I am absolutely thrilled with my new doors and windows. I shopped around before selecting Anderson, and it’s the best decision I have made in years. Had a great meeting with Steven the salesman. He was so very patient and kind and explained everything... sometimes more than once. After we ordered, this company stayed in contact so I would know how the manufacturing was going. Finally, the 4 person crew led by David were completely professional. They worked SO hard and accomplished the entire job in two days, with plenty of kindness and cheerfulness. A happy worker is a very good sign! They completely cleaned up the site- inside and out. After a final walk through, they were on their way, leaving a very happy home owner. Highly highly recommended!!

Installers- can’t really expect more of them. We had some particular design in mind for interior window casing, and installers were happy to do everything they could to work with us. Greg, Cesar and crew. I wouldn’t say that the window holes in our home were an easy job, nor that we were easy customers, and these guys made things easy and smooth. Happy to have them do a job for us that we could have done ourselves. They did it as well as anyone could (or would care to if they lived in the home.) Who can say that about most contractor experiences? Satisfied with quality of windows (nice!) & the seamless installation. These installers can work as fast as anyone, but didn’t rush at the cost of detailed, professional work. Said they would take longer than scheduled if necessary to complete install, & then they did! Renewal by Andersen co. was perfect with communication, however, disconnect between salesperson, project manager & installers. INSTALLERS are the ones who really know how things will go: Greg, Cesar, Luigi, Thomas : Great crew to have at your home!

From the time we called for a quote through the installation of our windows the folks at Renewal by Andersen were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. The factory trained installers were professional. The installation was a breeze. They were well organized and very neat. They left our house as clean as it was before they arrived. The windows look great and we immediately noticed that the house was more quiet. In addition the house was brighter. We cannot be happier with the entire process We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them. Their windows are very well made right here in the USA. Just remember good quality products and installations are a little more expensive. The saying goes you get what you pay for.

Greg, the lead installer, was great to work with. He and the crew were very professional and did a fabulous job replacing our windows. They cleaned up after themselves each day and the quality of their work was great. The windows look beautiful! Mark, the person who measured the windows in March also did a great job. There were some tricky measurements that he took great care with and the windows now line up perfectly! We were very pleased with our experience by Renewal by Anderson. The company from communicated clearly with us- from sales to follow up when the project was done. The crew that worked on replacing our 25 windows and entry +storm door was fantastic! In 3 days, they removed, replaced and did the finish work inside and out. They were quick and efficient- and super clean! On day 3, they rolled up their tarps and left, leaving the house looking amazing and the property immaculate. Highly recommend!!

We replaced an exterior slider with double French door exterior, the contractor found some rot and advised, they were very quick to assess and provide an estimate. With the house completely opened up one doesn’t have choice. I will say their estimate was reasonable. The sub contractor Anderson brought was absolutely outstanding. R&P Management were personable, professional but the quality of their work was over the top. What enjoyed most about R&P was how they and I discussed solutions and aesthetics about the job. I for one appreciated their patience and openness to my ideas. Highly highly recommended; in fact I have another project that they will be my first call when budget allows. The entire experience with Anderson replacement windows was enjoyable, would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with everything about our experience with Renewal by Andersen. Sales, follow-up, communications, and installation. Ours was not an easy project. We had six different sizes of double-hung windows including two bay windows. A pair of windows had rotted and considerable rotting hidden under the vinyl siding was found and repaired. Our installers were outstanding in every way—professional, punctual, flexible, courteous, friendly, hard-working, and they left the place spotless. Right from the beginning we have been glad we spent the extra money to have our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. They have earned their reputation for quality products and service. Our new windows are beautiful. For us it’s a long-term investment and we have peace of mind.

So I needed some assorted issues fixed. I had 20 Andersen windows, a door and slider installed maybe 4 years back. I needed some new parts with install for the front door screen door. Technician had half the parts needed. The back slider outside frame section was replaced beautifully. A good handful of repairs still remain. The service from our technician was excellent. He arrived on time, he’s courteous, considerate and professional. He cleaned up any debris before he left.

