Coastal just completed my new vinyl siding, new windows and gutter installation and I couldn’t be happier! It looks amazing! Like a whole new house! Everyone at Coastal made this process so easy for me & my family. Joe Z came out and gave us our quote, he was great. He answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was wasting his time with my questions. Waldir and the siding team were amazing. They were so efficient, prompt and super professional and friendly. Joe T and the window team were equally amazing, installing all 19 of my windows in one day! ADDENDUM: The siding is done and what a great job! The crew were friendly and professional, got the entire house resided in under a week! When they were finished, there was a slight adjustment we wanted, and they came back and handled it in an afternoon. Fantastic work! We've gotten numerous compliments on how our house looks now. We were looking to get the siding replaced on our house. We had two companies take a look and both gave about the same estimate, but Coastal went above and beyond to help us make it happen. When we weren't sure how we could afford it, their representatives pointed us toward refinancing, gave us contacts to get it done, and made sure we were okay every step of the way. But beyond that, they're also just incredibly friendly while still maintaining a great professional attitude. Tim and Terry were our representatives, and they made us feel listened to. They heard what we wanted, and helped us find a way to make it happen. When they left after our first meeting, we actually knew we could get good siding that would protect our home for decades to come and look nice doing it, and we wouldn't be drowning in debt afterward.

I recommend Coastal Windows & Exteriors completely and without reservation. My wife and I worked with Coastal to install HardiePlank lap siding, 6 windows, and 2 doors on our 1936 garrison colonial in Belmont, MA. This was the largest investment we'd ever made in a home. A couple of points stand out to us... 1. The house looks terrific! Since we purchased Hardie, we know that we'll likely never need to reside the house. But if we did, we'd select the same products and installation company. 2. The Coastal team makes this type of project stress free. Sales Rep Dan Gillette was attentive and knowledgable; no boiler-room tactics. Project Manager Dave Barresi was equally thorough and responsive. Fabiano and his crew were terrific. You don't have to watch a crew like that for long to realize that they're professionals who pride themselves in attention to detail, including cleanup! 3. During the course of the project, we found some rot on the house and garage that had to be remediated. We understood the risks going in thanks to their careful explanation. Coastal treated us equitably in what could have been a costly change order. Most of all, the Fabiano and his crew took it all in stride, kept the project on schedule, and the results speak for themselves. We met with Mark Marfione at Coastal Windows back in October when we purchased our new home. At the time we were looking at potential cost of replacing windows and also wanted to know the cost of siding due the state of both items when we bought the home. Mark was very friendly and spent the time to go through all options for both projects including showing us a 3d modeling of what the final result would look like. Unfortunately at the time we could only go forward with windows due to overall cost. The process could not have been smoother and the new windows were scheduled and installed (albeit a few months after we met due to the ongoing supply chain challenges). The new windows have made an immediate difference in our energy costs and we couldn't be happier. But wait...there is more... After the installation, Mark kept in touch with us and was able to put a new siding offer on the table that was more in line with our budget (with financing) and we ended up agreeing to that project as well. Mark came back to the house and we signed papers and look forward to starting that project in the near future. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with and took the time to ensure we were satisfied customers. We feel like we are in good hands with Coastal Windows & Exteriors and Mark is a big part of the reason why. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows and other exterior work.

