My wife and I purchased our first home about twenty years ago. When we moved in, we needed new windows and we chose Eurotech based on a friend's recommendation. He had made it clear that Eurotech did amazing work, that their products were amazing and the prices and warranty were second to none. Turns out, he was right. It's been almost 20 years of having Eurotech windows and they are fantastic. However, over time, two of the windows developed a seal leak and over a period of a year and a half developed gunk in between the panes. I got in touch with Shelly at Eurotech and she quickly put in an order for replacement windows... within a few weeks, the windows were in and Art and Niko, the technicians from Eurotech, got the panes in efficiently and professionally. Shelly was amazing in getting these replacements ordered for us and was phenomenal to work with - she made sure to answer any questions and ensured that the entire process was quick and easy, which it was. Art and Niko, likewise, did an amazing job and even changed out two screens that had holes in them. Honestly, if I could go back in time and do this again, I'd STILL go with Eurotech. They are a phenomenal company and the employee interactions I've had have been nothing short of awesome. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

I have had euro tech windows for 15 plus years, this company is fantastic, best money i ever spent. My home looks so picture perfect with the etched glass windows we purchased, not to mention the increase in home value. We have had a few leaks in the gas between the glass panels over the years, two torn screens, and recently one patio door gas leak, not bad for fifteen years. As the lifetime warranty states all replacements were installed in a few weeks after calling for service. Very friendly contact people, and the installer Nick was absolutely fabulous. He was out the other day to replace our patio door, the new door had a scratch on the frame, he said no worries we will get another out to you as soon as possible. he put the scratched door in anyway, because the problem was with the glass on the old one, and said ill be back in a few weeks with a new door. This place really stands behind there product. Nick also noticed our patio door screen wasn't opening smoothly as it should while installing the new door and adjusted it while he was here, he also took the time to give a visual check of other windows to see if they needed attention. Euro-tech did our windows and siding. Overall we are satisfied with the quality of the work and the quality of the products we received. Our house really does look great. The Eurotech workers were careful to make sure we didn't end up with any nails in our tires--which we didn't. They were also pretty flexible modifying some of the jobs to our liking. All of the edges are clean and sharp. Everything came together really nicely. The laborers were professional, kind and accommodating. I have no doubts in the weatherproofing and the competence of the installers. However some of the disappointments were in the fact that we found the foam insulation smeared on the glass of one of our new windows, drips of paint from a post they were gracious enough to paint yet dripped onto our new siding, and they caulked some of our older windows, which used to open, shut. We paid a lot for the products and services and would have appreciated a little more attention to detail. Finally, we have no idea where our house address numbers ended up.

You can tell they make a great product because they have a 3 HOUR sales pitch. Scheduled a consultation at 2 on a Friday, they didn't leave my house until almost 6 pm. My husband and I are very polite people and would never tell someone to leave my house but I NEVER expected it to take that long. What if we had plans?! Again they take great pride in their product and I appreciate that but it felt very much like they weren't going to leave until we signed. They came in WAY over our budget and we politely told them we couldn't afford that, to which the man pulled out his phone and called his boss right in front of us to tell him why we couldn't sign. Then they came back 5 grand lower and we still weren't sure about it. Then they started talking about financing and took all our information. Thankfully we weren't approved right away and they said they would have to call it in on Monday to the rest of the banks they work with. Good thing they have a 3 day grace period to cancel so my husband called to cancel. I would love to have their beautiful windows in my home but I did not appreciate how aggressive they were.

2nd time using Eurotech, first time was basement windows and now they did the front half of my home. overall good work, communication from office could be better. one problem i have is one of the new windows has a large crack on it was like that the day of install; it has been just shy of three months - no replacement, no warranty paperwork received, no answer from their office. will update review if this is resolved *update* 5-26 broken window replaced, still did not receive warranty paperwork; *second update, warranty received*

Professional and the windows are wonderful! The tollway noise near my home is now at a minimum and the ease of locking and cleaning the windows is great. The installation crew worked straight through the day with only a 20 minute break for lunch and got all 12 of my windows installed in one day. Their prices are very competitive. We had Euro-Tech install windows yesterday and couldn't be happier with our experience. We had 2 of their installation professionals arrive on time. They were extremely professional and had positive personalities; we felt extremely comfortable talking with them as they worked. They removed both of our old, outdated box bay windows and installed the new split bay windows with ease. They layed sheets down on our wood floors to prevent damange and additional messes in the house as they worked. After the windows were installed they thoroughly cleaned up both inside and out. It only took about 4 hours from the time they arrived until they left. We absolutely love the windows already. They really changed the look of our living,for the better. I can feel the difference of efficiency of these windows compared to our outdated ones. Prior to these new windows, I could feel the cold air radiating from our old ones; this is no longer the case with the newly installed windows. I look forward to seeing the cost saved on our energy bills. I was extremely impressed when Dave stopped by today to check on the installation. He wanted to ensure everything went smoothly and we were happy with the product thus far. It really shows their how important customer service and satisfaction is to them. Adam was my salesman and Kurt is the project supervisor. They worked with me on my schedule and assisted me throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable of any options you may have available even if not with them. My home is 90 years old. I had a door, two storm doors, and 26 windows replaced. The doors are gorgeous and so are the windows so far. We are about half way through the completion of the windows. There is already an incredible difference in the lack of drafts, even in unfinished windows. I look forward to possible future business with this company for other projects not yet done.

