After all the reviews and research, I went with Window World and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with my windows 🪟not only did I get them a month earlier than quoted thanks to Chloe for the quick order and Kendra for offering me an earlier install date. I was assigned to Daniels crew for installation they were absolutely awesome each person on the team has a job and they do it well. Rafael (the lead) is the best in the business for installation and the field manager Chandler has great customer service. My home looks completely transformed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend Window World in Columbia, SC! We called after a neighbor recommended them and were not disappointed. We just bought our home which was built in ‘89 and had all windows painted shut, some slightly open..not good for this Columbia heat! We were able to get an appointment with Chloe Paris very quickly. Chloe was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel comfortable making such a big decision! When the windows came in, we were called and able to schedule an appointment right away. The crew showed up right on time and worked hard all day to finish installing all 18 windows. After they left I noticed one slight imperfection in a screen, but Chandler showed up the next morning and not only fixed that but checked to be sure everything was done to his satisfaction. Great service but also great product! We have been shocked at how much quieter and cooler our house is now.

Window World in Columbia, SC was incredible! Chloe Paris sold us new windows to be installed in our 1957 home. She was so personable and so knowledgeable. I really felt like she was taking great care of every step of the way and was there to help with any questions we had. Daniel and his team arrived at 8 am to install the windows and was incredibly professional and hard working. It has made such a huge difference in our house. I feel like the house stays cooler and is way more secure. I would highly recommend Window World!

We called Window World to get an estimate for replacement windows. We were fortunate that they sent Wes Paris to our door. This young man was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the Window World products. Wes sat with us and discussed all of the Window features and treated us with respect and professionalism. He treated us as though we were his most important clients. His approach was like a breath of fresh air. I will repost after the installation of the new windows. But, bottom line, because of Wes' representation, we would highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: Yesterday, we were surprised to see Chandler and Rob at our door. They were here to do a followup on our new windows. They inspected the windows and were pleased with the installation. This just shows another level of their outstanding customer service. This is a follow up to my original post from Sept 2022. Wes Paris was our estimator and was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about the Window World products. He treated us as if we were his #1 customer. Yesterday, we had our windows installed. Jeff was our installer. After a walk through, he jumped right to work. Jeff has an exceptional work ethic and kept us informed during the process. The windows look wonderful and after Jeff cleaned up, you would never know they were here. Wes arrived as Jeff was finishing which shows their fabulous team effort. During the process, Ginger (in the office) was also a great help. Highly recommend this company

The very best decision I've ever made on having a patio door with a screen installed in my home. From the beginning, when the sales woman came out and gave me a price and explained to me exactly how the door was going to be installed. To the door coming in and then the installation guy showing up and installing the door perfectly. All I can say is if you're looking for a patio door or windows this company takes pride in the product that they're using and also the installation which went very smoothly !

My experience with Window World was amazing from the very beginning. The office staff was very responsive and helpful in setting up the initial appointment with Wes Paris. Wes was very helpful and knowledgeable about WindowWorld product and was able to demonstrate the function of the windows, offered excellent suggestions such as changing the side of the opening of our sliding patio door. There was no pressure to make decisions, all our questions were answered and he was friendly and easy to work with. The amount of time it took for our order to be completed was very close to the predicted time frame. The office staff was great about updating us on the dates for installation. The MOST amazing experience. We dealt with Chloe Paris. She came to our home and was so friendly, personable and informative. She was thorough in her presentation. Allowed me to ask any and all questions, even repeating herself if I needed and I was never made to feel rushed or incompetent. SHE is what made is go with the product (windows) and then of course the quality of the windows as well. She was also very honest with us about the time frame and really spot on, they arrived when she estimated they would. The first installation specialist was not able to come for whatever reason (it does not allow for half stars, but still isn't enough of a reason to take a whole star) since he was a no call no show (I first of course hoped that he was ok, but then was frustrated as we prepped the home for the install, removing blinds etc.). However, the customer service was superb nonetheless. And they got someone out the following week. Anthony and his crew who did an absolutely wonderful job as well. They were helpful, meticulous and friendly. They also respected our home and left it the way it was before the work, which is always appreciated. Since the install our energy bill has gone down significantly, it is not nearly as hot in our home as it was previously and we also feel safer knowing we have windows with features that make break-ins more difficult. If you are in need or have been thinking about upgrading or finally fixing those windows you have then you really don't need to look any further. We're so happy with our purchase and will be completing the remainder of our home next year same time. And we won't go with anyone but Chloe and window world.

