Great service - will never do the other guys again. They took the time to do it right, ordering the replacement pillar molding, making sure I knew about what they were doing all the way. I have an OG Range Rover I take very good care of with a lot that cannot be replaced - they picked up on that and communication was great. AND, there was an issue with my cowl tray that wasn't their issue, but they fixed anyway and didn't charge me to do so! Hands down THE BEST!!!

Great work but like all places running slower because of plenty of work and lack of help. Having said that it took over a week for the glass to be cut, but it was inline with expectations. The quality was excellent

I had a chip in my windshield from a rock thrown up from a big truck. I made an appointment and my chip was repaired quickly and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Everyone was courteous and efficient!

Can’t say enough great things about this company! I manage a student housing property and they’ve done multiple jobs for me. Every time I’ve called them, they were out here same day or next day. They are always SO friendly, especially the woman who answers the phones and schedules appointments. All the technicians are always so friendly and arrive in a great mood like they’re truly happy to be there. They’ve done multiple kinds of jobs. Window repairs, window installation, glass replacement. I’ve never had an issue with any of their work. It’s always completed in a quick, timely manner. Highly highly highly recommend them!!! I have used them many times for many different needs and have always gotten very good service for a fair price. (They’ve done mirrors, replaced windows, and installed shower doors.) I just used them again for a shower door. It was in a hard place and I wondered how it would look. It looks great! I am very pleased.

Have used Precision in the past and recently. Have had glass and mirrors cut by them and also a kidney shaped half inch thick table glass which turned out great. Recently picture frame glass and mirror glass for deco trays. Courteous service and reasonable prices. Dropped items off on Friday afternoon and they were ready on Monday.

They cut a piece of glass for a custom table we had built -- perfect fit the first time. And everyone there was just so nice! Overall a very pleasant experience. If we ever need any sort of glasswork done again, we will definitely come back to this place!

My new truck needed the rear window replaced under warranty, so Opelika CDJR subbed out the work to Precision Glass. The owner, Mr. Allen, is very professional and courteous and I would work with Precision Glass again just because of him. The ladies up front were also very nice. I would recommend Precision Glass.

Lots went wrong, however, Alan, the owner made good on it and for that I am very thankful. If it weren't for the owner I would be leaving a one-star review. A few details are missing here, but all-in-all, it ended well and could have been problematic. However thanks to the owner, everything was fine in the end.
