Communication was good initially, work done on my mother’s outside house bricks. The technician left a power wash gash in the brick. Wish I could’ve been informed of this when it happened as opposed to finding it after the fact. Informed the owner that payment would be made, however, informed him of disappointment with technician.

When I moved into my house the tracks of the windows were filthy I just chose this company through the warranty company. He cleaned the windows very good but what I wanted was the tracks cleaned he said he would charge me $5 a track. Over the phone I was quoted $200, when he got here he told me $320. I was not pleased with the tracks they were still dirty, mud left in every corner. The manager told me they would send someone back out two different times, they never did. In the end he told me the guy's been working for him 20 years and that if I wanted to have had a pristine job I would have to pay more money.

The company was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. The men were one-time. Their work was very neat; the leaves from the gutters were bagged instead of sprayed all over the place and left as some companies do. Nothing worse than wet, decayed leaves stuck to the sides of your house. Cost for a raised ranch (1.5 levels) in South Elgin was $150 with a $10 coupon. Reasonable for such neat work.

This service does excellent work but I had a few issues with additional charges i did not expect. I have new windows equipped with clip in pane grates. I removed them all but asked that the service reinstall them after cleaning the windows. That cost $100 for 38 grates. I was charged $5 per window ($95) to wipe out window wells (I agreed to this), $30 to remove something that needed to be scraped off one window (I was not asked about this) and at the very end asked to add $10 for travel expenses. So my $320-$340 estimate came to more than $500. My choice, but these extras cost more than I thought and I felt the travel expense was not fair to charge. That's just a biz expense. So I recommend because my windows are so clean but know that you only get the very basic service for the quoted price.

so they came on the wrong day scheduled so i couldn't see what was done. just had gutters cleaned 3 weeks prior with 4 down spouts takin down and cleaned. they said 3 down spouts were totally clogged and had pictures not they had pictures of the gutters not down spouts. been here 20 years regular guy was out of town so i went with theses guys never again. was able to send bill thru my email but took 3 time to send pictures of no evidence of clog down spouts.

The quote was $160.00 without downspout cleaning. The tech cleaned the downspouts and charged me an extra $40.00 which I was not planning to pay. The quote said that the leaves would be left in a bag for me to dispose of but no bag was found so I assumed that there were no leaves in the gutters or the leaves were blown all over the yard or on the roof (who knows).

Wally Lipski did a great job on our rooftop. He was detailed and spent a good amount of time, making sure to be thorough. He had to carry the equipment up 4 stories, which he did without assistance. Didn’t complain. He even went the extra to get out sunscreen from an area that we didn’t think would ever come out. A little pricey, but still worth it.

I had my gutters cleaned yesterday by Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Inc. I had a complaint about the work done. First off, when they called me after I sent the Angie’s list inquiry, Will had my address and quoted me $80 and mentioned both garage and home, they said it’s a small house (which it is). Will said they would clean the gutters and bag the debris and leave it clean. When I called back to confirm the gentlemen that answered then changed it to $80 for the house and $20 for the garage. I let it go, since it wasn’t that big of a price difference. Then, when the worker arrived, he failed to bag up the debris and left it on my grass. My mother called me to tell me, since she was the one onsite, so I asked to speak to him. I told him that Will at the firm had said he would bag up the debris and at least trash it or something. He then claimed it’s just dirt and will go back in the ground and refused to pick it up. Even when I said, if it’s dirt, I have a dirt hole in the back yard, put the “dirt” there but he just handed the phone to my mom. When I arrived home, I could not believe what he left. See Photos. This was my first time using Angie’s list and I’m just so disappointed at their employee’s apparent laziness and inability to clean up the debris he pulled out of the gutters. Once they charged my cc (before i arrived to see the mess), Will would not answer calls or return voicemail left. I had to write an long email and not even an apology. Only reply was "we will get back out there today to clean that up." ***8/31/18 Update*** I did get an email with an apology and they came out to clean up the mess they left. They did the right thing as a firm, so upped my star review. I still would never use them again, because they didn't care to call me you, Oh wait they did, today, just to tell me, hey update your review we did right, but never called to say, sorry about it all.***

Everything was excellent, workers were prompt, courteous, hard working. One point though, they did not show pictures of the gutters. Other gutter company's show before and after pictures of the gutters. In addition, they are very responsive to any shortcomings that are presented. I mention the lack of pictures and 2 days later, I had the pictures. In addition, I had mentioned to them that we might need to clean the eves, with power washing. When the tech arrived, he pointed out to my wife that the eves did not need power washing. Therefore, they didn't simply add to the bills. Honest, too.

