Paul and Paulie jr provided 6 window installments at my house. They were three different types of windows throughout the house, I was very grateful for their knowledge. The installation looks clean and they even cleaned up after the job! I had a loose door they fixed too while they were here. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Paul and his son, Paul Jr. replaced several windows in our home. When Paul Jr. came to do a consultation he was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. When our windows came in and were ready to be installed it was easy to communicate with them and set up a date to have the installation done. They arrived exactly on time (as someone who is always on time, this is very important to me) and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. It was very noticeable they knew what they were doing and they worked well together. They installed the windows on the first day and needed to come back the following day to do the finishing work on the outside of the windows. We could notice right away the difference with the new windows - the noise from the street was quieter and the heat didn't turn on nearly as much. All the windows look great, but I'm especially thrilled with the new windows in our kitchen. The change is so amazing, it makes the kitchen brighter and looks bigger. Paul even fixed our screen door when he noticed there was a gap on the bottom letting in a draft. We would absolutely recommend Quality Window & Door and would use them again if we need work done.

This is a family owned local business and I respected the fact that the owner Paul not only came out promptly to offer a quote and go through all of our requirements, but he also performed the work with his team when it came time to get our windows and doors installed. The team not only performed a superb job cleaning up, but also touching up the small things that are easy to overlook such as touching up small scuffs. Before the actual window and door change I feared having to get my rooms all repainted as they are all painted individual and unique colors. Quality took this into consideration and worked around this fear by replacing the windows and door with the least amount of damage possible. I truly appreciate the work Paul and the Quality team did for our house and I would chose no other company.

I had a great experience with Quality Window and Door, a family-owned company that has been in the Weymouth area for years. The reason I went with them was that on my house, a dutch colonial, I wanted the look of 6 over 6 windows but the previous owner had installed several clear glass on a few new windows instead. Paul really listened and proposed something that no other contractor I spoke with did, to change the glass out on those windows and leave the frames to I could get the look I really wanted. Communication with the owner Paul was excellent, he was able to to set a day in advance that worked with my schedule and stuck with it. He laid out clear expectations about what needed to be done before their arrival so that there weren't any surprises. The installation went smoothly, they showed up on time on the day scheduled and did the whole house of windows in one day and did the doors and finishing touches on two more. They cleaned up any construction debris inside and out. Attention to detail was spectacular, they were even able to save the original woodwork around the doors in my 90 year old home, something other contractors were not confident about. They even trimmed the basement window interiors with aluminum to make it look complete. Their work states true to their name, Quality. They may not be the cheapest but are certainly among the best and I look forward to a warmer, lower maintenance house for decades to come.

Great company to work with. They're responsive, friendly, and professional. When I first reached out to them, via phone, to inquire about different style of windows, they did a bit of research and sent me different options before coming by to give me a quote which was great. I like knowing my options beforehand. Once my window was delivered to them, they were able to schedule me the next week. On the day of installation, they showed up around 7:30a. They removed my very old (and large) window and installed the new one in about 2.5 hours. They did a great job and it looks fantastic on both inside and outside. They cleaned up afterwards and there was no trace of my old, outdated window to be seen. Give these guys a call if you're ever looking to replace a window.

Paul and his team went above and beyond to replace it with a new door that added convenience, security, and durability to that access point. I can’t give enough praise for Paul. After some experiences with other highly rated window companies, there was still no comparison. I had 18 windows and a basement door installed/replaced by Quality Windows and Doors (QWD). Here’s how we found them/how it went. My wife poured through local Weymouth/South Shore Facebook groups. She found three companies that were most commonly mentioned as reliable/well received. I handled contacting each and having them stop by to give an estimate. All three were professional and responsive. I can say that QWD did not give the lowest/cheapest estimate – but they were by far not the most expensive either. What made us decide to go with them was that 1) they offered the best warranty on their labor 2) they are a local, family owned (father-son duo) business and 3) the price was reasonable and what I expected. Some things you should look out for when getting estimates/looking for a contractor to go with. First, most of these companies are all using the same exact windows. You should go for triple pane glass as it’s the best product, and most of these contractors are using the same brand/model. Thus you’re only paying for the cost of labor and the warranties they’re offering you. Second, a lot of contractors will sub-contract out their work. Which means they’re hiring workers they may not have any experience with working in your house. For me, I felt much more comfortable seeing that QWD has had the same guys working every part of the job from start to finish. I spoke with each of the individual workers throughout the day and a half they were at my house. They’ve all been working together for over a decade – that’s as trustworthy a team as I could imagine. Then there was how the work went. I was able to clear out most of the materials in front of the windows before QWD arrived, giving them space to work. They showed up early both days they were at my house and worked as quickly and quietly as they could. My wife and I were both home working remotely and were able to work without disruption. Thankfully they were able to move the few things I couldn’t on my own (ie a big treadmill, some of the larger bookshelves, etc.). They didn’t complain about it at all, despite asking me to move everything beforehand. It's been about 4 months now since the work has been finished – and we are so happy with the work! We have genuinely noticed a change in the auditory levels in the house (ie the sound is better). I made a point to compare the temperature with the original windows before the work and with the new windows. There was clearly a big improvement with these triple pane windows QWD installed. They’re great windows – our originals were 1960s era and these new ones can be pulled in and cleaned easily. Between the new windows and some affordable insallation in the walls (courtesy of the MA Save program) – our house is preserving the heat better than ever. These windows are the biggest home improvement project we’ve done in the 4 years we’ve owned our first home. We spent a lot of time looking for contractors, reading user reviews, and seeing the communal feedback. My wife and I are very happy with the work QWD has done. Our windows look great, the job was affordable, we are confident in the product/warranty we have, and we feel great having hired a local, competent business. We highly recommend the work QWD has done for us and anybody looking for window/door installation would be lucky to have this team work on their home.

