be happier. We replaced the south facing windows first in late April and just wrapped up one of the hottest summers on record. The energy efficiency was noticeable in the office and bedrooms. We could leave the blinds open all day where before we always had to have them shut all summer. The thermometers in each of the bedrooms were an average of 4-5 degrees cooler compared to previous years’ summer nights (our A/C often struggled to cool the house). We love being able to clean the windows easily from inside and not have to get on the roof. The other features of being able to open from the top or bottom are also a plus. We have ordered the next set of windows and are looking forward to having them installed before winter.

The only down side is that the windows look so good, we need to now paint the exterior of the house to match. Alex and his crew was very respectful in our home and worked incredibly fast. You know honestly, we thought this would be like a Timeshare deal in a Barbie lots of pressure to do something today or we would miss out on great opportunities. I feel the presentation as well as the initial call Carl to our home we’re quite professional and turned out to be way way better than we expected. I also feel like I got some really good information about These windows that are for sale and they do look and feel very high-quality. They also appear to be less than some of the competitors out there which is nice. regardless we had not really been planning on replacing our window so we need to make very serious reviews of our current budget and reserves to see whether we can do all of this or whether we might do this in several phases. Still, I felt the presentation and the preliminary introduction to this product was excellent and would encourage others to feel comfortable as this was truly an informational opportunity for us. On a scale of 1 to 10 pressure to purchase immediately was probably a one maybe two. My level of trust for the representative that spoke at our home is extremely high.

Apex replaced 22 windows in our 1950's ranch style home. The sales team was very patient and always responsive as I researched my options. After my research, I concluded that the Apex windows were a great value and moved forward with the purchase and install. The install team was professional and friendly and clearly proud of their product. Initially, the install did not go as planned (there was a miscommunication about the type of exterior trim to be used). They handled the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The windows have already made a difference keeping the house cooler, can't wait to see how they do in the winter! I had never heard of APEX when I started this project. We were initially smitten by the bells and whistles that come on these Apex windows, such as the dual slide open, the double locks, etc. When the installers came we were very pleased with their professionalism: they were very friendly and courteous; were very knowledgeable about the product; speedy and efficient during installation & cleanup. Since then we've been very pleased with our windows - how they look and how they work. We even noticed that we've had to adjust our thermostat settings in both the winter and summer months, due to our ac/heater not having to work as hard as with our original windows!

We are excited to see how this improves our home efficiency and therefore lowering our monthly gas and electric bill. We had our windows done by Apex the end of March 2020 as part of a promotion they had. We agreed to have our house be a “model home” for the windows in Colorado Springs because they were trying to branch out. We had 11 windows and a sliding glass door placed. The install crew of about 6 guys came while it was snowing and installed all of the windows in about 4 hours. That would have been great except they caused SIGNIFICANT damage to the window sills, stucco and tile surrounding all of the windows. In the contract it states that minor damage may happen and that it’s the home owners responsibility to fix. I would have been ok will small patchwork, but these were large chunks taken from the stucco. The crew attempted to fix the window sills but the patch work looked far from professional. In addition, the large picture frame window in the front of the house was incorrectly measured by about a foot and upon further inspection, a couple of the windows that were installed were cracked so they had to reorder those too! Not even 30 minutes after the team left, I received a phone call asking when they could come take pictures of the finished product. I told them they were more than welcome to but I doubt they would want to. On the positive side, about a month later (due to COVID shutdown) they came back and replaced the cracked windows, installed the right sized picture window, patched the window sills and patched the stucco. They were able to make it right but I feel like it shouldn’t have been that way in the first place. We had to spend a lot out of pocket on paint materials for both the inside and outside to cover the patchwork and not to mention the time it took. I appreciate that they returned and fixed their errors but as a “model home” I feel like they could have done more to prevent this from happening. We love the windows and they have definitely kept out the heat and cold! Would I get Apex windows for our next house? Probably not. The price was not worth the hassle. **I would post pictures but for some reason google won’t give me that option.

House is quiet and warm! Three years later... Still quite thrilled with my window replacement!!! Very pleased with Windows and the install was quick and easy, did need to paint after, on the back windows because the windows on the back of the house were not frame out. Installers did break one side board that ran under the window when doing the install. Getting it fixed on Thursday. All and all a good experience.