These guys were 100% top notch. We got every window in our house as well as our front door replaced so we knew going in this was going to be a big, disruptive project. We figured this was a big enough company, it would go relatively well etc. but it went so much better than we expected. These guys were complete professionals. They were extremely polite, punctual throughout the week, communicative, efficient, CLEAN, careful, and did quality work. They used drop cloths over every floor they had to walk across, and tarped over absolutely everything to keep it clean, vacuumed twice every evening at cleanup, and they were super accommodating towards us. We needed to live in the house while this was going on, and we have a 1 year old for whom this was obviously going to be stressful. They got the first floor completely done in the first 2 days so we could give her more freedom and reduce her stress. They also, per our request, replaced the window in our daughter’s room last so she could still nap during the bulk of the week. At the end of the install on Friday, the crew foreman went through the entire house with us, checked every single window mechanism, and went over any concerns or issues with us. They did some very minute final touch ups based on that walk through and were done and gone before end of work day Friday. Overall we cannot recommend this company and group enough. Everyone we have worked with from the salesman, to the measurement techs, to the scheduling coordinator, to the actual installation crew has been phenomenal. Solid, quality work, and friendly people who honestly want you to be thrilled with what they put into your home. A++

The three gentleman who came to our home to install our French door and our front and back door with storm doors were great! The crews that did our big job were amazing. They completed 50 window replacements within 5 days. And each day the work areas were completely clean. The on-site crew leader Claude was professional, responsive, efficient and a super person to represent the Renewal By Anderson products. The first installation of the sliding door was shabby, the door was not level, and everything was rushed- very disappointing. The first crew tried to convince me that it was fine but anyone who saw it could see that it was not. After many phone calls with Renewal by Andersen, and then having them send Eric out to review the situation, Renewal by Andersen agreed to replace the door. Eric came to install a new sliding door and repair the mess made with the trim. Eric did a superb job- so much so that he renewed my faith in Renewal by Andersen. He explained everything to me, did a great job putting in the new replacement slider, and the finish work was excellent. He worked methodically and meticulously- not rushing to get to the next install like the other crew. This is what I would expect from the staff at Renewal by Andersen and Eric represented them well. I feel like I have actually gotten my money’s worth! Renewal by Andersen is expensive however the customer service and quality of their product is definitely outstanding. I feel so grateful that they sent Eric to correct the mistakes- he was a godsend! Very well done- thank you! The slider looks so elegant now! .

From start to finish, Renewal by Anderson exceeded our expectations! The representative who came to discuss our desire for a replacement bay window was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained the entire process and provided a reasonable price. The project manager came to re-measure and we received calls and emails throughout, always updating us on the production and timing of the project. On the day of installation, the installers contacted us to make sure they had sufficient space for their supplies in our driveway. Upon their on-time arrival, they presented us with the building permit and laid down plastic and drop cloths on our entryway, stairs, living room, hallway, and furniture in the room where the window was being replaced. They started immediately removing current window and replacing it with the new one. Renewal’s project manager came about halfway through the job to check on their progress, again explained the products that made up the window, insulation, and frame, and texted us when they were almost finished. The installers were excellent at what they do and very kind. They cleaned up inside and outside and demonstrated removing screens and opening, closing, and locking window mechanisms. Our window is immaculate! It was a full day’s job and we could not be happier with our choice of using Renewal by Anderson! We are looking forward to a future time that we can have them replace the rest of our windows!! We will only use Renewal by Anderson!

I purchased from Renewal By Andersen a sliding door to replace my French doors which were 30+ years old. The installers (Paolo particularly) did a fabulous job. They washed the windows. They washed the unit around it. They cleaned up the exterior/interior and draped plastic so that the weather did not affect the interior of my home. Very happy with this service. The slider itself looks great let’s hope I get 30 years out of this as I did the French doors. Ha ha but very pleased with the product so far. Looks great.

