***UPDATE*** 11-20-2022: As of last week the siding and caulking had been fixed and looks so much better. I am updating to 3 stars as the repair tech was great and final scheduling went smoothly, but I believe this took way too long to get scheduled and repaired. There were multiple points where it seems communication had dropped off or it had been forgotten. I noticed several slight improvements to the process with scheduling toward the end - hopefully that means Hansons recognizes they have some major process gaps and are fixing those. I submitted my first request for service repair back in June 2022. It should not have taken until mid-November to complete. ***ORIGINAL*** We used Hansons for install of our vinyl siding and new gutters. The sales and install process went great, no complaints. We picked Hansons because of the lifetime guarantee. Our install was a year ago. I now have issues with sagging vinyl and cracked caulking in several places. I have submitted three instances for service and NO RESPONSE. I am giving 1-star because their lifetime guarantee is a big selling point and it seems it’s not one they’re following through on. I will GLADLY come back and update my review with my service experience, if I ever get response, but at this point my first request was submitted almost six months ago.

DANG my new triple pane windows are nice. It's a big decision, I know. They cost as much about as much as OLED 4K TV per square foot. And for what, a few dollars saved per month on the heating bill and a more satiated sense of adulting? Nah, these windows have changed my entire living experience. Here's everything on my mind: Sound - I literally had no idea how much street noise was coming in through the old aluminum double panes. On the first night, I was hearing clocks ticking that I didn't know ticked. The overall silence has brought an entirely unexpected feeling of calm with the reduction of stimulus. I had became so habituated to the background chaos, I didn't even realize how much effect it had on me. Aesthetic - 🔥🔥 ! The white on white was the piece of the puzzle that stepped my kitchen up to r/kitchenporn levels of design. And the room with the new sliding door used to look like how cold coffee tastes, now looks like how new socks feel. Once new siding is installed on the outside, our property value will shoot up more unreasonably high than they already have. Energy Usage - Uhh, I dunno. I mean...I know it's better. Don't care enough to try to quantify the improvement. Yay environement and slightly decreasing energy bills, but it's not like new windows are solar panels. Service - Scheduling was a bit of a pain. In the process of finding an install date, there was some sort of dialouge disconnect where the first scheduler didn't get a text, and then just forgot about me entirely. But my man Charles, the original salesperson contact, brought back my confidence when I took my complaints to him. Install - BLAZING FAST. I doubted thier one day installation estimate for putting a gigantic window, a full sliding glass door, and five windows on a 1950's house. The install team of 4 knocked on my door at 8am, and finished by 12:30pm. Straight up professionals. Two tiny things: I wish they put a little bit more time into cleaning up the glass before they left, as there was still some significant leftover sticker adhesive. And they forgot to install the little latch for locking the screen door, but after calling them today, service is coming in less than 48 hours. Overall, satisfied and very impressed. Initially I got estimates/interviews with Anderson, Lifetime, Reflection Windows, 1st Choice, and Power remodeling (Power has the most slimy sales tactics of all), and I'm absolutely glad I landed on Hansons. In total, I'd give Hansons a 4.9 rating based on this experience. A+!

Sooo very happy that we decided to go with Hansons for our siding project. The entire experience was made stress free. Charles the sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly. He did not make us fell pressured to make a decision right away. He answered all questions we had about instalation and made that we had the correct answers. Even during the following days after his visit he made himself available to answer any additional questions or concerns we had. The date for our install was surprisingly made available sooner than expected. Jay was the installer for our siding and he did excellent work. He walked us around the house prior to beginning the work to make sure he understood what we wanted and that all the color and materials were correct. At the end of each day he would again walk us through what he had completed and happily answered any questions we had. Jay was professional and polite and couldn't be more happy with the work he did. Love our new look!! Over all I would recommend Hansons.

Our experience with Hanson was great. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and the whole process was organized and everyone was pleasant. John and Kathi were easy to work with and they were flexible with the financing and monthly payments. The new roof (which is a Class 4 impact resistant) looks great and is top-notch. We recently had an inspection completed by the city and the inspector was impressed by the workmanship. We highly recommend HANSONS for roof and gutter installation.