We recently had 23 windows and 1 sliding door replaced by Apex. The windows look great, and we're very pleased. We had a few minor issues, and Apex responded promptly to make things right. We can already see a difference in noise reduction and the rooms which have the afternoon sun seem much cooler with the triple paned windows. The interior caulking could have been a bit neater, but that is a minor complaint. The crew was a pleasure to work with, and the salesman, Jeff was very knowlegeable and responsive. Our sales person Jacob was great to work with - followed up with every request for more information. We love the new windows! Some of the details are dramatic when the windows are actually installed - one example is the reflective coating - less heat from the sun keeping the house cool, everything looks crisp and clear looking out, and from the outside our privacy is enhanced with a "tinted" look. We had Apex replace a couple sliding glass doors and a couple windows for us and the experience has been great. Jon was our sales rep and he did a great job of explaining how things work and the process involved. We recently had Apex do an estimate for our home. We worked with Nathan and couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgable, honest, and certainly had done his homework with his competetors (we were able to confirm this). In our situation, Apex wasn't the best fit for us, as we don't plan on staying in our home for the long haul. Even through this, Nathan never made "no" feel uncomfortable or was he pushy at all. From our experience, Apex is a class act organization and Nathan surely reflected that. Nathan Kennelly was my sales rep who was so patient and friendly. He was very thorough in educating me on the different types of windows out there on the market and why APEX is better. I submitted a review a little over a week ago of my frustration with a particular window we had. Since then Apex Energy has surpassed the standard methods of Customer Service, for which we are grateful. These days, Customer Service can be the most important quality of a business and Apex Energy has proven themselves to be stellar. The window in question is fixed and it works perfectly. My experience with Apex Energy Solutions was both fortuitous and wonderful. There was a sense of serendipity to the entire experience as I first met their sales representative on a day I would ordinarily have been at work. From there, I heard their pitch for the windows, which we now have in our house and absolutely love. My wife and I bought our house last year, complete with the original construction grade windows they installed in 1996 during the build. Our HVAC system was running constantly all year round to keep the house at the appropriate temperature, largely due to the energy seeping out our 20 year old windows. The measuring and installation processes were utterly seamless, and the installation team was so great they even took the time to give our dogs treats and rub their bellies as my wife and I were at work. We noticed an immediate improvement after the installation; the temperature is now maintained in our home with our HVAC running less than half the time it used to, and the triple pane windows bring the exterior noise level down to an almost inaudible level. Not to mention how beautiful the windows look both inside and out, a definite value add to our curb appeal. This is (unfortunately) the third time I've had to replace windows during my home-owning career. The product, customer service, and installation experiences with Apex were all by far the best. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone shopping for new windows, and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

Due to the quality of the product, the price point, the warranty, and the wonderful non aggressive, knowledgable, friendly, and competent presentation by Nathan, we choose to go with Apex Energy Solutions: a triple pane, argon filled, lifetime warranty replacement window. Nathan was spectacular as his approach was really educational, not high pressure, patient, with concern for our needs as a customer. The windows were delivered on time and the installation team, led by Solomon, was superb. These guys were professional, competent, personable, and diligent in their work habits. They were fantastic in putting in over 25 windows which were formidable and of the highest quality. The installation team worked extremely well together and seemed like a family of brothers who got along very well with one another. I have never witnessed any organization as efficient, friendly and organized as this team. Finally, they spoke highly of their jobs and the owner of their company who by the way, makes them lunch for every job that they work. Very impressive from start to finish. I could not be more impressed with the windows and the installation team. The other night we had some significant wind and I heard nothing from inside the house. Unbelievable!