It all started with the phenomenal sales man... the installation was quick... the installation time given was 6-8 hours... they were here maybe 6. Then we had a small crack in the window and the gentleman Niko F. Replaced the window was very helpful and made sure that he stayed in contact with us regarding if he would be early or late. Our first windows work, but the colors are wrong, the people never checked on their work afterwards, and it has been 4 years! Euro-Tech did the a set of windows a little over a year ago and has checked back by phone, and now in person! Our guy Kurt, is pretty awesome! I fully recommend their services.

We are so pleased with the installation of our new bay window! After needing to reschedule Tuesday to inclement weather, we had a visit from Kurt that evening to see how things had gone. We explained about the delay and that we had rescheduled for Saturday. Adam called Friday night to be sure that we were squared away for the next morning. I explained that no one would be there until 10:30 as we had to work. When we arrived home, Adam and his team were there and had begun preparations for the installation. Adam made it a point to explain how things were being assembled and important information regarding the finishing of the trim. They were quick and thorough and left NO MESS! None! Adam was very personable and respectful. Also, very proud of his team and their skills and experience. It was obvious that they had great mutual respect. Kurt stopped in during the installation to check on the progress and to be sure that we were satisfied with the project. Also wanted to be sure that we followed up regarding the upcoming installation of our 2 doors. Again, the respect with which these gentlemen treated each other was very refreshing. The installation was finished by 1:30 and Adam made it a point to give us his number and to assure us that we should call with any concerns or questions and if anything needed to be adjusted or attended to, he would come out promptly to see to it. I know this is a lengthy review, but having dealt with so many shady or sub par contractors, I am thrilled with Euro-tech and their wonderful staff! I had a great experience with everyone employed with Euro-Tech and all work done by Euro-Tech. My salesperson was great (even bought my family of 6 dinner, delivered, because the estimating process went late). The installers, Adam and his crew, were beyond excellent in their care and professionalism. We had some problems with some of the windows that came from the manufacturer whom Euro-Tech uses. Euro-Tech was so upset with some of the problems that they called the manufacturer and made their quality control person drive 4 hours on that day in order to come to my house and see the problems and recommend a remedy. Kurt from Euro-Tech who does their quality control and customer satisfaction came to my house about 4 separate times to make sure I was satisfied, even though he was moving out of and into a new house himself. We had problems with the manufacturer, but Euro-Tech stayed on them until all was resolved. Well Done!

Euro-tech offers glass block window installation..Not easy to find a company that does anymore it seems. Received multiple quotes from siding and window companies. Adam at Euro-tech gave us the most fair price quote out of all. After signing the paperwork to allow Euro-tech to do the work there was some delay because of other projects the installers had to finish and cold weather also delayed progress. During that time Adam called to give me updates on when I could expect installers to start. I understood the delays and appreciate Adam calling or texting with updates. I didn't need to reach out as much. Mike and Jerry were the installers and did a great job. I was at work for some of the days the work was being performed and even Mike, the installer was kind enough to send pictures and updates to my phone of the progress even though I didn't request it. That was excellent! Quality product and quality installation! My purchase was for glass block windows and siding.

We had a 30 year old Patio door and ordered a patio door from Eurotech Inc, all from thebeginning everything went very smooth. They came out to take the measurements on time, and door is installed at the promised time. Door quality is unbeleiveble compared to those at local hardware stores. Installers even took the extra steps to remove all rotten wood pieces arond the door that was not part of the job and replaced them. To my amazement they had every single item they needed in thier truck. I have other work done by other companies in the past and they made 3-4 trips to the local hardware store. After the installation is done they sent another person to check the quality of the installation. If there was 7 starts they would get all 7. We had someone come out for an estimate for a leak in our bow window area. At first, we were told we'd have to replace the entire roof. Then we were told we could extend our gutters out and then finally we were told that replacing our bow window into a more flattened window would solve the problem. We were respectful and listened to the gentleman give his entire presentation. When we told him that we would need to discuss it further and get back to him at a later date, his entire demeanor changed immediately as if he was put off that we wouldn't commit to making a decision right then and there. After telling him that we didn't want to be put on the spot of making a decision right away, he continued to pressure us and ask loaded questions. It was not a good look at all and made the situation rather awkward and uncomfortable. I understand you're trying to make a sale, but as we told the gentleman you were the first we consulted about this. We need to explore our options and do what we think is best, especially if you're asking us to spend several thousand dollars. I was told when I made the appointment that the estimate would be free and with no obligation. Well, you got the free part right. The no obligation part needs some work. We don't respond well to being pressured into a making a decision on the spot. The only reason we're not giving a lower rating is because we didn't actually use your service. Thanks for your time.