We went with the double hung windows to replace our 8 windows and we are 100% completely satisfied!! Our house looks completely different from the inside and the outside with these windows. We decided to do a complete makeover of our exterior We had our windows replaced, our front and back doors replaced, and new siding and gutters replaced. Window World was not the cheapest bid, however their sales person Chloe Paris sold us on using Window World. Chloe was not only very knowledgeable about the products that the company sold, but very helpful with assisting us with the right choices, color, grade, etc.. From the time that we signed the contract, until completion of the job, Chloe stayed informed and cared about the progress. I highly recommend Chloe as a sales person, because she believes in what she sells, as well as stepping out of her sales roles and making things happen with the job - so as to keep her word for Window Worlds reputation. After deciding I wanted to add replacement windows to my remodeling list, I called several local companies for quotes. The first company to respond sent a hard selling jerk of a salesman to my house. I all but threw him out - especially after his ridiculously exorbitantly high quote. Then, Window World’s, Ms Cloe stopped by. WOW - what a caring and knowledgeable representative of her trade. She answered all my questions - and then some - she was patient and checked back with me often (not too much and never pushy). The windows were made to order and arrived. They were installed yesterday. The installation crew was timely and professional. They installed 16 windows in a day and the windows look FANTASTIC. The quote was about half of what the other company presented. At the beginning of the process, I saw that WW had what appeared to be a higher grade window. When I inquired about it, Ms Cloe explained that window was built for harsh winter climates and that I wouldn’t need all that here in the south. I couldn’t be happier with the process and with my new windows. When the time comes for you to look into replacement windows - there is no other place to call than your local Window World.

I visited the office at least 3 times prior to the install date and Stella was extremely helpful and informative. Chloe stopped by the day of the install to make sure things were going well. The installers were courteous, timely and very detail oriented. They removed all 11 of my old windows and had the new ones in place and everything cleaned up in approx 6 hours (I was expecting it to take at least 8.) I had a total of 9 estimates and Window World (by far) offers the most value for the money! The quality and features of their product are not just equal to, but superior to windows more than twice the cost! Please consider the reviews written in the most recent months and my experience. I called several places for estimates for my windows which I am solely remodeling my little lake house. One company told me I would have to have my husband present to receive an estimate which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in the 20th century. Window World came out within a week and gave me an estimate and comparatively it was very fair. My windows were ordered and ready for install in approximately 3 weeks (4 was the given date) and I was given an appointment within a 5 day span. I was very excited! When the installers arrived I had some concerns over placement of the windows as I have never had windows replaced. Matt and Brandon were my installers and what an amazing credit to their profession they are! Matt was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to need to do to make sure my windows work to the exact specification the salesman and I had discussed. As there was extra work involved than first expected he did not allow this to cause him any concern. He and Brandon stayed the entire day replacing the windows in my little house. They worked happily, methodically, professionally, and perfectly all day long. They were a credit to people in general, not leaving my home until the job was done just as it had been promised to me. I love my windows! I love my little lake house! And I love Window World for how beautiful my lake looks through their windows! I especially love Matt and Brandon for their work ethic! Rare today! As a side note, EVERYONE I spoke with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with!! Thanks to all of you!

I needed 16 replacement windows and would normally do this myself but unfortunately my window frames were of different dimensions and typical size windows from Lowe's or HD would not work unless I wanted to reframe. I had an excellent experience with Window World of Midlands. Chloe and her husband did a professional job surveying my home who understood and answered my questions and concerns. My windows were custom ordered and installed approximately a month later. Johusett and his wife Elizabeth did an excellent job. They worked great together as a team and took pride in their work and it showed. During install, they discovered one of the window sashes did not fit properly although I did not see anything wrong just by looking at it. They told me that the window sash was going to get reordered and installed at no additional cost. I know some contractors would not even mention something like this unless I pointed it out myself. I like the store but the day I was there they didn't have enough staff for check out...I waited in a line of 8 people for 20 minutes. When another staff person finally came to check out there were another 8-10 people behind me. Very off putting and annoying!!!

I highly recommend Window World. Our sales rep, Wes, was very respectful and professional. His presentation was thorough and he patiently answered all my questions. We replaced all the windows in our home with a high quality product for much less than a competitors "sale price". Our windows were installed earlier than expected. The 2 person installation team was extremely competent and our windows look great!

Our salesperson was informative and helpful. Scheduling with office personal was quick and easy. Installation crew showed up on time and completed our project quickly. The only issue is that the windows were left with A LOT of caulk smudges on the glass and had to be scraped with a razor to clean up as we were cleaning them. There were A LOT of smudges. One would think the glass would have a film over it so that after installation the installers could pull the film and leave the glass clean.
