Really awesome experience. They sourced a windshield for my brand new car super quick (was amazed there were any in the US already), and replaced it and recalibrated the camera system within 2 hours then stayed a few minutes late to ensure I was able to pick up that day. Mike and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made room in their schedule to fix my window on a cold day in January within hours of when I called. He worked on my car himself, brought me into the shop and showed me the issue. He explained exactly how to repair it myself or offered to fix it when I buy the parts. Then he gave a temporary fix so I wouldn't freeze! They've done work for me in the past, and it's always fast, professional, friendly and reliable. Old school, Vermont neighborly service. Great work! Will recommend every chance I get.

My insurance company uses Safelite to conducted covered windshield replacements. My windshield was cracked on my Tesla and I was very happy with the entire experience at the Safelite business in Williston VT. The personnel kept me informed about when to expect the windshield to be delivered. They were very courteous when I arrived, very careful about COVID precautions, and the service reps were terrific.

Great experience! They were able to fit me in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my windshield was replaced very quickly. This location went above and beyond my expectations by washing all my exterior Windows, vacuuming my floors, and providing adhesive strips to reinstall my E-ZPass. I would highly recommend them.

The place can do the work and really well too. Just make sure you request their most skilled workers for the job at hand. I have one experience of a blotched windshield replacement in the past and that cooled me off a bit. Recently I needed to do it again and these guys are affiliated with my insurance so when I went there I told them about my bad feeling associated with a previous job. They were very apologetic and made sure the work would be performed by their best artisans and it was impeccable.

I recieved excellent service, very timely and they even offered a discount to remain competitive. They got me in and out in an hour and a half the morning after I called them (booked sooner and half the time to complete the work). They offer a great service by traveling to where you are located. I couldn't get away from work so they came to my office and replaced my windshield in the parking lot. They even cleaned the rest of my windows and vacuumed the floor mats and carpet in my truck! Great service - would recommend to anyone.

The process was quick and easy, and the service technician came to our campground at the scheduled time and performed expert service. The windshield on my Acura MDX needed replacement due to a large stone impact. Safelite's techs had a hard time with the safety camera system behind the windshield, and it took a few trips back to Safelite and the Acura dealership to get everything ironed out. The techs and management staff at Safelite were helpful and proactive, and worked with Acura's staff to get the problem fixed at no additional cost to me. I appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. When the experience turned into more than a simple glass replacement, their commitment to customer service was front and center.

Upon walking in, they apologized for running 15 minutes behind schedule. An apology is always a good thing. It took an hour anyhow, and I had coffee and used their free WiFi for a Netflix special. There's no music nor TV, a good thing, no Oprah blaring away. Car was vaccumed, all windows cleaned, nice guys minding the place.
