The designer Michael Jamie was so very wonderful and pleasant. She was so patience with me . Showed all the options and also send me the samples. She was so professional that arranged a video conversation so my daughter can join and see and understand the process and the pictures. Many times I had to change the appointments and at one point Michelle was able to help do to holidays, I could not reach the installer. William Hernandez installed the shades He was a great worker. Bought a home a few years ago that didn’t have blinds. I finally got around to getting something, but had no idea where to start. I googled company’s close to me and Stoneside came up. I was contacted quickly over the phone and a sales appointment set up within days. My rep was informative and easy to work with. No pressure with the selection. The installation happened about a month later and took less than 2 hours for 8 windows. The tech cleaned up and did a great job. Everything was exactly as expected, they kept in close contact with me throughout the process and quality was high. I didn’t really shop around so no idea how they compare on price, but I felt like it was fair and the service and quality were on point.

While there was a small hickup with the tension on some of them, he quickly addressed the problem, called his supervisor to get advice on the installation, and solved the problem in just a few hours. Our shades are working great and they look beautiful. Also want to give a shout out to the design team, in particular Michelle, who spent many hours with us as we narrowed down our selection and selected the perfect solution for our windows. Overall, great experience, and we love our roller shades.

During the consultation I nearly backed out, she made no attempt to pressure sell whatsoever, she even referred me to other stores that would widen my selection to complete my project. I had an incredible experience with Stoneside. My designer Abby Slotnick is amazing and immediately had lots of design ideas that fit right with my style and what I was looking for. A day later I received samples in the mail from her and before I knew it the order was placed and measurements were taken. Though part of my order was backordered and took some time to come in, Abby and the rest of the staff at Stoneside kept me updated along the way. The blinds went in last week and the installation was easy and quick and best of all the blinds look amazing- it is exactly what I wanted! Thanks to Abby and the whole team at Stoneside, this daunting project was seamless and easy and the quality is top notch. Well worth the money to use them! Would definitely use them again.

We had a fabulous experience with our window treatments by Stoneside. They were very easy to communicate with-- from scheduling the free consultation, making decisions about what was appropriate for our space with Dana, to working with Tommy to measure and install the shades. The shades even came earlier than anticipated! Dana Bradshaw was so helpful as she took her time explaining our options and really listened to what we needed. She never pressured us and we really appreciated her eye. Tommy Vatcher was great to work with. He arrived early, was very respectful of the space, and followed covid protocols. Our AC is broken, so he had to work in hot, uncomfortable conditions but he never complained and was incredibly professional. He vacuumed the areas he worked in so our house was cleaner after he left! Would definitely work with this company again for future window treatments. 10/10.

It's as easy as making a phone call, scheduling a meeting with a blinds consultant (they will meet with you for as long as it takes to make a choice), and just getting the blinds installed. Dana at Stoneside and the installer were absolutely amazing. Every step of the process was quick and painless. Dana has a great eye and was able to help us find the best fit for each room including my husband's office which was tricky because it had a lot of light exposure but great views. We needed to figure out something so we could block out light when needed but able to tuck away when wanting unobstructed views of the downtown Boston, Tobin Bridge, Navy yard and etc. The installer was meticulous and even fixed the pulls in our kid's room that another company did because what they used was not child proof. I have to say I worked with a ton of vendors during this home remodel and these guys were definitely at the top. Highly recommend using them.