The Hanson’s rep suggested copper penny colored gutters for my house, and he was right on target! The installers showed up with a great product! Very interesting to watch the seamless gutters being made and installed. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. Our house looks great…what was the ugliest house on the block is NOW the best looking house. We did the roof, windows, siding, and gutters. The materials used were all top notch. All of the crews were the the very best at what they do and all made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. The only complaint I have is that COVID has made it hard on getting the materials so the job took longer than expected maybe some day COVID will be behind us all. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable about the replacement windows that I needed for my home. Charles has gone out of his way to make sure that I get the best price for my window replacements. Also when my window had leaked and let in a bunch of water, Charles had Greg the guy that comes to measure the windows seal the outside of the window for me so that no more water came in while I waited for my new windows to get here. I have used this company a few times now and their installers are very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Hansons for my window replacements in the future as well.

Received three bids from the three top consumer rated companies in Denver. Hanson's was least expensive, and the best value with a product compared to others as proven by comparison to be the best product. Got triple pane windows with insulated frames vs competitors with only double pane and non insulated frames. Sales rep was courteous and answered all questions with no arm twisting. Communications with Hanson's, install crew (who did a marvelous job), and sales rep were easy and professional. I would recommend Hanson's to anyone needing to replace windows. Truly a good experience and great value.

Our experience with Mike was very informative. And encourage to get other estimates for comparison, we stuck with Hansons’s. It took a full day, all was cleaned up nicely when finished! We were very excited to get a new roof. Had not heard of the current venting processes available, (shown in the photo) chose this venting system that extends over all necessary parts of the roof. The quality of the windows and patio door is excellent. Two windows had cracks and there was some difficulty with installation of the patio door. Within a few weeks the A team arrived with replacements for the damaged windows. The team did an excellent job of finishing the installation of the patio door. Everyone from the salesman to the professional installers were friendly, kind and caring. My only complaint is the amount of time from order to delivery. SUPPLY CHAIN problems. Who is to blame there?

Complete siding around the entire house. Siding was specially made with attached R faxtor insulation. Brian, My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable in the product. The work crew was polite, respectful, and worked hard throughout the project. Issues, which were very few, were satisfied immediately. Have used Hanson in the past for gutters as well. Will use 1-800-HANSON again in the future. Highly recommended.

The windows took a few months to arrive, but I really can't blame them for that. They always kept us informed as to where they were in the process, so we were never left in the dark. Once they did arrive, we were scheduled for installation right away. We had all of the windows replaced which was 12 plus the patio door. Two guys showed up and completed the installation in just a few hours. The windows look GREAT! And the two men (Edgar and Leno) were courteous and friendly. I can't speak to their other services, but I would definitely recommend 1-800-HANSONS for your window replacement projects.

Ordered three windows and one slider. The order came in two months late which was a little disappointing. We’re happy with the quality of the door and windows but they were a few little discrepancies. The door supposed to have a bottom latch and parts for it were missing and not installed. Two of the window screens have small holes in them which is not a big deal but for what you pay they should not have been there. On the installation crew more detail would’ve been in order. They peeled the stickers off and pretty much left we had to remove some of the windows to clean the inside, and all the windows and door had to be cleaned. We were told a project manager would be in touch with us on getting the screens replaced and the parts for the door. Have not heard anything yet but it’s only been a week.

3 days is all it took to complete replace the old junk siding and windows and installed everything. That’s a lot of work! They cleaned up after themselves. And the small details is mind blowing. It’s gorgeous and has a life time warranty! We are the nicest house on the block.

After installation we started finding issues. The shutters they installed came undone 3 months after the job was done. They cut into the siding so they wouldn't have to cut a roof shingle, and now we have an open area in our siding where water gets in. We also found rows of screws that were never painted to match the siding color. We've tried calling and talking to the Colorado office and have found them hard to deal with. We've been told someone was coming to check the problems and then they never show up. Now, we can't get them to return our calls. Update- Once we got in contact with Mike, from Hansons, he was able to get someone out the next day to fix our issues. I wish it didn't take this much effort on our part to get ahold of them, but nonetheless the finished product looks wonderful.

