Website presence, reviews, prompt communication and follow-through, immediate appointment for a quote, immediate proof of insurance and workman's comp coverage provided when requested prior to the start of the job, fast response when deciding to upgrade our services, great overall communication and finally ... the job was completed by a very polite representative who worked extremely hard and gave outstanding attention to detail. We could not have been more pleased with both the overall experience of using this company and with the representative (Riley) who did the work. I have used Dean's Window Cleaning a few years in a row now, and I have never been disappointed. Good customer service is a top priority for me, and poor service is a deal-breaker. Dean and his crew have always been patient and knowledgeable when addressing any and all of my questions and concerns. They have all been consistently punctual, professional, courteous, and kind. Also important: They always do an excellent job, and they always find a way to go a bit above and beyond the job I have hired them to do. I have been impressed every time they have cleaned my gutters and roof. This spring or summer, I plan to have them back to clean the windows and possibly do some power washing on the property. I am so glad I found Dean's when doing a Google search for gutter cleaning a few years ago!

Dean responded the same day that I reached out for a bid on my gutters that were clogged. To my surprise, he was able to schedule the job to be done, just two days later. His team was at my house and ready to do the job earlier than expected. They worked quickly, bagged the leaves, washed down the walkways, and gave me a report of the issues they found as well as how they fixed the gutter so it would drain properly. I highly recommend Dean's services to everyone. I know I will use Dean's for my future needs!

Im bad at names, but your older employee cleaned the inside windows and wore booties inside the home.His newest helper cleaned the outside, but he checked all of his work. I consider going with the mid-level service, but I’m so glad I went for the full meal deal. The crew literally removed window panes and cleaned every square centimeter. My tracks look like new. Couldn’t be happier! I love my windows again, and the fee was worth every penny.

I wanted to take a few moments and say that Deans Window Cleaning Service was WONDERFUL! They came to our home....4 man crew and worked their butts off! Great attitude, helpful tips, and a lot of patience is what we experienced. They came into a home that had 17 years of cigarette smoke on the windows and frames and hard water everywhere and worked hard to make my windows beautiful. Some windows were needing to be replaced and they informed me of the damage and did not charge me for the hard water removal on those windows. They are honest and overall it was a really great experience. I would definately call them again for my window cleaning needs! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

I scheduled to have my gutters cleared and flushed out. There was a great deal of debris from an old willow tree that our neighbors recently removed. The two young men from Dean's arrived promptly at 8am and were very friendly and professional in both speech and appearance. They walked the property and gave me the estimate for the job as promised when I scheduled the service. They quickly got to work and completed the job in a very timely and thorough manner. They flushed the down spouts and cleared away all debris and even washed off my deck so as not to leave any mess for me. There was no visible evidence on the ground that the work had been done which was just what I was hoping for. I was so pleased and felt the pricing was very reasonable as well. We have some tricky windows, but the guys who came out (Greg and Morgan) were not only able to find creative ways to get to them, but they made the windows look invisible they are so clean! They worked so hard, and ended up being done faster than I would have imagined. And the cleaning stuff made no chemical smell whatsoever! My family and I are very happy!
