I cannot say enough about the folks at this location. We were traveling from North Carolina to Florida and took a 2lb piece of steel to our windshield. We fortunate enough to get a same day appointment but it wasn’t until much later in the day. This safelight team understood our concerns with still having 8-10 hours of traveling to see our family for Thanksgiving and worked us into the schedule and got us back on the road very quickly. Thank you to everyone here and I highly recommend this location!

My vehicle was broken into and Mrs. Lacey was so nice and informative. I had to wait a few days for a technician to come out because of availability. She informed me I could come in and have my window crash wrapped. The technician did a wonderful job securing my vehicle as best he could and cleaning all the glass in the back seat James my actual technician who repaired my window was extremely professional. He called a couple of times to inform me when he finished each job. Once James arrived he took care of my window and even vaccumed the back of my Nissan. I really appreciate you all Safelite for your courtesy, professionalism and being on time!

Great experience for a mom who had to sit in the waiting room with an active 1 year old. They have toys, woman at the front desk offered crayons and a coloring book. She also was so helpful with figuring out how to get the cost down with insurance tricks I wouldn’t have been aware of otherwise. Communication was great. Came out and inspected windshield. Told me that I didn't have chips in it. Proceeded to take off the sap that I thought were chips and didn't charge me. I also got the rain repellent to my windshield. Flawlessly worked in a rain storm. Didn't even have to turn on my windshield wipers. Tech was super professional.

My truck is show quality and the original side window replacement had scratches that could only be seen in the reflection of light. I wanted om part's replacement and they came through. I wasn't happy with the very minor imperfections in the replacement glass and they came back and installed perfect om glass. This is why Safelite deserves an almost perfect 5 star review! Great customer service!

It was a comfortable place to wait with drinks and some light snacks. I was frustrated with the front desk, but the manager was very calming. I waited for over 5 hrs without being told up front the wait time, but they did an excellent job and worked as quickly as possible. I would go again, but I'd arrive right at the appt time and leave it for around 3 hours to pick up later to avoid being frustrated.

I arrived 7:47 from winnsboro and the repectionist told me it was going to be all day she went and check and they got my car in at proably around 8am working me in. So thank to everyone there they were amazing from the front desk to the technicians and managers as well as other staff they were so friendly plus I think I was sitting in the staff break room not the waiting area but one of the managers told me it was ok. I was an awesome experience with such nice ppl on 1/20/2020. And yes this is me ms ashord 2017 nissan sentra. You guys! Rock! I was out before 9:30 thanks for all yall team work in customers happy! The young man came out and he was very professional, and very polite. He changed my window within a timely manner as well. The only down side was for him to tell me that I had to vacuum up the glass myself, because his vacuum did not work in the truck. I was puzzled, because vacuuming is part of the service.

Definitely cheaper than going through a dealership.They had a booked up day, and had informed me it might be a long wait but it really only took an hour. They kept me updated along the way. I've had them come out and fix my windshield before, and even then it was a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment on Friday, April 16th at 1:00pm. While I would have preferred for them to come to my job to fix my windshield; I understood it had to be done at the shop because its a newer (2020) model with a camera in it. However, I dropped my car off at the scheduled time and was told that it might take about 3 hours to fix. But I received a call around 2:40pm saying my car was ready. Went to pick up my car and the technician (Lance Hayes) that worked on my car came out to greet me and let me know what to do and not do for the next 48 to 72 hours with my car being that I got a new windshield. He was very pleasant and professional. I didn't have to pay anything because of my insurance. Thus far everything has been good. Would recommend. Signed Ms. Fleming

They did a good job on replacing the glass but had a issues with a few things; 1. I felt they overbooked for 8am appointment (approximately 6 others scheduled for the same time slot) 2. Left a complete mess and a huge grease stain on the beige leather center console. Other than those thing, just another average business doing average work.

I had a 9am appointment and they took my car back minutes later. Jesse came to introduce himself and right away set me at ease, as I had just bought a brand new car and confirmed he would himself be installing and would protect my dash. Jesse was beyond polite, patient and very professional!!! My windshield is perfect and my dash doesn’t have a speck on it!!! Lastly let me not forget I have a tiny sticker on windshield I need for parking and he even put that on new windshield better than I had previously installed without my asking! What a phenomenal experience! I took my car to their location and they got started on my car early and finished ahead of schedule. Lance is awesome. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took an in interest in my car. He complimented me on the interior and how meticulously maintained it is (I'm a personal driver so I take pride in my vehicle and really take pride in others' compliments of it). Lance and his team did a great job and the new windshield looks absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough for what an amazing job they did.

