Hi-Tech replaced my roof and vinyl sided my entire house! I am so happy with my new house! It looks amazing!!! Jared and Jack are extremely professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication was great between Jared, myself and Jack. Everything was explained to me and all questions were answered from the start all the way to the final inspection when the job was completed. The workers would arrive between 7:00-7:30 in the morning and not stop some days until 7:00 at night! They only broke for lunch. My yard was always cleaned up every day before the workers left. The workers were extremely respectful! Hi-Tech may be a little higher in price than other companies, but you definitely get what you pay for. The quality of work and the final product is well worth it! I would highly recommend Hi-Tech to do your house projects!

I recently had my siding and all my windows replaced and some doors replaced by Hi-Tech.Thid is absolutely the best company and best people I have dealt with for any project ever!! Everyone went out of their way to be kind,friendly and hard working. Dennis the manager of the project explained everything each step of the way and was so kind! What a great experience with Hi Tech! I had a window they had installed 20 years ago that was stuck open after I had washed it. I called to ask for help and within an hour Bill Hayes showed up at my home and fixed it (and showed me how I could fix it if it happened again.) I can’t say enough about Hi Tech Window and Siding! Literally 25 years ago, seriously, we were living in a large condo building on the ocean in New Hampshire I needed to redo the siding. Needless to say, the ocean air does a number on wood, so I suggested the seven-unit owners look into vinyl siding that I heard what is very durable in particular in inclement weather. After looking into a few different places, we chose high-tech siding company, it’s something we would get a good 15 years maybe out of it. My husband and I went back to visit friends in the condo building recently and couldn’t believe after 25 years the setting looked as good as the day, but it was installed!!!! Talk about a good investment! Frankly it wasn’t any more than the wood siding that would’ve gotten that would’ve been replaced or repaired numerous times by now. I would give a 10-star review if I could!

We wanted to express our gratitude to the team at Hi-Tech. As someone who relies heavily on statements from others, and tries to filter out false reviews, we hope you can relate and will appreciate the writeup. It’s certainly not an inexpensive endeavor when bundling roofing and siding. However, when it’s time to get the work done, please do consider them. To summarize the below, please do reach out to Hi-Tech if you’re in need for roofing, siding and/or other exterior work. Read on for details. We had started looking at roofers & siders a few years ago (in hindsight, we shouldn’t have delayed). We had gone through our review process against local businesses, trying to zone in on those with great reputations. We combed through community FB pages, jotted down lawn signs for properties in our neighborhood that had recent installs, looked at Google Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Angie’s List reviews and BBB reviews for those that did make the cut. We settled on Hi-Tech because they had met the mark across the board and though not all reviews are perfect, we were able to weed out false reviews and those where we can tell the business tried to meet halfway with the customer. In addition to that, they had worked on a few properties in our neighborhood and were also recommended by neighbors thereafter. The project itself took a bit of time – surprisingly it wasn’t due to efforts involved with the existing removal (2 layers of roof, all sheathing on the main roof and original siding) or install of new roof and siding. The delay stemmed from little items such as part delays for the front door surround (understandable). All in all, we are quite happy with our investment and the outcome. We’re glad we placed our trust in their business. As for the team involved… Connor was our sales consultant, delivering a straightforward presentation on the options, costs, etc. He was always available even after the contracts were signed and work was underway. Bill, the owner, came onsite to perform a walk through and had ensured that the team executed in a timely manner to finalize the remaining items. And lastly – with a special kudos to him – was Milton, who was superb in the minor details that are often missed by most. It’s nice to know that a local family business is still executing with the highest of standards that have always yielded great results. They’re extremely tough to find these days. I’m certain that they’ll be available if I ever need to reach out in the future.

I don't write reviews often, but had a great experience with this company. After a heavy wind storm, I noticed shingles on my lawn and a roof water leak through to the garage. I called and spoke to one of their guys (Jared I think). There was a rain storm coming that evening, and I was last minute. 2 guys came out within a couple hours - inspected the roof, saw the damage - and within an hour they did the roof repair for me right before it rained again. These guys are top of my list the next time I need to call a home contractor.

I just had my roof replaced by HiTech Windows & Siding, and I could not be happier. Bill, the owner, was the sales rep- he came to the house and measured the roof and showed the options to me and my wife. He explained everything and gave us all the options. We decided on Certainteed Landmark Charcoal Black. The price was competitive- we had other prices and theirs was right in the middle. We were a bit afraid of the cheap guy. The crew was great. Saul and his guys were efficient, clean and skilled. They worked 8am to 5pm straight and it was fairly cold- they were ready for doing this in December. They draped the house with tarps so there was no damage to the siding. They clearly had a system for this. The whole thing was done in 2 1/2 days, and if you walked the yard right now, you couldn't tell they had ever been here. No mess at all...nothing. I'm very happy with the job that was done by HiTech and would recommend them to anyone. I've uploaded some photos to show the progress of the work and the end result.

