I recently had windows installed on my porch by Acme Glass and I’m so happy I did! It was an update my old house badly needed, and they did such a wonderful job making my porch feel like a brand new room in the best way. The customer service and checking in after the windows had been installed was timely, professional and courteous, along with setting up a time to have workers come back and finish up a detail for me. I thought the entire experience of working with the company was very pleasant and I’m so happy with the end result!

We have a 34-year-old sliding glass door that no longer slid. A problem, not an emergency. I contacted Acme through their web site and received a reply by email the same day. They scheduled us two weeks out, which I consider fast. On the day scheduled, their technician arrived exactly on time, repaired the door quickly and completely, and conducted himself throughout with friendliness and professionalism -- as did everyone I dealt with at Acme, from scheduling the work to paying the very reasonable bill. This is the kind of model business you don't see every day!

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we needed solutions to keep our FoodScience Corp. employees safe. I contacted Acme Glass and talked with Matt McIntyre about our business needs. He was creative and responsive, and his communication was always thorough, clear, and timely. After Matt and I outlined the plan, Pete met with me onsite at both our Williston and Colchester locations, fully following our and their own safety procedures including masks and screening. He asked excellent questions to fully understand the solutions I was seeking, offered further creativity and problem solving, and took the measurements. Pete also completed the installations. It was very helpful to have the continuity of Matt and Pete throughout the project. They and all their teammates behind the scenes fabricating at Acme Glass exceeded my expectations. I am so impressed with Acme Glass and so grateful for the excellent, timely solutions and superb customer service they provided for our business.

Bryan, from Acme glass, was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and did stellar work! We had a problem with the work the excavator did (separate company) and Bryan went out of his way to help us get in contact with that company. Bryan did not have any part in the excavators work and was not affiliated with them, but still took his time to help us. If it wasn’t for Bryan, the problem with the excavator company would have never been fixed because the guy would not return our calls. Thank you Bryan for going above and beyond for us!

We had them replace a glass shower that wasn't installed correctly (by someone else). From quote to install Acme set clear expectations, gave us options, and were honest. During install they found an issue under the existing frame. They stopped, walked us through options, and re-scheduled once the base was fixed. They easily could have slapped the new surround up and we could have had water issues down the road. They are honest, knowledgeable, and very friendly!! The final result is beautiful too.

I can say without any equivocation or reservation that I am completely 100% satisfied with my choice of ACME Glass for my 2019 window and patio door replacement project. The windows and patio door were professionally installed by competent workers during a mutually convenient time that met my schedule. I had some extraordinary design and installation requests which the Acme team fully accommodated without any resistance. After installation, I have been very impressed with the performance of the windows and patio door during the recent windy storms. There is a vast difference between the drafty windows we had, and the tight new windows and door that ACME Glass supplied and installed. When planning my window and patio door replacement project, I was impressed with all three bidders I received quotes from, but the Acme quote was the lowest. I also liked that they were a very local business that were readily accessible for any questions I had. In summary, we are 100% satisfied with the work done by ACME Glass, and would recommend Matt McIntyre and his staff at ACME glass without reservation.

Professional Sales Staff, Professional Installers and an incredible product make for a completely happy customer. Acme replaced all 15 windows in our 55 year old home for thousands less than the "other guys". I recently worked with Matt McIntyre of Acme Glass to install several windows at a condominium property that I manage. There were several different units so of course, logistics are not easy. Acme Glass is a top notch company. Their team is professional, they set expectations before hand, and then more than exceeded our goals. Eric Stefaniak and his team just did a massive install on our "new" old house in Moretown. We've recently moved into the home full time and it was time to replace a dozen of our windows. Acme was able to use contiguous glass broadening our views all within budget. They saved a ton of our interior trim ultimately saving us cost and headache. We have a brand new door to our master bedroom balcony and they also installed a gorgeous glass shower in our upstairs master bathroom. These guys are one stop shopping when it comes to windows, doors, and glass shower enclosures. And best, they left our home spotless. Great communication throughout the process. More than reasonable on price, and very high quality finish work and windows. We look forward to enjoying our windows and doors for many years to come with a huge thank you to Acme! Reasonable prices and friendly service. My only complaint is the install guys for windows. They dropped an old window frame on me exterior light and ripped it off the building. I was promised a replacement would be installed before they left the job. Never happened. After speaking with job foreman on 2 separate occasions with 2 more broken promises, I gave up and replaced it on my own. Strongly suggest babysitting crew to make sure they do what they promised.

Great experience. Site visit & window replacement proposal was prompt and accommodated my specific pricing breakdown options for consideration. Lead time on ordering materials was reasonable and came in on time without error or damage. Scheduling for install upon arrival was less than one week and all windows (5) were removed and replaced including trim in one working day. The crew was very efficient, professional and courteous and left our condo in great shape (no mess, no dust). Appreciated the dust enclosures and protection of furnishings & appliances. Matthew McIntyre was superb to work with and very accommodating. I priced the project with other local window supplier/installers and Acme Glass, hands down, provided the best value. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Been around for many years I still use them from time to time just seems like it takes longer for them to fix your product and get it out to you maybe they're short staff a lot of the jobs that I did in a lot of the glass that I brought to the job was from other homeowners there was a lot of them from Earl bombard 33 luck Street project I brought a screen and a storm window there last week to be repairing the woman said they take a couple days it's been longer I brought a lot of windows there in the last two years for we are replacing a lot of the windows and glass and screens repairs but acne glass is still number one in my book

Not only did they replace the glass, they also had a construction crew that was able to address and replace the rotten window casing. When I called, he apologized and had someone come that afternoon to fix it. Been perfect since. On the day of the repair, they had my two broken windows repaired in situ in less than 2 hours & returned with the repaired screens an hour later. I left a negative review but I'm changing my post because when Acme saw it they really stepped up to fix the problem. At first I had felt left high and dry but it turns out it was a communication issue with the GC in charge of the project. Acme eliminated the middle man and worked directly with me to come up with a solution and their communication was top notch after we smoothed things over. So I must change my rating and say these guys really came through in the end.

I was blown away by Acme. We've had a problem with one of our glass doors for years. Acme sent two techs out right away. They worked and worked at it (it was a challenging problem) until it was fully solved. And the charge was way under what I was expecting. Great customer service, scheduling, etc.
