Our Installers: Richard and Oleksandr. Our salesman was Zach. This was an awesome experience. Everything from the sales visit, to the customer service, to the final installment. We had a sliding glass door, a side entry door and 16 windows installed. It only took 9 hours and when they left, our house was just as clean as it was when they started. We will have a new front door and siding done next year! I highly recommend Window World! Thank you WW!!!

I got quotes from 3 other places but had to compromise because of their costs. One place pushed me to "sign now". I got the best price from WW of Joliet. I went to their office to see their windows. They are as good or better than others. I was able to not only replace all my windows but could afford to get grids in them. The installation crew did a great job. As you should, always watch their work. I did find some very small pieces of metal trim outside I had to pick up. The windows are great. I recommend WW of Joliet!

Singing the highest praises for my experience with Window World of Joliet! I worked with the salesman, Zach Muehlfelt, to buy new windows for my place and he was amazing. I’ve never made a purchase like this before and he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the process. I felt very at ease and confident once it came time to move forward and finalize everything. The windows arrived sooner than expected which was great and we were immediately able to schedule installation. Richard & Paul arrived perfectly on time and got right to it, working tirelessly until the job was done. They were thorough, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier! There is no doubt that I will work with Zach again when I’m ready to replace my patio door and additional windows. The windows are a great quality and are sealed very well. The condo is so quiet now. The windows also have reflective material to help warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I also liked the fact they didn’t wheel and deal on price like buying a car. From the sales rep to installers, they were all superb. Highly recommend them.

We love Window World of Joliet & cannot recommend them highly enough! We used them to replace our custom size patio door as well as a window in a house we recently purchased. It turned out one of the walls behind the windows was a mess with wood rot from prior moisture damage. They helped us to get everything taken apart, rebuilt and repaired correctly and professionally, and then proceeded with the install. Throughout the process Brian was kind and showed concern. We were so appreciative of their work and felt better knowing things were done the right way even though it cost more than we anticipated. They did a wonderful job on the install and cleaned up after the work. Great company to do business with for sure!

Just had all of our new windows installed and they look great. Had a couple estimates and this company offered excellent vinyl windows at a great cost with a good warranty. Had two windows with the incorrect grids but they promise to fix that asap. Zach was a huge help and always responsive when I reached out. Paul and the installation team were neat, efficient and informative. All and all a good experience.

Great experience. I am a property manager at a gated community where we recently had all the gatehouse windows replaced and the indoor pool picture windows replaced. Installers had windows completed in one day with no issues and they look amazing! Reasonable cost and Zach and Brian were attentive and great to work with. Thank you!!

Windows were on backorder. They did arrive a lot faster than I was promised which was great. Installation guys were supposed to show up Monday between 7:30 and 8:30. Finally at 10 when no one had shown up and I had not received a call, I called window world only to find out there were truck issues that morning and they needed to reschedule for Tuesday. A call would have been nice. They did arrive Tuesday on time and with way more than the 2 guys I was promised for Monday. They did a beautiful job and it was very fast. Overall a very good experience, was just a little upset I did not receive a call on Monday when the installers would not be arriving. Overall I would recommend

Look, I did my homework. The quality of these windows stands up against anyone, AND, from dealing with the salesman, Matt, to the owner, Brian, to the office people and their installation team, TOP NOTCH! Installation was professional and on time, the windows look AMAZING! You have to remember this thing called "supply chain issues" and be patient while your windows are being built. We replaced every window and our patio door. We changed the layout on the front of the house to a different look and WOW! All my neighbors are complimenting. We installed an awning window in the kitchen, right choice, and added a transam window in the laundry room, GREAT MOVE! I could not be happier with my desicion to use Window World of Joliet! I had replaced my casement windows about 3 months back from Window World of Joliet. I called and got a free estimate from Zach, the whole quote process took less than 30 minutes. Zach explained me the window features, provided the price with/without payment plan. It was no-nonsense straightforward pricing. I got a comparison quote from Lowe's which was exactly 3 times the Window World pricing. I paid a deposit and got the installation scheduled 3 months after. I had a installer come and take the exact measurement of the windows and my tentative installation was confirmed. I got a call 1 week before the scheduled date to confirm the installation date. The installer was Richard; a 5 star rating for Richard is not enough for his workmanship. It was a 3 pane casement heavy wooden window, Richard had the new windows installed in about 3 hours. One of the screen was not flushed in the corners which I didn't notice. Richard took picture to send it to the factor for replacement. When the new window was getting flushed with the frame, I watched Richard's work from a distance admiring his craftmanship, precision and attention to detail. After the window was installed, Richard put the window blinds back which another company had refused to do 6 years back when I had the front side windows replaced. I asked Richard if he can fix a knob for a window in my living room that had come of the wheel. Richard fixed that too. I was impressed by Richard's customer service, workmanship and professionalism. Kudos to Window World of Joliet for employing Richard, the whole experience from my initial call, getting the estimate and the installation was top notch. I will definitely use and highly recommend Window World of Joliet for new window installations. They have lifetime warranty, the warranty terms are written in layman language. It is one of the best small business around in the Naperville area.