I got quotes from 3 companies before going with Euro-Tech. Not only did their product seem the most advanced, their salesman took the time to explain and compare the wide range of replacement windows available. He had samples of various available window frames and an entire Euro-Tech window assembly. He answered every question I asked, and I had many. So many, in fact, that he was with me for more than 4 hours, and never showed even a hint of impatience. I ordered 4 windows. The gentlemen who installed the windows were professional, worked quickly but efficiently and were very courteous. Because I was so curious as to the actual process, I watched them during every step of the process. Although I tried to stay out of their way, I'm sure my presence was an annoyance but neither of them so much as hinted at this fact. The older of the two men, obviously the "boss", because he did all the finishing and trim work, couldn't have been more meticulous. When an unexpected problem arose, he was forced to rebuild an entire window box before installing the window. Even though this is included as part of the contract, my situation was extreme and it took quite a while to correct. Also, they did a wonderful clean-up job afterwards, including vacuuming my rug. Finally, before and after the window installation, I needed to talk several times with someone in the parent company about various issues. I was referred to Tony Navigato, their "problem solving guru". Once again, I had dealings with an individual who was courteous and polite. More to the point, he made it his business to go beyond what would have been necessary to satisfy me - he "bent over backwards" to make me more than happy. For all these reasons, I would return to this company for any future work I may need to have done in my home.

Did a quick 7 hour job, good quality, but unfortunately difficult to try to explain to workers to CLEAN the sills and trim so the caulking sticks... Which they didn't (second time this has happened). Also redid a window they FORGOT to back with wood previously, so if they make a mistake they will fix it! (BUT... YOU have to be the one to catch it because their quality control people tend to miss a lot of things) So, all in all a good job and team as long as they have a foreman.

I recently had a complete roof project performed by this company. The first of it consisted of my roof being completely torn off and replaced with new. The second half will consist of installing facias, soffits and gutters. The management team of Jennifer and George were definitely on top of each aspect of my project and kept me informed of their processes along the way. While my windows turned out fine and the contractors did a decent job.....I want to warn anyone who is financing the cost of the work. DO NOT let them take a loan from enerbank. They have terrible customer service and wont let you make additional payments towards principal! They take out interest regardless even when asking to make additional payment directly to principal loan. The customer service is very poor, they are rude and it makes me almost wish went with a different contractor. They have a terrible BBB rating. I hope that euro-tech sees this and stops working with enerbank for financing. I would highly suggest finding a better babk.

The Shingles replacement crew was fantastic for our massive French Colonial Mansard roof house in Janesville Wisconsin. After the first hour I knew my best plan was to stay out of their way and watch them do great work. Bad shingles were still coming off when new shingles were going on so the underlayment was not exposed to elements for more than an hour or so. The Gutters, Soffits, and Fascia Crew--Adam, Petre, and Tony were OUTSTANDING! I have never seen this level of attention to detail and concern for getting it done right the first time. The challenge to our project was the style--Mansard Architecture-- but also the fact that this was essentially a FULL REPLACEMENT of faulty previous work done on the cheap. Thanks to the professional crews of Euro-Tech, my frustration with my house is over. Euro-Tech management did a good job scoping project and adapted and overcame with post-award negotiations to get the end result we needed. thanks to Jen and Euro-Tech Leadership for understanding our need was greater than the cost of the project.

I just wanted to share my opinion about Euro-tech because I have been noticing some bad reviews about the canvassing department and Euro-Tech's products and services. I worked at Euro-Tech every summer when I came home from college. I always recommend people to apply there if they are looking for a job because it is a great place to work at for all ages. From my time there I have work with other college students, ex-military and even some retired folks. I read some reviews about canvassers pounding on doors. I'm sure that it just sounds more aggressive than they are intending it to. Coming from someone who has worked there for several summers there is nothing more awkward than someone not hearing your knock. I have had too many times to count where I scared a homeowner because they didn't hear me knock and walked out their door. Euro-Tech offers quality products and has good customer service. I will continue and always recommend them to family, friends and clients for all of there exterior home improvement needs.

Problem has been resolved Sept Update. Eurotech came out again today they were 2 hours late AND they had the wrong size glass. Again! They need a no star rating. As we are getting close to our one year anniversary of poor customer service with them. IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS POST I am sorry your employees lied to you. Your salesman stated it WAS a Eurotech installed window and they would wave reinstallation fee if I purchased your 3000$ roof insulation. And I fell for it My error. It is now September. We have contacted you 3 times. Window is still broken I no longer trust you will fix window correctly. Calling lawyer and new window contractor on Tuesday.!!!!! Still waiting for them to come back and finish the job they started in January. Guy broke window trying to remove then realized he had wrong size replacement.it is now the middle of June I spent winter with broken window. sales rep called last month trying to sell me something else....how hard am I laughing. I I'll be filing complaint with BBB.
