Lorne was great! I had my two dogs with me and we watched the process out of curiosity. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, the process of putting in my new window took a little over 30 minutes. He vacuumed up all the glass in my car and on the ground, made sure to remove as much of the old window as he could and took the time to clean the new window. I can’t recommend Ace Glass enough! My car was broken into on a Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon Lorne was out here fixing my window. I talked to Alex on the phone and she was extremely helpful. I called while I was still frantic about my car and Alex was understanding, informative and calming. Thank you Alex and Lorne!!!

I am a property manager and I use Ace Glass for any glass repair and/or replacement at my property. I've always been very pleased with their quality of work and promptness to my requests. When my car windshield got cracked I called and Alex (who is always very friendly and helpful) got me scheduled right away. Lorne came out and had my windshield repaired with in 5 minutes. A week later my windshield got another crack and Lorne was out again to replace my windshield this time. Lorne had me taken care of the next afternoon. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't choose any other company for my glass needs.

Experienced great customer service from Ace Glass and their team. After a break in on my vehicle, I was left without a driver side window. I ended up speaking with Alex who got me scheduled as soon as possible (faster than anyone else) and with a competitive price. She helped me come into their location and get my window crash wrapped until the replacement window could be installed. On the day of installation, Lorne showed up on time and provided a quick, professional, and solid window replacement on my vehicle. The whole experience was as painless as this type of thing can be, and I appreciated the punctuality and quality they provided.

Ace Glass was a life saver. After calling around for days to have my passenger window replace, most companies couldn’t fit me in for a week. I called Ace Glass and spoke with Alex, she was able to get my window ordered and replaced the following day. Upon arrival I was immediately pulled into the garage and the technician got to work. If you are a USAA customer they stand 100% behind their work as well. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Best Customer Service. Because it was a brand new car, I had to wait a bit for them to get the windshield as it had to be shipped from overseas. The Columbia office was great with keeping me up to date with the progress. And the Columbia office tech that installed my windshield, Lorne,was very professional and very efficient. I will definitely request him next time, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alex was great facilitating the windshield replacement on our RV. Lorne the installer got the job meticulously done and faster than what was quoted. While I was there I had Lorne look at the door glass as it had fogged up, he measured for the one and come to the to install it. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Ace Glass Company of Columbia today. Carmen and Alexandria were very on top of making sure I was taken care of. Also the teamwork between those two was also very impressive. They took care of me while I was at the counter today and they also took care of their customer who were on the phone without missing a beat. After I left the building I stayed in my car while working for my job and Carolyn the manager came out to check on me. She also advised me if I wanted something to drink there was water inside or if I wanted to use the restroom I could feel free to do so.

Excellent customer service! Needed 2 glass shelves cut for a china cabinet. They cut them, burnished the edges, & had them ready within 30 minutes. Their prices were great, and they were so friendly. ACE GLASS COMPANY does far more things well than everyone realizes. They have the very best customer service representatives anywhere! I came by to have the driver side window regulator and motor replaced. The lady who had talked to me on the phone came out of the front door to greet me when I had just parked my car, and handled everything both efficiently and nicely. Inside while looking around, I talked to the other ladies who manage different parts of the business. They were also very nice and treated me like a valued customer. I'm coming back again and again.

If you have a sedan, be careful pulling in. Parking lot not small car friendly, you will bottom out. As for service, I frequently buy from them. Usually, my order is on point. My advice, if you request edges of glass to be sanded, make sure they actually sand it.

This was our first experience with having a windshield replaced. I spoke with Linda at Ace Glass to set up the appointment for a technician to come out to my job. She was such a pleasant young lady and so very helpful! The Ace Glass technician, Russell, called me the next day before he came out to my office to let me know he was on his way; instead of just showing up... they came out jan 27 to measure a window over my bathtub. two weeks later they came back and couldn't install the window because they said it was the wrong size. remeasure and said they would get it right away. came yesterday march 1 and installed the window. I will show you the picture. I called today and mark said he would call me right back to schedule someone to come out and look at it. that was almost two hours ago.