Bill Chase, owner and president, and Bill Hayes, installation manager, are two first class professionals. They know the window business, they listen to what you want, and they review the job site and come up with a great solution. I chose to work with Hi Tech for three primary reasons: (a) they could provide the 8 foot wide simulated divided lite (SDL) window I needed when others offered lower quality and unsatisfactory solutions; (b) they earned my trust with their knowledge and professionalism; and (c) they were very cost competitive. We had a clean and rapid installation, and my living room is warmer and more comfortable as a result. Office staff is helpful, too. Be sure to talk with them and give them a chance to compete for your project!

We hired Hi-Tech for new window installation and vinyl siding. It was a big job. There were a few instances where I had to check on or remind the workers to make sure specific items were getting done and to make sure certain details were not missed but we were overall very happy with the end result. We hired Hi-Tech to install vinyl siding on our raised ranch house, and I can't express enough how impressed we were with their service, from beginning to end. Jared (the project consultant) took time on three different occasions to come out to our house and answer our questions, and we never felt the least bit rushed in our conversations or to make decisions. It turned out that our order had some custom pieces, and Nick (production manager) kept us informed as to the status and delighted us with the news that the materials we were waiting 10-12 weeks on came in early, so the project started quite a bit earlier than we were expecting as well. Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our windows, roof and gutters. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, we had a consultation and then project presentation with Jared. Options and pricing options explained to fit our budget. As this was our first project, signing the contract was a big step, however, the amount of information provided and detail of the work to be done, I was confident and trusting in Hi-Tech. Next phase was a visit for measurement and scope of work. Nick and Joe came out and I knew we made the right choice. Based on the their expertise, some of the work scope changed and was handled, professionally and fairly, Nick lead the crews, and his lead for the roof, Renam, did a great job, cleaning the area, securing the roof overnight, during one of the worst storms this fall. Roof complete, Nick and Manny had the job of window replacement on the coldest day in 100 years. No problem, the work professionally done, area cleaned, and everything buttoned up day one. All the crews were skilled, polite and efficient. Nick was there to answer questions, address any concerns and make sure we were happy 100% of the time. We found a window pane crack in one of the sashes a couple of days after the install. Nick immediately responded, and ordered a replacement. Confidence, in a company that will be here a long time, proficient and professional crews, quality work, excellent customer service. The quality of the windows is outstanding, as we live on a main road, the noise has decreased a good 50% and our heat is no longer running constantly. Roof and trim work look great and we look forward to the next project with Hi-Tech. Thank you Hi-Tech for a job well done.

The crew worked long days and our entire house was resided in 4.5 days, including replacement of 30 sheets of rotten plywood at both gable ends of our house. Second time I used Hi-Tech, 1st was windows about six weeks ago, great job love the windows. Today I had a 9 foot patio door installed. It was heavy! The guys worked non- stop, took great care of my hardwood floors and deck area. They installed it, made sure doors all worked, cleaned the area and took away the debris. Our project was to -Replace the roof -Remove the wood siding and replace with Hardie Board -remove and replace gutter -replace windows and patio slider We choose Hi-Tech. Jarod, our sales rep took significant time to walk us through the process and outline the options Tim Wicks, the project manager was totally professional following through on every question on concern we had throughout the project. He encouraged me to email weekly my list of open issue to ensure we were both on the same page. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. The project team we fabulous. Arrived 7AM every day and worked until 6:30PM every evening. The team cleaned up the site every night. I had another company that was doing some other work at the same time and the Hi-Tech team would clean up after team as well ! When the work was finish my house looked fabulous ! I had a very pleasant experience with Hi Tech Windows overall. I had several estimates. They were best in price/quality for my preferred Harvey windows. I was told my windows would take one day for (7) installed. I was pleased with this! To my surprise, they were completely finished by 10:40 AM and started at only 7:30 AM! This included clean up. Nick & Renam did the job & Shane was my salesperson. Julie was also helpful with her correspondence deity details & receipts. I would endorse this company for window installation.

