Window World did an excellent job with our project. The windows came in surprisingly fast and were held until we were ready to have them installed. They replaced all of the windows in our new office at 101 Executive Park Drive, 36303 (behind Starbucks and Jersey Mike's subs on Montgomery Highway), previously home to McDaniel & Associates. They worked for a solid 3 days to knock it out. The installers were great and the new windows look amazing. If you have a chance, drive by and check them out! When me and my wife was looking at windows we heard about window world so we called and set up a consultation. I believe Josh was the person that came out and talked to us about the products answered any questions we had and absolutely no pressure what so ever to purchase. When we got the money to purchase I contacted Josh and we were ready to move forward with the windows and he came out filled out the Paperwork and he ordered the windows. When they came in they called set up a day to install the windows and they showed up installed the windows in 2 days they were done and job completed. Highly recommended windows world

Installation and windows are great, but the time to receive the windows was excessive. It took 6 months from order to receive the windows, and they are telling us it will be another 3 months to receive a missing window screen…and that’s after they forgot to reorder the screen for two months. I would really like to rate them higher, but the amount of time to complete the entire project is excessive.

The salesman Jimmy came out and was very personable, knowledgeable, no pressure and thorough. My windows came in 3 months sooner than expected, so I was definitely pleased with that! Working with Mr.Jimmy & Mr. Lee was a pleasure and their goal to satisfy the customer was apparant in the whole process leading up to, and throughout the installation. Within 2 wks, their installer came out. Mr. Washington and his crew were amazing!! They went above & beyond every expectation! They were very careful and considerate of my personal belongings (furniture, blinds, curtains). Every room they finished, looked like they were never even there! It was like magic!! BUT, this wasn't just my living areas...They had the nail-biting, bullet-sweating, hair-pulling task of replacing 9 windows (just less than half of the 21 in total) In my music studio....This room has over $30k worth of gear, MOST of it blocking 2 walls of windows. This gear setup is stationary. PLUS a 60 gallon fish tank blocking 2 other windows on the opposite walls. I was stressing BIG TIME about this part of the installation. I don't know how they did it, but NOTHING was disturbed!!! Once again, it was like windows were "magically" replaced!! I can not say enough about Mr. Washington and his crew!! I am extremely pleased with my windows & the whole process from start to finish. Thanks for an amazing job, Window World of Dothan!!

My installation was complicated & required parts were not readily available but installer Scott kept me informed all the way & stayed on the manufacturer to get the pieces to him. On installation day Scott arrived on time, fully prepared. The installations went smoothly & the windows look and work great. Window World of Dothan, AL, is a very good company staffed by excellent people.

Window World of Dothan just finished up doing the rest of our windows. We had some done earlier this year, and the rest of the windows done today. Both times I was extremely pleased with the entire process, from sales to installation. Great professionalism, excellent service, and all around wonderful people to work with. We did have one issue with a pane that the seal failed on. That's a real test of the warranty, and I was very pleased with how easy it was to get it corrected. Small issues happen, what really counts is how they're handled. Window World of Dothan made the process of get it replaced so easy-one quick email and it was done. Kudos to the entire team at Window World of Dothan. You folks are great, and I have no problem recommending you.

We were very pleased with both product and service from Window World. The windows that were installed were of excellent quality and have vastly improved both beauty and value of our home. The gentlemen who installed the windows were punctual and professional at all times. They were focused during installation, cleaned both inside and outside the work areas, and very thorough in explains how to use and clean our windows. They also made sure we had all warranty papers and understood them all including who and how to contact if there were ever and problems with the windows. The entire experience was a pleasure!

Really great experience Came on time and seemed to be really organized in the way the crew carried out each task. Each person had a task and did it with minimum supervision. Cleaned up after themselves as they moved from window to window. Explained how to operate the different functions of the window features and answered all questions we had. Really had a good experience. Good crew!!!

Excellent service, I can't express that enough. Even when their factory produced a window size 1/4 of an inch off, they stayed on the order until it was corrected. Timely install and even after 1 year it is still the best investment in my home yet. I love the way they look and the quaility is great. I wish I could find more contractors for other jobs as good as them.

We ordered 13 windows from window world. This house being old Josh was particular on the window sizing. Washington and his helper were amazing at installing!! They made sure each window was perfectly set in. They were kind and did not rush. Answering any and all questions we had. They cleaned up perfectly when the job was completed. I will be ordering the few windows we have left from this company without hesitation!! Thank you for my beautiful windows!!