I google searched gutter installation and located Hansons. After reading the positive reviews I gave them a shot. The appointment scheduling was only a few days out which was really quick. Larry Cole came to my residence and explained everything in great detail regarding the gutter system. I’m getting gutter covers for my house and also a gutter added to my gazebo. I started talking about windows and get advised me that the company did windows as well. Larry showed my the product and even had a demonstration set up comparing their product to others. I have to say I was amazed and decided to get the windows done for my sun room. We spent roughly 3-4 hours talking about the product. I also had to get approval from my lady as well lol. She’s a tough cookie to get through but she was even amazed and agreed to get the work done. I’m excited to have this work done by Hanson. Best experience I’ve had with any type of pre home renovation! Being a new homeowner to an old home in a competitive market, I had a lot of renovations and work to do whether it came to plumbing, wood floor installation, or sprinkler updates. But this is the best experience I’ve had to getting this work scheduled. Brian and Donte went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my visit with explanations of the company and their work. They were so friendly, played with my dog, and took off their shoes at the door. Aside from that, they did work they didn’t even have to do. My window break happened the day before so I didn’t have time to clean it up yet and they cleaned it all up without me having to ask, and patched everything up for safety. Best part, I’m a 23 year old female homeowner so I don’t have a lot of home fixing experience, and they noticed my screen door was broken and they fixed it for me just out of kindness. 10/10 would recommend this company and these guys. They definitely take care of you and make sure you are prepared for the best quality home renovations/updates. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Both the sales person and the installation person were very easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable able the product. It wasn’t until the installation day that I realized that the entire window frame was not being replaced. I have steel frames and they are very sturdy but are cold. These frames were not replaced; only the windows were replaced.

The response time from submitting a request for a quote and having someone come out was amazing, less than 24 hours. The email notifications were a bit confusing, I wasn't sure if I had scheduled a vitrual meeting or in person. But Dante called me and cleared it all up. We have an older house that needed some repair and replacement I called Hansons for an estimate on siding soffits gutters and roof The person on the phone was very knowledgeable of the services and was even able to view my house while we were talking I set up an appointment for the very next day. Hansons sent out a sales/estimator to review the project Larry Cole . He was very knowledgeable and soon realized there were a few challenges with the installation on a house built in the 50s however Larry called upon some resources answered all my questions and put together a complete package for my consideration . I really liked the computer imaging they were able to do with the Different color choices and styles . Larry was not your typical sales person his first and most important consideration is that we truly like the product and see the value there was absolutely no pressure throughout the whole time we sat down and covered every little thing that needed to be considered . We laughed told stories and at the end I was sold Hansons was the company that will stand behind their product forever and I can see how quality was built into everything we talked about .would I recommend Hansons moving forward yes and yes # thanks Larry

We've desperately needed our siding and windows replaced for years now. However, we weren't in a position to begin our 'search' for the perfect company, until now. And let me tell you, we (ok, I) searched! I took a deep dive; I researched, read the reviews, asked my neighbors and community; and in the end, I consistently heard the same name... Hansons. There were others sprinkled in here and there, but no one checked all of the boxes for us; efficient, customer and community focused, quality and cost conscious, etc (you get the point). I put in a request online for an estimate and within 5 minutes, I received a call from Mike K. He was incredibly pleasant, listened to my needs, explained the company and process, and offered a time that worked for my husband and I to meet with OUR local expert, Mike M. How often do you find yourself having to move YOUR schedule around for a home improvement/repair company appointment? It's often pretty inconvenient, don't you think? The whole between 10am-noon or noon-4pm deal? As you just wait... Nope, not Hansons. Mike met us at 7:30pm! On the dot!! How about that? AND!!! Prior to the appointment, Mike K had sent us an app to download so I could simply take photos of our house; those pics were then provided to Mike M with all the necessary measurements needed. Talk about efficiency. Next, Mike talked to us... and listened. He listened to our wants and needs; he didn't just nod and agree. He HEARD us. He interacted with us, and allowed for our many questions. Listen, this is a big decision. And Mike didn't discount any of that. He was patient with us. And another thing, he knows the products. He not only knows them; he stands behind them. And that says a lot! There is so much I could say about 'our Mike', the team, the entire process (from that initial call all the way through to signing the contract and the email about 'next steps) but let me just say this, Hansons is the real deal. They walk the walk; they have a great product, an incredible warranty, fabulous people, and they will take amazing care of you. So, my suggestion to you is this. Stop reading and just make the call. Set up a time to talk to any of the team at Hansons and experience it for yourself. I think you'll be incredibly glad you did. - Denise and TJ.

