We hired Renewal By Andersen to replace 17 windows in our 1992 home. We love our new windows. They are amazing quality and we already feel a difference with the heating/cooling. Even though we just did a straight replacement of the old windows, it feels like we got a whole new view! The install happened when scheduled and everything went pretty smoothly with the entire process. The install crew were professional and had good communication.

We had 5 of our 10 windows replaced and changed our big front window to a bay window. The argon had leaked out and was soooo foggy. It was amazing to have a crystal clear window that looked like there was no glass or screen!!! It’s absolutely gorgeous!!! All the windows are amazing. The installers were fast, professional, friendly and did a great job. We were in the loop the whole time of production and there was never any guessing. We will be going through then to finish our other windows. I recommend them to anyone. Our old windows were wood and over 25 years old. These are beautiful and definitely updated our home.

There was absolutely no pressure from the salesman - I guess there really doesn't need to be when you KNOW you're selling a far superior product. Our windows were on order and set to arrive for install in October 2022 but arrived in August - two months ahead of schedule! The installers were clean, professional, and quick (but incredibly meticulous). We had Renewal By Andersen come out to replace our sliding glass door in our newly purchased house that was an absolute mess due to the previous owners' dogs. We were so impressed with the quality of their products that we not only purchased a new sliding glass door, but a couple additional windows to replace some windows that had seal failure and water damage. The price is rather expensive, but the quality of the products is absolutely top notch and the customer service we have received is above and beyond. We are so pleased with the windows and our fantastic sliding glass door that we have already ordered a few more windows. Due to the price, we can't replace all our windows at once, but eventually all of the windows in our home will be converted to Renewal By Anderson! Highly recommend!

RBA was able to deliver the product and install with-in the time frame they promised. They communicated well during the time before and after the install. Overall, a good product but on the higher side of costs. I considered a sliding glass door replacement, but when the price came in at $10,000 it was not doable. We replaced 3 windows in our 1940s home and the consultant and installers dealt with all the quirks and issues that come with an older home. Spending money on something like windows (or a new roof) is never fun but Renewal By Anderson made it a very pleasant experience from start to finish! We had three windows replaced in June and am just now getting to my review because of a very hectic summer. Our sales person was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He contacted us 15 minutes prior to his arrival and the company sent us his picture in advance so we knew who to expect at our door. The company kept in regular contact with us regarding the installation date which remained right on schedule. The lead installer contacted us prior to arriving on installation day with their expected ETA. He and his team were all extremely polite, personable and efficient. Installation took less than two hours and they were very careful to clean up behind themselves. We would highly recommend Renewal By Anderson!

I had seen all the RBA advertisements, so I thought I would request a brochure so I could read more about windows and figure out what I would need to budget for to replace the windows. Well, the rest is history. The entire experience was above my expectations. My initial contact from Nikki for a free-in-home consultation to Jeffrey for the presentation, quote & financing options, and Forrest to ensure the window measurements were accurate. The best experience was Beau and his team installing the windows and trim in 3 days. Beau and team were very professional and friendly. The workmanship was outstanding and the cleanup by the team each day was awesome. Beau also addressed any concerns/questions I had each day. If you are getting windows installed in the Helena area, I would highly recommend requesting Beau and his team. Overall it was a great experience. We received 4 new windows in the house we bought a few years ago. The house is older and had the original 1954 windows. The person that we bought the home from had covered up one of the windows from inside the house saying it was too difficult to install a new window. Renewal by Andersen installed a brand new window there and three smaller windows in the basement. The windows are beautiful and let in so much light, they keep the noise out, and the elements. The entire process was straightforward, including financing, and getting a quote customized to our budget. The installation team was efficient, timely and did an awesome job of cleaning up afterward - no contractor mess to deal with! Renewal by Andersen exceeded our expectations. The installations were perfect, including the trim, and the windows are solid. When they come to your home to demonstrate their product, you see that the construction of their windows is very robust, and this is how the windows feel when using them. They also noticed that our original bay window was sagging, which another window installer did not notice. When they put in the new one, it was done correctly. We got a combination of sliding, picture and casement windows. The workers were considerate and did not leave a mess. Cost-wise, they are not as cheap as some, but the quality is far higher, and I would rather have quality than cheap.

We had 4 new windows installed 9 months ago and loved the summer time with both windows able to slide open for better air flow. This winter brought a week of negative degrees where we could really tell a difference in the rooms with the new windows versus the old. With the sliding windows and no handles on them it is a little tricky for the kids to get them all the way closed to lock up, but everything else about them (ease of cleaning, protection, air flow, amazing screens, etc) out weigh that issue. We can't wait to replace the ones on the back of the house as well!

This was our second time using Renewal by Anderson to complete the window replacements in our home. We hopefully expected and happily received the premier service we had come to know from this company and their crew. Living in a very rural area, it is often that when we contract for a project, we don’t often get a top notch level of service. With Renewal by Anderson it’s an entirely different experience. The oversight and coordination of people and materials is top notch. On this half of our project, the crew chief was also able to correct a couple of areas of concern with the trim and moldings and took extra care and consideration to insure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. There were two windows with minor defects, but defects none the less. They simply agreed to replace both sections of glass. That’s a 100% guarantee that can only satisfy even the fussiest customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their product time and again.

