I had an appointment at 10am and I got there 15 minutes early. When I got there I got my old tint removed for $100 where there’s other places that charge $250 or they will charge u by the hour. I’m no good with names but the receptionist that worked in the front was very helpful with picking my percentage on the truck. I was there around 9:45 and I left around 10:30. Would highly recommend to anyone. It’s a lifetime warranty and the prices are fair

Eddie and Big Worm were great to work with, were very responsive, and went above and beyond to answer all my many questions. They didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive tint. And I received a "Military Discount". I would highly with no doubt recommend this company to all my friends and family! I'm very happy with the service I received from them and will definitely go to Palmetto Pro Tint again in the future! Thanks again!!

WOW, FAST WINDOW TINTING SERVICES! I was pumping gas and luckily noticed a window tinting business. I've wanted to tint the front windows on my 2022 Kia Telluride since April 2022. So, after pumping the gas, I drove next door to Palmetto Pro Tint. I [only] went there to inquire about their services and prices. Once Jade told me about the services they offered for my vehicle, she asked when I wanted to schedule my installation appointment, and also told me, "We can do it now." Y'all...I was in and out of there in 20 minutes (maybe less). Ryan aka "Worm" did an amazing job. ! They also give a 10% military discount. Go check them out today.

I took two cars here and called them and asked when they could schedule the cars. They said immediately. The cars were done in under an hour and the staff was super friendly! For fast and conveince, it comes a high price point. I did get a discount for taking two cars, which made this place even better. After a month of having this tint there are no bubbles or peeling! Below you can see the white car, and red truck (the two vehicles I got tinted) and the tint looks amazing.

All in all the tint job itself was quality. The customer service was not good because the normal girl who works the desk was out. They should close when she’s gone because the guys just weren’t equipped to be in front of customers. Also worth noting, I took my new freshly cleaned black car in and when I got it back it was covered in obvious water solution marks all down the sides. I’m just saying....$349 for tinting a 4 door sedan should at least include cleaning up after yourself. I’m not say rewash it, but wipe it up with a rag or something, just try to care it. Like I said, the tint job was good and at the end of the day I guess that’s what mostly counts.

Jade is excellent at customer service, and Palmetto Pro-tint has high performance window film that 5 years later (3 of which were extreme Texas heat) is performing so well that I am even getting my hooptie that I door dash in done to kill some of the intense SC heat. Palmetto Pro-Tint uses Scorpion window film, that I feel performs just as well as 3M or Llumar. Only exceptions would be Crystalline or Air Blue 80, but they are quite literally hundreds more per window. All Palmetto’s films are lifetime warrantied. Its of note that Worm is the most professional tint technician I have met, and has done some difficult jobs other places say they can’t do. If you do decide to go with 3M or Llumar, be sure that the vendor shows you the anti-counterfeit measures for their films, as a vendor here in Columbia, SC (that I won’t mention) used a NON 3M film and passed it off as actual 3M film. It wasn’t till I went to Texas, and the heat set in….the tint bubbled….and a vendor in San Antonio substantiated that it was NOT the expensive 3M tint I paid for. So, if you do pay hundreds more for the 3M stuff that does perform only slightly better, have the shop show you the anti-counterfeit stamps on the film to ensure you get what you are forking over big cash for.