Windows are a little pricey but the quality is superior to others. From quote to install the process was smooth. The windows came in early and were installed a month before we were originally estimated. Install day came and Giovanni and his crew were great! They arrived a few minutes before scheduled time and got going right away. It was originally scheduled as a two day install but Giovanni and his team got it all done on day 1. They worked a long day to get everything wrapped up even with downpours and heavy rain guards in the morning. They were all professional and polite and did a great job on the installation. We cannot wait to enjoy these new windows.

Michael Stephan, the Andersen Representative, was so helpful from start to finish. We purchased 18 new windows for our lake house after spending a few hours with Michael. He took the time to carefully look at our windows. We had a brick sills so the job took some scoping. The installers showed up in the middle of February and did a fantastic job despite the cold. The sales process was easy and pressure free. The consultant brought all that was needed right to our home to show us how the doors work (glass sealing, etc) as well as a sample of options that we had for our project. This made selecting exactly what we wanted quick and easy. The doors arrived long before the quoted date and we got an install date within a week of their arrival. The install team was communicative, prompt, respectful, and very professional and efficient. Our project was done in less than half a day! While an investment of this sort is never "cheap", I feel that we got our money's worth in product and services.

I had the renewal by Andersen team arrive at my house just past 8 o’clock in the morning on a Thursday. Breno What is the young man who ran points on the project. This installation team is unlike anything I’ve seen in my entire life. They worked about 13 straight hours installing six sliding windows and a sliding door on my third floor, air condition less condo. you may be questioning, 13 hours? Why didn’t they just work two days? Well, because they are a team that sees a project through. They did not want to inconvenience me by having to come back a second day and did not want to leave my house in a construction war zone overnight. They were incredibly respectful while I was home intermittently throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves. I have never seen a harder working group of workers in my life. initially, I was told that it would take about six months to schedule my installation once the windows arrived at their warehouse and it only took about four weeks. Their timeline in sales process was pleasant and easy to work with. Every single person I interacted with from this company took stress away from the situation and made me feel comfortable. I cannot reiterate how incredibly hard-working the crew was that came to my condo. Anyone considering getting there windows replaced should consider meaning on Renewal By Anderson, you will not be disappointed!

Other than a snafu in the initial order processing we are very satisfied with the Andersen windows (previously had Andersen French doors installed) and the installation crews that did the work in our home. The supervisor during the last day of work, John, was incredible in every stage of the work. Two of the previous supervisors were not on site as much as i would have preferred but the crews worked though problems that arose.

My review is from a different perspective in that I was not the main purchaser of the windows. However, I was so impressed with Greg and his team that I wanted to take the time to write a review. While my relative was having windows installed she fell very ill. She was the only one at home when this happened (apart from the window team), and I was so touched by the care and concern that Greg showed. He treated her as though she were his own family, attending to her needs, and going above and beyond to help. While many companies can install windows, this kind of humanity and empathy makes Greg’s company stand out as something extremely special to me.

I'm incredibly pleased with the installation the Renewal by Anderson team did. They were professional, friendly, respectful and diligent with their work. It was no easy job to install 2 large windows in a 3rd floor walk up but they carried out the work with smiles on their faces and great attention to detail. I highly recommend them!

Renewal by Andersen did an excellent job of replacing all of the windows in my sunroom. When they came across rotted wood in the frame and posts, they rebuilt them with new wood so that the weight of the windows would be properly supported. Arturo and his crew were efficient, well organized, communicative and a pleasure to work with. He kept everything running like clockwork and made sure that the porch was as clean as if they had never been there. My family and I are very happy with the windows and feel that Andersen went above and beyond our expectations. Bow Window originally installed in March 2022, was replaced due to fit error. The installation team which replaced the window on 09/30/22 were excellent. They were professional, informative, hard working, knowledgeable, polite and very neat!!! I highly recommend them and was very impressed with their work ethic and expertise.