He showed up on time, even early, and spent lots of time with us discussing all her options and working with us on pricing. My sales rep, Sara was on time, knowledgeable and personable. I have a strange situation and Sara was thorough and confirmed with someone that what I wanted could be done. Her proposal was perfect and was completed in short order. Of course, a wrinkle on my end came up and Sara changed the proposal and send along the new one asap. I live in a condo complex so approval is needed before I can proceed. During the waiting period, Sara followed up to see if I needed any additional information. Flavio came out and talked through all of the different options for siding (in terms of aesthetics, practicality and cost) and what the different financing options were. He was super responsive as we were thinking through our different options and to get the ball rolling once we did decide to go with them. After some miscommunication, Ross came out and installed the window. He was on time, very professional and very pleasant. My wife and I met with several companies to obtain quotes for a vinyl siding job on our home. The curb appeal of our home was not up to the standards of our neighborhood. After meeting with 3 or 4 different companies, we were completely unnerved and ready to throw in the towel. Each company that came out would start with a price that was far above the actual costs of siding a home. We would say no and they would be able to lower the price by thousands of dollars, but only if we would sign a contract right then. In doing this song and dance, these companies wasted far too much of our valuable family time and put undue pressure on us. As anyone who has ever done this type of job knows, it is a large investment that you are making, and the decision should not be rushed or made prior to weighing the pros and cons. We were at our wit’s end and considered putting off the job. My wife came home one day and told me about a local home improvement company right in our backyard. She had seen an article that celebrated Women in Construction. The article highlighted that this company was woman-owned which my wife loved since she is in trade school to obtain her HIC in carpentry. She had looked at their website and asked me to make an appointment for one last quote. If this one went as all the others had, we would not think about it again till Spring. With low expectations, my wife and I met with a salesman from Coastal. He was polite and professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had the type of personality where it feels like you have known this person for years despite having just met. He took pictures and measurements of our home, showed us samples of all the materials, and explained everything we asked thoroughly. He showed us a rendering of what our home would look like with the colors/materials we had chosen by uploading the pictures taken of our home to an app on his iPad. Why every home improvement company does not do this is beyond me! He was able to do all this without wasting hours of our time and was not at all pushy. My wife and I both find pushy sales tactics to be a turn-off. He provided us with the quote and suggested that we take our time and call him if we had any questions. The quote was substantially cheaper than the competition’s and we did not have to put a single penny down. The full price of the job was to be paid after its completion and only if we were satisfied with the completed job. I can tell you, no other company does this! We felt very secure in our decision to use Coastal Exteriors for our job. When the installation began, we were impressed with the work ethic of this crew. They arrived promptly at 8 am daily and were still there working when I would get home from my office in the evenings, leaving most nights at about 6 pm. The crew was tidy, and professional. One of the owners walked the property with me, on more than one occasion, as we discussed the best scenarios to deal with aspects of the job. We felt entirely comfortable throughout the process. We had a horrible experience in the past, (with a certain home improvement company that will remain nameless), so this was very important to us. The crew completed the job in less than the allotted timeline and the owner came and walked the property with me again to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. We will recommend this company to everyone we can in the future. From the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff to the talented and driven installation crew and everyone in between, Coastal Windows & Exteriors is a Top-Notch Home Improvement Company. As professional speaker, Bob Hooey once said, “If you are not taking care of your customer, your competitor will.” My one regret is that we did not discover them soon enough to have done my entire window job through Coastal Windows & Exteriors as well. We got to meet with David himself to go over everything, was able to answer all of our questions. I’m a realtor who deals with home construction and maintenance vendors all the time and overall experience is what your expect - not great. So I didn’t expect at all what I have seen thus far with the folks at Coastal Windows. I texted a general inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour had a response both from the owner and the weekend intake staff - really? Both ensure they do full on new constitution window installation rather than your typical replacement window, and took the time to confirm an on-site appt for 2 days later. Terry and Tim showed up on time, efficiently took measurements and took all the time we needed to discuss options for this historic home. They said to expect an estimate In a couple days - and followed through. If their pricing and delivery timeframe is anywhere as great as their customer service, product knowledge and overall professional they have my business w/I question. We purchased our house last year newly renovated. Unfortunately, they did not upgrade the door. We had probably the worst, builder grade door you can imagine. You could see the light coming in around the frame, the door would be hot or cold to the touch and it did not shut properly. To top it off, it had no dead bolt! My husband and I were very impressed with the entire process of Coastal Windows & Exteriors. We met at our home with Donna, who helped us choose the right door for our space. Once the door was installed it looked exactly as described, if not better. The installer, Mike, did a fantastic job. You can definitely tell that this door was not purchased at Home Depot or Lowes, and was installed by a professional. The door shuts tightly, has an amazing color and comes with a lifetime guarantee. The service of Coastal Windows is definitely worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone!

What do you do when you need new windows, siding, and doors? You call Coastal Windows of course! When my wife and I moved into our house we knew at some point this would all need to be done. The doors were so poorly sealed you could see light all around the edges. On windy days our old windows sounded like a death metal drummer practicing his double bass and there was enough draft to fly a kite. Our shake siding was starting to break and the paint was peeling. So we had a few choices, either be 'that' house in our pretty nice neighborhood or fix up the place. Now parking a bunch of rusty 1980's camaro's on the front lawn with no wheels and resting on cinder blocks next to a few weather beaten torn up tarps flapping in the wind would have completed our look but I had no desire to grow a mullet and I don't think Larry the Cable guy is funny so we went the opposite way. We reached out to Coastal Windows and they sent forth Esther to tell us all about all the cool things we needed to do just in case MTV Cribs ever came back on the air. Esther gave us tons of options and helped us all along the way. We were explained and shown the differences in windows, sidings, and doors and learned a lot along the way. For siding we went with a shake design that looks about as real as you can get. With the windows we went with some filled with Krypton gas, Esther says this is the best for insulation but I did it because I really don't trust Superman, and we capped it off with a sweet new front door, back door, and rear storm door into the mud room. When Coastal Windows got going with construction they were quick and efficient, from stripping the house to getting everything new on it took about a week. Coastal Windows never left us with any holes overnight, if a window was removed it was immediately replaced and the same with the doors. Their contractors also measured multiple times before ordering anything so there were no wrong sizes or delays. The best part is everything carries a life guarantee. Now I have to start eating more vegetables and actually using the treadmill that holds my laundry so I can really take advantage of this! If you're thinking about going somewhere besides Coastal Windows just remember this little piece of advice...don't.