We had the outside of our house power washed. Our home was previously covered in spiders and webs, to the point you wouldn't want to open the windows. Joaquin came from prime time window cleaning to gives us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thier price seemed fair and we hired him. A couple days later he came back to complete the work. We can now open the windows in the house without fear of a family of creepy crawlys moving in. He did a very detailed job and was very kind. I'm having him come back today to do the inside and outside of our windows. I would highly recommend this company for your power washing needs.

Service call to clean gutters arrived 5 hours later than provided window, and had to address techs during dinner time. Techs blew off several asphalt tiles, which we found on the deck later; which would've been fine had they been upfront that it happened. Techs were nice, and did a good job - but rated overall experience as 3/5 accordingly based on customer svc "misses". Will give PTW another shot, as this visit was the lowest rated to date, and expect 5/5 next time.

I was impressed that a human actually answered the phone, talked me through the process and actually followed through with great service and a job well done in a very timely manner. I had called 2 other companies to schedule an appointment for gutter cleaning. One did not have an appointment available for 2 weeks and the other still hasn't called me back after 3 days. I sent an online inquiry through Prime Time's website around 10:30 a.m. for a quote and to schedule an appointment. Within 5-10 minutes I received a call back with a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon, a gentleman showed up at my door (they had texted and called prior to his arrival but I missed both as I was working) and said he had finished a job in a nearby suburb and could complete the work for me if the time worked for me. He was very friendly and completed the work in less than an hour and I am pleased with the quality of the work. From an online inquiry at 10:30 a.m. to completion of the work by 6:00 p.m. the same day. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend their service.

I was happy with the work that was done. My only two suggestions would be, 1. There was a gutter on the back of the house and the other side of the house I assumed would be cleaned but I don’t think they were, and 2. I was quoted $130 for the job and the final total was $185. It would have been nice to be told that there was an additional charge of $8 for each downspout at the time of the quote.

Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Very clean windows and cleaned up all drips onto sills etc. The price quoted on the phone was less than the final bill but it was an estimate and close enough I was not overly surprised. The man who came was easy to communicate with and explained the charges before doing the job. There is a disconnect between what the sales rep promised was included and the actual job. I specifically asked if the sill and track areas were included and was told yes. The person who came said there was a $3 charge for that per window but included a good and thorough clean on the outside. After seeing what "good and thorough" meant to them I told him not to do any more. I'll do those my self. I would use them again but would be very specific on the window count (every panel is counted as a window) and more attentive to how the "extras" are billed, ie screen cleaning, the sills and tracks.

Last week i scheduled a gutter cleaning from Prime Time, a company I had used before, and always had a positive experience with. They sent me a quote which was the same price as it had previously been. On Thursday, they failed to show up at the scheduled time. I called and they said they would be there in 2 hours. Again, they never showed up. On Friday, a lone tech showed up for what had always been a 2 person job, and told me the job would cost more because it was more “difficult”. Same house, same job, why was it now more “difficult”? I called and the person I spoke with said it would stay at the quoted cost. They rescheduled for Saturday. And again, they failed to show up twice. They said they were sorry and that they would be out on Sunday. And again they didn’t show up. Finally, 2 men arrived 4 hours past the time scheduled. A total of 5 no shows! They performed the job as expected, and then presented me with a bill that was more than the agreed upon price. I refused to pay. They said take it up with the owners. So I texted them, and the person I reached replied that the job was more “difficult”, and that he had informed me of that. I reminded him that he told me that the price was to be as originally quoted, and even had offered me a discount for my inconvenience. Later, I read some reviews, and discovered complaints from repeat customers like me, that they had been charged more than quoted because the job was suddenly more “difficult”. Certainly they understood the job because it was one they had done previously at the same house. After I thought the issue was resolved, I called asking for an invoice, and they still tried jacking the price up. Perhaps the company has new owners who actually didn’t do the job before and didn’t understand what was involved. In any event, I removed them from my list of preferred contractors. I recommend finding a company who will honor their quoted price, and avoid Prime Time.