My wife and I purchased a replacement patio door from Window World of Joliet. The sales representative, Matt, was awesome. Matt was honest, trustworthy, and was tentative to our needs. Matt offered alternatives and suggestions. Now speaking about the product and service is a different story entirely. Window World called in 2021 to indicate that our new patio door had arrived and scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. After multiple no shows and rescheduled appointments, we finally got them to arrive. Instillation was a nightmare. We called Window World and they sent installer back to our home, as door was installed upside down and patio door was missing crucial pieces such as insulation around it, vinyl caps, a lock, and weather stripping. Window World sent out a representative who indicated that yes multiple components of the patio door were missing and confirmed that patio door was installed incorrectly. This representative, Randy, indicated that the patio door panel was defective and took multiple photos. Window World indicated that they ordered a replacement door back in May 2021. After almost 8-11 months of following up with Window World they communicated in writing that a replacement door had come into their shop. Then we finally received an email stating that our replacement door was received, and they scheduled an appointment to replace our patio door for a Saturday. After multiple no shows and cancelled appoint installer shows up. To our surprise, he has no replacement door whatsoever, adds some weather stripping and tightens handle and indicates that he is complete. Even with this visit from installer, he didn’t even have all the components to even complete our door. Installer then indicated he would be back the following Saturday with these components. Installer never showed up with replacement patio door or required components to complete the job. Now after contacting Window World and requesting a refund and/or requesting that the missing components be installed and requesting our replacement patio door panel, we have gotten radio silence and are being ghosted. We ordered this door in December 2020, and it was installed in April/May of 2021. It has taken almost 12 months after their own representative indicated patio door panel was defective to come back and install weather stripping. When I found out that installer was only installing weather stripping I contacted Window World and to date have not received a response. EDIT: Window World finally replaced defective door and took ownership of their mistake. They also provided compensation for my troubles in the form of a refund. Based on the refund amount and what I wound up paying for the patio door, I am pleased. On the other hand, this shouldn't have taken 18 months to fix,

Salesperson, Scott, was very patient and helpful. Window World of Joliet came in with the best price out of about 6 local quotes. I had 15+ windows replaced (two install dates) in early and mid 2021. The windows are operating well and I definitely notice an improvement in room temperature (previous windows were 25 years old). My only negative comment would be that their customer service could be better. One representative answering calls and emails was not very professional. Overall, I am happy with the windows so far - best price - windows look good and operate well.

Had 3 doors installed and later on...all my windows replaced. The lead time to receive the doors was several weeks more than what was quoted however, this was to be expected as a result of the pandemic. They did keep us informed on the ETA. Once doors were received, they were installed quickly and efficiently. I will be using them to replace my windows. UPDATE: May 2022 - Window World did such a great job installing our new doors that we had them replace all our windows. Again, they did a fantastic job and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Window World was excellent. We purchased 12 new windows and a new front door. From the beginning with our sales associate Zach things started off great. Zach was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. No pressure to buy, just straight to the point pricing and available products. After we signed the contract and our items were on order he continued to answer any questions that came up almost immediately and stayed in touch the entire time. The entire team of installers were very professional and respectful to us and our home. It felt like we had friends doing our install instead of contractors. They are true craftsman when it comes to this line of work. We didn’t have your typical replacement window order. Our install had a lot of custom trim work on the exterior and interior of the home. I highly recommend Window World. We plan to have our patio door replaced this summer and I will be calling them to do the work.

