I had a wonderful experience with this team. Dale came to look at what needed to be done and it was very apparent that he knew what he was doing. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and pointed out what would be best for me. The glass was ordered and came in quickly. The install was extremely quick (6 windows in less than 2 hours) and the install team was nice to my 3 year old and also tidied up when they left. It’s been 2+ weeks and my windows are still perfect. Couldn’t say anything bad about my entire experience. Highly recommended!!

Got quote and super expensive. 4x the price of just buying the replacement sash. They do come to your house for quote though so that is convenient. Based out of Greenville but service Columbia too

These Guys were great. I selected them from a list provided by my insurer; I am glad I did. From the first time I called they were very courteous, Julie was great she explained to me the dates and time available, took my information and told me Steve would be my technician. Steve and his assistant, were very friendly and polite. They explained what they were doing and were fast enough all things considered such as removing my back on site to complete the job. My back window looks great. If I need their services again they will be my go to guys.

It was a choice to be made either replacing the entire window the upper and lower portion or just replacing the glass. It was so much more financially responsible to just replace the glass. The Glass Doctor of Columbia replaced my broken window at a very reasonable price, in a timely manner, and did a terrific job.

They replaced a rental property window due to a brake in. The process was simple & easy. The installation tech even took time to go back and removed the board that was in the window due the break in….i stay out of state & didn’t even have to travel….I will most definitely use them again when needed in the future…

I called the Glass Doctor ten days ago to fix the window in my sunroom. The gentleman came to my home, assessed the damage and measured for a new window. I am waiting. After about a week, I checked on the status. Still on order. Still waiting. It has been cold out there!

Glass Doctor exceeded my expectations. They were fast at getting my window fixed. I contacted them on a Friday and on Monday they were at my home getting the measurements. Once my glass came in they were at my home to install in which that took less than 20 minutes to do. I definitely recommend them.

They came and measured and ordered the window. It took about 3 weeks to get the window the in and another week or so to get it on the schedule 1st time, it was the wrong size. Not completely the installers fault, but if this is a problem with this window not being able to see exactly how far the window goes back into the frame, should have pulled the trim away and found out. They had to reorder and that took another week to get the window in and then it took another week to get it on the schedule again. The 2nd installer came out and put in my window, but the wood strips that goes on the side we’re missing from the 1st time it was pulled off by the 1st installer. They will have to come out again to replace those strips And I will have to repaint them. But the quality is very nice and the installers were very nice. Just one error after another. Just not sure why.

I had someone break my front window in my home. Someone came out the next morning and installed a temporary glass until mine was ordered. I was told two weeks until my glass would arrive, it did take a Little longer but the service was over the top so I would give ten stars if I could. A little pricey, but my safety was worth every penny. Thank you

This company and their install crew are wonderful. My parents needed two large pallendian windows replaced where the seal had been compromised causing condensation between the glass. Both windows were challenging in their own way to remove due to the builders original installation. Glass Doctors went above and beyond to ensure a beautiful result. Install crew was courteous, timely and efficient and office manager worked diligently to get project scheduled despite current Covid crisis. We are very thankful recommend them highly. Will definitely use again for future glass needs.

I contracted the company to repair a window on our new house that was broken by vandals. Overall, the personnel I dealt with at the company were very professional and friendly. Price was comparable to others I called. I would have given them 5-stars except I took a half-day off of work for the scheduled repair and they called an hour before closing on a Friday to tell me they couldn't make it. They did, surprisingly, schedule a next day Saturday morning repair even though they are normally closed. The repair is very good and I am happy with it. If I could give 4 1/2-stars I would and will definitely use them again if I need glass repairs.