We had some casement windows from the 1980s that leaked air and needed to be replaced. Andersen came out, gave us several options for purchase and financing, found us all the discounts, and set up future appointments with the engineers. Scheduling was a bit of a mess due to supply chain issues. What should have been end of November pushed all the way out to February... the day before a major cold snap hit. The day of the installation the heating system in the house really couldn't keep up, but with the doors closed the rooms we were in stayed warm. The crew was fast, professional and may have left the room cleaner than when they arrived. They noticed defects in two of the screens... one of which I still can't see... and set up replacements to be installed. We're very happy, so far, with the finished product. Now we need a good painter. Anyone have a recommendation?

Greg is the best crew manager I have ever worked with. He helped renewal by Anderson save face with me. The experience did not start off so well. But, working with Greg and his staff has made me all but forget about the issues. He is very friendly and explains all of the process as well as answer any and all questions along the way. Pedro and his crew were great. They respected my home by covering up furniture and the floors, they cleaned up after they were done and were very nice also. Giovanni came to look at their work, found a few small things that would need to be addressed and assured me that they would be taken care of. In addition to the windows, Eric (?) came to fix my storm door that had not been properly installed. It now works like a charm. I have replaced 9 windows in total and replaced my front door and storm door. Overall, I’m really happy with the windows - my house has east west exposure and gets hot in the summer. I don’t have to worry that the windows will warp and crack from the heat like the original windows did. Yes, it’s not inexpensive. But you get what you pay for and I’m very pleased with both the products and the installers.

All four of the workers were very pleasant but did the work. They were conscientious regarding my house and furniture. The did a lot of work, much of it in the frigid cold and going up and down a ladder. The work was on all four sides of my house so there was a considerable amount of carrying things around. They were respectful of my dog who mostly left them alone but did want to play. The foreman was especially helpful in the installation of the sliding door and making sure my walker could get over the threshold. I am very happy with their work. And my son in law came while they were working and told me they were doing things the right way. He is in construction. I would recommend your windows and especially this team of workers to anyone. Claude and his crew did a great job with 25+ window and door replacement in our 20 y/o colonial. On time for work, careful installations, complete cleanup after the job was done. They even went beyond the proposed work, completing inside trim work on some windows which were not completed on initial construction and outside trim work on other windows that were not replaced.

We don't have air conditioning in our house and we're at the end of a heat wave and there were no complaints at all. A genuine hard worker, would recommend to anybody.

When the reality is far behind the expectations. We ordered windows for the entire house. In fact, after 4 months waiting, we have: 1 window is not ready, 1 is wrong size, door screen is not ready too. They sent a crew for 2 days - they didn't complete the job and we were told by them that 2 days aren't enough. Now we have an entire living house under construction and no adequate response from our sales rep - instead of providing options to complete the project he sold to us IN TIME, he blamed us for wasting HIS time on us while he could make more money on other people. (for a moment, we're his customer who paid for 20+ expensive windows) Beware people! They left us with what you can see on the pictures - in ENTIRE house. Update: we had a call from the manager. Promised to resolve the issue asap. Let’s see… Update 2: the same crew came 2 days later and finished the installed windows. Some flaws but, in general, they did great. As for the windows by themselves - can’t say if they perform as advertised yet (waiting for the cold season) and their white color is questionable - it’s on the grayish side a little bit. Still waiting for two more windows to be delivered.

We had five windows installed in our house, three exterior doors and a storm door. The window installers were great. Project management was absent. We had several problems with the original installation of our new and very expensive front door. First, the door was jammed shut. Turning the key, was nearly impossible and we had to push and pull the door with two hands to be able to turn the key. Thankfully, they sent out an experienced carpenter, Eric, who came to fix the lock. He got it to work, but the original installers has stripped a critical screw. Eric said he would have the screw replaced. We pointed out the newly installed molding, inside our living room, which were too narrow and did not match the rest of the living room. Eric said, he would report this back to Anderson and someone would return to correct and finalize the installation. Fortunately, Eric came back to install the storm door. He also fixed the lock, and made adjustments so we could open and lock the door, without using two hands and our shoulders. He corrected the width and replaced the interior molding. Eric restored out faith in Anderson.