I did go with the triple pane windows and am really glad I did. The windows are great and I can feel the difference with the temperature inside the house. I had the siding replaced on my top level of my house by Hansons and the sales office was great but the installers were terrible. They left a lot of small things undone like caulking around my windows or around the pipes and wiring where they had to cut the siding. The city inspector came out and sent them a report and Hansons sent someone out to inspect the siding and take pictures and that was almost two weeks ago. The soffit on the north side of my house has come a loose where small animals can build a nest.

My husband Stewart and I were very happy with the installer Jay and his coworker. Jay was very professional. Always kept focused on what he was doing, at the end of each day they cleaned up nicely. Very sad to hear his coworker got sick but even worse than that, when his wife got in an accident. He left to get lunch,I had a gut feeling something went wrong when he did not return from lunch. He called my phone but it didn't ring so he called Stewart, and Stewart called me. He returned I felt so sorry for him working alone and probably had alot of stress on him worrying about his wife. He did a beautiful job on our home and if we could we surely would give home an A+ . He is everything Hansen's said they would be and my Husband Stewart and I are very happy with the work Jay did and what Gary Nick's said they would be. Had 1800 Hansons do my house here in Colorado. Got the second from the top package, siding with extra insulation and triple pane windows, the works. I am happy with the siding and windows and even with my installation crew. It was however very hard to get into contact with 1800Hansons in Michigan.... call after call going to voice mail even after receiving a call from them. Would literally call a few minutes after a message was left and still got voicemail. Other major Issue I have with the company is this.... at the in home demonstration all went well. Picked out the package, color etc. total would be $33k which included 7 triple pane windows (all siding and windows have a lifetime warranty). The demonstrator suggested I apply for their payment plan for which I was sure I wouldn’t qualify but I tried anyway. Of course as expected I did not qualify.... didn’t mind the price as we were refinancing to do improvements. I however got a call in a few day from the finance guy telling me I didn’t qualify for payments (figured that would be the case) but if I wanted to pay cash they could do the entire job (same siding and windows) for $25,000 (1/3 down the rest when the job was complete). Hmmmmm why is the cost $8000 less if I’m paying cash? Of course I agreed to save $8,000.... who wouldn’t? I’m just curious how they could offer me the same exact siding and windows for $8000 less simply because I was paying cash. Seems like they were ripping me off with the $33,000 price when I was financing. Installation took longer than was estimated but overall they did a great. Did have some pretty decent ice dams appear after the siding and gutters were done which I didn’t have previously which I’ll have to “fix” before next winter. Overall happy with the complete experience.... but 1800 Hanson’s needs a bit better customer service.

The Roofers delivered the roofing mats. The roofers dropped of the mats with out incident, however several roofing nails were left on the driveway. The next day the roof installers arrived and proceeded to rip the existing roof off the house. A lot of noise and mess was created. Working from home (do to covid-19) during this time was challenging. Later when they were installing the new roof, the noise was increased. The Roofers finished up and did a decent job of cleaning up the yard. However several noticeable trash left was several pieces of tar paper and a few branches. Thankfully, no nails were found. It snowed right after they left, so no inspection was done.

Hansons did a great job installing our new siding. It took some time to get our siding from the manufacturer, but after that it was done really fast. At the final walk-through, we found three small items that needed to be addressed, and they fixed them the next day!
