Brian and his team were great to work with. He definitely listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful in offering options that met my needs. I was so grateful for his depth of knowledge concerning the products and installation. He was very communicative, answered all my questions and was professional in every way. They were great with the install, too. I have many very large (and not very square) windows so I was super happy that everything fit just right. We also had 10 motorized shades hard-wired and they were so helpful to work with our electrician to make sure everything was wired correctly and ready for install when the time was right. 5 stars for Gotcha Covered. I would definitely use them again!

Brian installed our blinds 2 years ago for our entire house. We left a few windows without shades as they were at the top of our 2-story great room. Recently we decided to add blinds to these windows. We reached out to Brian and he quickly came out and helped us pick out blinds that were battery operated and solar powered. Thanks to Brian and Jake we have solved a window issue that bedeviled us in this home for years: what to do with two windows in the great room that were high enough we couldn't easily get to them either to put up shades or blinds ourselves, nor easily control anything we might put up there. When Brian visited to spec the job he helped us work through an array of good options until we settled on the one we agreed would work best. Subsequently, Jake installed the shades for the great room windows efficiently and with precision. He made sure to check with us regarding key decisions as he worked through the installation. Brian did a great job showing us our options and helping us find the right blend of functionality/looks and budget. The product samples helped us find blinds that matched our existing woodwork plus a sliding door treatment that matched the colors of our new kitchen. Installation went very smoothly. When one of the window blind units was slightly off angle, Brian did his best to correct it himself, but wasn't satisfied with the result and had a replacement unit sent that was perfect. Good communications throughout the project. Set our expectations and delivered on those. Would recommend him and Gotcha Covered to others.

He came to give me a bid on replacing all the blinds in my house and gave some very good suggestions and never pushed the more expensive products, just what he thought made the most sense for my house. He came to my house on time (early actually:) and installed the blinds faster than anyone I have ever seen, but did an incredibly good job. He is very personable and communicated with us effectively over the several months it took for this custom blind to be made and shipped from another country. He was a perfectionist with the installation which we greatly appreciated. He vacuumed the room when he was done and left it spotless. There is a small damage to the drywall from a screw. He patched it and is coming back to sand and paint the patch. I was curious about the product he used because I wanted to get some to patch a bad place in another area of our house.