To the team Toni Barbieri/Nicholas Dumont/Internal One Crew We hired Anderson by Renewal to replace three windows in our back family room. We have very old windows (probably from the 70's) which were very drafty and this room could dip down to 50 degrees on very cold days if we didn't turn on the fireplace. It's our main living room too! When I first got the quote I had initial sticker shock at the price... However, after the work was done, I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the materials and the work done! The new windows are beautiful and now the temperature does not dip below 65 in this room, which is a huge difference in retaining heat. Also, they were able to match the trim for the rest of our house (which was this kind of colonial trim style). They were even able to add window sills which we did not have before. The wood trim they used was very high quality, pre-primed wood such that all we had to do was apply paint afterwards. The price now makes sense given that they did all the work to install them and make the trim and sill and have it match the rest of the home. Also, the windows are extremely high quality and really do a great job insulating. This is a great investment for our home! The team was always very professional and on time. They were able to do all the work in two visits (most of it was completed the first visit, and just a tiny bit left for the second visit). The installers who install Andersen Renewal window are excellent. We worked with two crews and both crews were terrific. They worked efficiently, diligently, were polite, and respectful of our home. I would rate the installers a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. The sales, planning and communication functions are another matter. Jay in sales came to our house and signed us up. He indicated a first week of October installation date. Installation date was extremely important to use and that is why we chose to go with Andersen. The first week of October came and went without any communication from Anderson, so I called to inquire, and they said they would get back to me in two weeks. They got back to me and scheduled our installation for Thanksgiving week 8 weeks after the initial promised installation date. We accepted the date even though it was difficult seeing we had a large Thanksgiving planned. When the installers arrived, they were short one of the windows, and did not have that proper equipment to install the large window which was is the focal point of our family room. The large window was left in our garage occupying a stall in our garage where my husband's classic car is normally stored. We had purchased offsite storage for the car so it would not be in the way of the installers. When the installers left, they told us we would hear from Andersen to schedule the remainder of the installation. Several weeks went by and we delayed putting our Christmas tree up as the trees normal location is in front of the large window. We finally put the 10-foot tree up as Christmas was the following week. The day after putting the tree up we were contacted by Andersen to schedule the remainder of the installation for the Wednesday before Christmas, so again our household was disrupted for the Christmas holiday, but we just wanted the job done. The sales function over promised and under delivered as did the planning function. The communication from the company was horrible. The windows are a quality product but should be as we spent $70K for 26 windows. I would rate the administrative functions a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5. We are still short a screen which arrived damaged.

Greg of Greg’s Home Improvement was the contractor brought in by Andersen Windows when they were installing 2 windows and 1 door in our home. We discovered we had structural/wall/floor issues mid-installation and that’s when they had to call in Greg, a contractor they work with in cases like this. He was quick to assess the issue and within a much shorter time than we expected, he completed the job, leaving us very satisfied with the outcome. It was solid, quality work at a reasonable cost and we would suggest him and his team to anyone needing these kind of services. Great job all around!

Mr. Souza and his crew of 5 worked over 2 days - the 1st day to install 23 windows and the 2nd day to fit the exterior green aluminum trim around each exterior window frame. They did a wonderful job. Mr. Souza is so personable, honest and helpful. Absolutely I would call him if we needed renovation or remodeling. We were told by the Andersen scheduler that Mr. Souza was one of their 4 best Boston area installers and I could see why: his crew worked quietly, diligently and efficiently to get the job done, protect the floors and furniture from dust (as best they could). They were all professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Mr. Souza for any renovation/remodeling project you might have. With respect to the Anderson windows and the fine gauge stainless steel screens, we couldn't be more pleased: finally we have sealed windows and will be able to open and clean the windows easily. It is a great product for the harsh Boston area climate. One unexpected and immediate bonus has been the interior home acoustics have improved immeasurably and the house feels very much more sealed. No more debris on windowsills on a windy day! Admittedly expensive but probably the best value in the long run.