I have a small roof so it was done in a day including clean up. My roof looks amazing. I was so thrilled with the quality of work I chose Coastal Windows to do my siding. In fairness, though, that might have been OK now because COVID has ruined worldwide shipping; however, the same mix-up occurred the last time. They insulate better than my previous 25 year old Andersen windows. I did look at Pella but I didn't like its pricing for wood trim. Life is all about compromises, dooohhh.

The sales process was like taking a class in window technology. We felt very reassured that we were making the right choice for our house and that the price was right for the quality. The only issue we had was scheduling the install (twice delayed, once unavoidable) which made the process slightly more difficult but even then their back office was communicative throughout and made a concerted effort to get it right following the mix-up. The install took less than a full day (for 6 windows) and the technicians were spotlessly clean and did a great job. I've contacted Coastal twice for help with my house and both times they were extremely honest, helpful and responsive! The first time was to get an estimate for siding and to replace a window. I was told that I didn't actually need siding (yet) and the window that was broken should actually be under manufacturers warantee and the sash could be replaced for free! (This was after being told by another person that I needed to replace my siding asap and the window would only cost an additional $600!) After putting off window replacement for years, I found these guys online. The friendly professional sales rep came to my house, showing me all my options with full specs. The precision construction & high-tech materials used let me know these were the best quality windows I've seen. I chose triple-pane, argon-krypton gas-filled, with a UV-tint. The quote was very reasonable. I didn't need to look any further. The 3 installers came out on time, courteous, respectful, very competent experienced professionals. They were very accommodating to my needs. In 1 full day, they installed 13 double-hung windows, each one custom made with precision and a nice snug fit, without disturbing the interior trim. After every window was installed, they cleaned the area and vacuumed well. Every window was installed beautifully, better than I could have imagined. I was shown the proper closure of the sashes for best seal, and the beautifully engineered twin locks, effortless tilt-to-clean operation. I am so glad I got the UV tint since I get migraines from UV glare. It also keeps the house cooler in summer. The house is much tighter, even on gusty days, these windows are solid. In the 3-yrs I've had these, no problems whatsoever. I would hire Coastal again without hesitation. Great people, Highly recommended.

My house looks fantastic! It looks like a brand new house. The crew were fantastic and helped you with all your questions and quickly resolved any issues. The owners of the company David & Stephanie get involved and want you to be satisfied! The inside trim on my door was supposed to be desert sand and it was installed white and I wanted it to match my trim on my windows and doors. Emily came over to asess and fix the issue, matching the paint and going to sherwin williams to get the paint. She then painted the trim to match my doors. I can't say enough about this company! My light had to be moved to the opposite side of my front door so the shutters could fit. David coordinated their electrician to come and rewire. My wife and just purchased our first home 3 years ago in the fall. As winter approached and it got colder we decided the windows in our house were less than ideal. We bit the bullet our second year and searched far and wide for a reliable company that could replace our old windows. We eventually choose Coastal Windows and set up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. After a short while they gave us a quote which was on the higher end of what we expected but still pretty fair. We decided to do just our first floor for now then see how things went, then do our second floor later. Long story short, these guys were super friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and they seemed like they genuinely cared about the project. The best part was we saved a few hundred dollars in heating costs with only the first floor windows replaced! This year we will definitely be doing our upstairs with them. I have one concern regarding the gutters which were not replaced, I believe the top cap is pulled back too far. Birds are getting into the gutter. The gutter is a product that prevents leaves and debris from getting in. I will have the gutter company come out and inspect them. I will contact you if there is a problem.

Great service!! We had 7 windows installed (3 in garage and 4 in an upstairs room). We opted for high efficiency windows and since getting them installed, we've notice a dramatic difference in the temperature in the room.
