A year ago I had an issue with rain guarantee this company offered and the trouble it was to get them to come back out. They were very apologetic for the confusion and lack of communication and re-cleaned my windows. This year, I decided to give them another chance. I am happy to post Chisum did a great job. He was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Two of my neighbors came over to check out his work and have/will be using his services in the future. I am so glad Integrity Windows stands by their mission of complete customer service. I would recommend this company for any of the services they provide. Thank you!!!

Amazing service! Came out the same day! After cleaning the outside windows, I signed up for one of their cleaning packages every 3 mos, had them clean gutters & power wash house. They install Christmas lights as well. Very professional & great value. Highly recommend!! Thanks Chisum!

Chisum is the owner and does his own cleaning. He is very thorough and makes suggestions when he see your house. He washed our solar panels and educated us that rain does not keep these panels clean! He did an awesome job with our windows. We will use him again to powerwash our house!

Wow! What an awesome job! Windows, tracks, and screens all look amazing. Chisum was cleaning windows for a neighbor, so I asked for a quote, which I thought was pretty reasonable. A few days later he was back to do the job. He started taking windows apart and the dirt in the tracks started disappearing. He has some super cool equipment to do the job, so his work looks great and goes fast as well. My wife said she can barely see the screens since they have been cleaned. I highly recommend Integrity Window Cleaning!

They met with me to decide on a new set of solar Christmas lights and did a fabulous job of ordering, suggesting, hanging (on a 3 story that most companies wouldn't touch), setting the timer and doing a follow up check up. Working with Chisum at Integrity was almost too easy, and the results were amazing! I scheduled a window cleaning online through the instant quote tool, so there was little to no waiting to see if I got the service time I requested. I had immediate response to my quote and date request and confirmation 2 days in advance and again on the date of service, so there was never any question as to whether he would be there or at what time. I almost wrote a positive review just based on the awesome service I got ahead of time! But I decided to wait until the actual cleaning was done. :) I had the luxury window cleaning package completed with the interior/exterior window cleaning, deep clean of the screens, and cleaning of the window tracks. Chisum was very professional and spent four hours deep cleaning all the windows (12 windows on a two-story house plus a sliding door) with a great result. I'd definitely recommend Integrity and will use them in the future.

We had Integrity clean our windows and put up our Christmas lights. For each visit Chisum arrived when he said he would, or if delayed, always sent a text message to let me know. We had simple roofline white lights placed on our brand new home but the effect was very pretty. The once or twice that a couple of lights went out, and when one of our guests accidently turned off the timer, he came out either that night or the next day and corrected the problem. I also like the 45 day guarantee on the window washing since we were having company multiple times over the holidays and wanted our windows to look clean. Very satisfied overall.

My wife and I are more than very pleased with Integrity Window Cleaning, having had bad experiences with others in recent years. Integrity Cleaning doesn't use just tap water to get the shiniest windows possible, but rather di-ionized water that is void of chemicals and minerals. The result is sparkling windows that you are looking for.