Our old windows were 20+ year ago, and needed replacement. We chose Andersen at the end. That decision turned out to be good. The install crew came in for 3 days. It was a very quick and clean job for a good size colonial house. Folks were very professional. Marco, Manuel, and 2 others work very well together. They were courteous, and answered all the questions that we had. All hardwood floors are covered with thick durable sheet for protection and cleaness. I put a thin cover onto our flat TV screen, and Manuel saw that and right away add extra layer over it. It shows the professionalism. The install appear to be very solid with insulation inside and out. The windows look beautiful and sturdy. The manager Chris came at the end of install to inspect and sign paper work. He showed us how to operate and clean the windows. He was very professional and polite. His crews left the house the way it was when they came in. Vaccum, swiffering until spotless. My wife was very happy. We'll certainly use Renewal by Andersen again. Thank you folks!

We were sold on the idea of a great install process, that is why we went with RBA to begin with. Don’t get me wrong, the windows are beautiful. I do wish we had been advised to get a pull for the upper sash- the tops are difficult to open with one. We open the tops quite often just because of children in the house. The installation process was basically a nightmare from the beginning. The crew that installed our windows left blood on my walls, fingerprints on all our trim and destroyed the stops we had. (I have pictures). Once the head crew member heard of these things he did speak with the crew and they cleaned up their act, but it was disheartening to have our house treated that way. My sons wall was ripped off accidentally when removing a stop. Our trim around our newly installed slider was pitiful. (Both things were fixed after about six emails, although we had to mud and paint). After most windows were installed I noticed a big crack in a frame right off of my kitchen deck. Someone had tried to smear black glue or caulking to cover it up instead of just saying “ok that is cracked but we are going to leave it and order a replacement.” Our project began on March 23, 2021 and that window was finally fixed on June 7, 2021. The biggest issue was the fact that after our massive bump out window with three huge windows was installed, the entire thing started to sag about a week later. A worker from RBA was there when I noticed it and he refused to do anymore work until it was fixed. So we paid about $4000 for a window that almost fell off of our house. After another month, that same worker came back and fixed our bump out so that it wouldn’t fall off of the front of our house. The amount of emails and lack of communication was incredible for this project. Our project manager basically ignored us. Our sales rep tried his best but was in over his head I believe. We ended up having to solely speak with a higher up in management to get anything completed. All in all, I love our black windows but I probably would’ve gone with a different company in hindsight. We feel duped because we were totally sold on the ease of install and it became a nightmare and a huge bone of contention between my husband and I for about 2.5 months. We did ask for compensation since we spent a huge amount of money on 20 windows and a slider, but of course it’s like trying to pull teeth. Had we been compensated slightly we would have felt much better about the project. We understand that mistakes happen but everything that happened from start to finish just sums up a terrible experience with this company. We will not be recommending to people in the future.

We are enjoying our new Renewal by Andersen windows! We purchased double-hung windows, a gliding window, and a large picture window which includes a gliding window at each end. The quality of the windows is excellent. Our experience with the sales department was very informative and we were not pressured at all. The installers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job installing the windows and took the time to make sure we were comfortable using the windows and manipulating them for cleaning. The crew that came out damaged my interior sills, made a mess of the exteriorsills, left a major mess all around my house, in the road as well as sharp pieces and screws behind my truck and in the ground where my dogs run. (A month later and I’m still picking up the mess.) They got spray insulation all over my antique dresser as well. I supposedly got all of a $1000 discount for the damages. It’s going to cost me more than that to fix my dresser alone, Nevermind the sills. Still waiting for the $1000 credit that was supposed to go through 3 weeks ago. I got my statement just the other day and I still haven’t seen a credit. The neighbors were upset over the mess they left in the middle of the road. Pathetic for spending over $14k on only 6 windows. I’ll never use them again and I have a lot more work that needs to be done. Save your money.

