We wanted to update our kitchen cabinets. So we had the center panels cut out (prior to coming to Franklin) and they installed clear swirled glass for us. We couldn’t be happier. The work was done in a timely manner and gave our doors a great look.

The place is easy to find, convenient parking and inside was very organized and clean. We showed them a broken billboard light (my dads who passed) in hopes they could help us find a match for the broken pieces. Without missing a beat, they walked over and found a perfect match. The price was only $8. They kindly offered us a very reasonable estimate to replace the broken pieces if we couldn’t fix it ourselves.

I grew up in and out of this establishment with my father as they taught me the trade work and craftsmanship. This place one hundred percent has guaranteed in stock All Glass requirements all accessories in beautiful amazing pieces for sale. Franklin Art Glass Studios is absolutely Fantastic for window shopping. If you are a stained glass artist and you are not buying your products from Franklin Art Glass Studios, I highly suggest you rethink your decision. You won't be disappointed I promise. During this pandemic, my closest glass distributor was closed. I needed a sheet of a specific type of glass and checked out Franklin online. They had the exact product number I was looking for (Wissmach 257) at a competitive price (even after adding in packing and shipping). The cut sheet arrived quickly and was packed very well. I contacted Franklin art glass on a custom order. My husband and I were building some doors and I wanted a specific type of glass for the windows. I spoke with Michael he said they would be able to accommodate my request and to email the orders department my specific requirements. I did, it took a lot longer than I would have expected, but as it turns out I chose a glass that was buried in their warehouse. After calling for status they got it done quickly and shipped out. It was packed so securely, the glass didn't shift at all. All six pieces were cut perfectly! The price was the best I could find even with the increased shipping costs! Thank you!

After multiple emails (4 of them) sent to Michael on getting a special order was ignored/ not responded to. I finally talked to Garrett, and he was a big help and got my order in. If I wouldn't have wanted that glass so bad I would not have dealt with the company any longer. But when I went to pick it up I was extremely happy with it. So good product but not the best costumer service.

I’ve been a client of Franklin Art Glass for over a decade and will continue to be well into the future. They are my go to place for wedding gifts, which all began with pieces to my family in celebration of my own event. A few years back, I was fortunate enough to get a tour of the impressive operations nestled in German Village. I knew that the company had been family owned for generations, but didn’t fully grasp its ties to prominent Ohio based businesses including Wendy’s, Victoria’s Secret, White Castle, Max & Erma’s, Bob Evan’s and The Limited. Their revised website has made it easier to remain a client since having relocated to South Carolina and I hope I get an opportunity to visit their impressive showroom again in the future. Happy to support local small businesses, especially one of this quality!

Received my first glass order on Monday. This was a large order of glass and I was extremely impressed with the care that was given to the packaging and shipping of my order. 4 different cases of glass with approx 7-8 sheets per case. Not one single sheet was chipped or broken. They responded the next day with my order confirmation and I received my glass within a few days. Fantastic customer service !!!

Franklin Art Studio is know bu most people in the area as a maker and repair service for stained glass windows. They do an excellent job of that both in their very nice shop as well as field work. i was able to watch there wonderful work at Gay Street United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon, Ohio. They are also an excellent glass supply shop, offering up glass, glass tools, and accessories for cold (Stained) and warm(Fused / fusing) glass artists. I mess around in warm glass and they offer both 90 C.O.E and 96 C.O.E glass from Spectrum, Bullseye, and some other glass manufacturers. Nice selections of Kilns & Saws you can touch and look at, and a wonderfully helpful staff that is not overbearing. If you do glass, go in, have a look around.

Andrea, Gary and everyone else was so kind, understanding and accommodating to me and my two little "bulls in the china (I mean glass) shop." This is my go to place for wedding gifts!

I had never heard of this company which was weird because I grew up in Ohio. However, due to the shortage of glass, began to look outside the safety zone of the "norms" I was told to buy from and I found Franklin Art Glass. Not only did they have everything I needed, but they had glass no one else did and the prices were fair. Also even though this isnt a "thing" to some people, it is to me, the glass was packed w/o a bunch of foam noodles, instead they used supports for the box and tons of the heavy paper. All recyclable. I love glass works and this place is a gem. Will be back shortly. Thanks!