My gutters and downspouts were so clogged, rain water was overflowing the sides of the gutters and I was in danger of water seeping through the foundation. Not to mention the record-breaking, ridiculous amount of rain we've gotten in May 2019. I reached out to PrimeTime with an emergency situation and was thrilled when I was told they would "squeeze me in" for service the next day. The next day came (with extreme rain in the forecast for the following day). I received a call at 5:30 p.m. from PrimeTime and they were extremely apologetic but also relayed that the service team was completely spent and asked (very kindly) If it would be OK to postpone service to the following day. I was in an emergency situation and given the fact that they were able to "squeeze me in" at all on such short notice, I reluctantly agreed but asked if I could be the 1st stop in the morning. When I tell you that the team made me the first stop... I mean BRIGHT AND EARLY, with the birds! They did an AMAZING job. Fast, clean, and professional. Scheduled gutter cleaning will now occur twice a year, every year with PrimeTime. You guys ROCK!

Joaquin called me on the scheduled date to tell me he would come at 9:30 a.m and he did. Very friendly gentleman who ckeaned my windows well. The day was cold and I could see that his hands were red. There were some spots that were missed but I overlooked them. When I called requesting the service I was told one price and charged more, not by much more but enough to upset me. The job was well done and Joaquin was great.

This is the second time I've used Prime Time Window and Gutter Cleaning (who'd been referred by a friend of mine). I was just as pleased this time as I was the previous time! I live in a mid-rise condo and my windows are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors (with screens). The technicians were on-time...in fact, they called to ask if they could arrive earlier than the appointed time (YES)!!! They were efficient, friendly, professional, courteous, NEAT, and my windows are spotless! I paid exactly what I'd been informed the cost would be when I booked the appointment, including my coupon discount...and it was the same as last year's cost. Highly recommend.

I had my windows cleaned by prime time windows, the workers were very professional and did a great job. When they came in to do the inside windows they were very neat and brought their own equipment to keep my home clean. I was a little worried about my outside windows because they were a little high the company assured me that their workers would be safe and that they had the highest rates of insurance for my home and their workers, even though they were safe and did a great job it made me feel safe to know that they took precautions and were insured.. great company!!

The window washer was very good. He did miss window though. I know this is my mistake but when I do my windows I do the whole window I didn't realize the frame is not part of the window. I'll do them myself next time. They are a little high priced compared to some.

I've used primetime for the last 3 years roughly 2X a year for their gutter cleaning service. Most of the time, it has been great, in and out with no mess/clean up required on my end. Recently, they left piles of the gutter slime all over the outside of the house that I had to clean up afterwards. Not great, but the job was done.

I called to get a quote and the person I spoke to on the phone quoted me a price by looking at my house with 32 windows on Google maps . I was very impressed, however when the person showed up they told me the price would double because I had double hung windows. I was not happy with that, it was not the window washers fault he explained why and they was documentation to prove it. I decided to get them clean anyway and they did a great job. The window washer gets 5 stars the way they get bushiness they get 0 stars so for this post I gave them 3 stars. I will not use them again

I got their name from HomeAdvisor. I got a quote for $100, then when I scheduled the appt I got an invoice of $130 and when it came time to pay it was $160 - so that is why I only give 3 stars. BE SURE to ask for the final price since it keeps changing. Work was done professionally but I found the woman on the crew better than the 2 men. They didnot clean the screens but cleaned the front storm door which was nice.

We'd been having trouble finding a service for our four-floor building. Prime Time accommodated us and were very clear when providing the estimate that our many French panes (I wasn't sure how many there were) would cost extra. I was skeptical that a two-man crew could complete the work in a day, but they did. They were efficient, courteous and tidy, plus friendly to the dog, which saved a lot of time since we didn't have to move and confine her all day long.