This was my 2nd time using Quality Window and Door and once again I am highly satisfied. In my last home, I had a slider and 2 bedroom windows replaced by them -- Paul the owner and a nice employee. Great price; no issues. In my new home, I just had to have my rotted, 32 year old bay windows replaced. I am not in a place where I could quickly shell out $6,000+ which is what condo board told me it would cost to have my bay window replaced since that's what others have paid in the complex. Rather than replacing not only the windows but also the large window sill and frame on the inside of my home which are in pristine condition anyway, Quality Window and Door instead did a complete 'tuneup' installing huge new, energy efficient, triple-paned windows; and they completely replaced the rotten bay window frame on the outside and encased it in material that will never rot. They also fixed my storm door with the new parts it needed and installed new blinds for 2 skylights. All this for more than $2k less than my neighbors paid for the cost of a complete replacement of the bay window and parts on the inside which didn't need to be replaced anyway! Paul also returns calls quickly if he can't answer right away, and he does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. Hard to find that with any contractor! If you are thinking of replacing your windows (or doors), stay local and have the job done right by Quality Window and Door! (Oh and note that Paul did ask to use my Windex because his was frozen in his truck, but I couldn't have cared less that he used my $2 spray to make beautiful new windows sparkle and shine!)

My husband and I reached out to Quality Window & Doors to get storm doors installed on our front & back entrances. It's nice in New England to have a layer of protection during the winter and screens to let the breeze through during the warmer weather. Living in our neighborhood for over 3 years, it was something long overdue. Paul came out to our home on a Saturday morning, he was super nice and personable. He had gotten in touch with us prior to the meeting and went over the best options, but came by to get some measurements. Unbeknownst to us, as new home-owners, we didn't realize our front door needed to be re-finished and its current condition was not great (i.e. some weathering and areas of discoloration). The door basically would have needed replacement if we let it go untreated another season. Paul was honest and transparent with us, he let us know the door needed to be taken care of, and ultimately saved us a lot of money. We would have ended up leaving it be, had he not said something to us. When our storm doors came in Paul was able to install them from outside, so neither one of us had to stay home from work. They came out great, and we've been able to enjoy some nice summer-time fresh air. We've also managed to re-finish the door since the install. I would definitely recommend QW&D to anyone needing any kind of service on their doors/windows. Paul was responsive and really accommodated us throughout. Thanks again!

Delivery of windows took longer than normal due to effects of COVID-19 pandemic on his supply chain, but that was understandable. We had Quality Window and Doors come out and replace nine windows in our third floor condo in Boston. When we found we needed new windows, Paul and his crew quickly came to the house to give us an estimate without pushing us to replace windows that don't need it. My wife and I were very impressed. When they installed the windows, they made sure everything was cleaned up making it look exactly like they simply switched out the windows. Plus, they cleaned up afterwards making the house cleaner than before they arrived! I wanted to have 2 storm doors installed before the winter really got going here in MA. I had looked around at a few companies but many were not willing to install the doors, only sell them to me. I got in touch with this company and set up an appointment. The owner Paul called me a short time after to discuss my options. He was very friendly and prompt, and came out to describe the different options I could choose from, and also helped me with some of the exterior problems around my house that needed to be addressed to properly install the storm door. I had recently done some renovations and had not completed the outer part of the house, but Paul made sure to get the right guys out here to solve that problem for me before he completed the door install. The first door install went great. The second was about a week or so later because he had to special order a custom size. The day after it arrived he was at my house at 7AM to install it himself because he knew we had another large rainstorm around the corner. Not only did he install the door, but we ran into a problem with my existing vinyl siding and Paul went out of his way to carefully remove, trim down, and reinstall the vinyl siding in that area so it looked perfectly fitted up against the new storm door. I'd recommend Paul and his company to anyone that is looking to have any type of work done. He went above and beyond any of the other contractors I've worked with for other house projects.

They gave us a good and fair price. They were on time. Very nice people. I actually opened the door for them as I was headed out to work but my husband was there interacting with them. They cleaned up behind d themselves. My only problem was that they did not wear a mask.