We had 14 windows replaced and sliding doors cut out and put in. The team was amazing from start to finish. We don’t leave reviews often, but it is important to me to let others know how professional, hard working, kind, and skilled each person we worked with was. Window World was such a blessing after several weeks of home projects not going as planned. We are so grateful for their help and the fresh, beautiful look of the windows/doors. Two employees installed everything all by them selves. They cleaned each window with safe cleaner that didn’t fill our home with chemicals (which is important to us). They were so respectful of our space and kept the project safe and clean (we have a toddler). Can’t say enough about them :) I would recommend them to anyone.

Back in 2011 1 of my friends recommended window world to me. So I called them and had 10 windows replaced at that time. And I was very satisfied with their work and the clean up. Then in 2013 I had my French doors replaced with theirs. I love that the blinds were in between the glass. The doors are gorgeous. The people in the office are very friendly and the staff who installs the windows/doors are very friendly. I highly recommend them.

So far our salesman Matt has been very informative advising us on the right custom patio door for our home. Installation will be sometime early next year as is the norm these days during covid times. I will update my review after installation but thank you to Matt for being so knowledgeable on your products so that my husband and I didn't go down the wrong path of choosing a sub par product that would've likely had no warranty. I recently had a window damaged while I wasn't home. Window world was amazing from the first day of reaching out to them. Top notch customer service from the person on the phone to the estimate, and all the way to the install day. They were at my house at 8am prompt like they said today, and had my window done by 1030. The installer was completely professional and did amazing work. You would never know this window had been replaced and wasn't the original to the house. It matches the rest of my windows perfectly. And being in a room on the second story above the garage, the room never reached temperature because of the poor builder grade windows that came with the house. Not even an hour after the installer leaves and the room is 2 degrees cooler than what I have the house set at for a/c. Amazing. Really has me considering replacing other windows in the house and maybe a new sliding door to my backyard. If your gonna buy a window, Window world is the place to go to when your ready. I called Window World for an estimate after a recommendation by a satisfied neighbor. The estimator was on time, courteous and efficient. The cost estimate was competitive and so I ordered the windows. After awhile, I noticed that several of the windows seemed to have a seepage issue after strong storms. I contacted the company and the local service technician came out to make adjustments to the windows. After a couple unsuccessful attempts to correct the issue, Mark advised me that the company would replace all the windows, including those that had not shown signs of seepage. He reordered the windows and the new windows were installed three weeks later. In both installations the crews were on time, neat, courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. At first when Mark said they would replace all the windows even those without the issue, I didn't think it would matter that much if all the windows didn't match exactly since they were similar styles.. After the new windows were installed, I realized that it did matter. I would not have been happy with the way they looked if they were mismatched and I appreciate the fact that he made it a point to have them all replaced. Our new windows are a big improvement over the builder-grade windows that came with the house. We have noticed a significant reduction in our AC and heat bills, and they have definitely reduced the amount of outside noise that we hear. I am very happy with the new windows from Window World and really appreciate the fact that the company stands behind its products. Thanks!

My first go around was in June 2020 had half windows replaced and 2 storm doors. Very smooth and efficient. My second go around not so much. They forgot the shutters and the garage door due to the error in paperwork. This will be their third time coming out for my garage. Not a lot of communication.

