I must say that Window Nation did a great job in replacing and installing new windows in my house. Thanks to their wonderful team that took care of my project professionally from sales to measurement tech to installation. The installers did a great job considering the old windows in my house. I believe they offered me a good price as compared to their competitors. Overall I am happy that Window Nation replaced and installed new windows in my house! Thank you Window Nation for keeping me and my family warm and safe during the winter!! Updated: They promised to give discounts for current students and recent graduates, but I never received my gift card even after multiple emails and calls.

Everything went very well. The two young men who did the work showed up on time in the morning, and work consistently until the work was done late in the afternoon. They worked under unexpected difficult circumstances - a severe rain storm - but managed to replace the 14 windows perfectly. I am especially impressed with the way that the windows are perfectly caulked all-around, both inside and outside where necessary. The windows are beautiful, and add so much to the look of my old house both inside and outside. Also, the windows and screens work perfectly. I have already noticed that my house has been somewhat cooler this summer, and I am sure that it will be noticeably warmer this winter. I might also add that the salesperson that visited my house was very gracious when explaining the product - he brought a window along to show me - the cost of the product, and the schedule for installation. I was very surprised with the installation process. I have read a lot of bad reviews on window nation and I’m not sure why. The only thing I can guess is that it all falls on the installers. The individuals who installed the windows were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you window nation, and the installers for a job well done. I would also like to note that our windows were completed a month early from the factory and 21 windows were installed in less than six hours. I also know we got great value because we did our homework and received five quotes and offers. window nation came in well under all other competitors offers and they were transparent from the beginning. I am very happy with the results!

We had 32 windows replaced. The overall customer experience was outstanding. The sales process was professionally handled and follow up calls to discuss installation dates were responded to in a prompt manner. Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work by the installation team. They said they would arrive at 7 am, and they arrived at 7 am exactly. They completed the job in a day. In terms of product quality, so far-so good. Nothing to complain about. The drafts that we had from our old windows is gone, and the house is alot quieter. Overall, very satisfied with the end to end experience that Window Nation provided.

This was the first contractor to get in touch after a request for estimates. Joe came to my home on time for an estimate, sales pitch and presentation. His work was excellent and efficient. He was mindful of our time, kind to our family needs while on the house, and fully explained the full procedure without a hard pitch. While we hadn’t expected to purchase a bid on the day, but his easy manner, level of presentation and comparison and his willingness to work with us on price convinced us. I was most impressed with the installation process. Two workers spent the entire day, from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM to complete my window installation and I don't think I saw them take one break. They worked very hard, were extremely professional, and installed 18 windows in a 150 year old house in one day. They cleaned up and it was if they were never there. Amazing work! The windows are great quality and although not the least expensive on the market, they certainly weren't the highest. The quality of these windows is stellar!

We met with Scott Oliver in late September. He completely understood that we were in the quote phase and did not pressure us at all. He was very informative and provided detailed information on the products as well as the services they provided. We decided to go with this company based in his explanations and surprisingly his ability keeping within the budget without having been told what it was. His estimate on installation was 16 weeks, the longest, but hoped more like 12 weeks. The communication was absolutely amazing! Emails started arriving within days and people were scheduled to confirm measurement within a week of us deciding. Received weekly emails keeping us updated on the status of our order setting our expectations at early November for them to be received. Last Thursday received a call advising that our order had been delivered with the next available installation date was Tuesday October 25th. We were speechless with the turn around (34 days) and are extremely grateful this project could be completed so quickly!! The installation team was AMAZING! They were here on time and busted their butts installing and cleaning after themselves as they went. I can't commend these gentlemen enough!! All we had to do was move some furniture and hang the curtains- these guys left no trace of their presence behind! Start to finish Window Nation has EARNED a score of A++ on this one!

The crew worked quickly and efficiently and they were meticulous when cleaning up. They did an excellent job and were done ahead of schedule. I worked with agent Charles Glaser who was highly professional and thorough in his explanation about the service of replacing four windows. I can only attest to my decision to contract with this company. I do not expect to have these windows installed before 8 weeks so I can’t speak to how the final product will look. However , staff who made the original appointment have been very professional and have already scheduled a date to do exact measurements. I fully expect the service to be completed as promised.