As soon as I saw the chip in the windshield of my car I knew I had to deal with it ASSP. The work they did was great (months later, there is little evidence there had ever been any crack), and their pricing was reasonable. On the downside, I do not know why they go to the pretense of making an appointment. I was ten minutes early for a 2:00 PM appointment, and they did not even start working on my car until about 2:45. Why not just say “Bring your car in and we will get to it when we can”....that would be much more truthful than making an appointment, then taking a walk-in ten minutes before your appointment arrives. If you need their service, have them come to you to do the repair. It is not significantly more expensive than going to their shop, and it will be considerably less stressful than wasting your time waiting for them to get to your “appointment” while they work on a walk-in.

My appointment was at 8am and was to be done at my job, I got a message saying he was on his way at 745. Jacob was my tech, he was great, had it done in forty five minutes. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very professional I wish I had cash to tip him . My windshield looks great. Thank you so much!

We discussed everything over the phone and did not have to have face to face interaction which we were very impressed with considering everything going on. Excellent service, but took a very long time to be serviced. Two hours before it was my turn. Spend 3 hours two waiting and almost an hour to get the windshield replaced.

I had my windshield replaced 4/22/20. The technician was after 5:30pm, but this was okay as I was appreciative he didn't reschedule my appointment. So, he replaces the windshield. On 4/23/20 I am headed home on the interstate and all the trim surrounding the windshield blows off the car in traffic. This was unbelievable, all I wanted was my windshield replaced and now my vehicle looks like it's been in a minor collision. I have contacted them concerning this because the inside of my car sounds like all windows and sunroof are open when driving. I will update according to how this situation is handled. Took a few weeks, but they corrected the problem

Noticed a loud pop while on the highway, but did not see anything on windshield. While washing car noticed a dime size chip at base of windshield between wipers. Contacted Progressive and they scheduled me for repairs in about two hours and the repair was completed in an hour after arrival. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank!!!

I had a crack in my windshield that grew larger than a dollar. I had to get it fixed soon because the temperature outside was rising and the crack was growing. I contacted my insurance company and they allowed me to make an appointment and Safelite came out quickly. They were very friendly and the repair was done correctly.

Edit: 2nd visit went much smoother. Glass replacement went fast once they had the part and recalibration for lane assist went perfectly. So other then the hiccup with the glass not being in stock on the first visit, which I can understand. The only problem I had was this not being known until after I arrived and work started. Original: Set an appointment a week in advance. Get there, they start taking apart my car and suddenly they realize they don't have my windshield. Further they only now figure out its on back order with a week delay at best to get a new one. That isn't even counting when it's possible to schedule a new appointment. How do they not know the part when they receive the make, model, and type a week in advance much less know if they have the part in stock?

He was very courteous and on time which was very important to me because I was at work. Not only did he replace the windshield, he also vacuumed my floorboards and washed all of the windows! The wait was a little long but that’s understandable being that Hurricane Florence had just passed through. I wish the tech would have told me before hand that the lines from the damage the storm caused would still be on my windshield. I would’ve opp to get a full windshield replacement. Seems like my windshield did not get fixed because the cracked lines are still there. Waste of my insurance honestly. Just get a new windshield not a repair. A repair is pointless!

We had a close encounter with a fairly large rock when it smacked into our windshield as we were traveling down the highway. We were in the middle of a cross country road trip to relocate for work. The chip looked pretty bad and was right in the drivers side line of sight. We still had another days worth of driving left in our trip, and I didn't want to risk waiting to repair it. Looks as though glass companies have no one to answer to anymore. I used Absolute Glass in Lexington, SC and after the third attempt it still wasn't installed correctly. Safelite came out and the windshield isn't leaking air anymore, but overall the job looks sloppy and the tech tried to find every excuse NOT to do it, of course it was Saturday. The problem is fixed but the job could have been done a lot better.
