Highly recommended! They replaced all of my windows, and put in a new sliding glass door. Mike walked through my options, showed me samples, and was very honest. Didn't feel pressured to sign at all, like many contractors try to do. They also came in with the best price. When installation came, everything went extremely smooth. John and Preston installed everything in a day and did a great job.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We had all our old, and single-pane windows (about 23) and doors (3) replaced at our house. We first met Mark, who came to our house; he thoroughly reviewed our windows and answered our questions without pushing us to sign anything. We met with the owner Jared before we decided to move forward. The communication with the office was excellent. The lead time was ultimately longer than initially planned (but this was expected given the state of the supply chain in 2022). The installation was fantastic. Lalo and his team came for about four days to our house and did an extraordinary job. Lalo explained everything we needed to know about the process to accommodate our working-from-home schedule and our two indoor cats. The resulting work is phenomenal, and the difference in the house is very noticeable between our old and new windows. Overall I would highly recommend Approved Contractor!

Working with Approved Contractor was great. They were very professional and after getting four different quotes they came in right in the center and seemed the most reasonable. Jared guarantees his work for four years. I had 6 windows and a sliding glass door. The foreman Lalo worked with one other person to get this all done in one day. Provided and installed beautiful windows and did an outstanding job painting our home's exterior with COOL LIFE. A few months prior to contracting with Approved Contractor, we had our paint done by another contractor, but the paint began peeling, cracking and chipping within a week of them (the other contractor) completing the job. Seeing the excellent job APPROVED CONTRACTOR had done on our windows, we immediately hired them again. This time to RE-PAINT our home with COOL LIFE. Again, they did an excellent job and their work is flawless. Their window and paint teams always arrived on time and with a positive attitude. Awesome experience. We had our house painted with the texture stucco treatment and had three very large windows replaced. Jared came to the house, took measurements and gave us our estimate. Would you believe the final bill was exactly as quoted? No hidden fees or add-ons. All work was done with care, and no mess was left behind. Our house looks amazing. We hired the team at Approved Contractor, Inc. for the installation of James Hardie Hardishingle in Brea, CA. They are one of just a few Elite installers of the product in Southern California. They also did some replacement of fascia while onsite. The team is terrific! Matt Loomis showed on time for the estimate and was detailed in the process. He followed up each inquiry and proactively provided their contractor's license, insurance, nearby references and certification documentation of their status with Jamie Hardie. We scheduled the project out and made a deposit. Pricing was competitive as we got four bids including one from another Elite installer. Come starting day and everyday on the job they showed up on time and ready for work. The crew and supervisor were friendly and communicated with us throughout the job. We are very happy with the finished project. The siding looks great!. They skipped no steps from removal of the old siding to adding new underlayment, water barrier and the siding itself. They broom cleaned each day and had a dumpster onsite and a portable restroom for their crew, especially with the pandemic underway. Their team wore masks while onsite and keep their distance when I was outside to look at the progress. Each time I have called their office, I get a live person on the phone and email is equally responded to. After the job, Kimberlee followed up to ensure our satisfaction and even sent some cookies to "sweeten the deal". Good company, professional work, responsive. Jared Green has a solid organization. We would hire them again and we will recommend them to others.

My wife and I are pleased to recommend Approved Contractors. We decided to take on a major project for our house. We started by looking at recommendations on Yelp and some other sites. We kept reading about Approved Contractors. We decided to give them a call. Mike Waters contacted me and set up a time to meet. We immediately felt comfortable working with Mike. He was punctual, was a straight shooter, and backed up everything he promised. We had a general idea of how much the project would cost and Mike was in our target range. We had new construction windows installed, Hardie cement siding, new stucco, and a texture coat finish. We love the windows and the guys that installed them were first class all the way. It’s amazing what new windows can do for a home! Most of our time, though, was dealing with Jesus and his crew. From demo to final clean up, he and his crew were on top of things. We were especially impressed with Jesus’ eye for detail. He went above and beyond a number of times. I’m not sure if Approved Contractors is the cheapest company but I can certainly say they are worth every penny! We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Very Happy with our window installation! Initially there was some miscommunication about what style windows would be ordered, so the owner personally came to our house to make sure the order/what we want was correct. The installation crew was led by Jose who was very professional and explained the process and answered all our questions. The crew was neat and clean and did a great job. Last step was stucco repair and the gentleman they sent was fantastic! He really did a great job. Overall very happy with this company/team and we will use them again in the future.

