Bill was called on a Monday, responded by Tuesday and had the gutters cleaned by Wednesday! He also added gutter guards to my Mom's home when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. I left Bill a voice message on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He immediately acknowledged receipt of my message, then called the next day to schedule a time that day (yes, Labor Day) for an appointment. Bill arrived promptly as scheduled and did an efficient, thorough and tidy job cleaning the gutters, also checking for damage while he was up there. I would definitely call him again.

On a 40-degree January day, I called A-1 and they came out the same day to clear all our gutters and make sure all gutters and downspouts were connected properly, cleared away the debris and pointed out some rot spots on soffit that we'll want to tend with in the spring. Very professional and prompt! Would definitely use again!