He answered all our questions and walked us through the products. We even had time to think it over. When the windows arrived Apex immediately scheduled our installation. So this part is an update to my review below: Shortly after writing my review on June 24th, I received a phone call and message from one of the owners at Apex Energy Solutions about my concerns. Unfortunately I was not able to talk that day, but I was very happy that he reached out. The next day, I received a call from one of the install leads, David, asking if his team could stop by and finish our project and warranty items. David's team was at my house within 2-3 hours from his initial phone call. David and his team were on point! They did a great job addressing our concerns, cleaning previous work, and went over every window 3 times to make them perfect. Shortly after David and his crew left, I spoke with the owner and had a good conversation with him about our experience. We had a very productive conversation, and after the call I felt 100% confident in Apex and what they stand for. Still could not give a five star rating because of our overall experience and the few extra grays on my head... but, I will say that I can 100% recommend Apex windows to anyone that needs their windows replaced. Bad things happen in life, no matter what it may be. How we react to those things to resolve the issue, that's what makes you stand out - job well done Apex Energy Solutions. Previous review: As much as I wanted to give a five star rating, honesty in any review is the best. To start off, my Marketing Coordinator Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job going over every part of the product, installation, and warranty. He even came by the evening after the installation when I had some concerns. So five stars to Jeff!! Unfortunately we come to the lower part of the rating. The good - the windows "are" nice; great at reducing the noise level outside as well as minimizing the amount of radiant heat transfer from the sun. Our house is much cooler and quieter than it used to be. As for the quality of the build of the windows, not near what they were sold as being. Out of the 12 windows made, 4 of them were not manufactured properly. In the manufacture process screws were driven in at an angle causing a some damage to the sash which won't allow the windows to close properly. We have been waiting almost seven weeks on the warranty replacement for three of the windows, but no word from anyone when we can expect the repairs to be complete. So for now we are fighting to close the windows and it's not enjoyable. Now for the part that I dread to write - the installation of the windows. First, let me start off by saying the crew is a great group of guys and this is not a personal attack against any of them. However, the lack of detail and quality of the installation was extremely disappointing to me and my wife. Our house was a disaster after the install, we spent hours cleaning all the dust that was blown everywhere throughout the house. To this day I'm still picking up debris outside that was left behind, including broken glass - I'll get to that part shortly. The caulking work around the windows inside and outside is just bad - I'll leave it that for the purpose of trying to be pleasant. One of the windows was broke during the install, and we are still waiting for the replacement of that sash as well. So for the past almost seven weeks, we and my neighbor have been looking at a stylish piece of plywood. The lack of communication in the warranty process has been very disappointing. We are stuck in limbo not knowing what is going on and waiting for our job to be complete. So for the experience overall, what I see is a breakdown in communication between sale and installation. What was sold to us was not delivered. We had expectations of product and installation that did not come close in the end. And then there's the follow up with the warranty items - nonexistent. Should you choose Apex Energy Solutions? It's your call. If Jeff came back again today knowing what I now know, I would still do business with him. But, I would definitely be more proactive about every part of the process and make sure we got what was presented.

Let me save you a lot of time being pessimistic and nervous about windows. Go with these windows, this company and their installer (Solomon and Rick's team). Simply put! Amazing! 1000% satisfied! As any homeowner you are always skeptical of that person knocking on your door to sell you anything, but especially windows.... And when you have never heard of them or their window..... close the door is what I thought! Well Jacob Turner was that sales guy that knocked on my door and I was in the process looking to begin the process of slowly replacing the 25 windows in my house and of course do the install myself. I looked at all the big brand names that advertise big bucks and all the big box stores and spent months researching them all. I even listened to a 2nd company that knocked on my door. It all started with Jacob Turner. He was not pushy, knowledgeable and when he did not know the answer he always said let me ask and get back to you! He and the Apex staff took the time to give me different window patterns to help me decide. But most of all he was patient and made it about me the homeowner. Yes, I signed up the first day to take advantage of the promotion. I went from ok let's try the min order (always have 3 days to cancel and do your own research) and by the time we were done (and Jacob's 4 trips back to my house) I amended my order to the whole house and man was I glad I did. Jacob gave me numerous past clients and yes I did go to their door and talk to all of them in my 3 days and they were all satisfied at 99%. The final project looks amazing, quite, and an immediate difference to the comfort of our home. The quality when you really do your research is the tops and the warranty and guaranty from both the window, the company and the installer is unheard of and matched up to what past customers told me too. The installing team of Solomon and his crew were great! they got all 25 windows in day 1 and followed up the next day trimming them out. Courteous and left the house as if they were never tearing up my home. Took time to answer questions about the install and why they were doing it the way they were so you knew and understood the process. then someone always double checking stuff like a true team does. My family is really glad Jacob Turner knocked on our door! stop by and take a look! more than happy to share this in person.

Amazing customer experience from the initial sales call through installation and even support. APEX differentiated themselves every step of the way, over communicated with strong knowledge, clarity and humor (elves apparently built my windows) and delivered repeated on their promise. The windows themselves look amazing and are super functional. My post installation home is scary quiet. I back up to a block with a fair amount of traffic and cars stop to look at my windows. The day of the install we found all the repeated stops and observations to be a sure measurement of how good they looked. Raved early and throughout the buying experience and can't stop raving in the post install world. There was one window that needed a minor repair and the tech called early the first morning post install to visit at our convenience to get on it. Awesome! Highly Recommend! Easily the best decisions, we've made as home owners.