The whole experience, from consultation through installation, was painless. There was no pressure to buy, and we weren't totally ready when I made the initial phone call, but by the end of the consult with Kevin we knew what a great investment our new windows would be. We even decided to replace two patio doors, which we hadn't even considered at first. Our project manager, Jesse, nailed the measurements so that we were able to use our existing, fairly expensive, cellular shades throughout the house. I am so happy about that! Next, we were pleasantly surprised by the great care Chris and his father took during the whole installation processs. Unbelievable professionalism and attention to detail by these craftsmen! They made minimal mess, cleaned up as they worked, and didn't leave a single scrap of wood, vinyl, or a nail on our property. Yes, we could have gone with cheaper windows installed by the lowest bidder, but we firmly believe that you get exactly what you pay for. In the end we are pleased with the products we chose and the terrific work done by the installers.

Demonstrated how to clean/use the new windows and screens and were actually pleasant! One snag with the permit - they forgot to give me a copy (they gave me a piece of paper that had the permit number on it) so I had to ask customer service to email it to me. When I did get it, it was made out for 4 doors instead of 4 windows. Placed another call and expecting this to be rectified quickly in time for city inspectors (which they even arranged for me) . Everything else was quick turn around by customer service so assuming this will be too. Would DEFINITELY do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worth the money for sure!

Unfortunately, I have to say that the Renewal by Anderson company was not the calibre of company that I had expected, especiallly at the price paid. The employees are pleasant, especially concierge, Toni Barbieri who very promptly delivered her messages to me. She also graciously received my disappointing remarks. Had the Scheduling Dept sent the proper contractor (they use sub-contractors), the three very large picture windiws would have been installed correctly. Consequently, I could not sleep in my bedroom for a month because I live in a city with many people walking by. Finally, Michael Seymour and his co-worker. Mike were sent to fix the flaws, which were the same in each window. These men are actual employees of RBA and very efficient and knew how to attack the problems. Thank you Michael and Mike.

George Holt was a consultant for this project. Door was ordered and payed for with abstracted view window, but door was with clear window and was installed with paint damage. Mr. Holt promise to change this door and clear window. It is more then 6 month and nothing was changed. He dos not return calls. Project cost was more then $20,000. This is worst experience I ever had with a contractor. I still have to change windows in my house, but I never will use Renewal by Andersen. Pete Urman. First of all, we have nothing but praise for our salesman Bruce P who was more than attentive to our needs and our final measurement person Marc L whose expertise helped us keep an expensive blind to fit the new window's measurements. They were both amazing! Issues came when we were scheduling installation. We had waited about 12 weeks for our new bay window due to Covid-19 issues that affected the manufacturing of the window. Twice Anderson workers were scheduled to come out to our homes. Twice no on showed and no one even called to cancel. When new installers did come, they had the wrong trim. It didn't match our home. It wasn't what we had ordered.It wasn't their fault. We saw the order they were given by Anderson and it didn't match the original order we had in our possession. They did a great job installing the window. Almost 5 months since the original order and we finally have the correct trim thanks to Tony D who came out to our house not once, but twice because he was also given the wrong trim in his order. What a joke of a company! It seems to be very disconnected. However, they have some pretty awesome guys working for them and we are grateful for their hard work and perseverance to finally have our window installed and framed with the correct trim. The window is pretty awesome. We have all Renewal by Anderson windows in our home now. It was a rocky road with lots of calls and work on our part to coordinate the process and we are relieved it is over.

Renewal by Anderson saved me from a previous window botch job! They replaced windows initially installed by another leading window company & WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Kevin Monahan, our sales rep, was HONEST and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He helped us match our existing windows which are in a Victorian home from 1890 (whereas other companies could not custom make that specific grid). He even made himself involved with the instillation process to make sure everything went ok (& didn’t just get the sale and never hear from again, like the other company did). Drew, the wonderful man who came to measure the windows was precise and even went out of his way to show me different options for the exterior of my home since the other company left it a mess. Just as Kevin did, Drew explained everything he was doing, and sometimes a few times if I did not understand. The installation crew was phenomenal! Not only were all 4 guys professional, on time, respectful and knowledgeable, they also even took the time to make sure I understood everything that they were doing and that I was completely 100% satisfied with the job. Geneci and Tales, the project managers from the GY installation crew, ran a tight ship. Workers were fast, took shifts eating lunch so they never took a break all together at once, super respectful of my home (even took their shoes off when inside or wore foot coverings in addition to putting down floor protectors!). The windows themselves were far better quality which I did not think would be a major difference, but they are a complete upgrade. I could go on and on about how happy I am. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. The only reason I initially chose the other window company was because they were larger which was a big mistake. Customer service and satisfaction is what Anderson strives for and they did one hell of a job doing it! Thank you, thank you! I will be using Anderson for all of my window needs in the future.