Joey was as personable as ever, Forrest was accurate with his measuring, and Shane's installation team was top notch. They were on time, clean, thorough, friendly. Couldn't be happier with the whole process! 02/2020 Our windows were 45 years old and were in pretty bad shape. Joey gave us the best options for style and color and Shane and his excellent crew installed without a hitch. I can't believe the difference in the quietness of our house and how much more light we get in. We painted the trim with the matching Sherwin Williams paint and it is so fresh and modern looking! This was our second time using RBA to finish replacing our windows. The crew was very nice and unexpectedly finished in 1 day instead of 2. However there was a mis-measured window so they had to return a third time, which wasn’t a big deal. After the second installation, my 8 month old daughter found a piece of glass, that the crew had left behind, and put it in her mouth. Thankfully I caught it before any damage was done and spoke directly to David who was very distraught at what had happened, as were we all. He was very kind when we made the problem known to him and the local manager came out to inspect the area. He was kind enough to bring a stuffed puppy for our little girl as well. They all were apologetic about the situation and when the next crew came in the finish the final window, they were extremely thorough and took their time to make sure nothing was left behind. We greatly appreciate the crews hard work to make the wrong right!

Amazing work and great windows. The whole process from working with the sales agent Joey to Waylon and the installation crew, was a great experience. Joey was a great sales agent and was very easy to talk with and made us feel like a true customer and not just a sale. Waylon and the installation crew was amazing. Very courteous and clean. We had a new non-standard sized sliding glass door installed. Of course things were back ordered for months, but we got a call about every month to update us and let us know things were still on schedule. The installation occurred within the timeframe that was originally quoted to us. The crew came in and did a great job on the install, which happened to be a cold windy day, but they had built a small plastic enclosure to help minimize the heat loss while they worked, Door looks and works great and I will be looking to them when its time to do my other door. I feel I got a good value and a great product and installation. Thank you.

The professionalism of the installers, the care they took with their work, and even the way they communicated with each other was outstanding. Before replacing the windows, we kept the shades pulled most of the time due to the energy leaks around the sides. Now we can enjoy our views in every season.

Anderson first sent out a design/sales consultant who sat with us well over an hour going over the choices ,colors etc. for our patio door as well as the cost and financing options so there were no surprises. Next a measurement specialist was sent out to get exact measurements. After that the install crew came out who did a great job. They kept the area they were working in clean and organized and were done in a long day. Finally the gals in Billings followed up with me making sure we were pleased and asked for reviews of all that were involved in our process. A few months later when our door came in, Andersen took out the old door, reinsulated the gap, and put in the new sliding door with trim. All told, everything turned out great. We've had windows installed by 3 different entities over the years and renewal by Andersen in Billings is by far the best. You have to pay for quality but these windows are sealed extremely well inside and outside and insulated in the middle. Other windows we've had may have been OK in quality but the installation was always lacking. The trim work they do is also excellent.The glass passes such a small amount of heat it's unbelievable and even when it's cold with the wind blowing no drafts are felt and when you touch the glass it's not cold. Not my experience with the other places I have dealt with. They are also by far the most courteous and professional and treated my house and I with great respect. We contacted Renewal by Anderson in late September and were visited by Michael, who was a very good (not pushy, but very informative) salesman who answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions about what might make our doors and windows perfect for our home. He took accurate measurements, guided us through product selection and provided a firm estimate on pricing. We were told that installation would probably be mid-February. Michael returned a few weeks later with an associate to take final measurements. RBA then called us in late December advising us that they were ahead of schedule. Beau (brilliant!) and his crew began work on January 12th and completed in a timely fashion with the exception of being slowed one day by record setting winds that could have done some serious damage had they not adjusted the installation appropriately. The workmanship was outstanding, cleanup was superb and any concerns were proactively assessed/addressed at least a couple of times each day. They installed five windows of varying size, two French doors and a bay window and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all for the excellent service and outstanding product (and warranty).

Great windows and trustworthy installation. Install was timely even in snowy weather. It didn't seem to faze the installers at all. I chose RBA because of the quality of product but mostly because of their dedicated installers. No subcontractors! Reading reviews of other window companies, the majority of problems laid with the installation. When a customer called the window company, they said it wasn't their fault and they should contact installers and around and around they go. They laid down matting so that they would not track in the house. They also put plastic up top minimize the dust when taking out our old windows. Also when they were done they vacuumed and cleaned up everything. We love our new windows and door. We would highly recommend Anderson Windows for all your window and doors needs. I was pleasantly surprised after being contacted by Glenda and how Renewal by Anderson of Montana was willing and able to take this difficult situation and turn it into a learning experience. This willingness to learn, and work as best as they could rectify the situation, all while taking ownership of what went wrong is rare these days. While our experience was not the best or even what it should have been, I am hopeful future customers will not go through what we did. Based on today’s interaction with Glenda, the instillation work by Micah and his crew, an apology, and the promised changes to prevent this situation from happening again I have raised my review from a one star to a three. While I would caution my friends about our experience and tell them what to watch out for if they went with Renewal by Anderson of Montana, I would not try and talk them out of the choice. At the end of the day the windows are very nice, and by reaching out to learn from this situation, Renewal by Anderson of Montana showed what kind of company they want to be. They could have written this off and moved on but elected not to and that means a lot.