We had all the windows installed in December 2019 .I wanted to wait and see if I could tell a difference in the winter and summer. I'm very pleased to say the windows are great the house felt warmer in the winter and I can feel a difference standing in the window now it's 80 degrees out and I can't feel the heat from the sun through the windows. My experience with Window World was excellent! We used them to replace windows in 4 apartment buildings that we had recently purchased. The apartment buildings had the original wooden windows and were in terrible shape. Brian assured me that they would be able to replace the windows in a timely fashion as not to inconvenience my tenants. And they made sure to do just that. They didn't leave a trace that they were even there...Except for the greatly improved view, function and appearance of the new windows! First, I've never written a review for anything - good or bad. But I wanted to let everyone know that Window World of Joliet is precisely what they advertise and more - "Best for Less". I received quotes from 4 other window installers and each of these 4 tried to use high-pressure sales to give me something that I did not want. They also gave me relatively high prices and then called at a later date to try to offer me a lower price. (why didn't they do that when they sat in my kitchen. Window World, on the otherhand, was professional and low-key. Their price list is straight forward and very clear - you know exactly what you're getting and you know the exact price before the salesman leaves the house. There are no extras or surprises. I had some particular and possibly problematic issues with my windows (22 windows) and the two owners (Brian and Mark) worked directly with me to resolve each issue (with no additional cost to me). I visited their office several times and everyone I talked to was always friendly, informative and went out of their way to help. Their commercial is all about family and they really live it. The installers took 2 days to replace my windows and did an incredible job - they never stopped working - no breaks. They cleaned up inside and out - you wouldn't know they were here. They were meticulous with their detail and the windows look great. The house is so quiet now - I can't here outside traffic, kids screaming or dogs barking. We had a surprise snowfall on Sunday and my thermostat was set 4 degrees lower than usual and we were nice and comfortable. The bottom line is that Window World of Joliet is everything they advertise. I would very highly recommend them to replace your windows - I've already referred 3 neighbors to them.

The windows were installed well from what I could tell, but very disappointed I'm the clean up. The salesman didn't say anything about matching the caulk to the exterior, which the contractors were unaware of. It ended up being ok because it was paintable caulk. They did fix a screw in my downspout for me, which was nice. They put a huge hole in the drywall taking out the window and proceeded to spackle it, but not enough was used to even it out. I called the office and they said that the awall is in the contract, so I guess we have to fix it ourselves. They decided to put my curtains back up (even though they're not supposed to and I didn't ask them to) and then proceeded to caulk around the windows, getting caulk on the curtains. When they left I had to vacuum up the mess and then saw caulk now on my rug. I'm happy so far with the windows and the contractors were nice, but left a mess to clean up and a wall to spackle, sand, and paint.

I truly like this company. Their initial sale's visit was great. We priced out our job with 4 companies and Window World's prices were the best. 3 windows, sliding glass door and a new front entrance door. We were told, during the initial sale's visit, in Oct. of 2021 that the install would be around Feb. or Mar. of 2022. GREAT. March comes around and we get a call that the sliding glass door and windows are in. The front entrance door would "be about 2 more weeks". Not a problem. They came and installed the sliding door and 3 windows. Payment was made. 2 weeks go by, I call and leave a message. No call back. Another week goes by, I call again. They tell me that the door still isn't in and should be coming in soon. OK. 3 weeks later I get a call from them, asking me "since the job is complete we would like to send someone over to take pictures of the front entrance area". This is where things started going bad because the front door hasn't been installed yet. At this point blame started going to the manufacturer. After this, days and weeks went by with numerous messages and no call backs. I FINALLY get a call back from Brian, the owner, on or around the beginning of June. Explaining to me how unexpectable this is and that he is going to contact the manufacturer directly. After another month our front door was scheduled and was installed on July 18, 2022. During that time we had 2 family get together in April, along with our daughter's wedding party at out home in May. The front door would have looked great for these events. The quality of work was great and the door looks awesome. A simple follow up call from Window World apologizing for the screw up would be much appreciated. Jan. 30, 2023 Update It's now been 6 months since the front door finally got installed. a $6,000 door was installed and within 6 months my wife is wiping off the door with a wet towel (No Chemicals). She immediately notices that the paint on the trim around the glass is peeling, as she's wiping. I contacted Window World of Joliet and spoke to Ryan. She tells me that we should have received touch up paint when they installed the door. Excuse me? This door has been in maybe 6 months, the paint is peeling and we're supposed to use touch up paint? She then offered to have someone come to the house and take a look at it. Mike shows up about a week later (Jan. 20th), knocks on our door and hands my wife a bag with touch up paint in it. My wife stops him before he had a chance to walk away and was very upset that this was going to be the final result? Instead my wife insisted that updated pictures were taken. He took pictures and told my wife that they would be in contact within a couple of days. Here it is, AGAIN. 10 days later and I had to call them because we haven't heard a word. When I told her that Mike took pictures, she said that she wasn't aware of any additional pictures. This is getting crazy! Now I'm waiting for Ryan to get in touch with Mike and look at the pictures.
