I just want to say how thankful and appreciative I am of this place. Especially Chris. He is amazing. My cellular shade needed repair and it was urgent since my house is up for sale and I have an offer on it. I went in and Chris looked at it. He didn't know if he could fix it right there and then, but he told me he would try. not even 2 hours later he calls me and tells me it's fixed. He did an exceptional job and it was very economical. Chris, I can't thank you enough. I definitely recommend Lovitt Blinds for any blind/shade repairs you may need.

The staff could not be nicer! We couldn’t make it to the store by 5 o’clock as we didn’t live close. Chris offered to let us come in at 9 on Saturday before he went out to work. Even though they put a notice on the blinds not to use scissors . . . My husband used them to get some cellophane off. DON’T use scissors! They were so wonderful to work with us a second time! They really go above and beyond!

This is second time I’ve used Lovitt (first time was in 2018). They are awesome...do a great job cleaning...I needed a quick turnaround (since we are on first floor of a condo it’s hard to be without any window coverings for a length of time). They were able to get a lot of drapes cleaned in only a few days. They pick up and redeliver. Noel is the person who takes them down and rehangs them. Very professional and such a nice guy. Always calls first to let me know when to expect him. Also person who booked the appointment (I think Ashley? was very nice and helpful...and they referred me to another contractor since I needed someone to rehang a rod that had come out of wall...just all around great service!!

Thank you for such amazing service! When I called, the individuals I spoke with were helpful and scheduled a home visit right away. I had two contractors look at my large blind that was stuck open and each said it could not be repaired. Chris fixed it in just a few minutes for a reasonable charge for an in home repair (less than what was quoted). It works smoothly again. Chris was professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, if you need any blind or shade, cleaned or repaired this is the place! Last year I requested my silhouettes be taken down, brought to their location, cleaned, and then re-delivered and reinstalled. I was so very pleased. I couldn’t believe I had waited so long to have them cleaned. Last month my extra-wide silhouette covering three patio doors no longer remained in the raised position. I called Ashley again, she scheduled Chris to evaluate the problem and repair it if possible. Chris was extremely accommodating. I was aware my silhouettes had been discontinued. Chris was bringing an after market clutch. The new clutch did not fit but Chris was able to disassemble both, replace the broken parts from the old clutch, with a new part from the new clutch. Ask for Chris if you have a unique repair. He went over and above. Highly Recommend!

I had a problem with one of my window blinds that I just could not figure out after researching solutions to the system. I took the blind to Lovitt fully expecting to be without my blind for some time while it was being repaired. Chris waited on me and after reviewing the stuck cord, recognized the trouble right away, and with surgical precision, and a special tool, alleviated the problem. Chris said when the fix is relatively simple, Lovitt likes to assist their customers so they are not without their blinds for any length of time. Several things were very impressive about the service from Lovitt Blinds & Drapery. The person making the appointment was courteous and knowledgeable. Then the individual who actually came to take the blinds was amazingly efficient, friendly and also knowledgeable. He also bought paper blinds, which I had requested, but did not expect anyone would remember. When he installed the cleaned blinds, I was shocked at how thorough they were cleaned. If you want a great experience with little or no pressure, please contact Lovitt Blinds & Drapery. I wanted to change my window decor and needed a little help so I contacted Lovitt who send out someone who answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a great quote. They also did NOT try to pressure me into signing anything. I received my quote by email and decided to accept it. I did contact another "blind" company, who was unprepared and quite pushy. Lovitt measured, ordered and installed my blinds in no time and I am totally pleased with the final outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing a professional and wanting a fair price with no pressure.

My blinds were original with my home and I’ve lived here for over 7 years. They are large honeycomb blinds and heavy so the pull strings got a lot of wear and tear. Eventually three of my blinds broke around the same time. I selected Lovitt because I had heard of them and thought they would be reasonably priced. And they were! They picked up my blinds clean them fixed them and brought them back and installed them. No muss no fuss. They look great and I can use them again! The installer was extremely pleasant and competent. Lovitt Blinds took care of a job that I couldn't find any other company to do. I needed hardware on existing roman shades replaced or repaired. I did not want to fully replace the shades like every other company I contacted suggested. Lovitt sent a team out to my home to remove the blinds, worked on them in their mobile repair center, and rehung them in under two hours time. Lovitt Blinds did a great job dealing with two unique and complicated roman shade problems. We had one shade that stopped going up or down. The other had a broken pull cord. Both were handled with care and fixed! My only issue was not being able to get the luminette head rail cords cleaned The turn around time was only a few days and my three blinds were wrapped in plastic to protect them and ready for a safe transportation home. Dear Ashley You are truly an amazing Customer Service Manager person! I am so pleased that I found Lovitt Blinds as I was once again, this time on YouTube, looking for some way to get our blinds to work. I found help from Downers Grove, IL but not in this large east coast metro area where I live. All I had learned was that Hunter-Douglas does not repair any blinds that are not under warranty and that it would only apply to the original buyer. And that blinds manufactured in 2014 would have motors too old to repair in 2018! Total stone wall! But our 2 of the 5 motorized blinds that are next to each other were not working properly. Since the blinds also are of custom color it would have cost several thousand dollars to replace all even without remote control. But thanks to you, Ashley and Lovitt Blinds & Drapery, all our blinds are now working properly! I had Lovitt Blinds clean my living room drapes, and two large heavy cornices. They did a great job, the drapes look great. When they came to deliver and hang my drapes, a bracket on my rather old drapery hardware broke, just from wear and tear over the years. I thought , Oh no, now what? Well, Lovitt Blinds went above and beyond, and ordered the part I needed, and made a second trip back out to my house and to hang the drapes, once they had the part needed, at NO extra cost!!