Our son Sam completed his doctorate in piano at Peabody and moved to Quincy, MA to continue his career as a concert pianist, arranger, and recording artist. I made it to the airport early! The shades were supposed to take 3 weeks, but came in early. We were delighted. Gary called us right away to schedule an install for the following week. Stoneside Blind exceeded my expectations! I first made contact with Stoneside Blinds in Marlborough MA in November, 2014. I was new to the area and was contacting them based only from online reviews. From the first contact to the last this has been the most wonderful and professional experience! I could not be happier with the communication and the product. I had also contacted and worked with designers from two other companies, Stoneside was my third consult and Abby the designer was a breath of fresh air, after the hard sale tactics and horrible appointments I had endured days previously. She called me prior to arriving and waited for my return home! She walked in and asked my top concerns first and respected that budget was one of those concerns! She also understood our home and did not want to just make a sale to increase her profit, (loads of woodwork we do not want to cover but compliment). Best of all unlike the previous companies, Abby from Stoneside Blinds had technology with her, that she was able to contact her installer with question about an unique window situation and give me a tentative quote before she left. I called her with a question after 5:00pm that day and she returned my call! By that evening I had a firm quote by email! I will add that this was three days after meeting with the other two designers and I still had no quotes from them - when I finally got quotes Stoneside was several thousand dollars under the other companies initial quotes and Stoneside was the only company willing to do motorized transition blinds on our large sliding glass windows. We we very happy to support Stoneside Blinds because they are a product manufactured in the United States by Americans. Due to the timing and amount of our order we did wait about 8 weeks for our blinds but it was over the holiday season and whole house of blinds that had to be made so I do not believe this was totally unreasonable. I did call the national number once to check on the order and my call was returned the next day. Weather also caused some shipping delays of our order. The installer Gary is the ultimate professional. He is so personable and is great at his job. Our home is challenge with speciality woodwork and our blinds look fabulous! And he is so quick! He installed our entire house in about three and half hours! He also took away all the packaging from the blinds to dispose of it! Wonderful service. Abby followed up with a phone call that day to ensure all was going as planned. There was one mistake on our order in which two blinds were cut to the wrong length (too short)...Gary apologized profusley, during install day and took care of the reorder and returned to reinstall about 3 weeks later. I had an email from the company that the reorder was being processed as well. I would highly recommend Stoneside Blinds...it is a quality product with wonderful people. They stand behind they work, they do not try to oversell. It is a cool blind experience. Abby and Gary took the stress away from what had become a nightmare for us! I am happy that we decided on the translucent mesh blinds and not the room darkening shades we originally decided on. The shade material has a nicer visual impression and the ability to partially see through is great. I have two minor issues: We chose to add the metal valence. Without the metal valence the mounting brackets are visible and they are not very attractive. Our choice of the translucent shades was the better choice and a slight push in that direction by Abby could have helped us to decide...

I was searching online for a reputable company that could provide me with solar shades on my 4 very large loft living room windows. I found Stoneside online and started to research them. They seemed to have a great reputation, so I reached out and was matched with Abby Slotnick who was so nice and was able to come out to my place on a Saturday morning for a consultation. My request was something that I thought might not be possible. I had existing top-down, bottom-up cellular shades which I needed for privacy and winter warmth. My situation was that I needed to block the sun as well since my unit receives all day direct sun and it gets extremely hot. I have a dog so in the summer I am very concerned with keeping my loft (one huge open space) a cool enough temperature for him. (My building has HVAC issues so I cannot completely rely on the A/C for proper cooling.) Abby reviewed my options and we discussed price. She said it was possible to hang the solar shades behind the cellular shades, which was a huge relief for me. The cost was in line with what I thought it might be so we went ahead with the purchase. The installer was named Andrew Grote and he stopped by to take the measurements ( the windows were not all exactly the same). Then before I knew it the shades were ordered and ready for install. Andrew showed up early on Saturday but i'm always up because of my dog so it worked out really well. He's a super nice guy and does a really thorough job. If something wasn't quite right he did it over again. My windows were tricky but he never lost his patience. It took 4 hours because he had to take down my existing cellular shades, put up the solar, and replace the cellular, then do tie-backs, and he even wanted to clean up the place when he was done! I have had them 4 days now and my place has remained a consistent temperature . I have multiple options for privacy, shade, light, temp control, etc. They look great and work very smoothly. They will be a great feature for when I want to sell my loft in the future. I want to thank Abby and Andrew for being so great to work with. I certainly do not find that level of professionalism everywhere. After owning 2 condos over the last 14 years and dealing with countless vendors I can say this was the best experience by far. I am an Angie's List member and for some reason I did not start my search there. But after signing the contract the new booklet arrived in the mail the next day and there was a 5% off coupon for shades from Stoneside. The company graciously extended the offer to me even though my payment already went through. That is real customer service!