The installer ,Tony, was a total professional: calling the night before, coming on time, installing beautiful windows, cleaning up all of the mess and finishing the job in a timely fashion! He made sure I knew how to open and lock the new windows and clean them. I would recommend Tony to everyone!! Unfortunately the company itself never called to tell me a date of when the job was being done so I found out the night before from the installer. I had to run around last minute to change my work schedule and adjust for my visiting friend. I called them to see what happened and they said they left me a message in late October which I never got!! They never emailed or called after that to give me an actual date!! Pretty sad since I paid over $7000 for 4 custom windows!

Good product, well supported. My follow-up questions were answered in a timely manner and very professionally. The installation crew was equally professional and efficient. The installer gave a quick class post-installation on how to operate the windows and review of paperwork. Since Andersen pulled the permits with the town, it is assumed that they will follow up with the town for final inspection, however this is a little vague at the time of this writing. I was instructed to keep the window stickers for the inspector next to the windows, but it is unclear for how long. Also, in a follow up call the day following installation, I was told that the windows needed to be locked closed for 24 hrs to insure gasket and caulking were well seated and cured properly. unfortunately, as this is summer, many of the windows were left open for the 12 plus hours prior to the follow up call. Overall we are pleased with the product.

The windows are amazing and the sliding door exceeds our expectations. Two trucks and they quickly accommodated our cars as needed when coming/going. I thought we had reached a fair price on the second job, until the glitches.The measure tech did not always follow though on things delegated for him.There were weather delays in reality to catch up on prior work. The end result was great. I do not do well with not feeling listened to or respected. I did reach out to our salesman who paid attention. This is a quality product with great craftsman. I was preparing to replace more of my 94 aging Anderson’s, but I think I will pause for now.

Our picture window needed replacement in 2017. We decided to install a bay window in its stead. Even though more expensive we liked the product, but...The installation was sloppy and poor. More so than we initially thought. Renewal by Andersen may have a nice product: However, the "trained installation crews" are subcontractors, not company installers. Ours was supposedly one of the best. The interior finish work - the installer threw out the curtain valence rod and brackets, left wall dents, failed to caulk gaps, or remove adhesives on the window's trim. After several visits between the contractor and Andersen most of the problems were more or less resolved. Fast forward to spring 2019. We noticed the windows were not closing evenly. Turns out the bay had been so poorly installed it required removal and reinstallation - summer (2019). Buyer beware. For the trust they try to cultivate and what you pay to Renewal by Andersen you shouldn't have to ask for the contractor's information in advance to make sure you get a good job. But I would consider it before signing papers.

This was the 2nd time Andersen came to my home to replace the swiss cheese windows. (JULY 2019 & MARCH 2020) Kurt came back at our request. He had the task both times to install and finish the most difficult windows in my house, both were on 2nd floor , we had 28 total. 2 of which were total nitemares and new construction due to the rot.. I was blown away by the work of Igor and Alex. They installed 14 windows (total replacement- including interior trim), a slider, an exterior door and a storm door over the course of 5 days. These two individuals were laser-focused on the job. They worked in extremely hot weather conditions on a few of the days, but this did not stop them from being meticulous, methodical, and extraordinarily diligent. They cleaned up each day and left the work site ready for the next day so they did not have to waste any time preparing. We have had a lot of work done over the 23 years we have lived in our home, and these two people were by far the most disciplined, high-quality workers we have ever had working on our home. They went above and beyond to be sure that the products were installed correctly, and they fixed a number of loose ends that previous contractors had left incomplete from years prior.