I can only say the BEST things about APEX, their product, the service and work. We are in the process of replacing the windows in our house built in 1994. The immediate impact of less sound, energy efficiency and quality of our new APEX windows was immediate. Jeff Balmes was honest, helpful and delivered as promised. Installers were neat, quick and professional. We will finish our house next year with the remaining windows. My only wish is that APEX made doors and storm doors too. The prices, the quality the service - I cannot say enough good things. If you need windows, don't bother with those other big name companies, just go to APEX.

Apex replaced most of the windows on our top floor and our sliding glass door on the first floor a couple months ago. Our experience with them so far has been awesome. They were reasonably priced for such high quality, highly insulated triple pane windows. The windows had all the features we wanted, such as the ability to open both sides, slide the screen side-to-side, and take the sashes out to clean them. Thermal insulation is top notch. Since ours were installed in the fall, we haven't had the chance to see how they keep summer heat out on our top floor, but so far this winter they have done a fantastic job of keeping the heat in. Looking at the temperature graphs from our Ecobee thermostat, it now takes on average two hours longer for our house to cool down from our evening temperature of 72 to our overnight temperature of 66, which means the house is losing a lot less heat. We did have an issue with one of our windows, where one sash of our master bedroom window developed severe discoloration about a month after install. We made a warranty claim with Apex, and they said it was due to a defect in the UV coating in the glass. It took them a couple weeks to have a new sash made, and then their techs came out and installed it in less than 30 minutes. The techs were also able to address an issue with that same window where the latches didn't line up properly, by simply shimming the window track. So post-install support from Apex has been great. My only complaint other than the defects that were addressed above, is the door handle on the sliding glass door. They only offer one type of handle, which does not have a key lock, and has a poorly designed outer handle which curves inward, necessitating a large bumper plate on the inside of the door track to stop the door before the handle hits the fixed pane. This makes the door not open as widely as I would like. I wish Apex offered a different type of handle that both had the option for a key lock and was straight rather than curving inward, to allow for more clearance when opening the door. All in all, our experience with Apex has been excellent, and I plan to use them again to replace the rest of the windows in our house when our budget allows.

We Love our new insignia windows. The installers were very nice and were fast. They also cleaned up well when done. I have to be honest that I was expecting a little change in temperature in my daughters room, mainly because I am not sure it could be worse. Her room is like a sauna in the summer and frigid in the winter. She almost can’t spend time in there. I went in a few hours after the new windows were installed just to see and the difference is SIGNIFICANT. Thank you APEX!

We recently had 11 windows replaced by Apex on our house. The existing windows were the originals from 1983 so this was a long time coming. Before choosing Apex, I did do a bunch of research into the quality of windows and these are definitely good windows. The NFRC website really gave them high marks in all categories. I had a few other companies quote out the cost with equivalent grade windows (maybe slightly better, but not by much) and they were going to cost considerably more. I also compared warranties with the other big companies and there’s was just as good - lifetime while we’re in the house and 30 years total if we sell. I like the fact that if we were to put our house up for sale, I could include this as part of the listing. I was quite impressed with the overall experience. From the iniitial consultation - I told the guy not more than an hour and they were in and out in 50 min (I had two other companies come to the house and do the whole dog and pony show with the heat lamp and the ‘put your hand on one side and feel the heat thing’ and they all said 1 hour but ended up spending 2 and 3 hours respectively, which really irritated me). I thought it was a fairly quick turnaround time from initial measurement to install... around 5 weeks. The installation took less than a day to complete, everyone on the installation team was nice, they went out of their way to make sure our dogs had a place to stay while the install was going on, and the finished results look great! If there was one not so great thing about this experience, it would only be that one of the windows was not ordered correctly - it was for a bathroom and was supposed to be obscured glass but was instead clear. But this really didn’t become a big deal because of the interchangeability of the windows, so they put the clear window in and will just switch it out for the obscured glass in 4-6 weeks. So overall a really great experience. I’d definitely recommend them to any if my neighbors and look forward enjoying having the windows open when the weather warms up.