Appointment with sales consultant to select and price out replacement windows for our home. From the one hour virtual consultation, to the final measure, and the installation, Window Nation was responsive and professional. Communication and transparency were big with them and that is something I appreciate. The windows were done early than expected and I was able to schedule the install dinner than later. The team was here right at 8am as stated and completed 14 widows by 5pm. These guys hustled!! The windows look great and there was absolutely no mess left behind. In November I started looking for replacement windows. I had 3 companies come and offer quotes. I chose Window Nation. Their rep Sam who came to my home was an excellent spokesperson for Window Nation. I signed a contract and shortly a person came to measure my windows. My installation date was the day after a major snow storm. So I rescheduled. No problem. When they came the windows and door were installed within the day. A couple of days after they left I noticed that my AC would not fit in the newly installed window. A phone call, a service date and now all is well. very happy with this company. Thank you!

Buyer Beware! Window Nation is a con of a business. They should be disgusted with themselves. The buy one get one free deal is a complete scam. The salesman made it seem like if we didn’t sign that day we would lose our deal. No deal here, wish I had done more research. We paid 15,229k for 13 windows. After doing further research, we should have paid half of that, if the buy one get one free offer is true. Window Nation is deceitful in their sales technique. I really dislike the feeling of wheel and deal for windows like car dealership and that’s exactly what the process we experienced is. Window Nation should be honest and provide upfront costs if they truly stand behind their products. We were completely mislead, the sales person was polite and did his presentation but feel ripoff on the cost. We were extremely disappointed about the price. Beside that everything else was okay from the beginning to the end. For the service they deserve five stars. But for this reason I’m giving them three stars.

Really exceeded our expectations, he had samples of windows with him and showed us different styles and it was so helpful to see actual windows. It was really great to learn about all the differences in the windows offered and feel confident in the windows we chose. Window quality and workmanship seem impressive but I was not prepared for the financial commitment at the time so my project is on hold at this time. I will reconsider them when the time is right. Great introduction to the company, had Leah Wheeler come to explain the windows, the company, and list us a price. She arrived exactly on time, was professional in her greeting, wore a mask and shoe coverings when entering the home, and accommodating in where to set up her equipment. She gave us a very in depth review of the company in a simple way that me and my grandmother could understand, we learned a lot about windows we didn't know yet, and by the end of the consultation we had a fantastic idea of the company, the price, and the value we would be receiving. Definitely recommend at least having a consult, even if you don't go with the company you learn enough to move forward with your decision comfortably.

He explained everything really well, helping us to understand the process and everything that was included. We have only done the estimate portion of this process so we don't know how the rest of it will go. But, we look forward to be windows and saving money on our heating bill this winter.

I was initially skeptical about the pricing for the whole home window replacement. I did my due diligence and compared different window providers and settled on Window Nation but let me tell you!!! Matt pulled into my driveway and after the consultation calmed all my fears and doubts about the process. He was professional, organized and very knowledgeable. Window Nation was excellent. Presented us with our options. Arrived as scheduled. They were efficient in the installation of our windows. I do wish they had done a walk through at the end of installation though. We discovered a missing lock on 1 window. I called it in and the installer had already called it in. Excellent, but he probably should have let us know when he had found it. They have already contacted us to install the missing lock (its 1 of 2 on that window, so no safety concerns). All in all they were great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows for their home.

Crew showed up at my house before their quoted time frame of 8 to 10 AM. They installed all 13 windows in my house and were done by 3:30 PM. They did a WONDERFUL job. The windows look absolutely spectacular and has really helped greatly with the climate within the house (the old windows made cooling my house impossible on the hottest summer days). It’s been almost 3 years since we’ve had our windows installed. We are located in Maryland and used that service but for some reason my review is auto populating for Boston. I do love the ease of cleaning of them; however, two major notes I have is in regards to these points listed on their site: 1) Argon Gas: Minimizes the amount of heat transfer between your windowpanes 2) Energy Efficient: Windows are Energy Star Certified I have not seen any decrease in our energy bills. I also do not believe the triple pane windows we have are performing as well as what was detailed to us during our in house sales pitch. The sales rep set up a heat lamp against one of the windows he brought and we could not feel the heat from the window, which really impressed us and was our main reason for going forward with window nation. Let me just explain that we 100% absolutely DO feel the cold from outside if our hand is 10 inches or so away from the window. At this point, it is what it is but wanted to provide others insight to how these perform vs what is said during the sales pitch. If I rated these windows from 1-10 (1 being awful, 10 great) I’d give it a 5.5. They’re mediocre. Not as energy efficient as I expected.