I recently had Approved Contractor Inc. replace some wood siding on the exterior of my residence. I hired them over other companies that bid on the project because of several factors. Sales Rep. Matt Loomis came out to look at the project and was on time, very professional, and friendly. He made me feel at ease discussing the work needed and offered up some great points. He spent a good deal of time answering all of my questions and was in no hurry to leave. Matt and I spoke several times after that and he was always eager to help. He was a great representative of Approved Contractor, and it was because of his presentation that I ultimately chose to go with them. They also gave me a very competitive bid on the project but it was Matt's work that sealed the deal. The work crew that replaced my wood siding with Hardie Board was also great to work with. They worked extremely hard and were polite and professional. They finished the project in a day and a half and It looked fantastic. I was very pleased with the final result. It was also a pleasure to work with the office staff. They kept me informed on when I could expect the work to be started. That was a nice surprise because I did not have to call the office once to get an update. I wholeheartedly recommend Approved Contractor Inc for whatever project you might have. I would definitely work with Jared and Approved Contractors for more services. I have a total of 27 windows and 2 sliding doors in my home. I did the work in 2 parts. After working with the first contractor, I found the experience less than pleasant. So for the second half of my window replacements, I checked other contractors and found the estimate by Jared for Approved Contractors to be much less then my first contractor, for the same windows. I never wondered about when the windows would be installed. Each appointment was made on time. The measurement was timely and efficient. The job was completed as promised. I love my new windows. My home stays cool and I am happy. I believe you will be happy with the work and the customer service.

I just want to thank Approved Contractor for a hassle free service from beginning to the end. Before choosing Approved Contractor, I had received several quotes for my window replacement project. As I found out it was going to be a long and tedious process. However, after speaking to Jared from Approved Contractors, he made us feel at ease answering all our questions with no pressure to purchase anything. We knew that the right choice was Approved Contractor. The whole process was super easy and quick. Once the Windows arrived it only took them 1 ½ days to replace 13 Windows on a two story home. That is impressive! Our windows were at least 30 years old, with that comes no noise reduction and very little protection against the cold winters and the hot summers. Once all windows were replaced, our home had a cozier feel due to the whole house having normal room temperature in every corner of the house and noise reduction was very noticeable. Overall getting the windows replaced was a great investment. We can feel the difference that these windows have made, as well as my family when they come to visit. Not only have these windows provided us comfort with the weather elements, you can tell these windows are built to last and are quality made. I also want to thank the window installers. Lalo the main Foreman was awesome, very detailed, knowledgeable, clean and a true professional. The project was finished fast with no delays or issues. I can honestly say this is the first time i have had five Star experience with any contractor i have hired. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the windows. Finding an honest, reliable contractor is super hard, one thing I can say with all honestly is Approved Contractor is that reliable and honest contractor you can use on you window replacement project. We could not be more pleased with the top quality work and personal service we received from Approved Contractor, Inc. Out project was to: 1. Replace the windows; 2. Reolace wood siding with Hardie Board; 3. Seal off kitchen door and remove the cement porch; 4. Paint house. Jared worked with us on ways to stay within our budget without lessening the quality of work. He is so concerned with the needs of his clients. The owner, Jared, is so hands on. He kept touch with us almost daily to see that all was going well. His Office Manager Jessica also kept in contact to let us know when materials would be arriving and the job started. She is great I cannot comment enough on the quality of work. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of work and techniques used. The men who actually did the work were always on time and cleaned up the work site every day at the end of the day. That is an absolute plus youndo not always get The guys wanted to be sure we were happy with the work, which of course we were. Our 67 year old house now looks brand new. We are thrilled with the results So many neighbors stopped to comment on the project. I highly recommend Approved Contractor to anyone.

We had a tough project -installation of a large sliding glass door that required tear out of a wall. Most other contractors told us the size door we wanted would not work because of the header and the design of the garage wall. Approved Contractor figured it out and stuck with it until we had a great sliding door installed. When the install crew was not performing as expected with regard to time, the managers took care of that issue. We were under a huge time deadline so they sent several extra crew to help get the job done. And the price was over $1000 less than the other quote provided by another contractor.

The company is generally very good. The product quality is excellent and I particularly like the insulation of double paned windows. The installation was done by a staff that was punctual, courteous and professional. There are only a couple of issues that were not 100% but, one of them has been resolved. I know that the company is busy but a response to some of my questions could have been done faster. I do appreciate that the company sent an unsolicited parcel of cookies. I would recommend this company but be certain that all administrative preliminaries are completed before the work begins.

There are couple tiny things could have done better and we didn’t see them on the final walkthrough. Overall they have done a great job on my house. Very happy that we went with Approved Contractor for our first major home project. We got quotes from several other companies and none were nearly as helpful or professional. Our windows were installed quickly and they look fantastic. Our one issue was that wood frame edges around the windows weren't fully sanded down for painting after installation. Despite this, we plan on using Approved Contractor for future projects. Thanks!