Evan was canvassing the neighborhood and stopped by to introduce your company and product. This led to an evening meeting with Alaina who showed us a sample of the Insignia window and gave us a quote for our windows. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were trying to get the windows installed before our already scheduled house painting. Thanks very much for all you did to make that happen. Even getting the windows installed during one of our Colorado weather days (snow, rain, sunshine all in 8 hours) Soloman and the install team were very good. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. The windows look great inside and out. We are looking forward to enjoying the windows for many years to come. We already notice less noise coming in. I live in a neighborhood where all of the houses are approaching 30 years old and all were built with wooden framed double pained windows. These were getting to the end of their useful life after 30 years in Colorado's high altitude and bright sunlight. Many of the neighbors had started replacing their windows. Apex replaced windows at a couple of the houses next to ours and the reviews from the homeowners were all very positive. The Apex Energy representative that visited for the estimate was very professional and offered a variety of different pricing scenarios from a total replacement - which is over 50 windows - to different sections or levels. All this was explained clearly along with the 'next steps' and the anticipated timeline. The installation went off without a hitch save for the fact one of the windows had broken in transit and one did not quite fit. both of which Apex immediately dealt with. Little to no mess, timely and very professional. When our representative came back to handle the two windows that were missed I was so happy with the installation that I asked to have another 7 windows replaced at the same time. We have noticed a significant drop in our energy bill ($100 over a similar two month billing cycle) since the windows were installed but I have to also offer that the weather has also been much milder this year so....we will see. I can say that many of the windows replaced were Southern facing and where we had sun beating down in the house through the existing windows the new ones have abated this completely, making the whole living space much more pleasant. Only the dogs are upset because there are no longer any 'hot spots' on the floor. Apex is not the cheapest nor the most expensive option you will likely find but I can attest that their customer service, installation and follow through has been excellent. Apex energy solutions came out this week to install new custom windows, but I need to start with my experience with my professional sales consultant first. Alaina Antunes came to my home to discuss window replacement, and to be more specific, what I wanted to gain. I own a 1990’s age home and the aluminum windows were so bad I was gonna be happy with any improvement. Through the professional guidance and thoughtful questions about my home I was able to get the perfect window. In stead of just selling me windows that got her a sale, she guided me through a process that allowed me to consider not only price but also a window that provides better insulation, UV protection, and noise abatement, due to my proximity to a main thorofair. The installer came on time, they were very friendly and professional, and they explained to me in detail what to expect. They finished within 15 minutes of the time they told me, my home was well cared for and they cleaned up all debris. The sales guy was very nice, polite, patient, and knowledgeable about the windows. He was also respectful of our questions and opinions and always showed up on time or returned our calls. The installer came out when planned. The installer was careful not to damage our house or its contents. He broke some windows tossing them around very rough. The office staff seemed a bit anxious when we received our bill and it stated they did not expect payment until the job was done. They said it meant pay all but 10% of the remainder. Her attitude was one of condescension when we explained we read the statement and interpreted it that no payment was due until they completed the job. Overall the windows are very nice and look great on our home, but another one has already broken so we are not sure about the quality. The glass and 2 screens are what has broken the two different times so we are feeling a bit apprehensive about their ability to last for many years. Would like to review again in a year to see their ability to save costs on our heating and air conditioning costs and also to see if they hold their value.

Apex installed windows on the southern face of our house in December. The windows are triple paned and cut down noise significantly and thermal issues have improved so much. We've spent the last year or so having different window companies come to our house and quote new windows. Each time, the quote seemed way out of our budget, so we determined that new windows weren't happening for us any time soon. Then a rep. from Apex came to the door in Oct.and convinced us to get ANOTHER window quote. I was not even REMOTELY interested in listening to a 3 hour sales pitch on windows again, but we set an appt. up. Alaina Antunes came to our house and was super friendly, informative, and brief. She explained the benefits, etc.. and then showed us the quote. Her quote came in at almost $20,000 LESS than the other 3 companies. I was still hesitant; something had to be wrong with her numbers. Against my better judgement we agreed to getting our windows replaced. 8 weeks later, we were all set to have the windows installed. Although I didn't need to be home for the install, I took the day off of work to be there because I just felt that something was going to go wrong. The crew showed up at 8:30 am and finished replacing all 17 windows by 4 pm without any issues. Alex and his crew picked up and vacuumed all the debris left from the old windows, And right after the install, my house was immediately quiet with the new windows installed-it was almost eerie! It's been about 2 weeks now, and my new windows are wonderful! No cold drafts like before, and not much noise at all from our busy street and loud neighbors. I'm pleasantly surprised and so happy that we decided to get our windows from Apex! No regrets!

So glad we answered the door when Apex came by! We used to hear the neighbors and dogs from the neighborhood through our old windows. Now we open the windows and are surprised to hear a dog barking since we didn't hear it before we opened the windows! We replaced 19 windows and will be replacing the rest using Apex as soon as we can! The process was quick and painless. We love our new windows!