Four years ago, Hi-Tech Windows and Siding replaced 12 bay windows on the back of our condo building. This was a job which other contractors were afraid of because it was somewhat technically difficult, but Hi-Tech stepped up confidently with a very reasonable estimate and a much simpler and more affordable approach to the job than the other contractors had come up with. This is evidence of many years of experience and lots of knowledge. They were extremely professional and completed the job in the estimated time and on budget. Four years later, we are still very satisfied with their work - everything looks great and there have been no issues. In fact, we hired them again a year and a half ago to replace all the siding on the building. Once again, they came up with the most comprehensive estimate and one of the most reasonable prices. Bill Chase also had very knowledgable suggestions about where we could save some money without sacrificing appearance and quality. This was very helpful since we are operating on a condo association budget. Also, after stripping the old siding from the building, they identified some rot in the sheathing in the back corner of the building from an old roof leak. They pointed it out and repaired it quickly for only a small additional charge. I strongly recommend Bill Chase and the whole team at Hi-Tech Windows and Siding. This is actually my second review I'm writing for Hi Tech. I ended up deleting the first review, which essentially said that I couldn't rate their service because they never contacted me back when I inquired about a quote. Because of that review, they ended up contacting me, so I deleted it. But this lack of communication becomes a common theme. We hired Hi Tech back in August to do several things on our new home which was in pretty rough shape externally when we bought it. We needed new siding, a new sliding door, new gutters, new window shades, and removing an external door and putting up a wall. All of these things they said they would do, and these services were included in the quote we got. They did the siding first, as expected, in September. This was before we moved in, but we were often at the house working on things. The workers were Brazilian, but so is my wife, and she made clear to them that if they had any questions, they could ask her. This was not done, and they made a lot of choices based on assumptions of what we'd want. We're new home owners, so there were several things we weren't yet acquainted with in the home, but they never asked for our input. So there were things they did that will need to be undone because we didn't know they were going to do it. The door they removed had a wall put up, externally. Half of the job was done because we weren't at our house so they could not get inside to finish. However, there was no effort made to schedule with us a time to finish it. No concern was raised. The space is still this way. We were led to believe that the sheet rock and mudding would be done. When we talked to someone recently, they said they could only do one coat of mud and that we would have to do the rest ourselves. To us, that is an incomplete job. The siding and gutters were done in a timely fashion. Then we didn't hear anything. We paid them the second of three payment, with even a bit extra. So with only the siding and gutters done, we paid over 2/3 of what we owed. Then we heard nothing. They said they were waiting on the sliding door to arrive to do the rest of the stuff. I understand that things are very slow moving right now, but we waited over a month to even HEAR anything. The door was not installed until December 3rd. Apparently we were waiting on the shudders to arrive from the manufacturer, but that was not made clear. After the door was done, they wanted to charge us the rest of what we owed for all the work, even though all the work was not yet done. We refused and were able to negotiate that we will pay the quoted amount for the door. We still owe them some money, but they owe us a lot more work. We continue to hear nothing unless we call to complain, which we don't like to do. We had also asked for some repairs to the flashing on the chimney. Bill has told me now that they don't generally do work on chimneys. That makes sense, but my wife and I both remember that they would take care of it. We were not quoted for this, though, at least. I don't believe they are trying to scam us, but the amount of stuff that has slipped through the cracks and the lack of communication with us means I can't leave a good review. This review would be lower, but the work they have done is good. And they try to remedy their mistakes.

Hi Tech is an extremely well run organization, top to bottom. From President Bill Chase, Nick Painten (Production Manager), Julie (front office operations), Bill McGurn (Operations Manager) and the Hi Tech crew, the entire team is outstanding. Bill Chase took the time up front to provide a rundown of the services, materials and an estimate. He's very personable, competent and professional. As the work was in progress, Nick made several trips to check the overall project quality and asked if there were any questions or problems each time. And upon completion, Bill Chase followed up with a phone call to see if we were happy with the work. The Company is extremely responsive, always. The siding and window crew, the electrician and gutter teams are professional, courteous, detailed and very hard working. The home is a large, 1850s Mansard colonial with plenty of detail- 10 dormered windows and fancy trim. The men replicated the detail to perfection, replacing all rotted trim and crown molding with PVC, which looks exactly like wood, but is weather and rot proof. The crew worked from 7:30 AM to just shy of dark, and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Got plenty of compliments from passers by even before the work was completed. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Hi Tech folks were great to work with. I personally worked with Jared D. and got estimates for two projects in southern NH. The estimates were very reasonable and detailed and Jared provided some worthy suggestions. Work was performed on my home when they said they would and they did what they said they were going to do. They were very careful as to not damage any shrubbery around the yard and thoroughly cleaned the area when completed. I am completely satisfied and no complaints to date....

Nice to deal with responsible contractors. The job just completed today. Quite a bit of work...22 windows, three sliders, and three doors. Nice product. I've noticed a 2 degree difference already! There was an issue with the manufacturer...they sent two wrong windows, and one wrong slider. Extra caution should be taken to avoid this type of issue.
